Purpose - Identify the priorities of important factors through SWOT/AHP analysis method for vitalization of global marine sports in Korea. Through this, we will identify prerequisites and strategies for Korean marine sports to become a global powerhouse, including revitalizing the Korean Wave for Chinese consumers. It also revitalizes global competitiveness and draws policy implications. Research design and methodology - Through interviews with experts and literature data, elements of important opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of marine sports are summarized. Based on this SWOT, the AHP technique is applied to determine which is first and what is important between the factors that save opportunities and increase strengths, and measures to cope with threats and factors that complement weaknesses. Through this, the priority factor of experts suggests a plan for activating strategic marine sports. Results - First, the current status of marine sports in Korea and the perception of consumers are grasped through current data and literature research. Sub-elements are derived based on the theoretical literature on SWOT elements and opinions of experts. Prioritization is identified based on the AHP questionnaire of Korean experts. Conclusions - The strategy was derived through SWOT/AHP analysis, and the following implications were obtained. Regionally, Busan is psychologically and geographically adjacent to China and Japan. It is also an area where human exchanges are actively taking place along with the volume of imports and exports. Due to the increase in China's marine sports industry and population, it is necessary to expand the scope of Korea to marine sports beyond cosmetics, dramas, movies, and Korean waves (Hallyu) stars.

Marine recreational fishing is one of the most popular outdoor leisures and the number of people who are participating is sharply increasing more and more because of the increasement of their income and demand for marine leisure. However our ecosystem is inevitably facing marine environmental deterioration and overfishing. That is because marine recreational fisheries resources are common property resources which can be catched by anyone not willing to pay for them except their private costs as commercial fisheries. Also fisheries resources unlike other resources are renewable resources and have a critical zone. That is, having a possibility of severe depletion may result from high discount rates used by private exploiters. This paper is focused on that marine recreational fishing license system which is adopted in most advanced countries such as Canada and U.S. and included in deterioration. And money obtained by license fee should be spent for more improvement fishing culture and welfare for marine recreational fishers.This system can lower the high rates of discount and be useful to become a sustainable marine recreational fishing industry.

Recently, research and development of high-value leisure vessels has been carried out in Korea to revitalize the marine leisure industry and tap into the global maritime leisure market. FRP composite materials, which have excellent physical properties and are available for the manufacture of light hulls, are used widely. One of the most important design technologies is to secure structural safety of leisure vessels made from FRP composite materials. In this study, the structural strength was assessed for the design of an 8-meter high-speed planing leisure boat made from FRP composite materials. The design loads to verify the structural safety were calculated according to the rules for the classification of high speed light craft (KR, 2015), and structural analysis was conducted using a finite element model composed of an isotropic shell element, which has equivalent bending rigidity with the FRP sandwich panel. The analysis results were compared with the results of the strength test for fabricated specimens, and all internal structural components are sufficiently satisfied with the structural strength.

The study aimed to verity the relationship of between health concern, leisure sports passion, and psychological happiness on screen golf participants. The subject of study who adults were recruited from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do. I conducted frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correction, and structure equaling modeling analyses. The results were as follows: (1) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on leisure sports passion(harmonious passion); (2) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on leisure sports passion(obsessive passion); (3) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on psychological happiness; (4) leisure sports passion(harmonious passion) of screen golf participants had a positive influence on psychological happiness; (5) leisure sports passion(obsessive passion) of screen golf participants had no influence on psychological happiness. The result is meaningful in that modern people who value health have sought ways to lead a healthy life by raising their athletic passion through the fun of simulation golf.

