전기통제용 KORMARC형식의 개발에 관한 연구 (Study on the development of the KORMARC format for authority data)

  • 전거통제용 KORMARC형식은 서지레코드에서 액세스포인트로 사용될 이름(Name)이나 주제(subject)의 표준형, 표준형으로의 참조 그리고 이들 간의 관계 등과 관련되는 정보를 기술하기 위하여 설계되었다. 이름은 서지레코드에서 기본표목, 주제명부출표목, 총서명부출표목으로 사용될 수 있으며, 주제는 주제명 부출표목으로 사용될 수 있다. 개발된 전거형식은 "USMARC format for authority data including guidelines for content designation"을 기준으로 개발했으며, 기 개발된 "한국문헌자동화목록형식 - 단행본용 - (KS C5867-1993)"과의 호환성을 고려하였다."과의 호환성을 고려하였다.려하였다.

  • Costs have long since become a major issue in railway system analysis, attention is not limited to the acquisition costs alone, but encompasses all costs involved in the use and disposal of the systems. Concepts such as Life Cycle Cost(LCC), Costs Of Ownership(COO), or Total Ownership Cost(TOC) are more and more frequent in any document dealing with system analysis. Most of railway projects have applied this LCC Model to evaluate effectiveness of system acquisition cost. But these action of LCC model does not applied all the rest of system life cycle period due to the differences of its responsibility. This is why a study has been undertaken by the operation party to harmonize the most important aspects of the LCC model. This study focused on these and other objectives for introduction of method and needs for an action plan for maintenance actions involved relevant cost allocation.

  • Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) systems are integral to modern analytical laboratories, necessitating careful maintenance and operation protocols to ensure optimal performance. This document provides comprehensive guidelines for the proper shutdown and reactivation of UHPLC systems to prevent damage and maintain operational efficiency. • Shutdown: Remove the column and replace it with a union to avoid blockages. Flush the system with a compatible solvent mix, clean mobile phase reservoirs to prevent microbial growth, flush the pump with storage solvent, and clean the autosampler, including the needle and injection port. • Reactivation: Inspect the system for wear or damage, gradually reintroduce mobile phases starting with a weak solvent, reinstall the column securely, and perform system checks on baseline stability, pressure consistency, and detector performance. By adhering to these guidelines, laboratories can ensure the longevity and reliability of their UHPLC systems, maintaining high analytical performance and minimizing downtime. These procedures help prevent common issues such as blockages, contamination, and component wear, thereby supporting efficient and accurate analytical operations.

항공정비 품질 엔지니어의 핵심역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Core Competency of Aircraft Maintenance Quality Engineer)

  • This study identified the core competencies of aircraft maintenance quality engineers and compared the importance and retention of core competencies. Through literature research, 21 core competencies were derived in three areas of management technology, elemenal technology and collaboration technology, and a survey was conducted on the importance and retention of core competencies for 42 aircraft maintenance quality engineers. As a result of the survey, the importance of all core competencies of aircraft maintenance quality engineers is 3.95/5 on average, and the retention of all core competencies is 3.99/5 on average. 'Risk Management', 'Creating Document', 'Honesty/Moral' were identified as the most important competencies in each area, and 'Quality Management', 'Language', 'Honesty/Moral' were identified as the most possessed competencies in each area. An IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) was performed to analyze the details. Through IPA, 'Risk Management' and 'Safety Management' were evaluated as having a low degree of retention compared to a high level of importance. Therefore, they were identified as a core competencies that need to be improved first. In addition, the characteristics of each core competency and the recognition level in the field were also identified. This study will be helpful in defining the roles and functions of aircraft maintenance quality engineers to improve flight quality and prevent aviation accidents.

한국과 미국의 공동주택 관리제도 비교 (The Comparison of Apartment Management System between Korea and America)

  • This research is carried out to investigate the Condominium Management System of the states of California and Hawaii, and to examine the similarities and the differences between the Korean Apartment Management System and the American Condominium Management System. The research indicates: first, in Korea the management of apartment units is the Commission of the Representatives of the Occupants, while in America the management of condominiums is the Association of Apartment Owners, an organization of condominium owners in America. Second, it is required that apartment developers should submit such a document as the Public Report in America, which explains various matters concerning legal rights on condominium buildings and the outline of the buildings, to the authorities concerned in Korea. It can help the authorities to accumulate management techniques of the apartment complex, which could efficiently be used in practicing and planning city housing policies. Third, each apartment's management company in Korea is bound to make long term plans for maintenance based on the Housing Law. It is, however, difficult to reserve an adequate amount of money for the reserve fund, because its use is decided according to the maintenance rule which has a criterion different from each and every apartment management. Concludingly, an amendment of the Housing Law in Korea is required, in order to reserve at least 50 percent of the estimated sum of maintenance expense in future like Hawaii State in America.

