Quantum computing can be a game changer in all areas of economy security, and society, and it is expected to bring innovation to the entire industrial ecosystem. The competition in this industry is accelerating with various countries pushing for policies to preempt technology and maintain a technological advantage. The quantum computing market is expected to show commercial gains in 2027 as an inflection point. Initially, it is expected to replace the high-performance computing market. However the continuous growth of quantum computing will depend on the development innovative services such as ChatGPT in AI, and technological breakthroughs. We examine the definition and outlook, evolution and dynamics, and supply chain structure of the quantum computing industry in an attempt to unveil implications for its development.

Since the 9/11 terror attack, the event which caused supply chain disruption, supply chain security has becomes more important than ever before. Furthermore, such company's logistics strategies conflicting supply chain security as increased global sourcing, JIT manufacturing are increasing supply chain vulnerability. It could burden for global companies to strengthen supply chain security because not only it requires additional investment cost but also changes of companiy's global logistics strategy. However, on the other hand, supply chain visibility and resilience can be improved through supply chain security. In addition, it allows companies to stabilize supply chain structure as well as rapid and flexible response to market demand. The key issue is balancing between efficiency and supply chain security. To do this, identifying risk elements under the supply chain and assessing vulnerability of each supply chain components should be performed before developing efficient supply chain security management system without obstructing supply chain efficiency.

전세수급 불균형 및 그에 따른 전세가격 상승, 임대인의 월세 선호로 전세 비중이 줄고 보증부 월세 비중이 급격히 늘어나는 등 주택 임대차시장 패러다임의 일대 변화가 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 2014년 12월 임차인(일반임차인, LH임대주택 임차인), 임대인, 공인중개인 등 시장참가자를 지역, 거주 유형별로 1,150여 명의 설문조사 결과를 시행하였다. 설문조사 분석결과 시장참여자 모두 전세에서 월세로의 구조변화가 더욱 심화될 것으로 전망했으며 전세가격 상승 이유는 임차인, 임대인, 중개인 모두 집주인의 월세 선호와 전세물량 부족을 응답하였다. 주거안정 및 전세가격 안정을 위한 대책으로는 임차인, 임대인, 중개인 모두 공공임대주택 공급 확대를 최우선으로 꼽았으며, 이 외에 민간임대주택 활성화, 전세금 대출제도 확대, 임대료 보조지원 등을 지목하였다. 고소득층의 전월세시장에 대해 공공이 지나친 개입하기 보다는 시장의 자율성에 맡기는 것이 바람직하며 저소득층에 대해서는 시장원리에 맡기기보다는 장기공공임대주택의 공급확대를 통하여 중장기적으로 전월세 시장을 안정을 기하는 방안이 요구된다.

부동산 경매시장 지표가 상관성이 있고 유의미하다면 일반 부동산과 연계되어 부동산 시장에 의미 있는 정보가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 부동산 경매시장의 주요 지표라고 할 수 있는 경매건수, 매각률(낙찰률), 매각가율(낙찰가율)에 대한 시계열적 상관성을 규명하여 시장 수급 논리가 경매시장에서도 적용되고 있는지 여부를 밝히는 것이 목적이다. 부동산 유형은 주거용 부동산, 토지, 상업용 부동산 세 가지로 구분하여 96개월간 수도권 부동산 경매 관련 월별 시계열 자료를 집계하였다. 이 자료를 바탕으로 유형별 경매 시장 모형을 구축하고 지표 간 상호 영향 관계를 각각 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 수급지표인 경매건수와 매각률은 시장의 수급 논리에 따른 공급 및 수요의 성격을 보였다. 다만 그 상관성은 주거용 부동산의 경우가 높았으며 상업용 부동산은 상대적으로 낮게 나타나 유형별 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 매각률은 가격 지표에 장기적으로 영향을 미치고 있으며, 특히 주거용 부동산 경매시장의 지표는 계량적으로 설명력이 높고 유의미하였다. 경매 관련 세 지표는 정도의 차이는 있지만 상관성이 존재하고 특히 주거용 부동산의 경우는 의미 있는 정보로서 정책 의사결정에 도움이 될 수 있다.

