민수부문의 에너지원별 수요예측모형 (An Energy Demand Forecasting Model for the Residential and Commercial Sector)

  • This paper presents a generalized fuel choice model in which restrictive constraints on cross-price coefficients as Baughman-Joskow-FEA Logit Model need not be imposed, but all demand elasticities are uniquely determined. The model is applied to estimating aggregate energy demand and fuel choices for the residential and commercial sector. The structural equations are estimated by a generalized least squares procedure using national-level EPB, KDI, BK, KRIS, MOER data for 1965 and 1980, and other related reports. The econometric results support the argument that “third-price” and “fourth-price” coefficients should not be constrained in estimating relative market share models. Furthermore, by using this fuel choice model, it has forecasted energy demands by fuel sources in, the residential and commercial sector until 1991. The results are turned out good estimates to compare with existing demands forecasted from other institutes.

AR 프로세스를 이용한 도산예측모형 (Bankruptcy Prediction Model with AR process)

  • The detection of corporate failures is a subject that has been particularly amenable to cross-sectional financial ratio analysis. In most of firms, however, the financial data are available over past years. Because of this, a model utilizing these longitudinal data could provide useful information on the prediction of bankruptcy. To correctly reflect the longitudinal and firm-specific data, the generalized linear model with assuming the first order AR(autoregressive) process is proposed. The method is motivated by the clinical research that several characteristics are measured repeatedly from individual over the time. The model is compared with several other predictive models to evaluate the performance. By using the financial data from manufacturing corporations in the Korea Stock Exchange (KSE) list, we will discuss some experiences learned from the procedure of sampling scheme, variable transformation, imputation, variable selection, and model evaluation. Finally, implications of the model with repeated measurement and future direction of research will be discussed.

한국노동시장의 남녀 직장이동 요인별 차이와 직장이동 유형별 임금 변화 (Gender Difference in Job Mobility in Korean Labor Markets)

  • 본 연구에서는 직장이동에 영향을 미치는 요인과 직장이동 수익률의 남녀 차이를 "경제활동인구조사(2003-07년)"를 이용하여 추정하였다. 그 결과 결혼과 부양가족 여부는 남성의 경우에만, 연령은 여성의 경우에만 직장유지 가능성을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 직장의 노조 유무, 종사상 지위는 남녀 모두 유사하게 영향을 미치며, 일부 산업과 직종에서 이직 선택에 다르게 영향을 미쳤다. 임금변화를 추정한 결과 직장간이동에서는 여성의 경우만 순임금변화 값이 양(+)의 변화를 보인 반면, 사직이동에서는 남녀 모두 순임금변화율이 음(-)으로 나타났다.

  • 기업에서 올바른 품질관리를 수행하기 위해서는 1차적으로 품질수준을 결정하는 각각의 요인들에 대한 정확한 데이터의 확보가 필요하며, 이를 위한 측정(measurement) 수단 또한 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 올바른 측정을 위해서는 양호한 측정기기 뿐만 아니라, 이를 효과적으로 다룬 수 있는 측정인력의 존재 통은 필수적 요건이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제품 생산의 불량률에 대한 추정방정식으로 많이 사용되는 로짓(logit) 모형을 이용하여 기업의 측정표준 관련 투자가 제품의 품질에 미치는 효과를 분석하였는데, 그 결과 측정 및 풀질관리 인력, 측정설비 구입비 및 표준실 운영비 통의 측정 관련 투자, 인증표준물질의 사용이 제품생산의 불량률 감소를 가져와 제품의 풀질에 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업의 측정표준 투자 결정요인을 분석한 결과, 기업의 연구개발 투자가 많을수록, 시장에서의 독점력이 높을수록, 기업규모가 클수록, 피리고 재무구조가 탄탄할수록 측정표준 투자가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

순위형 로짓모형을 이용한 농업인의 혁신네트워크 연계 특성 (Interconnected Characteristics of Innovation Networks of Farmers Employing Ranked Logit Model)

  • This study analyzed the probability that experiment stations, agricultural technology and extension centers, provincial agricultural research and extension services, central government organs, or civilian and other related organs will be the first choice of the compositional subjects of local innovation networks. While gender effect was statistically insignificant, educational level, income, main acquired information, sources of necessary information, and frequency of information acquisition sessions were significant, and the preference ranking model was highly relevant. According to the analysis, highly academic and business-related information was most likely to be acquired from the civilian sector; agricultural technology such as technology, crops/plants, storage, and circulation was most likely to be acquired from experiment stations and provincial agricultural research and extension services; and information on agricultural production was most likely to be acquired from agricultural technology centers.

