CuAz-3처리 리기다소나무 제재목을 이용한 구조용 집성재 성능 평가 (Performance of Structural Glulam Laminated with CuAz-3 Preservative Treated Lumber)

  • 구조용 집성재의 시장 수요가 확대되고 다양화되면서 교량이나 파고라와 같이 외기에 노출되는 조건에서 사용하기 위한 고 내구성 구조용 집성재에 대한 시장 요구가 증가할 것으로 예견된다. 따라서 본 연구는 국산 침엽수재로 제조되는 구조용 집성재에 적합한 방부처리 기술 및 기준을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 방부처리된 국산 리기다소나무 제재목을 이용하여 구조용 집성재를 제조하고 제조 단계별 생산수율과 KS 품질기준 충족여부를 평가하였다. 방부집성재의 제조수율은 일반 집성재와 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았으며, 목재자원의 효율적인 활용을 위해서는 집성재 제조수율 향상방안과 함께 부산물에 대한 효율적 활용방안도 함께 검토되어야 한다. 리기다소나무 방부처리재의 경우 불균일한 방부약제 흡수량으로 인하여 구조용 집성재 제조용으로 적합하지 않은 것으로 확인되었으며, 집성재 제조 후에 유용성 방부제를 처리하는 방안에 대한 추가적인 검토가 요구되었다.

Bending Strength of Korean Softwood Species for 120×180 mm Structural Members

  • The goal of this study is to investigate bending properties of domestic timber. Three representative structural timber from Larix kaempferi, Pinus koraiensis, and Pinus densiflora, in the northeastern South Korea were selected. Visual grading for the timber was conducted based on KFRI notification 2009-01 and the bending strength for the timber was evaluated based on ASTM D 198 bending. The high percentage of grade 1 and 2 for Larix kaempferi shows that the KFRI notification was optimized for this species. The bending strength distributions from Pinus koraiensis and Pinus densiflora were very similar. It could be possible to specify the allowable bending properties of these two Specification using a united species group similar to spruce-pine-fir. Lastly, the bending strength of $120{\times}180mm$ structural members was higher than both existing values in KBC 2009 and design values for timber of imported species described in the NDS. Thus, 120 mm thick domestic softwoods could replace the commercial imported species and the KBC should be modified to provide design values for both timber and dimensional lumber, respectively, like NDS.

  • Recently, there is a new issue, among the contemporary people, for new life style, such as green design and well being. This trend brought up the necessity that there should be alternatives for interior spatial design. In order to catch up with these new issues, the new convenient and environment friendly methods are in need. Space composition using setting-up is skill that can express both the structural aspect and esthetic because it represents traditional beauty into the contemporary age through the structural rigidity and formal beauty. Also the lumber, as main materials for setting up, is in line with well being life style and environment friendliness. The construction of structure by setting-up has advantages in terms of the reuse and the convenience in that the construction of structure is adjustable according to environment. And setting-up has enough plasticity not only because of its own role as linking the objects but also because of being framed by itself. Therefore setting-up will be a design element, if it is expressed outward. Thus, this study aims to give a guide line about how to apply the result from the evaluating that "what is the most suitable setting-up" and "what is the most suitable detail setting-up", based on that structural rigidity, decorativeness and the ease of works. As a result of evaluation, the most excellent types of setting-up in terms of structural rigidity are "Jangbu" and "Panjae" and "Yeongui". The most excellent types of setting-up in terms of decorativeness are "Panjae" and "Yeongui", and the most excellent type of the ease of work is "Mat". And also the most applicable detail setting-up for the utilization of spatial composition is proposed.

말초동맥질환의 외과적치료 -55예의 임상분석- (Surgical Treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease -Clinical Analysis Of 55 Cases-)

  • This report is a review of 55 cases of peripheral arterial disease, who were treated at the department of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, Masan Koryo General Hospital from January, 1986 to December, 1990. The result are summerized as follows ; 1. The incidence of peripheral arterial disease were as follows that : Arterial injury was in 21 cases(38.2%), arteriosclerosis oblitrans 18cases(32.7%), thromboembolism 9cases(16.4%), Buerger's disease was in 7cases(12.7%). 2. Overall male to female ratio was 6.8 : 1, the prevalent age was 3rd and 4th decade in arterial injury, 7th and 8th decade in atherosclerosis and thromboembolism and 5th and 6th decade in Buerger's disease. 3. The farmer was the first ranked occupation of these patients with chronic occlusive arterial disease, which was composed of 17 cases (68%). 4. 23 cases of patients with chronic occlusive disease has been smoking and most of them have been smoking over 10 years. 5. The clinical symptoms in acute and chronic arterial obstruction were pain, claudication, gangrene and coldness in order. 6. The duration of symptom of chronic arterial occlusive disease was less 1 years in 15 cases(60%). 7. The lower extremity were more affected than upper extremity in peripheral arterial disease. 8. The cause of arterial injury was traffic accident 9 cases(42.9%) stab wound 8 cases (38.1%), postangiography 2 cases(9.5%) and belt injury 1 case. 9. The etiologic factors of acute arterial occlusion was arterial fibrillation myocardial ischemia and postangiography in order. 10. Lumber sympathectomy in Buerger's disease, artificial bypass graft in atherosclerosis and thromboembolctomy in thromboembolism, end to end with vein graft in arterial injury were performed frequently. 11. Conclusively overall result was satis factory but 3 cases was below knee amputated after operation of chronic arterial occlusive disease.

