본 연구는 물류보안 인증 획득 기업 및 인증 준비단계에 있는 기업을 위한 정부지원 정책 방안을 도출하고자 기업의 요구사항을 파악하고, 우선순위를 분석하기 위하여 AHP와 QFD 기법을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 물류보안 인증 확산을 위한 기업의 요구사항에 대한 우선순위는 물류보안통합시스템(40.3%), 정부지원체계 강화(32.4%), 인증제도의 운영효과(27.2%) 순위로 분석되었다. AHP 분석 결과를 토대로 QFD 기법을 적용한 상대적 가중치 분석결과에서는 생산성 향상(28.38%), 서비스 수준향상(26.70%), 물류비용 절감(21.60%), 정보기술 선진화(19.68%), 환경보호(3.64%) 등의 순위로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 물류보안 인증 획득 및 유지관리 개선을 하고자 하는 공급망 내 관련 기업뿐만 아니라 다른 기업들에게 물류보안에 관한 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 수 있으며, 기업경쟁력을 강화시키고 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁우위 기업으로 성장할 수 있는 발전 도모에 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of improving service quality in the defense logistics support. For this, this study compares and analyzes the perceived service quality between customer(using unit) and defense logistics support unit by using SERVPERF model. Supply, military meals, and maintenance are carrying out the mission as core function of defense logistics support and also encounter with customer. In this empirical analysis, the service quality is composed of four factors, and there are significant difference in perception level of service quality between them. Also, the relationship between factors of service quality and revisit intention shows significant difference statistically, and the customer orientation and responsiveness are key affecting factors on revisit intention.

This study reviews the concept of Integrated Logistic Support(ILS), ILS standards, ILS elements, and the processes of developing ILS elements and Logistics Support Analysis(LSA). It also examines the potentials of applying ILS development process to building CALS systems in commercial sectors in order to accomplish business process innovation and achieve life-cycle cost savings in product and equipment management. In order to utilize the ILS approach for commercial industries, we need customizing the process of Logistics Support Analysis defined in MIL-STD-1388-lA. The success of ILS implementation depends on the determination of the range of ILS elements in relation with the application environment, and the appropriate development of those elements. During the development process, in order to analyze and design logistics flow processes and supporting activities, we suggest the object-oriented logistics process modeling approach with basic concepts and constructs embedded in objects. Several diagrams including Class Diagram, Class-Instance Diagram, and Integrated Instance Diagram, are provided. Simple Steps to follow are suggested for the analysis and design of inter-organizational logistics flow and support processes. The outcomes of the study are expected to contribute to stimulating the utilization of ILS concepts and development process during building commercial CALS systems.

The purpose of this study is to consider the problem on pursuit of logistics strategy by our international shipping company in international shipping business under the said circumstance due to the open international shipping market and to suggest the logistics strategy for the consideration of the logistics competition under new international shipping circumstances. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, it shall be considered to maintain the size of company bigger than a certain capability so that it may obtain the superior competition of logistics. Second, as there are the plus correlations between the competition of logistics and the logistic support, it is necessary to pursuit the upgrade service with using EDI system and making up the complex shipping and integrated logistics system in general. Third, with the rationalization of finance policy and the profitable management of shipping company the ratio of net worth can be raised and it can be achieved to make the sound financial structure as reducing the excessive debt ratio. Fourth, it can be effort continuously to perform the investment for the infrastructure of logistics support & the institutional supplement so that it may achieve to increase the efficiency of logistic support at pier and to reduce the cost of logistic support.

Computer-aided logistics support system is recognized an essential system to reduce supply and maintenance cost, and to improve readiness of weapon system or operationable composite machines. According to these trends, this paper focuses on the design scheme and the computerization strategy of information management system for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) work. Suggested system. LAMIS(Logistics support Analysis Management Information System) is a total system that composed of Logistics Support Analysis Management information system (LSAM), Configuration Management Information System (CMIS), Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS), Project Management System (PMS) and Information Retrival System(IRS) etc. Also, LAMIS is a computerized tool that improves current supply and maintenance support program, that attempts to reliable requirment analysis of logistics support elements, and that supports to use the existing technical specification of similar one when weapon system acquisition project is started newly. When LAMIS implication is completed, it can be applied to logistics support of defense or commercial site. Straightway, LAMIS will be enhanced with computer - aided design system, engineering drawing system, interactive electronic technical manual system, electronic data interchange system, and three dimensional simulation system to weapon system configuration. When that is done, LAMIS is CALS system.

