  • This study is aimed for emprical analyzing (1) the effects of leadership of army commanders on subordinates' job satisfaction and (2) the moderating effects of subordinates' active engagement within the relationship between commanders' transformational transactional leadership and job satisfaction of soldiers, while over 500 combat soldiers throughout the nation are questioned for this analysis. The followings are the summary of findings of this study. The first finding shows that both transformational and transactional leadership have positive impacts on the job satisfaction of the soldiers. In this context, it is recommended that army commanders should apply effectively these behaviors of leadership in order to achieve their goals in military organizations. The second sector of the analysis includes the moderating effect of subordinates' active engagement within the relationship between the commanders' leadership and job satisfaction of the soldiers. The finding of the second analysis shows that subordinates' active engagement has positive moderating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. However, it has no moderating effect on the relationship between transactional leadership and job satisfaction. This implies that army commanders should apply the behavioral factors of both leadership styles and encourage active engagement of soldiers in order to enhance the satisfaction of soldiers, focusing more on applying the behavioral factors of transformational leadership.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived risk on continuous usage intention of Internet primary banks and to verify moderating effects of acceptance factors affecting customers' acceptance of Internet primary banks on the relationship between perceived risk and continuous usage intention. The study aims to find ways to cope with perceived risk and strategic measures of intention in order to increase the intention to continuous usage intention of Internet primary banks. For the analysis, interaction effect were conducted among a total of 457 surveys. As a results, First, perceived risks, acceptance factors and continuous usage intention of the customers of Internet primary banks were significantly correlated. Second, the types of perceived risks which have a significant effect on continued usage intention of Internet primary banks were found to be perceived financial and functional risks. Third, respect to moderating effects of moderator variables, usefulness was found to have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between perceived security risk and continuous usage intention. In addition, ease of use was shown to have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between each type of perceived risks and continuous usage intention. This study attempted to explore and seek strategies to reduce perceived risks and strategic plans for acceptance factors to increase continuous usage intention of Internet primary banks.

  • The objectives of this study is to analyze the impact of open information innovation which consisted of external technology acquisition and external technology exploitation on export performance by integrating with strategic alliance factors. This study empirically analyzed six hypotheses in 201 sample using the PLS (Partial Least Square) of the structural equation model to verify the moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationship among open information innovation, strategic alliance and export performance. As a result, external technology acquisition dose not affect strategic alliances. On the other hand, external technology exploitation has a positive impact on strategic alliances. Strategic alliances also have a positive impact on export performance. As a result of the moderating effect analysis, the interaction between organizational culture and external technology acquisition has positively influenced strategic alliances. In addition, the moderating effect of organizational culture and external technology exploitation has a significant effect on strategic alliances. However, moderating effect of organizational culture and strategic alliance dose not affect export performance. This study has a contribution to the analysis of the moderating effects of organizational culture. In the future, integrated analysis of open information innovation and external factors is needed.

  • In this paper, we examined the effects of emotional and individual variables on flow in the usage of mobile application. We selected four relevant emotional and individual factors such as positive affect, negative affect, addiction and habituation. We also attempted to figure out the moderating role of communication in the effect of positive affect, negative affect, and addiction on the flow. For empirical analysis, we surveyed real users of mobile application and applied PLS (Partial Least Square) methodology for SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). As a result, we found that positive affect, addiction, and habituation have significant and positive impact on the flow. Furthermore, we also found that the moderating effects of communication on the relationships between positive/negative affect and communication are significant. Our findings provide important theoretical grounds for the effects of human behavior and emotion on the flow of mobile applications. Lastly, we also suggest significant managerial implications for the development mobile applications industry.

Method: Data was collected from 389 nurses in 3 general hospitals by means of structured questionnaires. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchial multiple regression using the SPSS 14.0 program. Result: (a) self-efficacy of hospital nurses had no significant moderating and mediating effects between emotional labor and burn out, turn over intention. (b) Social support of hospital nurses had significant mediating effects between emotional labor and burn out, turn over intention. However, social support did not show moderating effects. • This study examines whether regular exercise moderates the relationship between hand grip strength and cognitive function in older adults. Older adults 65 and over from the third wave of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing Data were analyzed. A moderated multiple regression analysis was conducted to assess the moderating effects of regular exercise on the relationship between hand grip strength and cognitive function. According to the results, regular exercise moderated the effects of hand grip strength on cognitive function, suggesting that regular exercise should be promoted for older adults to reduce unfavorable effects of a decrease in hand grip strength on cognitive function.

To test the moderation effects, multiple regression analyses were conducted in which the rejection sensitivity, anxiety, school violence victimization experiences and their interaction terms were hierarchically entered. The moderation of school violence victimization experiences was found in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and school violence victimization experiences. The specific interaction patterns in each of these significant interaction effects were examined. Finally, the importance of school violence victimization experiences as a high-risk factor in army life and the clinical implication of these findings were discussed.