본 연구는 제품의 영업환경에 따라 공급체인구조가 어떻게 달라지는가에 대하여 실증적으로 분석한 것으로서 환경과 공급체인구조에 있어 기존의 논의대상인 기업(business)수준이 아닌 제품 단위에서 공급체인구조에 대한 분석이 이루어 졌다. 이는 기업내 각각의 제품에 따라 제품특성별로 공급체인관리가 이루어져야 하는 중요성을 인식할 때 통합적 공급체인관리에 있어 제품단위의 분석은 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 이에 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 제품환경을 특성에 따라 분류해 공급체인 구조와의 관계를 연구하였다. 여기서 공급체인 구조변수는 기존 문헌연구를 통해 도출하였다. 본 실증 연구를 위하여 제품별 공급체인에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 통계방법은 주로 분산분석(ANOVA)을 사용하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면, 제품 영업환경과 공급체인구조간의 관련성을 분석한 결과, 제품의 영업환경에 따라 공급체인구조가 달라짐을 보였다. 제품영업환경의 두집단, 즉 불확실한 제품환경집단과 안정된 제품환경집단에 따라 공급체인 구조변수(공급체인 참여자수, 공급체인리드타임, 관리적 독립성, 공급체인의 대응점)의 관계에 있어서는 공급체인 참여자수를 제외한 모든 구조변수에서 모두 유의미한 관계를 나타내었다. 공급체인의 구조변수에서 공급체인의 길이를 나타내는 변수로는 공급체인의 참여자수와 공급체인 리드타임이며, 공급체인에 대한 모니터링이나 트러스트 측면을 나타내는 변수로는 관리적 독립성과 공급체인의 대응점이다. 분석결과 환경이 불확실한 제품의 경우 공급체인의 길이측면에서는 안정된 제품보다 짧게 나타나고 있고 공급체인에 대한 모니터링이나 트러스트 측면에서는 환경이 불확실한 제품이 안정된 제품보다 활발히 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 영업환경이 불확실한 제품의 경우 공급체인 구조를 디자인함에 있어서 시장(market)보다는 위계 (hierarchy)위주의 관리에 주안점을 두고 있음을 보여주고 있으며, 반면 영업환경이 안정된 제품의 경우에는 시장 (market)위주의 관리 방식에 초점을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 한전에서는 배전부문을 분리하여 발전부문과 배전부문이 입찰시장에 참여하여 수요와 공급에 따라 시장가격이 결정되고 송전망을 개방 배전회사의 자유로운 사용을 보장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전력 수요 요인(기온, 경제성장)에 따른 패턴을 추출하여 전력 수요를 예측 한다. 예측된 데이터들을 Database화하여 Web으로 보여주며 발전 최적 시장가를 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 앞으로 개방될 전력 수급 시장에서 정확한 수요 예측을 통하여 경쟁력을 향상 시키고 전력 수급의 원활을 통해 소비자의 만족도를 증가시킨다. 또한 전년, 전월, 전주, 전일의 시간대별 전력 사용량을 미리 예측하고, 분석하기 때문에 공급자가 전력을 생산하는데 필요한 기본요금 절감효과와 하한가를 정함으로써, 사용자의 기본요금 지출을 절감할 수 있다.

While the housing transaction price of Seoul tends to be stagnant or declining in line with the housing market recession since 2007, the jeonse price keeps continual increase. Such flow of jeonse price change has a serious influence on ordinary person's housing stability seriously. Therefore, it is very meaningful in terms of social policy to analyze the trend of recent jeonse price change. This study aims to have an empirical analysis of structural characteristics of the trend of recent jeonse price change. After the review of various previous studies, this study selected housing jeonse price index, non-sold house quantity, jeonse vs. transaction price rate, and housing construction performance as analytical variables, and employed monthly time series resources from January 2007 to April 2011. As a result, when the housing supply reduced, the potential quantity for jeonse market reduced that occurred unbalance of supply and demand in jeonse market. In turn, it caused the increase of jeonse price. And, in case of jeonse vs. transaction price rate change, the rate increased which means the increase of required rate of return of invested demand. As such, the increase of market risk degenerates the investment sentiment which caused the reduction of quantity for jeonse market as a submarket.

At present the electric power industry in Korea is going through a major restructuring process. The restructuring is motivated by a desire to reduce electricity supply costs, to attract new in-vestment in modern generation, transmission and distribution facilities, and to stimulate innovation in the wholesale production and the retail supply of electricity. The experience to date shows that restructuring of electric power industry in the US, however, is marred with a number of problematic market performances including unreasonably high prices at wholesale. This paper investigates the important role of Power Exchange for stabilizing electric power industry in transition by offering various financial products. These financial products are used for risk hedging by the market participants. The paper focuses on the risk hedging by an individual supplier and derives an explicit decision rule that incorporates the attitude towards the risks. In addition to providing the financial products for risk hedging by market participants, the Power Exchange plays another very important role of financial safeguard system. Because of its unique characteristics, the Power Exchange is well suited for financial surveillance where it performs the early detection of unsound financial (and to a large extent operational) practices on the part of any system users and protect the system integrity and the market participants from the consequences of a default in the clearing structure.

Since the global economic crisis in year 2008, the world civil helicopter market has been growing recently. According to the market outlook in the next decade, the demand of civil helicopter will be driven by the demand of Private & Corporate, Oil & Gas, Off-shore and EMS(Emergency Medical Service) usages. On the other side, the demand of military market will be driven by the modification and upgrading for life extension or performance enhancement than the new helicopter development for replacing old models. To summarize these situations, the demand of MRO(Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) market has also been on the rise because of the demand due to above several usages in civil side and the life-extension in military side. Through the MRO market analysis for characteristics, developmental trends and a supply chain, this paper describes that the potential of MRO business is considerably large as a propulsive power of domestic helicopter industry. And also, it proposes the construction direction of MRO network because the domestic industry must make the developmental awareness and reliability a stepping-stone towards own helicopter.
