Environmental problems are becoming hot issues in many countries and the role of the enterprise, which causes environmental contamination, has become one of the most important concerns in business. We consider the factors such as reduce, recycle, reuse, which is effected environment conscious logistics system, and then we are to suggest optimal directions through statistical analysis of effects and causes of the influences of environmental logistics activities on logistics performance. In order to attain this objective we simultaneously execute a literature and actual research considering many manufacturing companies. In this paper we analyze various factors of logistics activities for environment conscious logistics system (ECLS) for economy base construction under resources circulation, and we especially analyze effects and causes of the influences of logistics performance by the operation characteristic of enterprises.

The market of air cargo in Korea grows very quickly and diversifies. It is an essential factor in the process of development of Northeast-Asia as a hub for Air Cargo logistics. But the process of air cargo in Korea is complex as compared with other north-east asia nations and it has many problems and causes inconvenience to owners of freight. We emphasize that 4PL(Fourth party Logistics) is the excellent solution from among many alternatives. The wave of 4PL added to strategic consulting based on new IT techniques, for example RFID, with logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service is a great issue. It is also worthy of notice that EPCglobal network strengthen the role of 4PL. In conclusion, the 4PL system based on EPCglobal network will result in a good success, so it will raise a prestige of air cargo in Korea to a higher position. This study deals with the new logistics system, air cargo logistics system based on u-4PL system, RFID and EPCglobal network, that will bring many advantages. At the end, we verify the u-4PL air cargo logistics system by simulation tool.

Recently, Logistics industry has emerged a new u-logistics paradigm combines USN / RFID technology. In this paper offers a vehicle history Web-based logistics management system based on the u-logistics paradigm. The design of this system is considered all events processes as a form of recycling and entire system is to modeling based UML of object oriented. Also It was undergone some process to make sure by logistics vehicles identified that RFID based was identified vehicle logistics. To identify logistics vehicle based RFID, identified the logistics vehicles is a process that will determine. The implementation method designed the interface based web which uses in the manager to C/S methods, consideration of the mobility of the system user implements the user GUI based PDA. As well as, In this paper was separated customer, manufacturer, distributor, administrator, drivers, respectively and focuses to raise a system reusability which is implementation by separately for each feature.

Today, the logistics industry has played a critical role in national economy activities. The low cost and high efficiency of the logistics industry are meaningful in the improvement of national competitiveness and the logistics industry. However, efficiency of logistics is lower than that of the United States and Japan since most quantities are processed in road transportation in Korea. With regard to this, existing studies expected a saving of social and environmental costs due to a decrease of road transportation as well as improvement of logistics productivity due to bulk transportation through activation of rail and costal transport. For the expectation, the existing multimodal transport systems should be improved first. Therefore it aimed to develop scenario-based simulation models of multimodal transport systems for decision makers in charge of improvement in the logistics area. For model development, this study utilized Thinking Process and System Dynamics(TP-SD) methodology.

This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics integration. And this research analyzes the case study(Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each side to feel vulnerable to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics safe strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

This paper conducted a study on the operation plan of the packaging system to enhance the logistics efficiency between the manufacturer and the distributor, whose prior research in the relevant field was insignificant. By identifying problems and improvements in the operation of the packaging system between domestic manufacturers and distributors through the Retail Ready Packaging. The institutional aspects were investigated to confirm that the mediation role of government and social organizations was required to resolve issues (χ2 = 148.916, p < 0.001), and that guidelines that gathered diverse opinions for the rational operation of the packaging system were essential, while institutional aspects are needed to be supplemented to be willing to improve logistics efficiency (χ2 = 95.781, p < 0.001). In this study, even though the difference in perception between manufacturers and distributors is clear and the issue related to the operation of the packaging system is ongoing, if there is no effort to grasp the issue, the opinions between manufacturers and distributors will be left at odds and could become a social problem. Unnecessary interference from government and social organizations should be excluded, but the level of mediation to support win-win management in order to promote logistics standardization and reduce CO2 and national logistics costs can be explained as a catalyst for improving logistics efficiency through reasonable operation of the packaging system.

The aim of this paper is to establish the evaluation system of improving urban logistics using the QFD(Quality function Deployment) model which can facilitate to grasp the improving degree of realizing the system conforming to the relationship of all process and the process improvement. At the first stage, the established system through the QFD method will be used to evaluate and diagnosis the level of urban logistics in Cheonbuk District. The second stage is to investigate the important components that can make prompt improvement of urban logistics. Then, the sensitivity analysis is to be performed and the degree of improving urban logistics will be presented according to the rising degree of the relevant components.

The compatibility of the enterprises of Korea was the 'low cost and mass production＆apos;. That in because, the entire business transactions including production, accounting, personnel management, and logistics need to be integrated with a global perspective. Logistics information system is to support the management of such logistics activities and involves in a wide range of the business operations. In other words, the logistics information system is 0 accurately and rapidly deliver and process the information available for the logistics in order to promote more smoother and efficient logistics by using such information. I'll give a brief introduction to the SRM(Supplier Relationship Management) system and go into the problem that should be considered and which phase to emphasize when building this system.

Temperature adaptability is an important metric for evaluating the performance of an optical system. The temperature characteristics of the optical system are closely related to the material and shape of its lens. In this paper, we establish a mathematical model relating the temperature characteristics to the shape and material of the lens. Then a novel assembly structure that can solve the lens constraint and positioning problem is proposed. From those basics, the correctness of the theoretical model and the effectiveness of the assembly structure are verified through simulated analysis of the imaging quality of the optical system, whose operating temperature range is $-60{\sim}100^{\circ}C$.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, a global economic downturn and a recession in the shipping market are expected, it is important for domestic shipping companies to establish appropriate strategy in response to the recession. Accordingly, domestic shipping companies should grow into integrated logistics companies that combine shipping and logistics in the future. And for this purpose, it is necessary to actively promote logistics integration with external shipping and logistics companies. This paper presents the direction of logistics integration for domestic shipping companies to develop as integrated logistics operators with competitiveness in the global shipping market, and presents detailed alternatives. Domestic shipping companies lack the infrastructure such as ships, port terminals, and warehouses, so they have a weak capacity to independently promote logistics integration. At the shipping company level, a logistics integration promotion strategy should be established, and accordingly, logistics infrastructure, service network, and logistics integration operating system should be established. The government should provide tax benefits for logistics integration, financial support for M&As led by domestic shipping companies, a standardized information sharing system, and preparation of educational courses for nurturing digital manpower.
