임금밀도함수의 변화 및 구성분해 : 2000~2007년 (Decomposition of the Changes in Wage Density Function : 2000~2007)

  • 본 논문은 2000년대 임금밀도함수의 변화를 추정하고, 근로자 및 일자리 구성의 변화 등을 이용하여 구성 분해한 결과를 제시한다. 2000년대 변화의 특징은 임금 중위층의 위축, 상위층의 대폭 확대, 하위층의 소폭 확대이며, 이 가운데 1/3 정도를 근로자 구성 변화가 설명하지만, 일자리 구성 변화는 상대적으로 설명력이 약한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 근로자 구성에 의해 설명되지 못하는 나머지 변화들은 일자리 유형 내에서 고기능 수요의 확대에 공급이 충분히 대응하지 못함을 반영하는 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 양상은 제조업, 대기업, 노조부문, 생산직 등에서 두드러지는데, 즉 이 부문들에서의 수요 변화가 전반적인 임금분포의 변화를 주도하고 있다고 판단된다.

  • 전자상거래는 비즈니스 절차의 중간 단계를 축소시키고 공급자와 소비자의 관계를 보다 가깝게 만들어 새로운 제품 및 서비스의 제공, 비용절감 및 고객만족의 증대와 산업의 구조를 재구성하는 역할을 수행하고 있다. 그러므로 전자상거래 연구는 기술적 측면뿐만 아니라 경영적 측면의 요인에 관한 연구가 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전자상거래에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있는 경영기술 요인들을 체계적으로 분류하되 단순히 경영기술 요인을 나열하는 것이 아니라 상호 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들의 관계를 자세히 분석할 수 있는 경영기술분류 프레임웤(Framework)을 개발하였다.

  • This study examined the awareness of the middle aged about the digital home system and well-being apartment design elements in order to suggest the design guidelines for planning of the elderly housing environment. By literature review, the concept and characteristics of the digital home system and well-being Apartment design elements were summarized the degree of satisfaction and preference of middle aged for these characteristics were investigated and analyzed. For this study, a questionnaire survey of 156 housewives living in apartment complex of Busan was carried out. The results of this study are as follows: The middle aged were generally short of recognition for digital skill and service, and also they showed positive evaluations to a few useful items of digital home system. These items belong under safety security system and interior environment control system and provided for convenient & comfortable life. Accordingly, satisfied digital home system can apply basic design element for housing for elderly. Whereas, the middle-aged were not satisfied with housework help system and cultural life system because items of these systems were not various and complicate to us. So, for the improvement of not satisfied digital home system, we needed development of digital contents and marketing & management for high accessibility and easy useability. The middle aged will concern about health & environment friendly continuously and become to stay long in their housing as the characteristics of elderly. So, It is necessary to be considered well-being apartment design elements of health & environment friendly very actively and lastingly in elderly housing environment design. Also, the awareness of middle aged for digital home system and well-being apartment design elements varied according to the background characteristics. This suggests housing environment for elderly life is considered differently as various background characteristics of middle aged.

일본과 한국 대학생의 생활력에 관한 국제비교 (University Students' Life Skill Comparison in Japan and Korea)

  • 본 연구는 일본과 한국 대학생을 대상으로 국가별 학생들의 생활력 차이를 명확하게 밝히고 일본과 한국 가정과교육에의 시사점을 고찰하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 본 연구는 2008년에 일본과 한국 대학생들에게 생활력(일상 생활을 위한 능력)에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 생활력에 관한 것을 알아보기 위한 것으로 82문항을 만들었는데, 각각의 문항에 대해 조사 대상자가 스스로 생각하기에 생활에 이미 실천하고 있는지(이하 "실천") 여부, 보다 나은 생활을 위해 더 배우고 싶다고 생각하는지(이하 "과제") 여부, 또한 그러한 능력개발은 중등학교 가정교과를 통해 배워야 한다고 생각하는지(이하 "기대") 여부를 묻는 형태로 구성하였다. 연구결과, "실천"에 관해서는 일본과 한국 각각 특징적인 결과가 나타났는데 일본과 한국의 두 나라 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 발견되지 않았다. "과제"에서는 두 나라 모두 주로 "실천"이 낮게 나타난 항목에서 생활력 향상을 위해 좀더 배우고 싶다는 높은 의욕을 나타내었다. 게다가 "기대"에서는 대부분의 항목에서 한국이 일본에 비해서 통계적으로 유의하게 낮은 기대를 표하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과, 일본과 한국 가정과교육의 과제로서는 초 중 고교에서 가정과교육을 실시하는데 필요한 충분한 수업 시간 수를 확보하고, 가정과교육의 중요성에 대한 사회적 이해와 지지를 구하기 위한 노력을 하는 데 있다고 하겠다.

문제중심학습(PBL)이 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과에 관한 메타분석 (The Effect of Problem-based Learning Strategies (PBL) on Problem Solving Skill: A Meta-Analysis.)

