  • In the plant industry, the share of equipment accounts for 45 ~ 75%, which is very high. It is a traditional plant centered on processes and reactions like petroleum and chemical plants. Renewable energy generation plants such as wind power generation and solar power generation are equipment-centric plants. Equipment-centric plants are very important not only in the EPC phase but also in the operation and management phase. The procurement of equipment for plant operation and management can be divided into make and buy. Make is a method of producing equipment itself, and buy is a method of procuring equipment from the outside. The procurement method of the equipment directly affects the plant operation and management cost. In this study, the decision making of equipment procurement method for plant operation and management is defined as 4 phase. Each phase is selection of procurement decision-making objects, technology strategy perspective, finance perspective, and production perspective. In detail, we defined selection process of procurement decision-making objects and technology strategy perspective process. We will contribute to the enhancement of the competitiveness of the plant operation and management area by carrying out researches on the process and application examples of financial and production perspectives in the future.

An Optimum Maintenance Policy : A bayesian approach to periodic incomplete preventive maintenance with minimal repair at failure

  • In this paper we consider a Bayesian theoretic approach to periodic incomplete preventive maintenance with minimal repair at failure. We assume that the system failure rate is increasing as the frequency of PM increases and that the system is replaced at the K-th PM under this maintenance strategy. The optimal policies which minimize the expected cost rates are discussed. We seek the optimal periodic PM interval x and replacement time K under a Weibull failure intensity. Assuming suitable prior distribution for the Weibull parameters, we derive the posterior distribution incorporating failure data and obtain the updated optimal replacement strategies.

  • Recently, due to global warming, CO2 emissions is one of the global issues over all areas including construction industry. In Korea, apartment housing has large ratio of building construction and its CO2 emissions during the operation and maintenance has the most large amount of tatal life cycle of apartment housing. However, there are rare research related to this subject. So, this study investigates the CO2 emissions of domestic apartment housing during the operation and maintenance. In the future, the results of this study can be utilized in further study to decrease CO2 emissions strategy.

TV 홈쇼핑에서의 패션제품 CRM에 관한 연구(제1보) (A Study on CRM in TV Home Shopping (Part 1))

  • The purpose of this study was to examine which variables affect customer relationship management in TV home shopping. Three hundred customers who had purchased fashion products in TV home shopping had participated in this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis and path analysis using SPSS program. As the result, 'service', 'information', 'contents', 'reputation', and 'benefits' variables had the effects on 'trust': especially, 'service' had the major effects on 'trust' The 'trust' and 'security' had the effects on 'commitment'. The 'price' variable had only effect on relationship maintenance. Also, 'trust' and 'commitment' had the 'relationship maintenance' Specifically 'commitment' had higher effect on relationship maintenance than 'trust' did. The results of this study would provide CRM marketing strategy for fashion marketers of TV home shopping.

  • Usually the status of a bridge is determined by its structural capability and material strength. Consequently a lot of researchers have studied the failure, the fatigue, and the deterioration of the structure in terms of the structural function of a bridge. However, the overall performance of a bridge may be affected simply by the damage of one of its components. Therefore this study utilized a systematic classification and statistical analysis based on the existing bridge inspection data collected in Taiwan to reach the following goals: (1) assess the performance distribution and deterioration rate for bearing and expansion joint of bridge; (2) find out the right time to do the preventive and essential maintenance for the component of bridge with an empirical method, and to decide what time and which component of a bridge will receive preventive maintenance or regular maintenance.

  • 가동중검사와 보수는 원자력발전소의 원자로계통설계에서 매우 중요한 설계개념이다. 액체금속로 KALIMER의 가동성 검증을 위해서 기계계통 설계에 가동중검사와 보수개념이 반영되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 KALIMER 의 안전성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 KALIMER의 개념설계 단계에 필요한 가동중검사와 보수의 기본개념을 설정하였다. 액체금속로 가동중검사 규정인 ASME Section XI Division 3를 반영하고 KALIMER의 설계특성을 고려하여 원자로계통과 주요부품의 가동중검사와 보수에 대한 방법과 요건을 설계하고 기술하였다.

