  • Equipment and machine of industrial plant are give effect to mechanical-stress of many working-stop or long time operating. Therefore, to be old and decrepit of every king of equipment. As long time operating equipment period into increase conservation and of repair equipment time is efficacious necessity of utility factor gradually that of productivity of diminution and complete equipment expense of increase. Conservation at special skill working and necessity is that will effectually and complete a period prevention management diagnosis can conservation point at issues at in advance.

자치단체 표준기록관리시스템 유지관리 방안 연구 (A Study on the Maintenance Method of the Local Government Standard Records Management System)

  • 이 연구는 자치단체 RMS 유지관리 현황 분석을 통해 RMS 운영성 확보를 위한 방안을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 RMS 개발 및 유지관리 사업 제안요청서 분석, RMS 업무담당자 및 사업자 인터뷰 수행 등을 통해 자치단체 RMS 유지관리 현황을 확인하였다. 자치단체 RMS 유지관리 현황은 RMS 응용SW 버전관리를 위한 운영지원이 체계적이지 않으며, 인프라(HW, 상용SW)는 기술지원 종료된 장비의 교체가 잘 이루어지지 않고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구를 통해 자치단체 RMS 운영성 확보를 위한 방안을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 자치단체 RMS 안정적인 운영과 유지관리를 위해 운영지원 상시화로 무중단 체계 구축이 필요하다. 이를 위해, RMS 운영지원 요청사항에 대해 즉시 처리할 수 있는 전문인력 조직과 원격접근 가능한 환경구성 마련이 요구된다. 둘째, RMS 통합유지관리 체제 구축을 통한 일정 수준 이상의 유지관리 품질을 확보해야 한다. 현재 이원화 되어 운영 중인 RMS 응용SW 유지관리와 RMS 운영지원 업무를 통합 유지관리하여 정보화사업을 효율적으로 추진하고, RMS 유지관리 사업단 운영을 통해 품질 높은 운영지원을 수행해야 할 것이다. 셋째, RMS 인프라 호환성 목록을 체계적으로 관리하여 자치단체 RMS 인프라 유지관리를 위한 명확한 기준을 제공해야 한다.

예방정비를 고려한 복수 부품 시스템의 신뢰성 분석: 마코프 체인 모형의 응용 (Reliability Analysis of Multi-Component System Considering Preventive Maintenance: Application of Markov Chain Model)

  • Purpose: We introduce ways to employ Markov chain model to evaluate the effect of preventive maintenance process. While the preventive maintenance process decreases the failure rate of each subsystems, it increases the downtime of the system because the system can not work during the maintenance process. The goal of this paper is to introduce ways to analyze this trade-off. Methods: Markov chain models are employed. We derive the availability of the system consisting of N repairable subsystems by the methods under various maintenance policies. Results: To validate our methods, we apply our models to the real maintenance data reports of military truck. The error between the model and the data was about 1%. Conclusion: The models developed in this paper fit real data well. These techniques can be applied to calculate the availability under various preventive maintenance policies.

상태기반정비 요구도 국방규격 반영에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reflection of Condition-Based Maintenance Requirement in the Defense Specification)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to suggest weapon system specifications for requirements of Condition-Based Maintenance(CBM/CBM+). Methods: The military documents and case studies with regard to condition-based maintenance were reviewed. Representative Korea defense specifications of weapon system such as an aircraft, a C4ISR etc. were analyzed and investigated the level of requirement for maintainability was. Results: Condition-based maintenance was defined in both U.S. instruction and Korean directive. While deparment of defense(U.S.) provide a guidebook for CBM+, detailed instruction was not sufficient for Korean. Ministry of national defense(ROK) define the CBM+ by means of IPS element which should be developed along with the system development. The maintainability was barely included in Korean defense specifications, except for BIT(Built-in test) function. As a first step for defining the condition-based maintenance requirement in defense specification, this study suggests a standard form for data needed to acquire according to types of system, fault, failure, and so on. Conclusion: The empirical researches on CMB/CBM+ with domestic weapon systems are not enough, and a logic which leads the maintenance strategy to CMB/CBM+ is not solved. Through technical researches and institutional improvements including this study, we hope that condition-based maintenance would be fully established in the Korean defense field.

