고등학생의 어머니에 대한 심리적 독립과 자아개념이 진로성숙에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Psychological Separation from Mothers and Self-Concept on Career Maturity of High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how the career maturity of high school students was affected directly or indirectly by psychological separation from their mothers and through the mediation of self-concept. The subjects in this study were 496 juniors from regular high school in the city of Daegu, who included 243 boys and 253 girls. The measurements of this study were a career-maturity inventory, psychological separation inventory (PSI), and self-concept scale. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, career maturity had significantly positive correlation to conflictual independence from mothers for them. Second, as for the influence of psychological separation, and self-concept on career maturity, three variables, including competence self-concept, home self-concept, attitudinal independence from mothers, classroom self-concept, had significantly explanation of career maturity. Third, as a result of making a path analysis of the impact of psychological separation from mothers on career maturity through the medium of self-concept, conflictual independence gave a direct impact only, and its indirect effect was insignificant. The attitudinal independence showed both direct and indirect influences, for mothers had a significantly indirect impact only.

초등학생의 진로의식성숙도에 애착과 자아개념이 미치는 효과: 성차, 동시효과 및 지연효과에 관하여 (The Effects of Attachment and Self Concept on Career Maturity of Elementary School Students: Gender Differences, Concurrent and Lagged Effects)

  • This study examined the effects of parent-, peer-, and teacher-attachment on development of career maturity via the mediating effects of self concept. There were 2844 elementary school students, ages 12 to 13 years old, who participated in the Korean Youth Panel Survey. All data were used for the analyses. Gender differences were found in most of the variables, including attachment, self concept, and career maturity. The Structural Equation Modeling technique applied to the data revealed that there were both concurrent and lagged effects of attachment and self concept on career maturity. It was found that self concept played a mediating role on career maturity.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of a career education program during a discretional activity class in elementary school. It established the following questions to achieve the objectives. First, does a career education program In a discretional activity class have an effect on elementary schooler's career maturity? Second, does a career education program in a discretional activity class make an influence on elementary schooler's self-concept? To settle these subjects, it assigned two classes in 5th grade of A elementary school, city of Anyang, Gyeonggi-do, experiment group and control group. It was applied the experiment group a career education program. As for measurement, it was used career maturity level test for elementary and middle schoolers' and 'the self-concept diagnostic test'. It was examined career maturity and self-concept of the groups through the pre-test post-test, applying cross-tabulation analysis to career choices pattern and t-test to career maturity level and self-concept. The results were as follows: First, students of experiment group showed meaningful differences in career choice pattern, career choice attitude, and career choosing skills compared to control group, and that presented a career education program made a positive impact on elementary schooler's career maturity. Second, it showed that there was a significant difference in self-concept, showing students of experiment group took better place. it is believed that a career education program had a potent influence on the self-concept of elementary students.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a small group collaboration learning program through MBTI on nursing professional self-concept and career maturity of nursing college students. Method: A randomized control pre-post test experimental research design was used. There were 30 sophomore nursing students in the experimental group and 30 in the control group randomly assigned and randomly selected from the nursing program of T University in Daegu, Korea. The program through MBTI was developed by Kwon (2002) using a program by Shim and Kim (1997) as treatment. The experimental group received the program through MBTI for 30 hours (2 times a week for 15 weeks) while the control group received no treatment except a series of tests. Measures were the MBTI test, nursing professional self-concept scale, and career maturity scale. The data were analyzed with SPSS Win 17.0 program, chi-square test, and t-test. Result: The experimental group which received the program through MBTI had a higher score of nursing professional self-concept and career maturity change than the control group. Conclusion: A small group collaboration learning program through MBTI was effective in increasing nursing professional self-concept and career maturity of nursing college students.

초등학교 저학년 성조숙증 여아의 성숙불안과 신체외모 관심이 자아개념에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Maturity Fears and Appearance Interest on Self-concept among Lower-grade Elementary School Girls with Precocious Puberty)

  • Purpose: This study explored the relationships of maturity fears and appearance interest(interest in appearance, interest in weight) with self-concept among girls with precocious puberty. Methods: The participants for this study were 120 elementary school students (8 to 10 years old) and their parents from two hospitals located in Chungcheong Province. Data were collected from January to February 2019 using self-reported questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, the Mann-Whitney U test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis in SPSS for Windows version 23.0. Results: Statistically significant negative correlations were found between self-concept and maturity fears (r=-.34, p<.001) and interest in weight (r=-.29, p=.001). Maturity fears were identified as a factor affecting the self-concept of girls with precocious puberty (β=-.34, p<.001). This variable explained 11.5% of the variance in the self-concept of girls who experienced precocious puberty. Conclusion: This study confirmed that maturity fears had a major influence on self-concept in girls with precocious puberty. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of a psychosocial nursing intervention program for girls who experience precocious puberty.