The maritime industry is recognized as an important national industry in the world today, and its importance is increasing. One of the most important marine industries is the marine leisure industry. Korea attracts many foreign visitors, and a wide variety of cultural and tourist resources are worth accessing. Among the visitors are Chinese tourists, who are called Youke and who represent a constantly increasing trend since 2007, when 1.06 million people visited, to 2015, when 5.98 million people visited Accordingly, a budget of about one trillion won has been committed to creating a resort complex called Golden Harbor at Incheon, which will focus on the development of a marine tourism complex In this study, we conduct a survey on the potential of Chinese tourism and marine tourism professionals only success of the targets of the Incheon Port Authority was analyzed by comparing the difference. A fuzzy analysis of the questionnaire results on Chinese tourists showed the importance of giving the highest priority to services being friendly(0.823), followed by safety(0.823) and convenience(0.773), highlighting the importance of recognize a variety of tourism products(0.755). Targeted surveys were conducted on 20 of Incheon Port Authority s employees They showed that various tourism products are the main issue(0.852), following by accessibility(0.850) and immigration(0.810), showed that convenience is important to recognize the order of (0.793).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among leisure supports, flow, and wellness of active senior leisure active participants. The subjects of the study were adults recruited from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Jenla-do. For data processing, frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correlation, and structure equaling modeling analyses were conducted. The results were as follows. First, leisure supports of active seniors had an influence on leisure flow (p<.01). Second, leisure supports of active seniors had an influence on wellness (p<.01). Third, leisure flow of active seniors had an influence on wellness (p<.01). At this point in time as an aging society, active seniors are participating in leisure activities in a continuous pursuit of a healthy and happy old age by identifying the relationship between leisure support, leisure flow and wellness. This study suggests that our society should make an effort to participate in leisure and wellness activities.

Especially, the estimating demand & supply of manpower in marine tourism is a very important issue for basic tourism HRD policy. This research is focused on the estimation of growing demands of manpower and suggests the method to estimate the proper number of manpower in marine tourism industry.

The purpose of this study were to analyze the effects of a marine leisure exhibition event(MLEE)'s service quality dissatisfaction levels on complaining behaviors and repurchase intentions and thus to provide fundamental marketing information for the event to be more successful. In order to accomplish such study purposes, this study employed a survey method with a total of 350 visitors to a MLEE hosted by G Province in 2012. The data collected were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and following findings were derived from current study. First, levels of service quality dissatisfaction were ranged from 3.29 point to 3.85 point at 7 point Likert scale. Second, both environment and exhibition facility had a positive effect on visitors' complaining behaviors, and both employee and environment factors had a positive effect on non complaining behavior. Third, only exhibition facility had a negative effect on repurchase behaviors including revisit intention and recommendation intention. Finally, complaining behavior had a negative effect on recommendation intention as well as revisit intention. Such findings provide important marketing information for induce more visitors to a MLEE, which are an index for the event's performance.

As a considerable, experimental approach, an autocarriage type of $CO_2$ welding machine and a MIG(metal inert gas) welding robot in the inert gas atmosphere were utilized in order to realize Al 5083 welding to hull and relevant components of green leisure ships. This study aims at investigating the effect of welding conditions(current, voltage, welding speed, etc.) on thermal deformation that occurs as welding operation and tensile characteristics after welding, by using Al 5083, nonferrous material, applied to manufacturing of eco-environmental leisure ships. With respect to welding condition to minimize the thermal deformation, 150 A and 16 V at the wire-feed rate of 6 mm/sec were acquired in the process of welding Al 5083 through an auto carriage type of $CO_2$ welding feeder. As to tensile characteristics of Al 5083 welding through a MIG welding robot, most of tensile specimens showed the fracture behavior on HAZ(heat affected zone) located at the area joined with weld metal, except for some cases. Especially, for the case of the Al specimen with 5 mm thickness, 284.62 MPa of tensile strength and 11.41 % of elongation were obtained as an actual allowable tensile stress-strain value. Mostly, after acquiring the optimum welding condition, the relevant welding data and technical requirements might be provided for actual welding operation site and welding procedure specification (WPS).

The purpose of this study is the Influence of Sailing Yacht Experiences Participants of Flow on Satisfaction and Self-esteem relates to the impact on leisure industry, the popularity of korean culture and yacht basis for the realization is to provide. To achieve this study, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam area residents to target marine leisure and marine leisure experiences Academy experienced subjects participated in a total population of 428 people selected for the survey was conducted, data processing method frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, a simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis was used. Than as a result of research methods and data analysis through the conclusions are as follows. First, sailing yacht experience the flow degree of the participants to influence satisfaction were static. Second, the flow degree of the participants experienced sailing yacht self-esteem(general factors, family factors, work factors, social factors) was found to affect the static. Third, sailing yacht experience satisfaction self-esteem of the participants(general factor, family factors, work factors, social factors) was found to affect the static.
