소학에 나타난 아동교육론 (Theories of Childhood Education in Sohak(小學))

  • This study analyzed the aims, contents, and methods of early education in Sohak(小學) a textbook for childhood education in the choson Dynasty. The analysis was based on the 6th Korean National Kindergarten Curriculum(in process) and the theories of education in Sohak. Sohak consists of Establishing the Education Process(入敎), Clarifying the Cardinal Human Relationships(明倫), Reverencing for the Self(敬身), Examining Antiquity(稽古), Admirable Sayings(嘉言), and Exemplary Deeds(善行). The aim of education in Sohak was to preserve Sheng(性), i.e. human nature inherited from heaven. The contents of education in Sohak was divided into 6 groups: distinction by age and sex, health, basic life habits, private life, family life, and group life. Methods of education in Sohak was the consolidation of knowledge and conduct, education of self control, learning of exploration, learning of constructive models, learning of keep the stages and telling stories of the sayings of the saints.

보건간호인력 교육훈련 현황과 발전 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development Plan of Education & Training for Public Health Nursing Personnel)

  • Purpose: This study evaluated the education and training for public health nursing personnel and we suggest a development plan for their education and training. Methods: The data was collected from the annual planning reports of the Department of Health and Welfare Training in the Korea National Institute of Health from 1985 to 2004. Results: The summary of problems on the education and training included 1) unspecific educational goals and objectives, 2) a shortage of education and training programs for improving practical skills and knowledge on health promotion and chronic disease management, and 3) ineffective teaching methods based on lecture. In order to overcome these problems, education & training for public health nursing personnel should 1) establish dear and specific goals and objectives, 2) develop educational programs that focus on the trainee's needs and develop a long term educational program for reinforcing practical competency along with elementary courses for novices & advanced courses for experts, 3) utilize effective teaching methods such as case study, e-learning and applied learning programs. Conclusion: The education and training for public health nursing personnel should be improved in order to reinforce their competency and their ability to cope with the changing health care environment of the 21st century.

  • The article studies the implementation of automation in the education process as a convenient interface of a document management system, on the one hand, which makes it easy to navigate the program, requiring from the user only a small amount of any special skills in working with electronic computers, on the other hand, it provides to the user operational information about all the data of interest to him, taking into account the access rights given to this or that information, stored in the enterprise database.

What Feminist Mathematics Education tells to South Korea?

  • I examine the discussions of studies related to feminist mathematics education and the implications of mathematics education in South Korea. In particular, I attempt to answer the following questions through literature reviews on feminist mathematics: What is the epistemological background of feminist mathematics education? How is feminist mathematics education defined and implemented? What does feminist mathematics education suggest in South Korea's mathematics curriculum? From the analysis of the literatures, I found that feminist mathematics education reflects not just the rights of female's rights but also a paradigm shift in epistemology of mathematics and philosophy of mathematics education. In this regard, feminist mathematics questions the existing mathematics education related to the female students who were marginalized in the composition and delivery of mathematics. Feminist mathematics education points out that in the course of the transfer of mathematical knowledge in schools, female students understand unilateral information procedurally without understanding the concept. Mathematics educators should consider alternative curricula that reflect the views of female students regarding the nature of mathematics. Students should be able to receive equal mathematics education in a school regardless of their gender. In this case, equal mathematics education refers to education methods that are suitable for both male and female students. The existing mathematics content and its teaching methods were designed based on the learning experiences of male students, which made them relatively difficult for female students to understand.

코로나-19 확산 속에서 손 씻기 교육 프로그램 적용이 지적장애 아동들의 손 씻기 빈도와 방법에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Application of Hand Washing Education Program for the Children with Intellectual Disability on Hand Washing Frequency and Methods during COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 코로나-19 확산 속에서 손 씻기 교육 프로그램 적용이 지적장애 아동들의 손 씻기 빈도와 방법에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 지적장애 아동 14명이며, 시각적 영상 자료를 활용한 손 씻기 교육에 참여하였다. 손 씻기 교육 프로그램은 소개, 이론교육, 실습으로 구성되었으며, 매주 2회로 16회기, 총 8주간 실시하였다. 손 씻기 이론교육은 손 씻기 중요성과 적응증, 올바른 손 씻기 단계와 방법, 손 씻기 도구 사용방법, 그리고 손 소독제 특성을 포함한 손 소독제 사용방법, 손 씻기로 인한 피부 손상 예방으로 구성되었다. 손 씻기 평가는 손 씻기 빈도와 방법 관찰 기록지를 활용하여 실시되었다. 손 씻기 빈도는 일상생활의 일과 중에서 손을 씻는 빈도를 평가하였으며, 일별, 월별 빈도를 분석하였다. 손 씻는 방법은 손 씻는 도구사용, 시간, 부위, 손 씻은 후 건조방법으로 구분하여 평가하였다. 그 결과 손 씻기 교육 프로그램 적용 후 대상자들의 손 씻는 빈도가 증가하였고, 손 씻는 방법도 향상되었다. 코로나-19 확산 속에서 적극적인 감염예방 방법으로 손 씻기는 매우 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구결과를 토대로, 지적장애 아동들의 손 씻기 빈도를 증가시키고, 손 씻기 방법을 향상시키기 위해서 손 씩기 교육의 적용을 고려해야 할 것이다.

