Quantum computing can be a game changer in all areas of economy security, and society, and it is expected to bring innovation to the entire industrial ecosystem. The competition in this industry is accelerating with various countries pushing for policies to preempt technology and maintain a technological advantage. The quantum computing market is expected to show commercial gains in 2027 as an inflection point. Initially, it is expected to replace the high-performance computing market. However the continuous growth of quantum computing will depend on the development innovative services such as ChatGPT in AI, and technological breakthroughs. We examine the definition and outlook, evolution and dynamics, and supply chain structure of the quantum computing industry in an attempt to unveil implications for its development.

Since the 9/11 terror attack, the event which caused supply chain disruption, supply chain security has becomes more important than ever before. Furthermore, such company's logistics strategies conflicting supply chain security as increased global sourcing, JIT manufacturing are increasing supply chain vulnerability. It could burden for global companies to strengthen supply chain security because not only it requires additional investment cost but also changes of companiy's global logistics strategy. However, on the other hand, supply chain visibility and resilience can be improved through supply chain security. In addition, it allows companies to stabilize supply chain structure as well as rapid and flexible response to market demand. The key issue is balancing between efficiency and supply chain security. To do this, identifying risk elements under the supply chain and assessing vulnerability of each supply chain components should be performed before developing efficient supply chain security management system without obstructing supply chain efficiency.

Recently, there has been changing the housing rental market paradigm structure which has been increased the ratios of partly monthly rental ratios, because of increasing chonsei's price, the preference of monthly rental and the rack of chonsei's supply amount. This study had done a survey of 1,400 people for private and public rental residents by region and housing types during Dec. 2014. According to the result of survey, Market participant prospect strongly to change chonsei to monthly rental market structure and the reason of rising of chonsei's price is the preference of householder's monthly rental because of decreasing interest rate and the rack of chonsei's supply amount. The housing policy's proposal of the stability of low income class's housing and jense's price strongly recommended the expansion of public rental housing supply and the activation of private rental housing, the expansion of chonsei loan, housing boucher etx. The rental market policy for high income class have desired to market autonomy than public side's intervention, on the other hands, the rental market policy for low income class have strongly need to the public side's intervention such as the contiuneous long-term rental housing supply.

If the real estate auction market indicators are relevant and meaningful, they can be meaningful information to the real estate market in connection with general real estate. The purpose of this study is to examine whether time-supply logic is applied in auction market by identifying time series correlations for the number of auctions, the auction rate, and the auction price rate, which are major indicators of real estate auction market. The real estate types were classified into three categories: residential real estate, land, and commercial real estate. The monthly time series of auctions in the metropolitan real estate were compiled for 96 months. Based on this data, the auction market model for each type was established and the mutual influences between the indicators were analyzed. As a result, the supply and demand indicators, the number of auctions and the auction rate, showed the nature of supply and demand according to the supply and demand logic of the market. However, the correlation was high for residential real estate and relatively low for commercial real estate. the auction rate has a long-term impact on price indicators, especially residential real estate, which is quantitatively explanatory and significant. The three auction-related indicators differ in degree, but there is a correlation, especially for residential real estate, which can be useful information for policy making.

