베트남 이동 통신 서비스 품질이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 베트남 사용자를 중심으로 (A Study On The Effect of Mobile Communication Service Quality On Customers Loyalty in Vietnam)

  • Mobile communication industry is attracting a lot of attention all over the world and is expected to continue developing endlessly with the current rapid development of IT industry. Nowadays, mobile communication companies of vietnam are competing about service quality in order to retain existing customers and improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study attempts to research about the effect of mobile communication service quality on customer satisfaction and affecting relationship between customers satisfaction and customer loyalty. In this research empirically examine how mobile communication service quality influence customer loyalty in Vietnam. To do this, after considering characteristics of mobile communication service quality, quality measurement instrument was designed including call quality, call charge, cellphone, added service quality, corporate image, employee's attitude, and behavior. The study finds that all factors of call quality, added servces quality, corporate image, employee's attitude and behavior have positive effect on customer satisfaction except call charge and customers satisfaction also effects customers loyalty positively. From these results, Vietnam domestic mobile communication companies and foreign companies can grasp the general information about Vietnam mobile communication industry, and then, establish customers satisfaction strategies more effectively.

조건부가치 추정법(CVM)을 이용한 국내 이동통신서비스에 대한 소비자 WTP 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on WTP of Mobile Telephone Service Using the Contingent Valuation Method in Korea)

  • Contingent valuation method(hereafter CVM) is generally believed to be one of the most popular methods used for quantifying the value of non-market goods or services particularly by asking respondents of willingness to pay. This study deals with how to use CVM in calculating the value of mobile telephone service by suggesting methodology of estimation and eliminating biases. This study represents an attempt to estimate the WTP(Willingness To Pay) of the mobile telephone service using the face-to-face interview which is the qualitative technique is used. In this study, by using the single bound dichotomous choice model(SBDC) in order to analyze the valuation of mobile telephone service, WTP was estimated. Also we analyze the factors to pay for mobile service in which it becomes the important factor of demanding services. We used logit model. In order to provide robust estimates of WTP, we have used the Method of Montecarlo Simulation. Consequently, consumers showed that WTP about the mobile communications service is generally high. And it could know that the WTP will fell down as the specialized knowledge about the mobile communications frequency was high. It will be able to become the important part to not only the business carrier but also the policy maker to estimate the economic value of mobile telephone service.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by explore the effects of the Mobile Telecommunication service quality on customer satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (Focus on Moderation effect of switching barrier) in Korea Mobile Telecommunication industry. Methods: After reviewing the literature, the structural eqation modeling(SEM) conducted by LISREL 8.53 test the research model. The data was collected from subscriber of mobile telecommunication service by the questionare in Korea. Results: The results of SEM show that Mobile Telecommunication Service Quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction also have a positive effect on customer loyalty. And switching barrier have a moderation effect between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Conclusion: Mobile Telecommunication Service Quality is highly related to Customer Satisfation and Customer Loyalty, so Mobile Telecomunication Company should improve Service Quality especially price-related service quality and process/ human- related service quality. And the company need to get higher the positive Switching Barriers in order to improve Customer Loyalty.

  • 본 논문은 Diameter 기반 AAA 시스템에서 Mobile-lP 응용과 연동하는 선불 서비스의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 기술하였다. 선불 서비스 기능은 Diameter의 Credit-Control 응용에 기반 하였으며, Credit-Control 응용은 기존의 RADIUS 과금 방식이나 Diameter 베이스 프로토콜의 과금 방식이 지원하지 않는 선불 과금 서비스를 제공하기 위한 응용 기능이다. 실시간 선불 서비스 기능은 실시간 서비스 비용 결정과 서비스를 제공하기 위한 사용자의 계정 잔액 확인 절차 등과 같은 추가의 기능들을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 추가의 기능들을 지원할 수 있도록, Mobile-lP 응용 서비스인 Diameter Mobile-lP 응용과 연동하는 Diameter Credit-Control 응용의 설계와 구현에 대하여 기술한다.

  • Microblogging is a Web2.0 technology that is used to manage online interpersonal relationship in SNS. Microblogging service allows the users to publish online brief text updates, usually less than 140~200 characters, sometimes images too. Recently, it becomes more and more popular. There are many reasons, the major one of which is that it can be perfectly combined with mobile. Based on technology acceptance model (TAM) and according to mobile service and microblogging service, this research adds four attributes : Perceived enjoyment, Habit, Mobility, Social Influence. It studies the factors that will impact on the way in which people use rapid developing Mobile Microblogging Service. This research will compare the influence factors and intension to use with the results from other studies with SNS and Mobile Microblogging Service, and then conclude the differences that can be generated in Microblogging.