응급실 폭력예방에 대한 효율적인 교육방안 (Effective education for the prevention of violence in the emergency room)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the educational satisfaction of trainees in implementing violence prevention education by workers in the emergency room and insufficient education. Methods: The participants of the study were 65 emergency room employees in S area. Results: First, education was helpful if you actively participated in education, and if you did not actively participate in education, education was shown to be of little or no help (χ2(p)= .000 p-value<.05). Second, formal education (53.3%) was identified as the problem of preventive education currently in place of education, and statistics show that the biggest problem with applying emergency room violence prevention education at worksites is a lack of active support (41.7%) from the police and hospitals. Third, 48.3 percent of the respondents thought that the education methods invited experts were appropriate for emergency room violence prevention education. Conclusion: The problem with the current emergency room violence prevention education is that it is necessary to establish a connection program between hospitals and police stations and give lectures by experts in violence prevention education to apply the contents of the educational curriculum in the workplace with one time and formal education.

  • The aim of the current work is to investigate the numerical study of a nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equation with initial conditions. Our approximation techniques modified adomian decomposition method (MADM) and variational iteration method (VIM) are based on the product integration methods in conjunction with iterative schemes. The convergence of the proposed methods have been proved. We conclude the paper with numerical examples to illustrate the effectiveness of our methods.

보육시설 안전교육.안전사고 실태와 담임교사들의 안전교육 범위와 방법 인식에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Safety Education and Safety Accident Status in Child-Care Facilities and Homeroom Teacher's Recognition about the Safety Education Range and Methods)

  • In most child-care facilities, homeroom teachers take the responsibilities for safety education, which has been conducted in class hours on a regular basis. It was found that most homeroom teachers are lacking in teacher training opportunities, and the younger they are, the less training experience they get. Teachers with fewer teaching careers had a greater interest in safety education and training courses. In addition, homeroom teachers have been utilizing monthly toddler magazines as a method to acquire knowledges for safety education and prevention of safety accidents. The safety accidents which have most frequently occurred in care-care facilities turned out to be stumble and tear, and infants aged 3 years or younger were found to be easily exposed to the safety accidents mainly due to the frolic between peers during the free-choice activity time. The homeroom teachers recognized only traffic safety education among the range of safety training courses, which varied depending on teaching career such as traffic safety education and indoor/outdoor safety environment training, etc. In addition, it turned out that the safety training methods were limited to the utilization of discussion techniques, role-playing, description and demonstration.

제7차 수학과 선택 중심 교육과정 운영 실태 분석 및 개선 방안 탐색 (An Analysis on the Implementation and the Methods of Development of the 7th Optional Mathematics Curriculum)

  • National curriculum is very important for the future of nation. So, continuous efforts are needed to improve the national curriculum. This study examined the issues and the problems related with the 7th optional mathematics curriculum, and gave the message about th: methods of implementation. For this, we analyzed the result of the questionnaire survey which consisted in the question about the 7th optional mathematics curriculum. 264 high school mathematics teachers are participated in this survey. We found the result that the 7th optional mathematics curriculum has the problem in contents and management. So, this study gave not only the problem but also the various concrete methods for management of the 7th optional mathematics curriculum. We hope that mathematics education members research and argue about the optional mathematics curriculum for next curriculum.

교육과정 분석에 따른 교육용 기록정보콘텐츠의 예시 설계 (Designing the Archival Contents Sample for Education Based on Curriculum-standards Analysis)

  • 본 논문은 교사와 학생을 대상으로 제공하는 교육용 기록정보콘텐츠를 개발하는데 있어 핵심적인 단계인 교육과정 분석과 컬렉션 분석의 방법을 제시하고 이 방법에 따라 교육용 기록정보콘텐츠의 예시를 설계하였다. 본 논문은 고등학교 수업에서 통일 교육의 교재로 활용할 수 있는 교육용 기록정보콘텐츠를 설계함으로써 앞서 제안한 교육과정 분석과 컬렉션 분석의 적용 가능성을 검증해보고, 교육과정과 연계되어 활용할 수 있는 교육용 기록정보콘텐츠의 모델을 제시하고자 하였다.