  • 이 연구는 문제중심학습(PBL)이 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과에 대한 일반화된 결론을 도출하고, 이와 관련된 조절변인을 발견하는 데 목적이 있었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내에서 1998년부터 2017년까지 발행된 석사학위 논문과 국내 학술지 논문 41편을 분석하고, 41개의 개별 효과 크기를 산출하였다. PBL이 문제해결능력에 미치는 평균 효과 크기는 .753이었으며, 이것은 PBL이 문제해결능력에 유의미한 교수-학습 방법이라는 것을 의미한다. 한편 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 조절변인은 교과, 유형, 학교급이었다. PBL의 문제해결능력 효과는 수학(d=.922), 예술(d=.916), 실과(d=.827), E-PBL(d=.791), 중학교(d=.972)에서 더 높았다. 교사들은 학생들의 문제해결능력 신장을 위하여, PBL 학습 환경을 유의미하게 조성할 필요가 있었다. PBL이 4차 산업혁명 시대의 학습 환경 변화에 따른 학생들의 고차원적인 문제해결능력을 신장하는 교수-학습방법으로 활용되기를 기대된다.

영재학생의 시험선발과 자동진급방법에 따른 영재학생의 학업정서, 메타인지능력, 자기효능감에 관한 연구 (A Study on Gifted Students Academic Emotion, Metacognition, Self-Efficacy According to Gifted Students Selection Methods between the examination selection and the automatic promotion)

  • 연구의 목적은 영재교육대상자의 선발 방법이다. 즉, 시험 선발과 자동 진급에 따라 선발된 영재학생간의 학업정서, 메타인지, 자기효능감을 차이를 비교, 분석함으로써 선발 방법에 따른 영재 학생의 특성을 이해하고 효과적인 영재교육을 위한 영재교육대상자 판별 및 선발에 있어서의 타당한 근거를 마련해 보고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영재선발방법에 따라 선발된 영재 학생간의 학업정서, 메타인지능력 및 자기효능감의 연구에서는 시험 선발 영재학생과 자동 진급 영재 학생 간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 영재라는 동질 집단 조건에서는 선발방법의 차이에 따른 영향은 없는 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 동일한 선발된 방법에 따른 비교에서, 영재학생의 학업정서를 살펴보면, 시험선발의 경우 초등과 중등 모두에서 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 자동진급에서는 중등의 영재교육기관별 분석에서 영재교육원 학생이 영재학급 학생보다 높았음을 알 수 있었다(p<.05). 메타인지능력에서 있어서는 초등에서는 차이가 없었으나, 중등의 경우 시험선발에서 남학생이, 영재교육원 학생이 높았고(p<.05), 자동진급에서는 영재교육원 학생이 높았음을 알았다(p<.05). 또한 자기효능감에서는 선발 방식에 따라 차이가 없었고 단지 자동진급에서 영재교육원 학생이 영재학급학생보다 높았음을 알았다(p<.05).

흡연예방교육이 중학생의 흡연 지식.태도 및 교육 만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Smoking Prevention Education on Knowledge and Attitude toward Smoking and the Satisfaction of Education among Middle School Students)

  • Objectives: This pre-post quasi-experimental study was designed to investigate the effects of school based smoking prevention education on knowledge and attitude toward smoking, and the satisfaction of education among middle school students. Methods: The subjects included 94 middle school students in the experimental group. and 87 students in the control group. The educational content contained smoking refusal skills, which were taught through lectures and videos. Data collection was achieved using a self-reported questionnaire developed by the investigator. Data were analyzed with the SPSS 10.0 program including frequency, percentile, X2, paired t-test, and ANCOVA. Results: The results were as follows: 1. After the smoking prevention education, the smoking knowledge of the experimental group was significantly improved, whereas that of control group didn't change significantly. 2. There were no significant differences between pretest and post test attitude scores in both groups. 3. Refusal skill was the education content that provided the highest satisfaction for the subjects, and the degree of satisfaction was higher with video watching than with a lecture. Conclusion: Smoking prevention education for middle school students increased their level of smoking knowledge, but did not affect their attitudes toward smoking. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a more effective program, and to evaluate the effects of a long term education program with further studies.

중등학교 조리실습에 대한 현황과 효율화방안 (The Present Situtation and Efficient Way of Cooking Practice in the Middle and High School)

