Through this study, the policy proposals were intended to be presented to the head of the farming policy. Therefore, the meaning of this study is as follows. First, rather than judging the returning farmer on his own, he should provide sufficient information to consult with his family and increase access to agriculture. Second, by opening up SNS and YouTube to returning farmers, they should instill confidence in rural areas by providing them with information about the joy of rural life and the success of farming so that they can easily access information about rural life through villages, youth associations and women's associations. Efforts should be made to create vibrant rural areas by providing infrastructure around farmland, providing various amenities for settling young people and forming a family farmers' association. Third, the head of the return farming policy should come up with customized support policies for the return farming (e.g., one-year farm support, free farm support, institutional sales guarantee, tourism in advanced countries, modernization of farmland facilities). Public relations strategies should also be strengthened so that such policies can lead to agriculture. Finally, the government should provide subsidized economic activities (e.g. Airbnb, donation of expertise and work-related personnel before returning home, rural experience, etc.).

is a film that lifted Director Joon Ho Bong and Korea to the world-class level. A number of researchers have released findings of studies on based on their own interests and perspectives. The current study discussed the historical facts of black comedy in film and how black comedy from play has been used for epic characteristics and formal measures, although it was not a specific rule, through the perspectives of contemporary writers, such as Beckett, Ionesco, Durrenmatt, and Brecht. Some tools used for comedies and tragedies shared the same concept with black comedy in film and black comedy was a unique characteristic of film. The study analyzed how black comedy was signified in for paradox and nonalignment of purpose/intent and consequences as epic characteristics and parody, grotesque, and coincidence as formal measures. It also discussed the meaning of Director Bong's black comedy in and how the audience accepted it. Both the contemporary writers and Director Bong has a compassionate perspective, but the his was different from the work of other contemporary writers. Therefore, the study discussed his creativity behind .

This study research the effect that the reality therapy program reduces the occupational stress in company employee. The subjects of this research were company employees aged 30 to 49 in the A area and they work more than 2 years in company. They were divided into two groups: an experimental group of 10 company employee, and a control groups of 10 company employee. and executed the program to the experiment group. A measurement tool was used a standard occupational stress scale for korean employee that developed by The Korean Society of Occupational Stress. For the purpose of the study, it was t-test to analyze collected data. The result of the study was that the occupational stress in an experiment group which take part in the reality therapy program was meaning statistically reduced than the control group by p<.001. In the subordinate measure of occupational stress, the occupational demand, organization system, requital inappropriateness score has a significant result by p<.01 and the occupational self-regulation, relation discord, and occupational insecurity score has a significant result by p<.05. In sum, the occupational stress score of treatment group which take part in the reality program reduce significantly than the scores of control group. Thus, the reality therapy program significantly effect to reduced the company employee's occupational stress.

There are various views in the boundary of deflationism of truth in regarding the nature and role of truth. This paper surveys the issue on how the core thesis uniting the deflationism is characterized. First, I will examine some comments on what is the central thesis supported or rejected by the deflationists and inflationists, mainly discussing Armour-Garb and Beall's work, and will show on which aspects they are unsatisfying. From this, I will suggest these statements: first, the central cores of deflationism are conceptual fundamentality and explanatory exhausting. Second, the particularity thesis, understood in an alternative way, cannot be a central claim of deflationism. Third, another important claim from deflationists, the expression thesis, can be derived from the two main thesis above. But it is still not clear enough what the non-expressive explanatory role of truth, which is denied by the expression thesis. So I will check some possible clarifications on it and discuss why they should be rejected. And I will introduce Dummett's view on the role of truth condition in truth conditional explanation of meaning, and I will claim that if Dummett is right why the role must be a inflated one. Finally, I will suggest a further implication that the understanding on the both sides can be widened by connecting considerations on both views.

Seymour Chwast, who has worked in various fields as in illustrator, graphic designer, and art director since 1950's, opened a new possibility in the field of visual design. Pushpin Graphics, founded by Chwast and his collegues, played a vital role in experimentation based on their creativity and courage. Amazingly enough his field covers Illustration, graphic design, poster, typography, and publication. His works, in which he sa tired people or events severely using his own lanb'Uage styit', appeals public powerfully and is remembered for a long time. He gives various forms to his creative ideas throughout many fields he deals with including caricature, giving all designers fresh and b'Teat inspiration. The fact that Chwast dose not limit himself to anyone style but uses various styles freely indicates his creative thinking process. The Creative Thinking, which is embedded in all his works, is so interesting and tactful that it may fulfill the requirement of the times, which wants to see something new and epochmaking. The aim of this study is to find creativity of Chwast's new visual language and its meaning through the analysis of unique caricatures among his works based on his philosophy, creative work process, and, particularly, creative thinking.