  • 본 논문은 임대아파트의 유지관리 프로세스 및 데이터 모델을 제시하였다. TO-BE 모델은 프로세스, 취해질 활동, 어떤 정보가 활동 사이에서 어떻게 교류되어야 하는가 하는 방법을 표준화 하는데 기여하며 IDEF0 모델의 형태로 제시되었다. 데이터 모델은 TO-BE 모델에서 추출한 유지관리시스템 프로세스를 근간으로 DB 구축을 위한 ERD를 제시하였다. 유지관리 분야 연구 성과로서 임대아파트의 유지관리 업무에 대한 구조적이고 그에 대한 기준을 설명할 수 있는 프로세스 모델이 개발되었다. 또한 본 모델은 유지관리에 참여하는 조직 내에서 정책의 결정을 위한 가이드라인으로 작용할 수 있다. TO-BE 모델은 수명 주기 동안 임대자산에 투자되는 자본을 유지하고, 기능을 향상시키기 위해 실행되는 효과적인 전략과 절차(개념적 모델을 통한 데이터와 지식의 통합)와 별도로 유지관리 관행 전반에 관한 방법을 규정할 수 있게 해 주는 기초자료가 될 것이다. 구현된 애플리케이션은 프로세스 모델을 근간으로 설계된 데이터 모델에 대한 활용을 보여준다.

  • 웹 사이트들은 정보의 양이 방대해지고 웹 문서들의 잦은 생성, 삭제와 수정이 반복되면서 더욱 복잡한 구조의 양상을 띠게 되었으며 사용자가 원하는 최적의 정보에 접근하는 방법 또한 예측하기 힘든 구조를 가지게 되었다. 또한 웹 사이트를 처음 만드는데 들이는 노력에 비해 유지 보수에는 요구되는 비용 때문에 적은 노력을 들이고 있다. 이런 환경에서 웹 문서간의 관계와 그 관계들의 유효성을 분석하여 그 정보가 제공된다면 개발자 뿐 아니라 관리자들도 효과적이고 효율적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 웹 사이트 전체의 구조를 쉽게 파악할 수 있고 하이퍼링크의 유효성을 확인하기 위해 웹 문서의 분석을 통해 하이퍼링크의 구조를 추출하고 체계적인 방법으로 웹 사이트를 관리 하는데 필요한 여러 가지 정보를 제공하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 HTML 태그를 분석하여 하이퍼링크 정보를 추출, 문서간의 관계를 체계적으로 구조화 하고 관계를 이루는 하이퍼링크가 유효한지 여부를 판단하여 알려주는 두 가지 방법을 사용하여 웹 사이트의 유지 보수를 지원함과 동시에 새로운 문서를 생성 편집할 수 있는 웹 문서 작성 방안을 제안한다.

  • Operational Mode Summary/Mission Profile(OMS/MP) is a document to quantify the operational and maintenance requirements based on the future operational environments and its mission and How to Fight concept in the development of the weapon system. It is important as a key document for the RAM goal setting in the early phase of weapon system development. The paper presents a systematic and practical submarine OMS/MP model processes with a deep analysis of relevant case studies and current status domestic and abroad. Especially, it proposes the unique Scenario Planning and Switch on List techniques with real case studies which have recently performed. The paper will contribute not only the basis of improved requirements for the development of weapon system but also the sustainment of readiness with the enhancement of RAM and reduction of total life cycle cost.

  • 전자상거래가 활성화됨에 따라 웹 상에서 공유되는 기업 정보와 카탈로그(catalog) 같은 비즈니스 정보의 양이 급속도로 증가하였다. 이를 효율적으로 처리하고자 RDF 메타데이타 프레임워크를 이용한 메타데이타의 관리 필요성이 대두되었다. RDF 메타데이타의 관리는 RDF/RDFS의 지식에 대해 제약받지 않고 웹 자원을 기술할 수 있어야 하고 메타데이타의 유효성을 보장하기 위한 환경을 지원하여야 딴다. 그러나 이를 적절히 지원할 수 있는 연구가 아직까지 미흡한 상황이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 RDF/RDFS 문서를 다양한 인터페이스를 통해 생성 및 관리가 가능하며, RBF를 이용하여 기술된 메타데이타를 N-Triple로 제공함과 동시에 메타데이타의 유효성 검증이 가능하도록 하였다.

BIM기반 고속도로 공사 물량산출 신뢰성 검토 및 활용 (Reliability Analysis and Utilization of BIM-based Highway Construction Output Volume)

  • In case of applying the BIM method in the civil engineering of irregularly shaped structure, BIM method began to be introduced in the current building engineering area compared with the expected effects of the relatively high construction productivity has been recognized. In this paper, I have developed quantity calculation algorithms applying it to earthwork and bridge construction, tunnel construction, retaining wall construction, culvert construction and implemented BIM based 3D-BIM Modeling quantity calculation. Structure work in which errors occurred in range between -6.28% ~ 5.17%. Especially, understanding of the problem and improvement of the existing 2D-CAD based of quantity calculation through rock type quantity calculation error in range of -14.36% ~ 13.07% of earthwork quantity calculation. It's benefit and applicability of BIM method in civil engineering. In addition, routine method for quantity of earthwork has the same error tolerance negligible for that of structure work. But, rock type's quantity calculated as the error appears significantly to the reliability of 2D-based volume calculation shows that the problem could be. Through the estimating quantity of earthwork based 3D-BIM, proposed method has better reliability than routine method. BIM, as well as the design, construction, maintenance levels of information when you consider the benefits of integration, the introduction of BIM design in civil engineering and the possibility of applying for the effectiveness was confirmed. In addition, as the beginning phase of information integration, quantity document automation program has been developed for activation of BIM. And automatically enter the program code number, linkage and manual volume calculation program, quantity document automation programs, such as the development is now underway, and step-by-step procedures and methods are presented.