공영자전거 시스템의 모바일과 웹 통합서비스 (A Mobile Application and Web Integration Service for Public Bicycle Sharing System)

  • This paper proposes and implements a mobile service and web service integration for utilizing public bicycle sharing system NUBIJA. The NUBIJA system is operated by Changwon City, GyeongNam since 2008 and maintains 247 unattended bicycle sharing terminal on the city. Average users per day of the NUBIJA are more than 8,000 and many users want to get more services from their mobile phones. We implemented realtime mobile bicycle rental and return information service. The informations are acquired from each terminal kiosks and we integrated the information and location based services(LBS) on iOS and Android platform. In this paper, we described an integration services between web and mobile application and shows graphical user interface for highly customized on mobile platforms.

서비스 호환성과 신뢰가 모바일 서비스 사용 의도에 미치는 영향 (Service Compatibility and Trust in the Adoption of Mobile Services)

  • As an extension of Technology Acceptance Models (TAM), the relative importance of perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU) in adopting two different mobile services are examined using service compatibility and user trust as moderating variables. This research shows that PEU is a relatively more important factor in the adoption of new mobile services when the new mobile services are highly compatible with existing services, while trust is an important influential factor in the adoption of services with a relatively low service compatibility. Trust does not significantly change the relative importance of PEU in the adoption of highly compatible mobile services, while the user's trust changes the importance of PU in the adoption process for the mobile services with relatively low service compatibility.

금융 MVNO 환경에서의 소비자의 모바일지급결제서비스 이용의도 (Intention to use of Mobile Payment Service in Financial MVNO Environment)

  • Recently MVNO has been adopted to reform the monopoly structure of mobile telecommunication industry in Korea. MVNO is expected to not only enable mobile telecommunication industry more free, but also provide various welfare service with customers, in particular mobile payment system service. Based on TAM, this paper is to investigate the affecting factors of intention to use of mobile payment system service in MVNO environment. The results indicate that all system quality factors are significantly related to both perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use, but only stability of service quality factor is significantly related to the perceived usefulness. Perceived easy of use was found to be siginificantly related to the intention to use of mobile payment system in MVNO environment, but percevied usefulness was not.

Consistent Distributed Lookup Service Architecture for Mobile Ad-hoc Networks

  • Mobile Ad hoc network is a self configuring network of mobile nodes. It allows mobile nodes to configure network spontaneously and share their services. In these networks, service discovery is very important because all nodes do not have same resources in term of memory and computing power. Nodes need to use different services offered by different servers. Some service discovery protocols have been proposed in last couple of years but they include significant traffic overhead and for small scale MANETS. In this paper, we present extensible lookup service scheme based on distributed mechanism. In our scheme neighboring nodes of service provider monitor service provider and send notification to lookup server when the service provider terminates its services unexpectedly. Lookup server can find other service provider or other alternative services in advance because of advance notification method and can provide consistent lookup services. In our scheme neighboring nodes also monitor lookup server and send notification to network when lookup server terminates unexpectedly. Simulation results show that our scheme can reduce up to 70% and 30% lookup failure as compare to centralize and simple distributed mechanism respectively.

  • 대부분의 이동통신 단말기는 사용자 간에 멀티미디어 메시지를 송수신할 수 있도록 MMS를 지원한다. MMS는 다양한 이동통신 단말기에 적합하게 설계되었고 이미 무선 환경에서 효과적으로 동작하고 있으므로 MMS를 이용한 모바일 컨텐츠 제공 방법은 효율적일 수 있다. 그러나 이동통신 사업자가 사용자에게 모바일 컨텐츠를 제공하기 위해 기존의 MMS를 그대로 이용하는 방법은 몇 가지 단점을 가진다. 본 논문은 이를 해결한 데이터 전송 및 제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 새로운 프로토콜 설계 없이 기존 MMS 시스템의 일부 소프트웨어적인 수정만으로 사용자들에게 보다 쉽게 모바일 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있도록 지원하는 장점을 가진다. 또한 이동통신 사업자는 제안된 기법을 통하여 이미 제공한 모바일 컨텐츠를 관리할 수 있기 때문에 모바일 일간 뉴스, 자동 S/W 업그레이드 서비스, 모바일 광고 등 다양한 부가서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션을 통해 MMS를 이용하여 이동통신 사업자 스스로 사용자에게 모바일 컨텐츠를 전송하고 제어할 수 있음을 증명하였다.
