The slope monitoring systems which have been operating at home and abroad were investigated and then the real-time monitoring management system for evacuating inhabitants based on Web-EOC(Emergency Operating Center) was constructed. We tried to analyze realistically and precisely the situation by changing from the existing field-centered management to sensor-centered management that measures coordinates and provides in real-time data of measuring/monitoring sensors installed at a field site and developing related viewer programs. In addition, the 3D based monitoring management system, which has alarm functions in case of emergency and provides information about the evacuation place, was constructed on the base that is able to expand to nationwide fields by using Vworld 3D map. Ten steep slope monitoring sites were registered on Web-EOC slope monitoring management system constructed in the research and then application instances were suggested.

Purpose: As an excellent example of ethical management of public enterprises, it provides implications for excellent management strategies through continuous ethical management promotion to domestic public enterprises and general enterprises through case analysis of the Korea Gas Technology Corporation's ethical management system and implementation. Methods: A case analysis was conducted on the ethical management system and implementation of the Korea Gas Technology Corporation, focusing on ethical management, human rights management, and social contribution activities. Results: The Korea Gas Technology Corporation's ethical management case is significant as an example showing the long-term progress and development process of establishing and implementing the ethical management system. Starting with the establishment of a basic plan for ethical management in 2004, the Korea Gas Technology Corporation has continuously advanced its ethical management system and practical capabilities. Through this, it is possible to provide implications to other companies through benchmarking on major implementations at each stage, such as the introduction, institutionalization, settlement, and maturity of the ethical management system. Conclusion: It proposes ethical management execution performance management centered on the performance of each stakeholder, linkage between the ethical management strategy system and the organization's strategy system, classification of related subjects and roles in the ethical management promotion system, and active external communication.

This paper presents an activation plan for reliability centered maintenance (RCM) of rolling stock. The KTX is carrying out the maintenance in compliance with RCM. MKBSF, that is one of the reliability indices for KTX, is shown 183,483 km in 2009, whereas it is shown 68,986 km in 2004. It means that the reliability of KTX has been growing every year. It also is result of reliability management activities. KORAIL did not apply RCM until now about the conventional rolling stocks. But KORAIL decided that applies RCM system because of reliability management effect of KTX. In this study, we tried to know an activation plan for the reliability centered maintenance of the conventional rolling stocks.

In this paper, we propose a system that allows small business owners focusing on the restaurant business to easily understand the management situation, and to manage the operation and management centering on the cost of food materials and profits and losses. In general, the metadata structure is different depending on the POS system, so it is necessary to first develop a standardized metadata model for a food material cost management system for small business owners in various industries. For that reason, the system proposed in this paper was applied to the cost management app by referring to the development of a data model using the metadata standard. In addition, in order to implement a cost profit/loss management system for small business owners in the restaurant industry, it was designed to support standardized metadata models from various types of POS systems, and is a hybrid app that can support a smart environment. This study aims for improving the system in Disaster Management of Local Government. In addition, the overall disaster management system was compared to the effectiveness of the disaster prevention system and reliability, and problems and improvement points were derived. The disaster management system in Korea has a structure that promptly investigates and restores damage by a simple procedure. Korea disaster management system manages information on top-down structural disasters through the flow of prevention, preparation, response, and recovery. The process from disaster response to recovery under the leadership of the central disaster safety headquarters is simplified. Disaster management tasks are dispersed among departments, making it difficult to respond promptly. Under the control of the central government, disaster management, such as disaster prevention, investigation, and recovery, are carried out. The disaster management improvement direction of the local government should establish the disaster response system focusing on the local government. Therefore, it is necessary to have budget to operate the organization - centered disaster management budget and the disaster management organization. The disaster response manual should be prepared considering the disaster environment and disaster prevention plan. In order to utilize disaster information, it is necessary to reorganize information system such as integrate and streamline of the private resource database and NDMS.

The purpose of this research is to create an expert risk-based piping system inspection model. The proposed system includes a risk-based piping inspection system and a piping inspection guideline system. The research procedure consists of three parts: the risk-based inspection model, the risk-based piping inspection model, and the piping inspection guideline system model. In this research procedure, a field plant visit is conducted to collect the related domestic information (Taiwan) and foreign standards and regulations for creating a strategic risk-based piping inspection and analysis system in accordance with the piping damage characteristics in the petrochemical industry. In accordance with various piping damage models and damage positions, petrochemical plants provide the optimal piping inspection planning tool for efficient piping risk prediction for enhancing plant operation safety.

This study was conducted to find ways to utilize human-centered IT in caring for elderly people who live alone. Through focus group interviews with experts, this study investigated the problems with delivery system, and ethical issues. Problems such as lack of trust, supplier-centered care, and uniform service provision were derived as major problems in the delivery system. These findings indicate that IT should be used as an auxiliary means of face-to-face services and to be controllable and convenient. Issues such as "guaranteeing the right to self-determination," "protecting privacy," "sufficiently guaranteeing the right to know," and "encompassing blind spots" were raised as important ethical issues related to human-centered IT utilization. Based on the research results, this study presented the necessity of designing user-centered information technology and the necessity of developing ethical indicators for the use of human-centered technology.

Local governments in South Korea are making efforts to promote highly effective policies through activating communication with citizens as a major innovation strategy. The performance evaluation system includes new performance indicators related to communication with citizens. This is a change to build a consumer-centered performance management system. The purpose of this study is to present guidelines when developing and applying the communication indicators promoted by local governments with interest. For this purpose, the development scope and management methods of the communication performance indicators are presented. For communication performance management, this study emphasized building a strategy planning based performance management system, presenting information that can be understood by citizens, complying with the development procedures of performance indicators, and improving qualitative indicators. In addition, for effective performance management, this study presented the decision-makers' strong willingness, gradual expansion of communication evaluation, establishment in organizational performance culture, and so on.

E-learning systems have proliferated in recent years, particularly in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic. For kids, there isn't a specific online learning platform available, though. To do this, new conceptual models of training and learning software that are adapted to the abilities and preferences of end users must be created. Young pupils: those in kindergarten, preschool, and elementary school are unique subjects with little research history. From the standpoint of software technology, young students who have never had access to a computer system are regarded as specific users with high expectations for the functionality and interface of the software, social network connectivity, and instantaneous Internet communication. In this study, we suggested creating an electronic learning management system that is web-based and appropriate for primary school pupils. User-centered design is the fundamental technique that was applied in the development of the system that we are proposing. Test findings have demonstrated that students who are using the digital environment for the first time are studying more effectively thanks to the online learning management system.
