실시간 교통자료 수집 기술의 혁신을 위해 유비퀴터스 환경기반의 교통정보시스템을 구성하는 인프라(RSE)의 적정 설치간격을 설정하는 방법론을 연구하였다. 적정설치간격을 도출하기 위해 연속류 교통상황 모니터링에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있는 구간통행시간을 평가척도로 설정하고, 인프라(RSE)의 통신반경 내에 위치하는 개별차량의 주행자료에서 속도자료를 추출하여 구간통행시간을 산출하였다. 교통상황에 따른 생성정보의 정확도와 적정 설치간격을 분석하기 위해 정상교통류와 교통사고로 인한 혼잡교통류 상황을 설정하여 개별차량 주행궤적을 수집하였다. RSE 설치간격, MPR(Market Penetration Rate), Time window를 주요변수로 정의하고 산출된 구간통행시간의 정확도를 MAPE(Mean Absolute Percentage Error)를 이용하여 평가하였다. 인프라(RSE) 설치간격 값은 1km에서 0.5km씩 증가시키면서 2.5km까지 적용하였다. 구간통행시간의 평가결과 2.5km의 간격으로 인프라(RSE)를 설치할 때 생성된 구간정보의 정확도가 급격히 감소되었다. 분석결과의 통계적 유의성을 평가하기 위해 분산분석을 수행하였다. 적정수준의 정확도가 확보된 구간정보의 생성이 가능하면서 인프라(RSE)를 최대간격으로 설치하기 위한 RSE 적정간격 설치방법론을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 RSE의 적정설치간격 도출 방법론은 향후 차세대 교통수집체계인 유비퀴터스 환경기반 교통정보시스템의 요구사항 수립을 위해 효과적으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 국내 벤처기업에서 세계 최초로 제조된 요실금 치료기기의 유럽시장 진출을 위하여 국내외 의료기기 시장의 환경변화에 대하여 서술하고 요실금과 치료방법, 그리고 신제품의 특성 및 유럽 요실금 치료기기 시장을 분석하여 유럽시장 진출 방안을 제시하였다. 그 결론으로 국내 의료기기 벤처기업에서 세계 최초로 개발된 요실금 치료기기를 유럽시장에 판매하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 전략이 필요하다. 첫째, 시장침투수준을 증가시키기 위하여 국내 업체는 유럽에서 개최되는 관련 학회 및 전시회 참가 등을 통하여 유럽의 가정의와 비뇨기과 의사들에게 국내에서 개발된 요실금 치료 장비에 대한 인식을 높이는 전략이 필요하다. 둘째, 개성 있는 독특한 제품임과 치료방법의 제시, 그리고 감염률을 줄일 수 있는 비용-효과적인 제품이라는 점의 강조가 필요하다. 셋째, 요실금 치료기기 시장의 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 상황에서 국내의 요실금 치료기기 제조업체는 품질을 확보하면서 가격을 낮출 수 있는 방법 모색을 통하여 품질과 배송, 그리고 가격의 일관성을 제시하여야 할 것으로 연구되었다.

Since 2001, Korea government has been purchasing the generation from renewable generation facilities with the higher incentive prices than market price in order to increase the penetration of renewable energies. Generally, the incentive purchase tariff is calculated on the base of the generation cost of renewable power facilities. This paper constructs the input data for economic analysis and evaluates the generation cost of PV, wind power, LFG and small hydro power using LCCA model.

This paper identifies success factors influencing technology commercialization, develops a framework for technology commercialization model among factors, commercialization, empirically investigates the framework, and suggests policy alternatives for more effective technology commercialization in the areas of information and communication technology industries in Korea. To facilitate commercialization of government-sponsored R&D projects, the following policy implications are suggested; manager's willingness and support on commercialization, and more abundant commercialization fund, former experience on commercialization, strong linkage with present business and technology, more information about government commercialization programs and technologies, and improved environment of commercialization including market protection and penetration support.

