부산시 자투리 소규모공간의 효율적 공간디자인 연구 (A Study on The Effective Utilization of Fragmented Small Space Design of Urban areas in Busan)

  • 효율적인 공간디자인 개념은 20세기 도시의 대규모 개발로 인해 자투리 소규모 공간이 생기는 것에서 시작된다. 그러므로 본 연구는 부산시의 자투리 소규모 공간에 대한 개발된 사례를 연구하고 결론적으로 이런 공간 효율적인 디자인 모델을 모색하려고 한다. 먼저 공간디자인과 관련한 이론 바탕으로 수집된 현장조사 데이터 분석법을 활용하여 이를 통해 수집한 도시 중 자투리 공간 디자인의 효율성에 관한 데이터를 분석하고 향후 이런 공간을 설계할 때 수준된 디자인 제안을 제시한다. 그 다음에 자투리 공간의 디자인 해결 방안에 따라, 합리적으로 공간마다 필요한 디자인을 활용해 효과적으로 해당 공간의 효율을 높이는 것이 소규모 공간디자인의 주요 목적이 되어야 한다. 최후 도시 공간디자인은 도시 시민들의 요구를 만족하게 해주어야 할 뿐만 아니라 환경과 자원, 사회와 문화의 지속 발전 역시 고려되어야 한다. 나아가 공간의 지속적인 발전을 이루어 미래도시의 구축과 개발을 위해 의미가 있는 해결 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

창의적 업무지원을 위한 공용공간 활성화 현황조사에 관한 연구 (The Research on the Present Situation for Supporting Creative Work by Revitalization of Common Space)

  • Recently, the definition of work space contains so many meanings. Basically, this means space where handling various information and developing numerous creative activities. Moreover, the work space is important not only for individual itself but also organizational development. This research is studied for suggesting revitalization of advanced work efficiency, deriving motivation as well as creative operation support for harmonious communication. In order to make the better creative work places, "concentration and motivating interests between members of organization", "Necessity of environment for development and operational progress of work", "improvement and creativity of work and importance of the physical environment" and "harmonious communication and development of advanced community" should be considered. This research arranged based on ALCEMIS model and used actual examples on each step for better understanding of creative work spaces. ALCEMIS model is as follows: (1) Opportunity Finding (2) Fact Finding (3) Opportunity Definition (4) Idea Finding (5) Evaluate & Select (6) Plan (7) Acceptance (8)Execution' over the eight-step details to proceed through the 1. Destiny((7)+(8))y" It has been understood that many works related to creative jobs make good use of public spaces to progress operational improvement. The place where co-workers share with can create more effective and fulfilling outcome and satisfaction than independent and exclusive places. Especially creative jobs need this kind of spaces for better communication and cooperation.

Topological Analysis in Indoor Shopping Mall using Ontology

  • Recently, human activities have expanded from outdoor spaces to indoor spaces since a lot of complex buildings were constructed over the world. Especially, visitors in a shopping mall would like to receive specific information of interest regarding various shopping-related activities as well as shopping itself. However, when it comes to providing the information, existing guide services have some drawbacks. Firstly, the existing services cannot provide visitors with the information of other stores simply and promptly on the current location. Secondly, the services have difficulties in representation and share of the shopping-related knowledge, and in providing inferred information. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop a method that allows topological analysis utilizing ontology technique around the current position in such shopping mall in order to provide shopping-related information. For this, the shopping activity ontology model is designed, and based on the ontology model, inferencing rules are defined in order to extract the information of interest efficiently through semantic queries. Also, a geocoding method in indoor spaces is used regarding the current location, and optimal routing analysis, which is one of topological analysis, is applied with the result from the semantic queries. As a result, an Android application is developed for 3D visualization and user interface.

The Urban Parks and Rivers Contribute to the Citizen Satisfaction and Utilization in Uijeongbu City

  • This research aimed at measuring Park and Green Satisfaction (PGS) using subjective indicators of 'surface, line and spot' green evaluated by citizens. Also frequency of visits to park and green measured using objective indicators (number of visits) to find the relationship with PGS. A conceptual model of PGS was developed to relate evaluation to satisfaction and finally to utilization of open spaces. A sample of 500 questionnaire survey was employed for Uijeongbu City in Korea. A Structual Equation Modeling (AMOS) techniques was used to test the hypothesized relationship among factors (construct). As a result, first, PGS was explained by three latent factors of 'urban park' (${\gamma}=0.54$), 'linear facilities' (${\gamma}=0.25$), and 'surface green' (${\gamma}=0.15$) respectively. These three exogenous construct was found very useful classification system for open spaces of cities. Second, PGS (${\gamma}=0.34$) was found as a mediating variable to utilization of open spaces and also PGS was closely related to citizens Environmental Quality Satisfaction (EQS), such concept as, 'livability' and 'aesthetic quality'. The more satisfied with park and green the more people use the space. The PGS was an important QOL indicator together with the subjective indicator of 'livability'. Third, jogging and walking trails and bike ways along the river corridor was the most important green facilities contribute to the PGS and EQS. The near the distance (within 500m) the more number of visit to river corridor (green way). The river corridor promote accessibility to nature and other parks.