응력파(應力波) 측정(測定)에 의(依)한 수종(數種)의 국산(國産) 침엽수재(針葉樹材) 및 열대(熱帶) 활엽수재(闊葉樹材)의 휨성질(性質) 평가(評價) (Evaluation of Static Bending Properties for Some Domestic Softwoods and Tropical Hardwoods Using Sonic Stress Wave Measurements)

  • Stress wave velocity, wave impedance, and stress wave elasticity of small, clear bending specimens of five domestic softwoods (Pinus densiflora, Pinus koraiensis, Chamaecyparis obtusa, Cryptomeria japonica, and Larix leptolepis) and four tropical hardwoods(Kempas, Malas, Taun, and Terminalia) were correlated with static bending modulus of elasticity(MOE) and modulus of rupture(MOR). The degree of correlation between stress wave parameters and static bending properties was dependent on wood species tested. Stress wave elasticity and wave impedance were better predictors for static bending properties than stress wave velocity for each species individually and for softwood or hardwood species taken as a group, even though elasticity and impedance were nearly equally correlated with static bending properties apparently. Based upon the correlation coefficient between stress wave parameters and static properties, stress wave elasticity and wave impedance were found as stress wave parameters which can be used for the purpose of the reliable and successful prediction of bending properties. The degree of correlation between static MOE and MOR was also different according to wood species tested. Static MOE was nearly as well correlated with MOR as was stress wave elasticity. The results of this research are encouraging and can be considered as a basis for further work using full-size lumber. From the results of this study, it was concluded that stress wave measurements could provide useful predictions of static bending properties and was a feasible method for machine stress grading of domestic softwoods and tropical hardwoods tested in this study.

3T 고속스핀에코 T2강조영상에서 지방소거 반전회복기법의 유용성 연구 - SPAIR와 STIR와의 비교 - (Comparative Study on Usefulness of SPAIR and STIR Fast SE T2-weighted 3T Magnetic Resonance Imaging)

  • 본 연구는 T2고속스핀에코 3.0T 자기공명영상에서 지방조직 소거기법인 SPAIR와 STIR기법의 임상적 유용성에 관한 비교연구를 시행하였다. SPAIR와 STIR 프로토콜을 사용하여 뇌의 축방향 영상(20개), 요추의 시상단면영상(20개), 고관절의 관상단면영상(17개), 무릎관절의 축방향 영상(25개)을 획득하였다. 검사부위별로 지방억제기법의 지방소거능력과 화질을 파악하기위해 지방조직의 신호강도와 불균일성을 측정하였다. 지방조직에서 불균일치는 측정된 지방 신호의 평균치(mean)에 대한 표준편차(SD)로서 그 산출은 SD/mean으로 계산하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) WIN 13.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 뇌 검사는 SPAIR가 STIR보다 지방억제능력과 화질면에서 우수한 결과를 나타냈으며, 둘째, 요추, 고관절, 무릎관절 검사는 지방의 신호억제능력은 STIR가 우수하고, 화질면에서는 SPAIR가 우수한 결과를 나타냈다.

오에스비에 대한 각종 부재의 못전단성능 (Nail Shear Performance of Structural Members with OSB)

  • 최근 국내에서 급격히 그 수요가 증가하고 있는 낙엽송과 북미산 SPF(spruce-pine-fir) 규격재의 구조부재로서의 이용에 있어서 가장 간단하면서 많이 이용되는 파스너(fastener)인 못을 이용한 접합에 대해 그 전단성능을 검토하였다. 못접합은 특히 경골목구조(light frame construction)에서는 최적의 시공법으로 인식되고 있으며, 북미와 일본을 중심으로 못접합부에 대한 연구는 많이 진행되어 왔다. 현재 국내의 경골목구조와 기둥-보 공법에서 많이 이용되고 있는 구조부재(축재와 면재)의 못을 이용한 못접합부에 대해 그 전단성능의 기초적인 검토를 행하였다. 못접합부는 면재를 개입한 상태에서 주부재와 측면부재의 방향성에 따라 구분하여 주부재의 방향, 측면부재의 방향, 못의 종류에 따라 전단시험을 행하여 각각의 방향에 따른 못접합부의 전단성능을 비교 검토하였다. SPF 스터드재에 있어서는 낙엽송 집성재나 낙엽송 소재에 비해 못의 종류, 주부재와 면재의 방향성에 따른 전단성능의 차이가 현저하게 나타났다. 또한, 항복내력 및 최대내력과 접합계수와의 관계는 부재간의 배치상태에 따라 다르게 나타났다.