  • Cooking practice is keenly related to not only the betterment of family health but to the improvement of dietary life. Cooking is a kind of practical skill and one is skill in it by repeated practice. The aim of cooking practice in school is to fix cooking method practically and scientifically, to acquire cooking skill. To achieve this aim there are many unrecognized or unsolved problems in the first-line schools. The problems and efficient ways of cooking practice in the middle and high school are as follows; 1. The aim of cooking practice: It should be first of all remembered that the practice is so practical that the knowledge and skill of cooking should be related to the future domestic life. Second, the practice should be able to serve the communal and national life by scientifying and improving life. 2. The content of the practice: First, it should be so arranged step by step that the content of each year should not be repeated. Second, the ratio of Korean cooking practice should be increased and the material of the practice should be chosen in consideration of the peculiarity of the community, seasons and economical problems so that it may be applied to the very day life. Third, to improve dietary life, the practice should be a way of the simplification of dietary life, of the nutritional efficiency. Forth, for the betterment of physical condition of the family the practice should involve balanced dietary plans and dietary therapy. 3. Teaching method: First, the practice should be scientific and comprehensive in consideration of not only cooking skills but also knowledge of nutrition. Second, micro-class system should be adopted, and practice labor should be allotted each student to develop cooperative attitude and the sense of responsibility. Third, in addition to the practice conducted in a body, comparative cooking, applicable cooking and experimental ability and the content of the text. Fourth, teachers should let the students examine and find problems by bringing them to a focus on the basis of theory. 4. Administration method: First, the practice schedule should be planned that a class has practices at least more than twice a semester. Second, two hours of class should be continued without cessation after beforehand survey and theory study. Third, facilities and utensils for practice should be enlarged. That is, cooking practice rooms, tools, utensils should be prepared. Fourth, enough cost of practice should be secured. The above mentioned points show the present situation and problems with which cooking practice teaching is confronted. In order to normalize cooking practice teaching, the first-line schools should give the above mentioned problems their careful consideration and improve the present situation so that efficient, creative, practical cooking practice will be possible.

간호 관리 능력 개발을 위한 교육 연구 (Needs on Management Development Program for Head Nurse)

  • The objectives of this study are to identify the actual educational contents of management for head nurse and to propose the educational subjects according to identity the needs of head, charge, and staff nurses. The subjects were investigated the actual Management Development Programs and educational needs of head nurses and prospective nurse manager(charge nurse, staff nurse with a lot of clinical experiences) in general hospitals. The tools were composed of two questionnaires: One was developed from the literature review for making items to measure actual situation. The other was revised Katz's model for measurement of educational needs. The first respondents of actual situation were 27 general hospitals with over 400 beds in Seoul and the second respondents were 89 head nurses, 67 charge nurses and 136 nurses at 3 hospitals by convenient sampling out of 27 general hospitals. Data were collected by telephone interview, mail questionnaire and visiting from 7th of October through 30th of November in 1997. In data analysis, general characteristics of the respondents and actual status of Management Development Programs were analyzed by frequency and percentage. Educational needs according to general characteristics were analyzed by ANOVA The results were as follows: 1. Actual situation of Management Development Program 1) Seven hospitals(26%) had Management Development Program for prospective managers and 14 hospitals (52%) for head nurses. 2) Education Department existed in 14 hospitals (52%). 3) One hospital(4%) had top level managers took part in the Management Development. 4) Two hospitals selected head nurse, who had finished courses of Management Development. Eight hospitals(30%) assessed educational needs. The assessment tools consisted of making a question via questionnaire(75%), determining at department meeting(12%) and interview(13%). 5) Educational programs had 3 types: 10 lecture type, 7 discussion type and 4 role play type programs. 6) One hospital evaluated the change of learner's attitude. 7) Four hospitals scored educational point, but that was measured only by attending. 8) Actual Management Development Programs were as follows. parenthesis indicates the number of hospitals. (1) Management Development Programs for Prospective manager. Role perception of Middle level Manager (1) . Role reconstruction of Nurse Manager (1). Workshop for Charge Nurse (1). Nursing Delivery System and Nursing Process (1). Communication (1). Motivation (1) (2) Management Development Programs for Head nurse.. Head nurse's Role (5). Administrative Work (7). The results of needs on Management Development subject 1) The educational needs of all respondents on 3 skill domains showed positive agreement to strongly positive agreement. 2) High priority(more than 4.5) items were 12 of 24 Human skill items(50%), 1 of 6 Technical skill items(16%), and 2 of 13 Conceptual skill items (15%). 3) Out of high priority items, 8 items were instituted. 4) All respondents showed high needs on 3 skill domains regardless of 3 positions (head nurse, charge nurse, and nurse). Educational needs of Human skill domain, according to position were 108. S, 108.7, 106.8 (mean score = 72) , needs of Technical skill domain were 26.5, 26.6, 26.I(mean score=18), and needs of Conceptual skill domains were 56.9,56.7, 55.1(mean score=39). 5) Needs of 3 skill domains according to clinical career showed significant difference. Out of respondents, nurses with career of over 16years showed lowest degree of needs in Human skill domains(F=4.47, P=.004) and Conceptual skill domain(F=2.93, P=.034). 6) Educational needs according to educational background were not significant difference. But out of respondents, nurses educated at 3-year junior college relatively showed lowest needs in all of the 3 skill domains. With the above-mentioned findings, further study is necessary for generalization of this study at hospitals with different bed size and location. Also it is needed to study about management skill of nurse and charge nurse, and effective educational method.

슬슬.전고 (A Study on the Sil-Sil and Chun)

  • This is a study on Sil-Sil and Chun. Sil-Sil is a kind of turquoise. According to its burial place and use its identity was fixed, It was discovered in the Middle-East Asia like Iran and Tibet, Ancient China imported turquoise from these countries,. Korea also imported it in Shilla period. It was the empresses only who had the priviledge of using Sil-Sil for their ornaments such as hair-pins headdresses and combs. Chun was a sort of metal ornaments. Chun required a high-skilled work' and it showed how advanced its skill at that time.