  • Aims. In order to analyze the concept of stigma, so to develop a valid instrument to measure stigma. Methods. First, a concept analysis was conducted with the aim of clarifying the state of the science of discipline-specific conceptualizations of stigma. The criterion-based method of concept analysis as described by Morse and colleagues was used (Morse et al., 1996; Morse, 2000). This analytic process enabled the assessment of the scientific maturity of the concept of stigma. The interdisciplinary concept of stigma was found to be immature. Based on this level of maturity it was determined that in order to advance the concept of stigma toward gloater maturity. techniques of concept development using the literature as data were applied. In this process, questions were 'asked of the data' (in this case, the selected disciplinary literatures) to identify the conceptual components of stigma. Results. The inquiry into the concept of stigma led to the development of an expanded interdisciplinary conceptual definition by merging the most coherent commonalties from each discipline. And the conceptual components of stigma were identified. The antecedent factors of stigma were "apart from social identity". The attributes of stigma were "devaluing, labeling, negative stereotypes, discrimination". The consequences of stigma were "social rejection, social isolation, deficiency of social support, low social status".

  • The maturity concept proposes that concrete of the same mix at the same maturity has the same strength, whatever combination of temperature and time makes up that maturity. Maturity is the integral of time and temperature of concrete above a datum temperature. Tests are conducted in order to determine a datum temperature and to measure compressive strengths and maturity of test specimens. This study also proposes some appropriate functions to represent the relationship between maturity and strength development.

성숙도 개념을 이용한 콘크리트 초기강도 예측 모델 개발 연구 (Development of Predication Model of Early-Age Concrete Strength by Maturity Concept)

  • 성숙도는 콘크리트의 양생 온도이력에서 구해지는 것으로 초기강도 예측을 위한 하나의 유용한 지표가 될 수 있다. 즉 성숙도 이론은 배합이 동일할 때 성숙도 값이 같으면 강도값은 같다는 이론이다. 본 연구에서는 성숙도 법칙의 이론적 전개과정을 살펴보고 그 값을 계산하기 위하여 가장 널리 알려진 Nurse-Saul함수를 검토하였다. 또한 성숙도 함수와 기준온도(datum temperature) 설정을 위한 일련의 포괄적인 실험연구를 수행하였다. 성숙도를 강도값에 연관시키기 위한 여러 가지 성숙도-강도함수를 비교해보고 그 장단점을 분석해 보았으며 이를 통하여 유용한 강도예측함수를 제안하였다. 성숙도 이론의 적용에 있어서 고려해야 할 변수들을 도출하기 위하여 양생조건과 시멘트의 종류, 그리고 물-시멘트비등을 달리 하였으며 이 경우에는 습도나 초기양생온도 등이 변수로 채택되었다. 마지막으로 제안된 함수의 타당성과 정확성을 검증하기 위하여 콘크리트 슬래브를 타설하고 시간단계별로 콘크리트 코아를 채취하여 예측된 강도값과 비교하여 보았다. 본 논문은 실제 콘크리트 구조물의 초기강도 예측을 위해 매우 유용할 것으로 사료되며 현장품질관리에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The strength development of concrete is influenced by temperature and cement type which greatly affect hydration degree of cement. There is not pertinent concrete strength management methods for estimating the in-place strength of concrete. One such method is the maturity concept. The maturity concept is based on the fact that concrete gains strength with time as a result of the cement hydration and, thus the rate of hydration, as in any chemical reaction, depends primarily on the concrete temperature during hydration. Thus, the strength of concrete is function of its time-temperature history. This goals of the present study are to investigate a relationship between strength of high-fluidity concrete and maturity that is expressed as a function of an integral of the curing period and temperature, predict strength of concrete.

노인의 종교적 성숙을 위한 교회교육 방안 연구 (A Study on the Method of Church Education for the Elderly's Religious Maturity)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 빠른 속도로 고령화가 된 한국교회 노인의 건강한 삶을 위해 종교적 성숙의 과제가 필요함을 주장하고, 이를 위해 종교적 성숙에 있어서 본질적인 요인인 하나님과의 관계를 위해 긍정적인 하나님 이미지 형성 및 개발을 위한 교육적 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 노인을 위한 교회교육에 대한 선행연구 탐색을 통해 노인교육의 방향과 과제가 종교적 성숙이 되어야 할 필요성을 주장하고. 인간 삶의 여러 영역에서 종교적 성숙이 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 관련 변인들을 살펴보았다. 종교적 성숙의 과제를 성취하기 위해 성서적 및 신학적 성숙의 개념과 종교심리학적 성숙의 개념을 정리하였고, 종교적 성숙에 있어서 중요한 하나님과의 관계를 위한 하나님 이미지 개념과 성숙한 인간 삶과 관련 있는 변인들을 살펴보았다. 노인의 종교적 성숙을 위해 하나님과의 관계를 올바르게 맺도록 긍정적인 하나님 이미지 형성 및 개발을 위한 교회교육 방안을 지적, 정서적, 행위적 차원에서 제안하였다. 지적인 차원의 교육으로 성서적 및 신학적 하나님 개념을 교육하는 것과 지속적으로 하나님과의 관계를 맺으며 성장과 성숙이 필요한 존재로 노인 스스로를 인식하도록 교육하는 것을 제안하였다. 정서적 차원의 교육으로 노인들의 하나님 이미지의 기원과 형성 과정에 대한 성찰 및 확인하도록 교육할 것과 왜곡된 하나님 이미지 치유하기 위한 교육 상담적 접근으로 교육할 것을 제안하였다. 행위적 차원의 교육으로 다음 세대의 신앙교육에 있어서 부모와 조부모의 역할에 대해 교육할 것과 하나님과의 관계가 삶으로 나타나도록 실천을 유도하는 교육방법을 사용하여 교육할 것을 제안하였다.
