통증학설에 대한 문헌적 고찰 (Literature consideration on pain theory)

  • Pain, which is the most significant issue for the physical therapist, is the cause of various diseases until it disappears, and results in a lot of obstructions to treatment. Pain is very complicated. It is a subjective symptom that informs of a pathologic condition in the body, and one of the unpleasant experiences that people have. It is accompanied with anxiety and fear. Many researchers including Krause(1987) have identified the pain mechanism based on pain perception for many centuries and they have suggested many theories as they believed that pain management was possible. Reviewing the contents of psychoanalysis, uncontrollable pain that can't be explained is described as a defense mechanism to an unconscious psychological conflict. That is, mental pain is transferred to the body and the pain becomes unbearable. What is important is, like Keefe(1992) said, that the pain experience itself is primary stress and one should cope with it, whatever the cause of the pain. This paper investigates the background of the psychological theory of pain. Based on the efforts of previous studies, the next research generation will understand the treatment process for pain more dearly and will contribute to the prevention and protection from pain that humans undergo.

  • Modal testing requires measuring the vibration of many points, for which an accelerometer, a gab sensor and laser vibrometer are generally used. Conventional modal testing requires mounting of these sensors to all measurement points in order to acquire the signals. However, this can be disadvantageous because it requires considerable measurement time and effort when there are many measurement points. In this paper, we propose a method for modal testing using a camera image. A camera can measure the vibration of many points at the same time. However, this task requires that the measurement points be classified frame by frame. While it is possible to classify the measurement points one by one, this also requires much time. Therefore, we try to classify multiple points using pattern recognition. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by a beam experiment. The experimental results demonstrate that we can obtain good results.

An Analysis on Planners and Project Objectives of Kakao Storyfunding

  • This study is based on the purpose of organizing and planning a fundraising for Daum Kakao's 'storyfunding' during the recent crowdfunding that uses mobile-based Internet platforms to raise funds. Analysis by project subjects shows that one planner is more efficient if the ability of one planner, such as 'publishing', is important. However, there were many group A types of contents that require variety of expertise such as 'campaign' and 'journalism' after funding is completed. As a result of analysis by planning purposes, there were the most funds available to produce contents. This is a sign that there are many projects that match the basic purpose of story funding. There are also many other purposes for the purpose of raising public opinion for the project or the establishment of monuments, or for the support of people, animals, or animal rights groups. And there is a private equity fund to sell or promote products. Such quantitative research and analysis will accurately determine the current situation of crowdfunding and will provide basic data such as efficient human composition and goals setting to achieve the goals of crowdfunding in the future.

의료보장정책의 형성과 문제점 (Policy Formulation of Health Insurance and Its Problems in Korea)

  • Korea's social health insurance system was introduced in 1977, which has made a universal coverage possibly by July 1989. Korean government had pursued a single objective for the last decade to put the whole population under the coverage of medical security, and the objective was achieved within 12 years. The rapid accomplishment is primarily due to such factors as limited benefits, high copayment rate, low contributions as well as rapid economic growth. There are several sources of pressure for the implementation of social health insurance such as health professional group, labor unions, politicians, international organizations etc.. However it is important to look at the feasibility of social health insurance. Among other things, it is necessary to identify the administrative infrastructure of insurance system and to assess income for source of fund. As many developed countries, Korea began to apply health insurance to the employees of the large firms, and the expansion based on employment status. Thus the several funds system was inevitable according to the gradual expansion strategy. However many persons had criticized several funds system in respect with equity and efficiency aspects. In the short history of the Korean health insurance, whether one fund or sever or funds had been the most controversial issue. In Febrary 1999, the National Assembly passed the act of one fund system. From July 2000 separate funds will be unifed under new health insurance scheme. In this study we will analyze the policy making process on implementation, expansion and integration of health insurance system of Korea. And also analyse problems related to policy making.

  • This paper proposed resource allocation algorithm for the minimum power consumption of functional unit in high level synthesis process as like DSP which is circuit to give many functional unit. In this paper, the proposed method though high level simulation find switching activity in circuit each functional unit exchange for binary sequence length and value bit are logic one value. To used the switching activity find the allocation with minimal power consumption, the proposed method visits all control steps one by one and determines the allocation with minimal power consumption at each control step.