Several of the conventional hydraulic systems in an automobile are now being replaced by more reliable and energy efficient electromechanical systems. Developments in the brushless permanent magnet machine and in the power and control electronics are the key factors responsible for this transformation. These applications brought out some performance challenges associated with the brushless machines. This paper will focus on these challenges to be able to use these machines in such applications. In terms of replacing hydraulic systems with electromechanical systems, steering system is leading the way in automobiles. Currently, steering systems using Electro-hydraulically assisted systems and Electrically assisted (Electromechanical) systems are in the market. Though the Electrically assisted power steering has several advantages over other systems, certain performance and cost challenges delayed the penetration of such systems in to the market.

본 연구에서는 모바일콘텐츠 중 성장 가능성이 가장 큰 것으로 전망되는 모바일게임에 있어서 플로우와 고객 충성도 간의 인과관계를 구조적으로 살펴보고, 플로우에 영향을 주는 요인들에는 어떤 것들이 있는지를 조사하였다. 연구 결과 플로우는 디자인, 도전감, 숙련도 및 보상에 의해 유의한 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 플로우 또한 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향력이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 통계적 검증결과를 통해 모바일게임 개발과 관련된 몇 가지 실무적 시사점들을 도출하였다.

As Decentralized Generation(DG) becomes more reliable and economically feasible, it is expected that a higher application of DG units would be interconnected to the existing grids. This new market penetration of DG technologies is linked to a large number of factors like technologies costs and performances, interconnection issues, safety, market regulations, environmental issues or grid connection constrains. Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) has researched performance characteristics of the 60k W class 1) basic start-up & shutdown operation analysis 2) interconnection test 3) MGT -absorption chiller-heater system in the local condition. Variations of heat recovery from exhaust gas has measured according to micro gas turbine output of 15, 30, 45, 60kW. From those results, the performance of the MGT-absorption chiller/heater system has been evaluated. The suggested strategy and experience for the evaluation of the distributed generation will be used for the introduction of other distributed generation technologies into the grid in the future.

The growth of fixed telephony has been steady but unexceptional. The number of mobile telephone subscribers, however, has increased dramatically throughout the decade. The increasing prevalence of mobile communications, in conjunction with the relatively high penetration of fixed telephony, will cause the market for converged services to become significant in coming decade. The current fixed and mobile regulatory regimes are very different. Regulation of the fixed market tends to focus on monitoring the activities of incumbent operator and ensuring that other operators can compete on a fair basis. Mobile markets have historically been more competitive, and the asymmetric nature of regulation of these markets has not been as prevalent as for fixed communications. The purpose of this paper is to identify the fixed-mobile convergence and to suggest the future regulatory principles for fixed-mobile convergence.

대외개방의 진전은 해외로부터의 실재적 경쟁(actual competition)과 잠재적 경쟁(potential competition)을 동시에 촉진할 수 있다. 경쟁정책을 집행하는 데 있어 지금까지 경쟁당국은 국내시장에서 수입품이 차지하는 비율, 즉 실재적 해외경쟁만을 고려해 온 경향이 있으며, 잠재적 경쟁에 대한 고려는 상대적으로 적었던 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문은 수입침투율의 국내시장조건에 대한 동태적 반응을 잠재적 경쟁의 측정지표로 사용하여 해외로부터의 잠재적 경쟁이 한국의 산업별 시장구조에 따라 어떤 차이를 가지는가를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 동태적 패널모형을 이용한 실증분석의 결과, 해외로부터의 잠재적 경쟁이 유의하게 존재하며, 이는 국내시장구조가 상대적으로 독과점화되어 있는 경우 보다 강하게 나타난다는 것을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과는 국내시장구조만으로 경쟁의 정도를 파악하는 데에는 한계가 있으며, 따라서 경쟁정책의 왜곡을 줄이기 위해서는 해외부문과의 잠재적 경쟁을 적절히 반영하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 시사해 주는 것이라고 할 수 있을 것이다.