개별행태모형을 이용한 통근인구의 교통행동분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Behavioral Analysis of Workers using Disaggregate Behavioral Model)

  • This paper develops a disaggregate model system for travel behavior of workers in a metropolitan area. We attempt to develop a set of models for predicting trip generation type, trip purpose, destination, mode choices in each trip on the way from work to home by using the concept of utility maximization of base-to-base tour. The model incorporates the concept that decisions of a trip in a trip in a travel tour depend on decisions of the trips having been made before and decisions of trip planned after of this trip, as well as on current trip conditions. As the structure of the model, the nested logit model is used to avoid a simultaneous model's complexity. The data to be used for estimating the model system are from the person trip survey which was carried out in 1981 in Nagoya metropolitan. Empirical tests of the model for Nagoya metropolitan area show encouraging results and prove the validity of the assumption of this model.

2단계 선택과정의 모형화 (Modeling Two-stage Choice Process)

  • Consumers facing a large number of brands to choose from are known to use simplified heuristic to screen a set of relevant brands called the consideration set from the whole alternatives, Purchase decisions are then made from the brands in the consideration set, Two approaches have been suggested to model the two-stage choice process., One is to treat the con-sideration set as a crisp set (e.g Roberts and Lattin 1991) The other is to treat the set as a fuzzy set (e.g. Fortheringham 1988) The paper empirically compares the two types of models using data for soft drinks sneakers and departments. The results show that a model employing the crisp set approach fits the data better than that with the fuzzy set approach and better than a single-stage choice logit model.

휴대인터넷 서비스에 대한 니즈[Needs]분석 (An Analysis on the Needs for the Mobile Internet Service)

  • In this research, we have developed a model that can explain the potential customer's needs for the potable Internet service, a concept with 'QoS guaranteed lower-price high speed mobile Internet service. Based on the developed model, we have also derived some empirical implications for the business firms interest in the potable Internet market. The developed model is incorporating a survey result, answering of potential customer's attitude for the portable Internet service, from the subscribers to the Internet service, wireless LAN service, and mobile Internet service. As a result, we have found that a very innovative group, such as wireless LAN users and 20's age group using mobile Internet service, could be the most attractive market segment. Moreover, the aspects of the service coverage and the price competitiveness at the service launching stage could be the most critical success factors for the portable Internet service.

  • This study aims to examine the Visitor's selection attributes and types of preference regarding Rural Theme Village, and gather useful information for establishing differentiated marketing strategies suitable for market segments by the Visitor's selection attributes. In addition, it will contribute to securing competitiveness in providing Visitors with better service by extracting differentiating factors of Rural Theme Villages, and exploring the right direction of Rural Tourism. For the empirical analysis, the attributes were extracted based on the preliminary studies, and a survey was conducted among Visitors and users of Rural Theme Village to examine such factors as importance of selection attributes status, motives of using such Rural Theme Villages, demographic characteristics, and general features of the Rural Theme Villages.

의사결정나무와 신경망 모형 결합에 의한 운전자 우회결정요인 분석 (Drivers Detour Decision Factor Analysis with Combined Method of Decision Tree and Neural Network Algorithm)

  • 본 연구는 불특정 다수의 도로이용자들이 경로우회 시 갖는 의사결정과정속에 내포된 비선형성과 불확실성을 고려한 정도 있는 모형구축으로 주요 우회결정요인을 분석하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 이를 위하여 고속도로 및 국도를 이용하는 운전자를 대상으로 우회여부에 관련된 SP조사를 실시하였고, 조사결과에 대하여 의사결정나무와 신경망이론의 결합된 모형을 구축하여 운전자 우회결정요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 운전자 우회여부결정에 영향을 미치는 요인은 우회도로 인지여부, 교통정보 신뢰도 및 이용빈도, 경로전환빈도, 나이순으로 나타났다. 또한 오분류표를 통한 기존 모형과의 예측력의 비교결과 결합된 모형의 오분류율이 8.7%로 기존 모형인 로짓모형 12.8%, 의사결정나무 단독 모형 13.8%와 비교했을 때 가장 예측력이 높은 것으로 나타나 운전자 우회결정요인 분석에 관한 모형의 적용 타당성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 교통량 분산효과와 도로망 효율 증대를 위한 효과적인 우회관리전략 수립 시 기초 자료로 활용가능하리라 사료된다.