BIM기반 제주 공공청사 통합 유지관리 시스템 구축 방안 (A Study on BIM based the Establishment of Integrated Maintenance System for Government Office Building in Jeju)

  • Recently, government office buildings have become important in reducing maintenance costs. However, the loss of information raised a problem for maintenance work that could not meet the needs of users. Therefore, this study proposed a BIM-based integrated maintenance system for public offices in Jeju to efficiently maintenance work. The system can be integrated with IoT sensors, big data and artificial intelligence technologies to integrate information that occurs throughout the building's entire life cycle to exchange information. This system is also scalable to buildings, plants, region and urban infrastructure facilities as well as single buildings. It is expected that the system will provide reliable, high-quality, real-time information for efficient maintenance work, thereby supporting decision making and appropriate budget planning.

  • To keep an enterprise's competitiveness on the condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only in production and maintenance but also in related industrial productivity. This paper presents the study of equipment reliability improvement for rotary-machine vibration analysis. Based on these analyses, the maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique are studied by using of the real-time diagnostic. Therefore, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety when we use this system.

  • 본 연구는 시설물의 2D 건설도면과 공간 DB 갱신기술을 활용하여 시설물 유지관리의 체계적이고 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 기존의 유지관리 시스템 운영 및 업무 수행시에는 시설물 건설도면 정보의 활용이 미비한 실정이다. 또, 시설물 관리주체에서 운영 중인 유지관리 시스템 조사 분석을 통해 시설물 유지 보수에 대한 이력과 유지관리 시 얻어진 시설물 건설도면 정보의 DB 갱신의 관리가 체계적으로 수행되지 않는 문제점과 시설물 내 외부 위치정보의 부재에 대한 유지관리 업무의 효율성 저하 등에 대한 문제점을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기존의 시설물 2D 건설도면과 공간 DB 갱신 기술을 활용한 유지관리 이력 및 정보의 체계적인 관리와 시설물 위치정보 제공을 통한 효율적인 업무 수행을 위한 방안을 제시한다.

  • 장기간 수명주기(Life Cycle)을 갖는 도시철도차량은 초기 도입비용보다 유지보수비용이 많은 비중(60%~70%)을 점유하고 있으므로 효율적인 유지보수 연구를 통하여 유지보수 비용의 절감과 대형시스템의 수명연장을 추구하는 일이 무엇보다 시급하다. 이를 위해 신뢰성기반의 유지보수체계에 대해 여러 산업분야의 국내 외 사례 조사 분석을 통해 도시철도차량 신뢰도/가용도 관리시스템을 구성하였다. 본 연구에서는 이 시스템이 가져야 할 주요 기능을 상세히 정하고 성공적인 시스템 개발이 될 수 있도록 관련 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문은 성공적으로 개발이 완료된 도시철도차량 신뢰도/가용도 관리시스템에 관한 내용을 기술한 것이다.

  • While the environment of usage of information and technology is getting stable and technology is being developed more deeply due to the globalization, making information, standardization, in order to make a fast response to the new industry strategy and business environment, mutual communication and management of correct and fast information are focused on as fundamental elements of keeping competitive power. Accordingly strategic development of urban transit operation organization, storage of information technology of urban railroad, and buildup of standard information infra are very important, so that computerized information system has been built up standardizing efficient maintenance framework of urban transit facilities. To maintain these facilities efficiently, storing the real-time information by standardizing the maintenance organization and building up computerized information system are very important with management of information history of existing maintenance work. Therefore, for the efficient maintenance of civil facilities among urban transit facilities, standardized facilities classification and definition of management elements, and the plan of designing and building standardized database about civil facilities through standardizing technology resources are described in this paper.