구역분할 버스운영에 관한 연구 - 2-구역분할 운영의 경우 - (A Study on Zonal Operation of Buses - 2-Zonal operation Case -)

  • In most cities, travel demand is distributed along long corridors and its destinations tend to concentrate in a central business district. For this kind of many-to-one or one-to-many travel demand pattern, a zonal operation of buses can be an efficient bus operation technique in which a long bus-demand corridor is divided into service zones and each service zone is provided with its own bus route connecting the service zone and single destination separately. This paper develops models of the total transportation costs for a single-zone operation and 2-zonal operation of buses for a long demand corridor with single destination in terms of various cost parameters, demand density, bus operation speeds, and location of the boundary between two service zones. In this study the total transportation cost is assumed to consist of the bus operation cost, passenger waiting cost and passenger travel time cost. It was proved that a zonal operation of buses can be more efficient than a single-zone operation for certain circumstances of the system and an boundary condition between two operation techniques was obtained. Also, several case studies were performed for various values of the cost parameters.

집성 트리를 이용한 MPLS 그룹 복구 (A MPLS Group Restoration using an Aggregation Tree)

  • 본 논문에서는 집성 트리를 이용한 MPLS 복구 방안을 제시한다. MPLS에서 장애 복구를 위한 효과적인 방안으로, 다수의 노드에서 하나의 목적지 노드로 향하는 집성 트리를 통해 장애가 생긴 경로를 목적지 노드별로 그룹 복원하는 방안을 제시한다. 집성 트리는 하나의 노드에서 보낸 메시지가 복수의 노드에게로 전달되는 멀티캐스트 트리와 반대로, 복수의 노드에서 하나의 목적지 노드를 향해 정보가 전달되는 데이터 전달 트리이다. 실험을 통해 집성 트리를 이용한 그룹 복구 방안은 기존의 단일 복구 방안과 비교하여, 보다 빠른 속도로 복구함을 확인할 수 있었다.

위장관 질환에 대한 양, 한방적인 접근 (The Western and Oriental Medical approach to gastric diseases)

  • Numerous persons complained dyspepsia even though no specific objective findings are revealed by imaging study, laboratory examinations and other clinical research. To find out of so many symptoms what they are, I would to approach by two ways. One way is oriental medical literatural study and the other is Helicobacter pylori infection that is accepted as one of most important causal factors of many gastric diseases. Background/Aims: Recently, the role of Helicobacter pylori as a causal factor in the etiology of gastric cancer, peptic ulcer, gastritis and low-grade gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT) lymphoma is well known. Using endoscopy, biopsy urease testing and histology are recommanded as the tests of choice. Serological test is not recommanded at the moment because of its low sensitivity and espicially low specificity. The urea breath test is more sensitive and specific noninvasive test than serologic test, but it is not widely available yet. Methods/Results: We studied 90 cases by diagnostic endoscopy as a screening test for the persons complaining gastrointestinal symptoms. As a result eighteen persons are revealed to be Helicoacter pylori infected histologicaly. Conclusion: More specific literatural studies are requied.

클러스터링을 이용한 SW 업데이트 방법 (A Software Update Method Using Clustering WSNs)

  • Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs) are applied to many monitoring applications. Present sensor nodes can perform many functions at the same time and contain complex software. During the lifetime of sensor nodes, they are required to reprogram their software because of their new functions, software, software bug fixes. The nodes are inaccessible physically or it is very difficult to upgrade their software by one by one. To upgrade the software of sensor nodes in WSNs remotely, this paper presents an energy efficient method by selecting an optimal relay node. The CHR(Cluster Head Relay) method is compared with SPIN and RANDOM method. Three methods are simulated in NS-2 with the same environmental parameters. Simulation results show that CHR shows faster update time and less power consumption compared with other two methods.

  • The need for a PSA (Probabilistic Safety Assessment) for a multi-unit at a site is growing after the Fukushima accident. Many countries have been studying issues regarding a multi-unit PSA. One of these issues is the problem of many combinations of accident sequences in a multi-unit PSA. This paper deals with the methodology and software to quantify a PSA scenarios for a multi-unit site. Two approaches are developed to quantify a multi-unit PSA. One is to use a minimal cut set approach, and the other is to use a Monte Carlo approach.
