Affected by external factors, errors in time series data collected by sensors are common. Using the traditional method of constraining the speed change rate to clean the errors can get good performance. However, they are only limited to the data of stable changing speed because of fixed constraint rules. Actually, data with uneven changing speed is common in practice. To solve this problem, an online cleaning algorithm for time series data based on dynamic speed change rate constraints is proposed in this paper. Since time series data usually changes periodically, we use the extreme learning machine to learn the law of speed changes from past data and predict the speed ranges that change over time to detect the data. In order to realize online data repair, a dual-window mechanism is proposed to transform the global optimal into the local optimal, and the traditional minimum change principle and median theorem are applied in the selection of the repair strategy. Aiming at the problem that the repair method based on the minimum change principle cannot correct consecutive abnormal points, through quantitative analysis, it is believed that the repair strategy should be the boundary of the repair candidate set. The experimental results obtained on the dataset show that the method proposed in this paper can get a better repair effect.

This paper studies asymptotic consensus problem for linear multi-agent systems. We propose a distributed state feedback control algorithm for solving the problem under fixed and undirected network communication. In contrast with the conventional algorithms that use global information (e.g., graph connectivity), the proposed algorithm only uses local information from neighbors. The principle for achieving asymptotic consensus is that, for each agent, a distributed update law gradually increases the coupling gain of LQR-type feedback and thus, the overall stability of the multi-agent system is recovered by the gain margin of LQR.

The new numerical procedure for hydroplaning has been developed by considering the following three important factors; fluid/structure interaction, tire rolling, and practical tread pattern. The tire was analyzed by FEM with Lagrangian formulation and the fluid is analyzed by FVM with Eulerian formulation. Since the tire and the fluid are modeled separately and their coupling is automatically computed by the coupling element, the fluid/structure interaction of the complex geometry such as the tire with the tread pattern can be analyzed practically. We verified the predictability of the hydroplaning simulation in the different parameters such as the water flow, the velocity dependence of hydroplaning, and the effect of the tread pattern on hydroplaning. In order to predict the streamline in the contact patch, the procedure of the global-local analysis was developed. Since the streamline could be predicted by this technology, we could develop the new pattern in a short period based on the principle; "make the stream line smooth".

Photovoltaic(PV) and hydrogen are the high quality, clean-burning fuel which could replace oil and natural gas for transportation, heating and power generation. If hydrogen is made via PV-powered water electrolysis, it would be possible, in principle, to provide energy on global scale, with essentially no greenhouse gas emission and very low level of local pollution. In this paper, the operation control of PV-SPE system is briefly discussed and the simulation scheme of the system is also proposed.

Under appropriate hypotheses, the authors establish local theory of the solutions by a regularization method and prove that the solution either exists globally or blows up in finite time by using a comparison principle.

본 논문에서는 요인분석과 주성분분석을 이용해 수도권 지자체별 삶의 질 지수 측정하고 공간통계 및 지리적 탐색 기법을 이용하여 공간연관성 관점에서 수도권 삶의 질의 공간적 연관성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2002년, 2005년, 2009년 수도권 삶의 질 지수 대상으로 전역적 Moran's I를 이용한 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 공간 연관성의 유형을 파악하고 실제 높은 삶의 질 지수를 나타내는 지역을 판별하기위해 모란산점도와 국지적 Moran's I 지수를 이용한 국지적 분석을 시행하였다. 삶의 질 지수의 분석 결과 서울시를 중심으로 높은 삶의 질 지수를 나타내었고 경기도 지역의 신도시를 중심으로 삶의 질 지수가 높은 양상을 보였다. 특히 서울강남3구(강남구, 서초구, 송파구)와 경기도 성남시에서 높은 삶의 질 지수를 나타내었는데, 이는 지방세 징수 상위지역으로 공공재 공급의 원천인 지역별 재정력의 차이가 삶의 질의 차이와 격차에 중요한 요인이 됨을 알 수 있다. 또한 수도권의 삶의 질 분포는 정적(+)공간연관성을 나타내며 국지적 규모의 분석결과, 서울시를 중심으로 H-H 클러스터가 경기도, 인천시를 중심으로 L-H 클러스터가, 그리고 경기도 외곽지역으로 L-L 클러스터가 형성되었고 그 패턴에 시간상의 큰 변화는 없었다. 하지만 대규모 인구유입이 있는 신도시를 중심으로 H-H 및 L-H 군집의 확산을 볼 수 있었다.

Sling exercises therapy neuromuscular system disease continuous abatement as general concept of active exercise and treatment that use sling exercises equipment by purpose know can. This review article wishes to introduce about neuromuscular activation, "Neurac" technique that can speak as step developed more concept based on application principle etc, of basic sling exercises effort's change by suspension point's change that is concept, stability exercises principle, open kinetic chain exercises and closed kinetic chain exercises. Arranged about Plateau potential's characteristic and working mechanism and Neurac technique's application method that can say as Neurac technique's neuro-physiologic base, and presented treatment method of lumbar part disease and cervical part, shoulder joint part disease to application example. Because plateau potential forward player that induce using Neurac technique in part muscles that act role that keep spine surrounding stability in this article keeps muscle's contraction continuously, between global and local muscles, presented several study findings that can cause affirmative change in insufficient muscle adjustment state such as imbalance of muscles' action order. Expect that case studies that use this Neurac technique here after consist continuously.

Mombasa is the principle port of Kenya, serving inland countries in Eastern and central Africa. Mombasa port has undergone a massive infrastructure upgrade and dredging works with an expectation that more vessels and large post Panamax ships will be able to enter Mombasa port. Therefore, it is vital to carry out a marine traffic risk assessment in order to quantify the degree of navigation safety needed in the Mombasa approach channel and also to evaluate the navigation risk imposed on transit traffic by local ferry traffic. In this paper, a marine traffic risk assessment is carried out using the IWRAP mk2, Environmental Stress (ES) model, and the PARK model. Risk assessment results show that Likoni area has an unacceptable stress/risk ranking at 20.7% by the ES model and 38.89% by the PARK model. The IWRAP mk2 model shows that the crossing area has the highest risk of crossing collision and the area at the entrance to the inner channel has a high risk of grounding. The conclusions derived from this study will provide the basis for proposing the most effective countermeasure to improve navigation safety in the Mombasa approach channel.

본 논문에서는 디지털 홀로그램의 효과적인 코팅 방법으로써 비디오 영상에서 사용되는 표준 압축 방식을 사용하였다. 먼저, 컴퓨터 형성 홀로그램(CGH)으로부터 생성된 격자패턴을 비디오 데이터로 변환한 다음 이를 부호화 하였다. 또한, 변환을 위한 전처리, 물체 영상의 전체적인 정보에 대한 국부적인 영역분할, 부호화를 위한 주파수 변환, 격자패턴의 비디오 스트림을 위한 스캐닝, 계수 값의 분류, 복합적인 비디오 부호화 등을 제안하였다. 제안된 복합 압축 알고리듬은 기존의 방법에 비해 뛰어난 압축율과 재생력을 얻을 수 있었다.