무기체계에서의 소프트웨어에 대한 비중이 커짐에 따라, 소프트웨어 ILS(Integrated Logistics Support)에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 그러나 기존 무기체계에서 ILS 개발은 하드웨어 중심으로 적용하고 있어 소프트웨어에 그대로 적용하기 힘든 실정이다. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 ILS의 실무 적용 어려움이 무엇인지 원인을 파악하고 문제점을 분석하기 위해 국내/외 규정 및 사례들을 통해 현 실태를 파악하였다. 또한, 소프트웨어의 유지보수 특성을 고려하여 소프트웨어와 하드웨어 ILS의 차이점을 검토하고, 소프트웨어 ILS 요소개발 범위 설정을 통해 국내에 적용이 가능한 소프트웨어 ILS 개발방안을 제안하였다. 이는 소프트웨어 ILS 개발을 위한 구체적인 실무 적용방안을 수립하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Sense and Respond Logistics(SARL) is a transformational, network-centric, knowledge-driven concept that enables joint effects-based operations and provides precise, agile support. Sense and respond logistics relies upon highly adaptive, self-synchronizing, and dynamic physical and functional processes. It predicts, anticipates, and coordinates actions that provide competitive advantage across the full range of military operations. In this research paper, we considered the essential prerequisite to introduce the appropriate SARL concept for the future warfare environment into the military logistics support system and also provide the conceptual alternatives to actualize the introduction of SARL.

우리나라는 농산물 수출확대를 위하여 농산물 수출지원제도를 운영하고 있으며 수출물류비지원사업도 여기에 포함되어 있다. 수출물류비지원을 통한 수출지원사업을 통해 농산물의 수출확대는 농업부문의 수출산업화는 물론 신수요 창출과 국내 농산물 가격의 안정화에도 기여한다. 우리나라가 DDA 협상에서 개도국지위를 유지하게 되면 WTO 규정이 허용하는 범위 내에서 수출보조의 지속적인 지원이 일정기간까지 가능하나 개도국지위를 상실하게 되면 수출보조금으로 지원하는 수출물류비 등 각종의 지원이 향후 협상에서 결정되는 특정연도에는 완전폐지를 해야 하는 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농산물에 대한 수출물류비 지원이 수출에 미치는 효과를 분석하고, WTO/DDA 농업협상 결과 예상되는 수출물류비 감축이나 철폐에 대비하기 위한 농산물 수출물류활동의 활성화 방안과 과제에 대하여 연구해보고자 한다.

Established on February 1st, 2010, The ROKN maritime task flotilla has a goal to successfully cope with North Korea and other potential threats. Unlike precedents of its kind, The ROKN maritime task flotilla is expected to concentrate more an far-sea strategies than coastal strategies. In such circumstances however, the existing maritime logistics systems have limitations upon which to utterly support the operation conception of the ROKN maritime task flotilla seven. To ensure it's efficiency, transformation of the systems is prerequisite. The purpose of this study is to deduce an adequate maritime logistics system for the ROKN maritime task flotilla by evaluating the limitation of the current system and foreseeing its performance necessary abilities to operate in the future. In order to do this, the study presented problems and the direction of development on the structural and behavioral sides. Fist, regarding problems in the structure of maritime logistics system, the investigation pronounced the need of improvement in mobile logistics support ability and its speed. In addition, for the behavioral side, the need of improvement in logistics cooperation system and self-maintenance ability was affirmed. For the development of an adequate maritime logistics system, the study suggested the amelioration in the operation of an adequate mobile logistics support platform and the speed of the logistics using high-speed transportation such as planes for the structural side. Moreover, for the behavioral side, it recommended th enhancement of logistics cooperation system including the nations that already imported th weapon system, amelioration of self-maintenance ability, and necessity to operate mobile maintenance group.

In an effort to gain competitiveness, recently many companies are trying to outsource their logistics activities to the logistics specialists, while concentrating on their core and strategic business area. Because of this trend, the third party logistics comes to the fore, catching people's attention, and expanding its market rapidly. Under these circumstances, the third party logistics companies are making every effort to improve their logistics services and to develop an information system in order to enhance their competitiveness. In particular, among these efforts one of the critical parts is the decision support system for effective transportation network planning. To this end, this study has developed an efficient decision support system for an optimal transportation network planning by comprehensively considering the transportation mode, routing, assignment, and schedule. As a result of this study, the new system enables the expansion of the third party logistics companies' services including the multimodal transportation, not to mention one mode of transportation, and also gets them ready to plan an international transportation network.