  • 데이터 웨어하우스에서는 질의를 빠르게 처리하기 위해 실체화 뷰(materialized view)가 흔히 사용된다. 실체화 뷰는 그의 정의에 포함된 데이터 소스들이 변경되면 이를 반영하기 위해 갱신되어야 한다. 실체화 년의 갱신은 많은 부하를 야기하므로, 실체화 뷰를 효율적으로 갱신하는 것은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 실체화 뷰의 효율적인 갱신 방법에 대해서는 이미 많은 연구가 있어왔지만, SPJ(Select-Project-Join) 형태로 정의된 실체화 뷰를 효율적으로 갱신하는 방법은 충분히 연구되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 소스들에 대한 접근 비용을 최소화함으로써 SPJ 실체화 뷰를 효율적으로 점진적으로 갱신하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 동적 계획법 알고리즘을 사용하여 최적의 갱신 방법을 찾는다. 마지막으로, 다양한 성능 평가 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법이 우수한 성능을 가지고 있음을 보인다.

국내 공공임대주택의 자산관리 도입 방안 (Implementable Strategy on Asset Management of Domestic Public Rental Housing)

  • Recently, maintenance of public rental housing becomes a critical issue because its expenditure possesses the majority proportion of life cycle cost. The countries, such as USA and Singapore, have introduced the approaches for advanced property management, which are cost-effective in the maintenance management. However, as maintenance management system becomes advanced, risks associated with its application are also increased. Therefore, it is needed to assess the appropriate applicability of public rental housing maintenance management considering the constrains in domestic construction industry. The main objective of this study are to investigate international cases and systems and to propose strategic introduction, which satisfies the regulations and policies for domestic public rental housing. In order to evaluate the suitability of the investigated systems, practitioners' opinions were reviewed through the questionnaire surveys using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The surveys indicate that advanced asset management was the suitable process for managing efficiently domestic public rental housing. Moreover, the results showed each weights of considerable criteria for assessing the effective application of maintenance management, and would contribute to further detailed and systematic management.

  • 교량 유지관리 전략 수립 시 현재 상태를 기반으로 미래 상태를 예측할 수 있어야 하며, 상태예측모델의 신뢰도가 높아질수록 효과적인 유지관리 의사결정이 가능하다. 그러나 인력기반 반복 주기적인 현행유지관리는 관리자가 목표하는 관리(등급)수준의 교량 상태를 정확히 예측하지 못해서 막대한 보수 보강비용이 발생될 가능성이 있고, 합리적인 유지관리 의사결정을 도모하는데 어려움을 겪는다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 국내 교량 점검 이력 데이터를 이용하여 불확실성을 고려한 교량 부재별 대표 상태예측모델을 개발하고, 개발된 상태예측모델을 실제 유지관리 대상 교량에 보다 높은 정확도로 적용 가능한 베이지안 업데이트 기법을 제안하였다. 또한, 모니터링 업데이트 상태예측모델 기반 예방적 유지관리가 기존 현행유지관리 대비 비용 효율성 측면에서 유리함을 제안하기 위해 각각의 유지관리비용 산출에 따른 교량 점검 타당성 분석을 수행하였다.

자세교정프로그램에 따른 자세유지 수행과 자기효능감에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Posture Maintenance Performance and Self-Efficacy in accordance with Posture Correction Program)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the posture correction program as the development of the posture maintenance performance, and search for the more efficient posture correction program. The data analysis was processed by SPSS. The data was analysed with $x^2$-test, t-test, pearson product moment correlation, and stepwise regression analysis. The finding of this study is as follows: There are the homogeneity between two groups was verified on the know ledges CF=.697, df=2, P>.05), self-efficacy(F=.098, df=2, P>.05) about the posture. The developed posture correction program has proved to enhance the posture maintenance performance(knowledge t=1.60, P<.05 ; posture manintenance t=7.69, P<.01). The type of posture correction program showed some significant differences (t=5.62, P<.01) in the accuracy of movement way among the factors of the posture maintenance performance. The posture maintenance performance affected self-efficacy. Therefore, the major conclusion is as follows: The posture correction program was meaningfully effective on developing the posture maintenance, and with practice created accuracy much more on the posture maintenance movement way. The development of the posture maintenance performance affected the increase of self-efficacy about the posture. The self-efficacy has proved so powerful factor to influence on the posture maintenance performance development. So, the posture correction program should be done systematically and continually, and developing the posture maintenance performance should be done with practice. After the education, it should be reinforced through practice, midterm identification and reeducation and motivated with recognizing the accurate posture measurement. And it should be created the correction program to develop the high self-efficacy about the posture. It needs the strategy to educate the correct posture individually, and to spread to the society for healthy life style.