Analysis about supply chain structure was achieved in product unit that is not 'business' dimension that is existent discussion target in surrounding and supply chain structure as that this study analyzes positively how supply chain structure according to business surroundings of product changes. This can do that analysis of product unit in synthetic supply chain management is essential when recognize the importance that supply chain management must consist by product special quality according to corporation's each product. Sort product environment and studied relation with supply chain structure to achieve study purpose hereupon. Structure variable of supply chain drew through existent literature study here. Executed question investigation for supply chain by product for study that is actual proof enemy, and figure method used analysis of variance (ANOVA) mainly. If summarize result of study, result that analyze relation between business environment of product and supply chain structure, according to business environment of product, showed that supply chain structure changes. Certified that relation of two group (environment group of uncertain product and environment group of stable product) of business environment of product and structure variable (that is number of participant of supply chain, lead time of supply chain, about administration's independence, response points of supply chain) of supply chain is significant relation all from all structure variables except number of participant of supply chain. Variable that express length of supply chain from structure Variable of supply chain is number of participant of supply chain and lead time of supply chain, and variable that display monitoring or trust aspect for supply chain is administration's independence degree and response points of supply chain. As analysis result, product that environment is uncertain is appearing more shortly than product that length of supply chain stabilizes, and also, monitoring or trust aspect for supply chain was proved that is consisting abuzzer than product that stabilize. Therefore, showed that put essential point in administration of 'hierarchy'putting first than 'market' when business environment designs supply chain structure in case of uncertain product, and proved that the other side business environment is focusing in administration way of 'market' putting first in case of stable product.

The proposed system is increased satisfaction of consumer through smoothness of power supply and demand that rises competitiveness through exactly estimated demand at power supply and demand and supply market will open the future. Moreover consumers can reduce expenses of basic charge. Because they beforehand predict and analyze a mount of power spending with former times so a provider concludes the lowest price and reduction effect of basic charge that needed producing of power.

While the housing transaction price of Seoul tends to be stagnant or declining in line with the housing market recession since 2007, the jeonse price keeps continual increase. Such flow of jeonse price change has a serious influence on ordinary person's housing stability seriously. Therefore, it is very meaningful in terms of social policy to analyze the trend of recent jeonse price change. This study aims to have an empirical analysis of structural characteristics of the trend of recent jeonse price change. After the review of various previous studies, this study selected housing jeonse price index, non-sold house quantity, jeonse vs. transaction price rate, and housing construction performance as analytical variables, and employed monthly time series resources from January 2007 to April 2011. As a result, when the housing supply reduced, the potential quantity for jeonse market reduced that occurred unbalance of supply and demand in jeonse market. In turn, it caused the increase of jeonse price. And, in case of jeonse vs. transaction price rate change, the rate increased which means the increase of required rate of return of invested demand. As such, the increase of market risk degenerates the investment sentiment which caused the reduction of quantity for jeonse market as a submarket.

At present the electric power industry in Korea is going through a major restructuring process. The restructuring is motivated by a desire to reduce electricity supply costs, to attract new in-vestment in modern generation, transmission and distribution facilities, and to stimulate innovation in the wholesale production and the retail supply of electricity. The experience to date shows that restructuring of electric power industry in the US, however, is marred with a number of problematic market performances including unreasonably high prices at wholesale. This paper investigates the important role of Power Exchange for stabilizing electric power industry in transition by offering various financial products. These financial products are used for risk hedging by the market participants. The paper focuses on the risk hedging by an individual supplier and derives an explicit decision rule that incorporates the attitude towards the risks. In addition to providing the financial products for risk hedging by market participants, the Power Exchange plays another very important role of financial safeguard system. Because of its unique characteristics, the Power Exchange is well suited for financial surveillance where it performs the early detection of unsound financial (and to a large extent operational) practices on the part of any system users and protect the system integrity and the market participants from the consequences of a default in the clearing structure.

Since the global economic crisis in year 2008, the world civil helicopter market has been growing recently. According to the market outlook in the next decade, the demand of civil helicopter will be driven by the demand of Private & Corporate, Oil & Gas, Off-shore and EMS(Emergency Medical Service) usages. On the other side, the demand of military market will be driven by the modification and upgrading for life extension or performance enhancement than the new helicopter development for replacing old models. To summarize these situations, the demand of MRO(Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) market has also been on the rise because of the demand due to above several usages in civil side and the life-extension in military side. Through the MRO market analysis for characteristics, developmental trends and a supply chain, this paper describes that the potential of MRO business is considerably large as a propulsive power of domestic helicopter industry. And also, it proposes the construction direction of MRO network because the domestic industry must make the developmental awareness and reliability a stepping-stone towards own helicopter.