This qualitative study aimed to explore and understand the impacts of the poor neighborhood on children from their own perspectives. To this end, the meaning and the structure of children's lived experiences were explored. The participants were recruited from elementary school high grade students living in poor neighborhood. Focused group interviews were conducted in each of the 24 World Visions social work agencies. The collected data were analysed qualitatively. According to the results, the following main themes could be extracted from the children's lived experiences: "Conflict between connection and differentiation", "Resigning to the fate of being neglected in danger" "Learning to live in the dark cave", "Anticipating a bowl of trust from the neighborhood". The children living in poor neighborhood were threatened by the physical and emotional danger highly probable in weak social infrastructure. Also, they have internalized negative self-identity by chaotic environment and, even the negative role models from alcoholic and sometimes violent adults. However, they were experiencing positive caring from and solidarity with surrounding neighborhood, and were participating in volunteered activities for asserting their citizen rights. These may be the keys to empowerment and, ultimately, to change for themselves and the community. The implications of the study results for the policy making and the actual practice were discussed focusing on the children's rights and well-being.

Safety is considered as a very important factor when tourists select tourist spots, which means that the desire for safety in the tourism industry is very high. Therefore, a specialized field for the safety of the tourism industry is necessary. Already, there are staff members who are responsible for safety in various tourism sectors, but they have been led through knowledge based on work experience without professional education. In order to train specialists who are responsible for the safety of the tourism industry, research in related fields is indispensable, and universities in charge of research and education systematically construct surveys of related fields, and through experts I have to train. In the field meaning tourism security, there is Hospitality Security. Hospitality means 'to hospitality', 'to be entertaining', Hospitality Industry is used to cover the tourism industry in its exhaustive sense. Security is a term that refers to safety and security. Therefore, Hospitality Security which the two meanings together, that is, korean word hospitality security, tourism security can be said. Already in the US experts in the field of Hospitality Security explained the importance through related books. Currently in Korea, well-known tourism related universities operate subjects in the Hospitality field, and the security field also manages subjects at several universities. So, We collected the subjects managed at each university, analyzed them, and selected subjects of Hospitality Security. If the results of research through continuous research accumulate, the value as academic will be further increased, and it will be possible to have a role responsible for the safety of the tourism industry by producing experts accordingly.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects empowerment has on a lifelong educator's job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study was implemented to amass and analyze the data from 160 Daejeon district's lifelong educators using SPSS 20.0. The statistical analysis was conducted with the following measures: frequency analysis for demographic characteristics, descriptive analysis, factor analysis with Varimax rotation for the validity of the measured variables, Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the reliability of the internal consistency between the variables, and Pearson's correlation coefficient to confirm the relevance between the variables. Our hypothesis was then verified through regression analysis. Our research results showed that, first, the level of empowerment differed depending on such factors as gender, age, education level, employee type, work hours, and monthly income. Second, empowerment was shown to have a significant influence on job satisfaction, where higher empowerment levels led to higher job satisfaction. Third, empowerment was a significant factor in increasing organizational commitment, as higher empowerment levels led to higher commitment. Therefore, this study reflected on the concept that empowerment was needed by lifelong educators, thus showing that enhancing job satisfaction and organizational commitment by developing the personal abilities of a lifelong institution educator is favorable to the institution's development and success.

The preface to the Korean version of ≪十個詞彙中的中國≫ is titled This means June 4, 1989, when the Tiananmen Square incident in China took place. It was cleverly called 'May 35' to avoid censorship by the Chinese government. The reason why the original ≪十個詞彙中的中國≫ is banned from publishing in China is because the book directly mentions the Tiananmen Square incident. On the contrary, it was published in the May 35 style of writing in spite of public opinion. Writing in the May 35 and June 4 style refers to writing in "fiction" and "non-fiction." For the past three decades, Yu-hwa has talked about the Chinese reality in love and hate amid the so-called fiction "false writing." And it is someone's admission that there was a keen spirit of criticism in the past. ≪十個詞彙中的中國≫ has an important meaning that Yu-hwa is no longer dependent on the framework of fiction, but is the first work to begin to express the desire to directly talk about.

This study aimed to provide the basic data to effectively teach nursery practices by investigating the dilemmas experienced by nursery school teachers-in-training majoring in children's welfare during nursery practicums and factors for solving such dilemmas. To this end, a qualitative analysis was conducted using journals, daily monitoring reports and interviews with 15 nursery school teachers-in-training in the Department of Social Welfare at S Women's University. The meaning related to the theme of the research was identified by repetitive reading in the process and then, the key words were determined through the categorization process. Next, the key words with similar concepts were re-classified and the sub-theme and the main theme were selected. In accordance with the analysis, it was identified that the dilemmas experienced during nursery practicums were related to tutors, children, classes, excessive work and the self. Furthermore, the subjects reported inner conflict because they had the alternative to select nursery or social welfare. The factors relieving such dilemmas included a change of children, encouragement from colleagues and the acquisition of practical knowledge. On the basis of the analysis results, this study proposed an approach to effectively implement nursery practicums for nursery school teachers-in-training majoring in children's welfare in the discussion chapter.