다양한 경계 형상에 따른 구조-음향 연성계의 음향특성 (The Effects of the Boundary Shapes on the Structural-acoustic Coupled System)

  • If a wall separates the bounded and unbounded spaces, then the wall’s role in transporting the acoustic characteristics of the two spaces is not well defined. In this paper, we attempted to see how the acoustic characteristics of two spaces are really affected by the spatial characteristics of the wall. In order to understand coupling mechanism, we choose a finite space and a semi-infinite space separated by the flexible or rigid wall and an opening. A volume interaction can be occurred in structure boundary and a pressure Interaction can be happened in the opening boundary. For its simplicity, without loosing generality, we use rather simplified rectangle model instead of generally shaped model. The source impedance is presented to the various types of boundaries. The distributions of pressure and active intensity are also presented at the cavity- and structure-dominated modes. The resulting modification, shifts of modal frequencies and changing of standing wave patterns to satisfy both coupled boundary conditions and governing equations, are presented.

  • 임무공간개념모델(CMMS, Conceptual Model of the Mission Spaces)은 실 군사 세계의 임무 수행과 관련한 전투요소 객체와 행위, 객체간의 상호 작용을 개념적 차원에서 나타낸 지식(임무영역) 참조모델로, 국방 M&S 시스템의 개발 및 상호 운용성, 재사용성을 제고시키는데 있어 기본이 되는 모델이다. CMMS의 완전성은 이에 기반을 둔 모든 M&S 체계의 품질을 보장함에 있어 중요한 요소인데, 이의 완성도를 높이기 위한 검증, 확인 및 인정(VV&A, Verification, Validation and Accreditation)과정은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내에서 연구 진행 중인 한국형 CMMS에 대하여 소개하고 CMMS의 개발 및 관리시스템의 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있는 CMMS VV&A 적용 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Space may be a scarce resource in manufacturing shops, warehouses, freight terminals, and container terminals. This Paper discusses how to locate temporary storage Inventories In limited storage areas. A typical inventory is delivered from the location of the preceding process to the storage area and stored In the storage area during the certain period of time. And it may be relocated from the storage position to another. Finally. it is delivered from the final storage area to the location of the next process. Because this logistic process for an inventory requires handling activities, transportation activities, and storage spaces, the limitation in capacities of handling equipment, transportation equipment, and storage space must be considered when allocating spaces to the inventory. This problem Is modeled as a multicommodity minimal cost flow problem. And a heuristic algorithm for the Problem is proposed. Numerical experiments are presented to validate the mathematical model and the heuristic algorithm.

조명 시뮬레이션을 위한 측광데이터의 생성과 적용 (A Study on the Generation and Application of Photometric Data for Lighting Simulation)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how student felt the strengths and shortness of presentation methods for formation of interior spaces. For this study, the process of the interior architecture design class was divided into three stages: the programming. the design development, and the design completion. In the design development stage, students used presentation methods: hand sketch, scale model, computer modeling, and virtual realty. The strengths of hand sketch was that quick expression. Models provided three-dimensional feelings. Computer modelling provide realistic color and texture. Virtual reality provided three-dimensional immersion and real scale. It is effective that students collect brain storm images using quick hand sketch in the beginning of design development stage. After that, they compose interior spaces in study models with small scale. Watching the models, they design details of spaces by using hand sketch and computer modelling. Using virtual reality, they can check the scale and circulation. Finally, they complete computer modelling by texture mapping and check the final design in virtual reality.

주생활양식 유형과 공동주택내부.외부공간의 선호에 관한 연구 (The Types of Housing Life-Style and Preferences of the Internal and External Space of Multi-Family Housing)

  • This study has been designed to explore how the types of housing life-style relate to the preferences of internal and external spaces among multi-family housing residents. Data were collected by questionnaire self-administered to 278 female residents living in multi-family housing over 20s pyong (66$m^2$) in the Kwangju area. General linear model/Duncan-test, and $x^2$-test were used in analyzing the data. In the preferences of internal space, there were significant differences in the needs of an indoor garden, exercise spaces, and a front balcony and in the concept of the living room and the dining-kitchen by types of housing life-style. In the preferences of external spaces, there were significant difference in the preferred type of housing, the preferred residential area, and in the need of an individual storage space and a walking path by types of housing life-style.

  • Let f : X → Y be a map between simply connected CW-complexes of finite type with X finite. In this paper, we prove that the rational cohomology of mapping spaces map(X, Y ; f) contains a polynomial algebra over a generator of degree N, where N = max{i, πi(Y)⊗ℚ ≠ 0} is an even number. Moreover, we are interested in determining the rational homotopy type of map(𝕊n, ℂPm; f) and we deduce its rational cohomology as a consequence. The paper ends with a brief discussion about the realization problem of mapping spaces.
