In this paper, we analyzed the requirements for the application of UAM, a new concept to solve the traffic congestion in large cities. First, the current domestic and foreign status of research and development related to UAM was investigated and the pros and cons and the time required for each mission radius were analyzed for various configurations of aircraft being commercialized. In addition, in order to analyze the market acceptance of the UAM, the individual's consciousness and reliability requirements were identified and safety requirements were analyzed through accident rate data for each aircraft type. Because it operates in a densely populated urban area, requirement analyses on noise and exhaust, which are environmental factors that can affect the community were performed, and requirements related to aircraft performance, certification standards, and airworthiness standards of FAA and EASA were also analyzed.

Computer performance and the development of computer appliances of today have adopted a new shape of concept, "ubiquitous computing." Thus, users can readily obtain access to abundant information as they can utilize the wireless network taking advantage of the ubiquitous concept, which allows usage inhibited by neither time nor location. In this process, the supply and feedback of information tends to be made real in the form of "interactive agent". This interactive agent with the application of artificial intelligence can enhance the reliability of information using friendly characters, and is used as a tool to grasp the intention! and behavior patterns of the users. This paper will take a look at the concept and the definition of the intelligent agent with "added characteristic", and furthermore investigate the potential and the scope of its development analyzing its features and comparing the examples of the domestic market that pursues to generate profits with it.

Smart mobility is rapidly emerging as a next-generation eco-friendly transportation system, and the market is booming every year. However, due to the characteristics of the devices that use electricity as the power source, the motor and the battery are different from the performance and actual performance indicated by the manufacturer depending on the user's weight and driving environment. Therefore, The frequency of the overload is increased and the failure and damage of the device are increasing. In this paper, we propose an application that provides personalized recommended driving guidance and overloaded driving situation notification at the actual driving separately from the recommended driving provided by the manufacturer after measuring the driving environment of the user, so as to prevent malfunction and damage of the smart mobility device, To ensure safety.

Power supply system & environment have been changed according to the universal global electrification, the pursuit of improving productivity and the convenience of life. The various kinds of modem electric facilities and almost of all kinds of digital devices embedded microprocessor are very sensitive to the supplied power quality variations. So, they are stopped and result in large economic damage when even the deterioration of power quality with short duration is occurred, which was not so fatal to the conventional industrial facilities and devices. Conversely, those facilities and digital devices generate many kinds of power quality problems such as harmonic.;, flicker, voltage drop, etc. This paper presents the status of power quality and outlines the development of a new power quality monitoring system based on the experience of a series of authors' researches and field measurements for industrial customers in Korea. It also proposes the functions of the monitoring device and the efficient analysis method based on the Korean electrical act and international standards on power quality. Finally, the authors suggest some countermeasures for advancing the power quality to cope with the competitive electric power market and customers' needs after domestic restructuring of electric power industry.

This study analyzes the trend of the gender wage gap and its sources in the Korean labor market for the years 1985-2004. Following Oaxaca and Ransom (1994), the gender wage gap is composed of the productivity-related gap and non-productivity-related gap (unobserved productivity gap and discrimination). Empirical findings indicate that both the productivity-related gap and non-productivity-related gap have dwindled, while the decline of the former far excelled that of the latter. The non-productivity-related gender wage gap is much larger for married women than for single women, possibly implying a lower unobserved productivity of married women because of their childcare responsibilities. The non-productivity-related gap is also very substantial in the male-dominated occupations as compared to the female=dominated occupations, supporting the existence of network externalities in employment.

Car blackboxes record the information and status of driving. Since blackboxes are commonly used in daily life, the usage of video data recorded from blackboxes is increasing for investigating. Investigators use a own analysis tool suitable for their blackbox provided by the manufacturer in order to check the data. But the tools are not enough to use in the digital forensic analysis because they are dependent on a specific model of blackbox and provides ungeneralized functions. Moreover, if the manufacturer is bankrupt, then their own tools can not be obtained also. Therefore, the way data are stored in the blackboxes which are now in the market are investigated and the features and limitations which have blackbox's own analysis tools are checked. And a comprehensive tool for the analysis of blackboxes is designed and implemented as in this paper.

Crowdfunding is growing up SNS spread, raising funds from numerous people which are offering necessary funding of private and enterprise using the internet-based platforms. The function of crowdfunding uses innovative financing in being business and start-ups having difficulty in financing. Crowdfunding in our domestic is concentrated on culture and arts in the early adoption phase, and is numerous projects with public features. However, the investment case of crowdfundig in e-commerce trade start-ups is rarely in spite of a increased attention for crowdfunding.. The purpose of this study examined the factors to be considered when using successfully crowdfunding on e-commerce trade start-ups. This study is understanding the legal and policy of crowdfunding market status and other countries, and suggests the activation of the direction of government policy, legal system, and participation of financing suppliers and investors as activating the law and policy system related the crowdfunding on a domestic in terms of e-commerce trade start-ups investment.

Abnormally large electromechanical strain properties have been reported in bismuth-based piezoelectric ceramics, which cast a promise for replacing the market-dominating PZT-based piezoelectric ceramics in actuator applications. In spite of these large strains in bismuth-based piezoelectric ceramics, there still remains a critical issue for its safe transfer to practical applications, representatively, a relatively high operating field required to obtain the large strain properties. To overcome the challenge, much attention has been paid to so-called 0-3(or 3-0) type ceramic/ceramic composite approach to better tailoring the strain properties of bismuth-based piezoelectric ceramics. The approach turns out to be highly effective, leading to a drastic decrease in the operating electric field for these materials. Besides, both extensive and intensive search for the related mechanism revealed that the reduction in the operating electric field is largely due to the contribution from polarization coupling or strain coupling model between two different ceramics. This article reviews the status of the art in the development of novel ceramic/ceramic composites to make large incipient piezostrains in bismuth-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics practical.

In the past 20 years, passenger and cargo transportation performance at the international passenger ports in Korea have increased by 8.6% on the compound annual growth rate, respectively. The Korean government had expected to continue expanding the market of car ferries and the government included plans for the development of additional routes and lanes with neighboring countries such as China, J apan, and Russia as a part of the Plan of the Korean Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries in 2019. However, compared to the development of routes, the management and operation of passenger terminals are inefficient. The purpose of this paper was to introduce the overall improvement of the passenger terminal operating system that reflects the recent changes in the supply and demand of international passenger vessels and the needs of the government and private sector passengers. To this end, a basic survey was conducted on the status of operations and facilities at the Busan International P assenger Terminal and a questionnaire survey was administered on the subject of use. The results of the survey were analyzed using the IPA model. As a result of the analysis, three items in the operation sector, three items in the facility sector, and four items in the system sector of the Busan International Passenger Terminal were identified as in need of improvement. Based on the results, the need for investment to improve the international passenger terminal operating system is suggested.

In Emergence Stage, it shall be tried to inform new menu through Cooking Contest, presentation of new menu, free sampling party and others. In Growth Stage, it shall be changed package menu or set menu. In Maturity Stage, it shall be provided complimentary ticket, gift coupon or discount for the customers with some degree of selling record in order to increase using frequency and selling amount after insure new customers. In Decline Stage, it shall be groped for entry underdeveloped country or less advance nation, but there is no possibility to devote in enterprise, it shall be planned substitute menu development in order to withdraw. By inducting MLC concept, it shall be provided the available informations such as“how could some menu be circulate in some restaurant”“Accordingly do strengthen promotion activities or go to low developed area or overseas, or delete it from menuitems and so on”.