건축재료 연소생성물에 포함된 입자상 물질의 위험성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Risk of Particulate Materials Included in the Combustion Products of Building Materials)

  • 본 연구에서는 입자상 물질의 유해성을 포함하는 연소생성물 독성평가 기법의 개발을 위한 선행 연구로써, 입자상 물질의 위험성을 확인하기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 실험은 동일 시료의 가스유해성 시험을 통하여 교반상자와 피검상자 사이 Membrane 필터 설치 유무에 따른 평균행동정지시간의 변화를 분석함으로써, 연소생성물 중 입자상 물질을 필터링하여 노출시킨 경우와 입자상 물질을 포함한 연소생성물을 노출시킨 경우의 시험 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 시험결과 필터 장착 시 실험용 쥐의 평균행동 정지시간이 목재 시료의 경우 최대 264% 증가하였으며, 우레탄 시료의 경우 최대 179% 증가함을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 입자상 물질의 유해성 및 이에 대한 정량적 독성평가의 필요성을 확인하였다.

Phenol에 의(依)한 요부교감신경절(腰部交感神經節) 차단(遮斷) -증예(症例) 보고(報告)- (Phenol Lumbar Sympathetic Block for Buerger's Disease)

  • 제1족지단(第一足趾端)에 심한 통증(痛症)과 궤양(潰瘍)으로 입원한 31세(歲)의 Buerger 병(病) 환자(患者)에 X-선조(線造) 영하(影下)에서 7% phenol을 사용한 제(第)1, 2 및 3 요부교감신경절차단(腰部交感神經節遮斷)을 시행하였다. 교감신경절차단후(交感神經節遮斷後) 족지(足趾)의 통증완화(痛症緩和)와 온감(溫感)을 느낄 수 있었으며 이후 2회(回)의 2.5% bupivacaine을 이용한 경막외강차단(硬膜外腔遮斷) 후 통증(痛症)소실과 함께 순환혈류(循環血流) 개선(改善)을 plethysmogram으로 확인할 수 있어서 성공적인 교감신경절차단술(交感神經節遮術)이 시행됐다고 볼 수 있어 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)과 함께 보고(報告)하는 바이다.

황칠처리재의 도막 물성 및 내구성 (Durability and Properties of Coating Film on Lumbers Coated with Hwangchil)

  • To investigate weathering and surface characteristics of coating film on lumbers coated with Hwangchil(varnish of Dendropanax morbifera), we carried out to investigate the resistance against discoloration, value of crack and surface characteristics of coating films on seven domestic lumbers and those of four introduced tropical lumbers. There was investigated to evaluate the properties of coating films by the varnish of Dendropanax morbifera. There was insignificant correlations between the hardness and moisture contents of each lumber treated by the varnish. There was no significant correlations between the thickness of coating film and the hardness, either. Although we investigated 11 wood species, we found only three species as resistance wood species against discoloration; Diospysos spp., Abies holophylla and Ulmus davidiana. The crack of coaing films was the largest on Zelkova serrata followed by Juglans sinensis, Cercidiphum japonicum, Tectona grands, Ulmus davidiana, Guibourtia tessmannii, Diospysos spp. and Dalbergia latifolia. However, there was no crack of coating films on the lumbers of Juniperus rigida, Prunus serrulata var. spontanea and Abies holophylla. The crack of coating film showed positive correlations with the thickness of coating film and hardness. The surface characteristics of the coating films evaluated on the basis of $R_{a}$ values indicated the lumbers of Ulmus davidiana($0.14{\;}{\mu}m$), Juniperus rigida($0.1 5{\;}{\mu}m$), Guibourtia tessmannii($0.19{\;}{\mu}m$), Dalvergia latifolia($0.20{\;}{\mu}m$) and Diospysos spp.($0.20{\;}{\mu}m$), Cercidiphum japonicum($0.24{\;}{\mu}m$) as good species while there was insignificant differences between softwoods and hardwoods. Tectona grands, Prunus serrulata var. spontanea and Abies holophylla showed rough surface with $1.53~2.63{\;}{\mu}m$ of $R_a$ values. The four kinds of rough indices($R_a,{\;}R_z,{\;}R_{max}{\;}and{\;}R_q$) showed very low correlations with moisture contents with the correlation coefficients. The $R_a{\;}and{\;}R_{max}$ also showed slight relationship with hardness.
