지자체 업무는 종합행정인 동시에 다양한 공간정보와 관련이 있다. 그동안 지자체 GIS는 업무의 효융성 제고, 대국민 서비스 향상 및 의사결정의 효율적인 도구로 집중적인 투자로 인하여 괄목상대한 발전을 이루었다 최근 들어 지자체에서는 도시기능의 혁신, 도시안전의 제고 등을 위하여 유비쿼터스 기술도입에 관심이 집중되고 있으며, 이는 유비쿼터스 도시(Ubiquitous City, u-City)라는 새로운 차세대 도시 건설의 동인이 되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 도시는 정보, 기술, 서비스가 융복합된 도시로, 효율적인 유비쿼터스 도시를 추진하기 위해선 기존의 지자체 GIS 연계통합이 핵심이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이하여 지자체 GIS의 발전적인 방향을 제시하고, 유비쿼터스 도시를 위한 지자체 GIS 연계통합 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

우리는 사회가 고도로 정보화되고 정보에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있는 21세기에 살고 있다. 따라서 각 지역사회의 정보화 수준은 지역발전의 지표가 되고 있으며, GIS는 공간정보를 관리·분석할 수 있는 새로운 국가정보기반으로 부각되었다. 따라서, 많은 지자체들이 GIS의 중요성을 인식하고 GIS 기술을 사용하여 여러 업무분야에 활용하고자 효과적인 GIS구축을 위한 기본계획을 수립 중에 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각 지자체의 G3S 기본계획 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 이를 토대로 GIS 기본계획 수립의 개선방향을 제시하였다.

정보처리기술의 발달과 인터넷 이용의 확산에 따라 1995년부터 국내 신문사들도 텍스트뿐만 아니라 이미지, 음성, 동화상을 포함하는 멀티미디어 전자신문을 인터넷 WWW에 경쟁적으로 서비스하기 시작했다. 신문기사의 인터넷 서비스는 일반 이용자들이 쉽고 빠르게 다양한 정보를 이용할 수 있는 정보원일 뿐만 아니라 도서관의 중요한 참고봉사 도구가 될 수 있다. 그러나 현재 국내 전자신문서비스는 서비스 자체에만 목적을 둔 경우가 많아 정보내용이 풍부하지 않고 이용자 위주의 검색쳬계가 확립되어 있지 않은 것이 많다. 본 연구는 인터넷 WWW 전자신문의 구축과정과 특성 및 국내 신문사가 제공하고 있는 서비스 현항과 내용을 살펴보았다. 또한 효율적인 이용자 서비스 방안을 모색하기 위해서 국내 6개 전자신문의 메뉴구성, 검색체계, 이용자 안내정보표시 등을 비교분석하고 문제점을 고찰하였다.

Since the World-Wide Web (WWW) has become a major channel for information delivery, information overload also has become a serious problem to the Internet users. Therefore, effective information searching is critical to the success of Internet services. We present an integrated search engine for searching relevant web pages on the WWW in a certain Internet domain. It supports a local search on the web sites. The spider obtains all of the web pages from the web sites through web links. It operates autonomously without any human supervision. We developed state transition diagram to control navigation and analyze link structure of each web site. We have implemented an integrated local search engine and it shows that a higher satisfaction is obtained. From the user evaluation, we also find that higher precision is obtained.

In Japan, 24th May 2013, the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure (From now on referred to as the My Number Act) had raised. My Number system is used to confirm that information on individuals possessed by multiple agencies such as administrative agencies and local governments are information of the same person. In this paper, we analyzed the all item assessment report of the Specific Personal Information Protection Assessment conducted in local governments in Japan, etc. We investigated two directions: (1) Adequacy of risk assessment and measures, (2) Reuse of the Assessment Report.

An ad hoc network is a multi-hop wireless network. Its limited bandwidth and frequently changing topology require that its protocol should be robust, simple, and energy conserving. We have proposed PoolODMRP to reduce its control overhead greatly by its one-hop local route maintenance. However, PoolODMRP still has some shortcomings. In this paper, we propose PDAODMRP (passive data acknowledgement ODMRP) to extend PoolODMRP. Compared with PoolODMRP, PDAODMRP has the following contributions: (1) It knows the status of its downstream forwarding nodes by route information collected from data packets instead of BEACON signal of MAC layer; (2) it max simplifies the route information collected from data packets by pool nodes; (3) it adopts a dynamic local route maintenance to enforce its local route maintenance; (4) it adopts the route evaluation policy of NSMP (neighbor supporting multicast protocol). Compared with PoolODMRP, PDAODMRP has lower control overhead, lower data delivery delay, and lower data overhead.

본 논문은 지역의 의사 결정 트리와 클러스터링을 사용하여 장면 전환 검출 방법을 제시한다. 지역 의사 결정 트리는 클러스터 경계선 검출 장면과 그 인접 프레임의 사이의 차이 값을 시간 유사분포를 비교하기 위해 같은 방식으로 검출하고, 그리고 클러스터 단위로 차이 값의 유사성과 그룹 프레임의 끊어지지 않는 시퀀스를 감지한다.

In this paper, a new analytic approach for shape preserving contrast enhancement is presented. Contrast enhancement is achieved by means of segmental histogram stretching modification which preserves the given image shape, not distorting the original shape. After global stretching, the image is partitioned into several level-sets according to threshold condition. The image information of each level-set is represented as typical value based on grouped differential values. The basic property is modified into common local schemes, thereby introducing the enhanced effect through extreme discrimination between subsets. The scheme is based on stretching the histogram of subsets in which the intensity gray levels between connected pixels are approximately same In spite of histogram widening, stretched by local image information, it neither creates nor destroys the original image, thereby preserving image shape and enhancing the contrast. By designing local histogram stretching operations, we can preserve the original shape of level-sets of the image, and also enhance the global intensity. Thus it can hold the main properties of both global and local image schemes, which leads to versatile applications in the field of digital epigraphy.

무선 통신망의 데이터를 보호하기 위한 암호화의 방법 및 비밀 통신을 위한 인중 메카니즘에 대한 방법을 제안하였다. 무선 통신망의 경우 기존의 유선망에 비해, 설치, 이동성 등이 우수하여 많은 기술적인 발전을 보이고 있다. 따라서 이에 대한 데이터의 보호에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가정, 사무실, 건물과 같은 전형적인 외부 환경에 대해 정보를 보호할 수 있는 시스템의 구조를 설계하여 제안하였다.
