ICT 기반의 물류기업체의 공유물류 운영 플랫폼 개발에 관한 연구 (Application of Shared Logistics Operation Platform of ICT-based Logistics Companies)

  • 최근에 많은 글로벌 기업들이 글로벌 공급망 구축과 구축된 글로벌 공급망을 기반으로 공유경제를 실현하기 위한 노력을 수행하고 있다. 공유경제를 실현하기 위한 다양한 방법이 있으나 그 중에서도 공유물류시스템를 통한 기업의 공유경제 특히 물류효율화 추진에 많은 노력을 수행하고 있다. 기업의 공유경제를 실현하기 위해서 기업에서는 ICT 기반의 공유물류시스템 적용방안 모색이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 물류기업체에서 ICT 기반의 공유경제의 효율을 높이기 위한 물류기업체의 물류효율화 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해서 ICT 기반의 공유물류시스템 적용을 위해 국내 공유물류시스템 현황 및 운영에 관해 제시하고, 공유경제 활성화에 따른 공유물류기반 운영 플랫폼 및 ICT 연계를 통한 공유물류서비스 기대효과를 제시하였다. ICT 기반의 공유물류의 효율성 방안 제시를 통한 글로벌 공급망에서 요구되는 다양한 요구를 만족할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Recently, there is growing recognition that we should protect an environment in all industries. As one of the OECD in the world trade market, we have to apply the Envirormentally Conscious Logistics System(ECLS) considering an environment seriously, and to implement environmentally conscious logistics activities. A packaging of entire logistics system have to also do it. Therefore, the objectives of this study were to discuss and to make an overture which an environmental packaging system of logistics system is by introducing a case study.

  • At present, on increasing to use a computer network and internet network, Internet Trade has been rapidly created and developed in international Electronic Commerce. However, Internet Trade has not been continued to grow up without supporting by a efficient Logistics System. Because it is very important to delivery contract commodities to consumer with speedy, accurate, steady, convenient services. International Logistics System is consisted of demand forecasting, order processing, packing, labeling, shipping documentation and consumer service into three distant phases of transaction, distribution and payment. International Logistics System can be done more efficiently and effectively by using Internet Logistics System. Therefore it is very important to implementing a efficient Internet Logistics System.

  • Weapon system is defined as a combination of primary system and logistics support system which are evaluated by capability and operational availability respectively. Weapon system developer thought that primary system was weapon system and also only primary system was important. Recent comparison of total life cycle cost showed that logistics support system was proved to be more important than primary system. However, until now no systematic approach to logistics support system development have applied in the area of developing support system and much money was exhausted by wrong logistics support system. We need to construct a universal metric for effectiveness of logistics support system and to cut out whatever activities or support elements which do not contribute to the metrics. This study describes a new approach under the name function approach to logistics support system development and also classifies five factors of failure frequency, stock out of frequency, administrative delay time, active repair time and logistic delay time that have influence on operational availability of logistics support system.

  • These days business logistics has become one of the very important factors of logistics cost reduction and customer service satisfaction. In order to control business logistics more effectively, many companies must be concerned about logistics performance.This study aims at analyzing information system characteristic and logistics performance. The information system characteristic variables are considered IS resource, IS strategic role. The logistics performance variables are considered logistic cost, customer service.For data on the 301 sampled company, a mail survey using a questionnaire was conducted in this study. The following results were obtained.First, IS characteristic variables were significant for logistics performance. Specially, efficient management of IS manpower and IS planning, present IS were significant for logistics performance. Second, there also were IS manpower and IS planning, present IS that indentifing high logistics performance group and low logistics performance group.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of environment conscious logistics system which is essential to make material recycling economic society. Environment conscious logistics management which meant simply recycle is tend to promote material reduction, reuse and recycling. We have made case studies about advanced environment conscious logistics system. To examine korean companies' environment conscious logistics system, we made survey form which is consist of 81 questionnaires in Korea between 2003 and 2005. And we have analyzed the survey responses. As a result of this study, we propose the way of constructing environment conscious logistics system in Korea.

  • Recently, shifting channel power is forcing supply chain to take back products. As you can imagine returned product has always been a problem for all parties in the supply chain due to the disruption in operations and a headache in processing returned products. Therefore, every member of supply chain should respond to reverse logistics activities particularly for the return handling process. Under such a strong demand of efficient and cost effective reverse logistics activities, particularly for the return handling process, the information system should be implemented and participated in intensively. This study analyzed the reverse logistics information factors for environmental conscious logistics system limited to returns from customers/consumers. The results provide reverse logistics information factors based on the return handling process which can be used as benchmarking for companies seeking implementation of an efficient return handling system.

  • In this paper, we design Real-Time Postal Logistics Operational Model and System as a to-be system. Current postal logistics information system, named PostNet, is a basic infra system designed for an end-to-end IT-driven process, from mail acceptance to delivery, linked with internal and external systems. Recent competing circumstances drive demand for more intelligent information system. So we design real-time postal logistics operational system focused on site operations. we analyze postal logistics operation and interview field workers and establish real-time postal logistics operational model to solve operational issues. Finally we suggest system specifications.

  • In this year(2006), the Korean government has announced the integrated logistics promotion act, to improve the international competitiveness of Korean logistics companies and to develop the north-east asia logistics hubs. Therefore, in this study, emphasized to goes forward better and presents integrated logistics industry expansive assignment through domestic logistics companies' problem and integrated logistics industry investigation of certification system as plan for successful fixing of integrated logistics industry for Northeast Asia logistics hub while strengthen international competitiveness of domestic professional logistics companies. So that the South Korea becomes Northeast Asia logistics hub country, to expand lacking logistics infra at good time is important, also, reform backward logistics system of consignor companies and advance actively to the Northeast Asia logistics market is very important to improve the professional logistics companies' upbringing to lead the Northeast Asia logistics market.

  • Recently, it is recognized as a high-cost and inefficient logistics system that increases traffic congestion and environmental problems due to an increase in traffic volume due to the activation of the online market. In order to solve inefficient problems such as unavoidable traffic congestion and environmental problems caused by the increase in traffic volume, it is necessary to develop a freight transport system technology using the existing urban railway infrastructure and freight-only urban railway. The urban subway logistics system is a logistics system that requires a combination of various technologies to solve the nationwide demand for urban logistics and road traffic problems. This paper recognized the existing traffic congestion and environmental pollution of road traffic as problems, and supplemented the contact point requirements presented above by identifying the sub-systems constituting the target system and supplementary points for each part-level contact point. In this study, as a complex system operated for one purpose by grafting various technologies, a plan is required to secure the reliability and safety of operation from various viewpoints. The results of this study can contribute to the initial configuration and basic data to solve the interface bottleneck of the urban subway logistics system to be promoted in the future.
