본 연구는 공공관리제도의 도입에 통해 도시정비사업의 효율적인 운영이 이루어 질 수 있도록 시사점을 제언하는데 목적이 있다. 특히, 공공관리제도의 평가를 위해 이론 및 선행연구 고찰을 통해 평가요인을 구축하고, 전문가 설문(FGI) 및 BSC 성과평가 도구를 바탕으로 크게 사업계획 및 수단의 선정, 참여조직의 운영, 참여촉진 및 유도, 사후관리 및 지속성, 사업의 경제성으로 평가분야를 도출하였다. 이렇게 도출된 평가분야 및 요인을 바탕으로 공공관리제도가 실행되고 있는 도시정비 사업지를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 평가요인에 대한 개별만족도와 사업 전반에 대한 종합만족을 통해 사업의 지속적 참여의사를 측정하였다. 측정된 지표를 바탕으로 PLS구조분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과, 공공관리제도에 대한 평가요인 중 사업계획 및 수단의 선정, 사후관리 및 지속성 그리고 사업의 경제성이 종합만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 경로계수 값에 따라 사후관리 및 지속성, 사업의 경제성, 사업계획 및 수단의 선정 순으로 영향이 높은 것으로 도출되었다.

Cyber education system service is in the field of software service which is highlighted after the latter half of 1990'. But the progress of this service is impeded by the lack of back office which contributes to the evaluation of learning achievement and the management of learning progress. This article points out the problem of current back office which is the most important in the cyber education system, and focuses on the new intelligent learning achievement evaluation module. First, we define the cause and effect between the learning stages using by fuzzy implication which is the important part of fuzzy theory. Next, we suggest the model which generates the results of the learning achievement evaluation. This model, suggested by this article, may contribute to the development of the cyber education system by improving the current on-line education service.

본 연구는 덕성여자대학교 비교과프로그램 품질관리를 위한 인증평가제의 도입을 검토하는 데에 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 문헌 분석과 전문가 회의와 같이 두 가지의 절차를 병행하여 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 덕성여자대학교에서 학생들의 학습역량 강화 지원을 위하여 다양하게 운영되고 있는 비교과프로그램의 품질관리를 보다 공식화된 수준과 체계화된 흐름에 따라 시행하기 위한 인증평가제의 도입 관련 수반조건이 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 「비교과인증평가에관한내규」는 비교과프로그램의 상시 모니터링과 연차 성과평가 간 연계적 흐름을 실제화하는 데 주요한 시행 기반이 될 뿐 아니라, 덕성여자대학교를 비롯한 비교과통합관리 지원체계를 구축하고 있는 각 대학별로 공통 사항에 해당된다는 측면을 분석할 수 있었다.

이 인구에서는 안전관리체제(ISM code) 실행지원 모듈개발중 하나인 ISM Code 운영펑가 모들 개발을 위한 기초작 연구를 수정하였다. 특히 ISM Code 운영평가 모듈 개발을 중심으로 AHP의 운영평가 분석과정과 설문지 설계, 운영평가모형 기준의 위계 구조를 징립하였다는 것에 대해 그 의미가 있겠다. 또한 경영과학 분야의 주요 의사결정 하나인 AHP 기법을 운영평가 모듈 개발에 적용을 시도했다는 것에 대해서도 한층 가치가 있겠다.

A variety of approaches are being applied to improve the existing ex-ante evaluation by expert panels in publicly funded R&D. While the objective evaluation criteria are constantly being improved to screen and select the superior projects, alternative approaches such as random prioritization and logical modeling are also underway to overcome the conservative bias of reviewers and to secure disruptive innovation. This study intends to find critical implications for ex-ante evaluation of public R&D system from the comparison of Indonesia and Korea. For the comparative analysis, literature review and expert in-depth interviews are conducted on the national R&D system and the selection evaluation process. In Korea, the selection criteria of projects are legally promulgated for establishing an objective evaluation system, and at the program level, the major considerations in the planning process are specified by Presidential Decree. On the other hand, while Indonesia conducts R&D in 47 strategic fields largely by public research institutes (PRI) based on the non-competitive government contributions. This study draws out implications of institutionalizing the planning process at the level of program, and of increasing the ratio of contract-based competitive funding at the level of project in the national R&D portfolio.

TPM(Total Productive Management) that is enforcing introducing more than $80\%$ in domestic manufacturing industry is using total plant efficiency by the evaluation index, and as a result, can see a lot of examples that plant productivity is increased. This study's purpose centers total productive management activities that is management system for total plant efficiency's maximization, plant information system that total productive management activities factor that is enforcing in manufacturing industry can develop evaluation model that can evaluate qualitative activities by quantitative activities in process that maximize total plant efficiency wishes to do design.

현재 건설공사 사후평가시스템 입력과정에서 자료가 오류 및 누락이 발생되는 경우가 많아 데이터의 신뢰성이 떨어지는 경우가 많다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 사후평가 결과분석의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 건설공사 사후평가시스템의 입력누락 및 입력오류에 대한 세부적인 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 건설사업 초기 단계일수록 자료의 미입력된 자료의 비중이 높게 나타났다. 그리고 분석된 등록오류로는 참고자료의 부정확, "원" 단위 오류, 입력항목에 대한 이해부족 등으로 나타났다.

The integrated environmental permit system is currently in operation online. It carries out various functions of postmanagement such as the submission of annual reports containing operations management data onto integrated management workplaces, the operation and management of emission facilities and prevention facilities, and the disclosure of information on the integrated permission. On the other hand, the integrated environmental permit system needs to perform various roles in order to stably manage and smoothly perform the permitting work. It is necessary to utilize this system to establish policies by using diverse operations management data onto integrated management workplaces collected in the integrated environmental permit system. This system can also play a role in improving the post-management system and user convenience after the permission review and approval processes. The integrated environmental permit system can be effectively used to set up the BAT-AEL because it collects all of the cross-media data and identifies the overall status of the workplace. In order to establish a post management system after the approval, it is necessary to provide performance management and performance evaluation functions as conditions of the permit after approval. In addition, a variety of support functions should be provided to enable the permission authority and the environmental expert examination agency to facilitate the review of permits. It will be necessary to provide an evaluation system and a proactive diagnostic function to determine whether permission conditions and permit emission standards will change in the future. Also, it is important to adopt an information exchange platform that can be used to collect the status data onto the workplaces; the platform can also be used as an information exchange site for technical working groups (TWG), and for collecting field experts' opinions.

In information security and network management, attacks based on vulnerabilities have grown in importance. Malicious attackers break into hosts using a variety of techniques. The most common method is to exploit known vulnerabilities. Although patches have long been available for vulnerabilities, system administrators have generally been reluctant to patch their hosts immediately because they perceive the patches to be annoying and complex. To solve these problems, we propose a security vulnerability evaluation and patch framework called PKG-VUL, which evaluates the software installed on hosts to decide whether the hosts are vulnerable and then applies patches to vulnerable hosts. All these operations are accomplished by the widely used simple network management protocol (SNMP). Therefore, system administrators can easily manage their vulnerable hosts through PKG-VUL included in the SNMP-based network management systems as a module. The evaluation results demonstrate the applicability of PKG-VUL and its performance in terms of devised criteria.
