This study was conducted to provide basic data on how to use Generative AI and education to strengthen Generative AI competency in vocational counseling by confirming the experience and perception of job counselors' use of Generative AI. A questionnaire was produced based on literature research and FGI preliminary surveys, and the main contents of the questionnaire were 'experience in using Generative AI (whether to have experience, type of tool, job, educational experience, etc.) and Generative AI recognition (recognition level, usefulness, availability, educational needs, etc.). An online survey was conducted for vocational counselors, and a total of 293 data were analyzed. As a result of major research, first, there were many counselors who had no experience in using Generative AI(60%), and the response that the reason for not using it was because they did not feel the need(28%). Second, the 'degree of recognition' in the Generative AI was somewhat low (M=2.77), and 'Generative AI usefulness' was found to be at a normal level (M=3.32), and it was recognized that it would be necessary mainly for jobs related to 'vocational information'. Third, 'tool (computer use, etc.) competency' (26%) was the highest as the competency required for future vocational counselors, and 'how to use Generative AI' (57%) accounted for a high proportion of the educational content necessary to improve these competencies.

The IT technologies applying to IoT(Internet of Things), Big Data, and AI(Artificial Intelligence) are needed in the era of 4th industrial revolution. So, the IT convergence courses of computer science major which will be required in the companies in order to prepare the crises of 4th industry revolution are necessary. And, one approach to cope with this problem is the training of IT convergence man power based on NCS(National Competency Standard) education. In this paper, we propose and analyze the NCS education courses for computer science major in order to teach the students who are needed in the Korean domestic companies preparing the 4th industrial revolution. The skills and applications of Chatbot, Blockchain, and CPS(Cyber Physical System) for the post mobile and post Internet technologies are included in the proposed courses.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dental hygiene students' clinical practice stress, satisfaction and major satisfaction on career preparation behaviors. Methods:This study was conducted targeting the dental hygiene students who have clinical practice experience. The final 305 subjects were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 program. Results: The correlation between clinical practice stress and career satisfaction and career preparation behavior decreases with the higher degree of clinical practice and career preparation behavior. Analysis results about the affecting factors on the level of satisfaction with major satisfaction factors showed the highest factor of preparation behavior, followed by clinical practice and clinical practice stress in order. Conclusions: The results of this study showed that the higher the satisfaction of clinical practice and the higher the satisfaction of career, the more positive the career preparation behavior. In this study, we conducted an exploratory study for designing service science as a degree program that will lead the 21st century. In the new era, the convergence of industries is accelerating and the mobility of the profession is greatly increased, so the talents to be trained in higher education will be greatly changed. We must cultivate human resources capable of creating their own jobs through competency development and cultivate talented individuals who can demonstrate creative initiative in the ecosystem where the boundaries between industries are dismantled. To this end, it is required to switch from the existing vertical majors and systems to horizontal majors, and service majors are expected to play a key role in this transition. In this study, we designed the service science degree program reflecting the changes of the new economy and reflecting the demand of the new education. The service science curriculum provides an analysis as it can award a degree as an independent major, or may serve as a sub-major or an associate major with existing majors. Service studies are expected to play the most effective role in cultivating the capabilities defined by the 21st century human resources in the World Economic Forum.

This study aims to provide basic data for reinforcing the learning competency of paramedic students by analyzing the performance, importance, and demand for the major curriculum of them. The participants of the study was 217 students from the Department of Emergency medical technology from 3 universities in Chungnam, and the survey data collection period was from December 13 to December 24, 2021. As a result of the study, 'Education for Ambulance management', 'Education for maintaining professionalism after graduation', 'Education for In-hospital patient monitoring' are highly required by Borich need, and 'Education for medical oder from a doctor, Education for han dover to In-hospital medical staff', 'Education for non-traumatic emergency patient treatment', 'Education for In-hospital patient monitoring', and 'Education for In-hospital medical assistance' are the top priority areas of the LF model. It is judged that it is necessary to reinforce the curriculum corresponding to in order to strengthen the learning capabilities of paramedic students.

Attitudes to the health and dietary life of teachers affect their students. The purpose of this study was to investigate dietary and education awareness, eating habits and dietary management competency of the preliminary teachers and teachers. Data was collected from 812 pre-service teachers and teachers in South Korea using a 5-Likert self-administrated questionnaire in October to December of 2017. Data was analyzed using factor analysis, reliability, one-way analysis of variance, and correlation. The results of this study are as follows. Dietary and education awareness was classified into dietary concern and dietary management stress. Eating habits composed of healthy eating habit and bad eating habit. Dietary management competency was sub-grouped into dietary knowledge, cooking, dietary sanitation and safety, and environment. The all factors of pre - service teachers and teachers showed a significant difference except for the environmental ability factor (p <0.01). All factors were significantly different according to the age and the number of meal preparation (p <0.05). The eating habits were not significantly differences from sex. The major and health condition showed significant differences except dietary management stress and cooking factors (p <0.01). The obesity index showed significant difference in the dietary concern, bad eating habits, and cooking factors (p <0.01). In conclusion, it was required to education and develop education materials that can help the STEAM education using the dietary area. The dietary education program for the pre - service teachers and the teachers should increase the number of participating in the meal preparation considering the difference according to the general characteristics, so that the dietary management competency and the healthy eating habits should be formed.

The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of non-face-to-face classes conducted due to the COVID-19 crisis. In order to achieve this goal, a non-face-to-face class with flipped learning was applied in one subject of clothing major held at 'S' University in Cheongju, Korea. In addition, this study tried to analyze the differences between pre- and post-non-face-to-face classes in problem analysis ability, resource/information/technology literacy, convergent thinking ability as core competencies, and overall learning satisfaction. As a result, after participating in the non-face-to-face class in which the flipped learning was applied, the students recognized that their abilities improved in the three problem-solving competency sub-areas, and their overall learning satisfaction also increased. The effectiveness of non-face-to-face classes in the field of clothing and fashion has been mainly measured in fashion design and clothing construction courses. However, based on the results of this study, it can be suggested that non-face-to-face classes in a theory-oriented lecture-type class can be effective methods for improving students' core competencies such as problem-solving skills if teaching-learning methods such as flipped learning are applied. Therefore, the results of this study will be useful data for designing differentiated non-face-to-face class strategies in a theory-oriented lecture-type class to improve the core competencies of college students.
Background: This study involved a geriatric oral care expert who developed the competencies of students in the Department of Dental Hygiene and conducted preliminary research to develop an effective curriculum. Methods: A questionnaire was conducted in the last week of class targeting students who took courses in geriatric dentistry, geriatric dental hygiene, and practice. In order to confirm the educational effect according to the differences in the geriatric dental hygiene curriculum, the differences in students' achievement of major competencies, awareness of the geriatric dental hygiene process, class satisfaction, and ageism were analyzed. Results: Regarding major competency attainment, 'communication competency' was significantly higher in PBL education that combined theory and practice than that theory-oriented PBL education (p=0.038). For ageism, the tendency to avoid older adults was low in PBL education, which combined theory and practice, and was statistically significant (p=0.040). For class satisfaction, the rate of responding 'very high' for the 'class atmosphere' was significantly high (p=0.025) for PBL education that combined theory and practice. Conclusion: The PBL teaching method can be useful as a geriatric dental hygiene curriculum. However, it would be more effective to create a curriculum so that education in geriatric dental hygiene care practice can be combined with theory rather than a theoretical education alone.

In the 21st century, as the emergence of the age of creative economy is expected, interest in the cultivation of creative talents required in society around the world is newly rising. Sustainable development education should not be limited to school education, but should be promoted and supported at all social education sites for the purpose of lifelong education. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to consider the relationship between the possibility of formal and informal learning and the development of capacity in higher education. Exploratory and qualitative research based on intensive groups was designed using several groups of formal and informal learning settings. In China, the creation of a creative economy is set as a major national policy direction for the new government. What is required for talented people in the creative economy era and how to educate them is becoming a major policy issue. The development of core competencies requires multiple contexts based on cognitive non-cognitive disposition. By combining the formal and informal learning environment within higher education for the purpose of a new learning culture, it can provide a variety of situations and improve competency development. While this study can identify aspects of formal and informal learning settings, the interdependencies between them are still difficult to grasp. However, practical implications can be seen clearly. In other words, based on the results, you can point out key aspects of competency acquisition that can be a key element in the higher education environment. As a result, this study analyzed implications for formal and informal learning environments for new ways of developing core competencies in higher education.
The purpose of this study is propose performance indicators analysis and development plans for K University professional graduate school for the training of human resource professionals. Specifically, the main research includes the derivation of performance indicators for K University's professional graduate school, PR plan, academic establishment plan, name change, vision proposal, and curriculum improvement plan for each major. To this end, a survey was conducted on a total of 132 current and former students of K University's professional graduate school. FGI was also conducted with 29 participants. The results of the research are as follows. In the case of key performance indicators, 15 indicators were proposed, taking into account previous research, the characteristics of professional graduate school, surveys, and FGI surveys. Promotion should be continuous, not one-time, and the advantages and benefits of the graduate school should be actively informed to target customers. The proposed name of the professional association is the Korean Association for Employment and Vocational Competency Development. It was found that operating as a convergence society and focusing on convergence research were appropriate. The names of K University's professional graduate school were HR (Human Resources), HRD, and employment and vocational competency development graduate school. As for the vision, it was suggested that a balance between identity and differentiation is needed to flexibly respond to new changes while maintaining existing strengths. As for the proposed improvement of the curriculum by major, it is proposed to reform in a stepwise and gradual manner while maintaining the existing framework to some extent rather than being radical.
