WDM 네트워크에서는 파장이 어떻게 할당되는지에 따라 다양한 논리적 토폴로지가 형성되기 때문에 파장 할당이 매우 중요한 문제이다. 기존의 파장 할당 알고리즘은 무한한 수의 ADM을 가정하거나 시간 복잡도를 고려하지 않았다. 제안되었던 알고리즘 중 가장 성능이 좋은 RCL 알고리즘의 경우, 불필요한 블로킹을 발생시킨다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 동적인 트래픽 요청에 대해 기존 기법보다 시간 복잡도를 줄이면서 I/O 블로킹과 파장 블로킹을 모두 최소화할 수 있는 파장 할당 알고리즘을 제안한다.

To provide high-quality services, national public institutions and companies have provided information and materials over the internet network. However, a risk of malware infection between transmission and reception of data leads to exposure to various security threats. For this reason, national institutions have proceeded with projects for network separation since 2008, and data linkage has been made using network connection storage through network separation technologies, along with physical network separation. However, the network connection storage has caused waste of resources and problems with data management due to the presence of the same data in internal network storage and external network storage. In this regard, this study proposes a method to connect internal and external network data using NAS storage as a way to overcome the limitations of physical network separation, and attempts to verify the priority of items for the optimization of network separation by means of AHP techniques.

This research aims to grasp ripple effect of land space by assuming the linkage of transcontinental railway, asian highway, rail ferry and undersea tunnel. The result of research was drawn positively. But all region don't have same result. Pacific Yellow Sea of Chnia has better route on the present sea transport. The other region has better route on changing network. This research has some academic significants as a research start in an unexplored field and basic research for following research. Also, Academic contribution is in attempt to analyze effect size, change of effect and contribution of balance development by linkage of ultra infra structure and gives political proposals for related research development.

Background: Policy network theory was proved to be an appropriate analytic tool for the current social welfare policy making process. This study aimed to analyze policy making process related to the nurse expansion and policy output while focusing on the interactions and activities among various policy actors. Methods: In this study, we used reports related to the need for expansion of nursing personnel journals, dissertations, newspaper articles, for hearings and debate policies for securing nurse data, and interviews. We examined three components of policy network, that is, policy actors, interactions, linkage of interest. Results: For that to expand the nurse before the 2000s in expanding the supply of medical supplies have been conducted without much disagreement among policy actors under the government's initiative. However, there was lacked a close relationship between the expanding supply of nurses and inaccurate analysis of supply and demand. As the policy is applied between the various policy actors' needs and claims, conflict was intensified and many policy options had been developed. Government only took a role as a coordinator among policy actors in the 2000's. Also, it was difficult to find sufficient and clear evidence that policy-making process based on fair judgment. Conclusion: Therefore, it is urgently required to determine the policy through a social consensus to address the appropriate policy means and the process by correct analysis of the policy issues.

The insufficiency on IP address cause to develope a new internet protocol, IPv6 that the length of address field is expanded. But there are actually many problems on applying and operating this standard for internet. Though NAT(Network Address Translation) is instead of it, NAT has the characteristics that is not allowed to access from outside. This is a big merit in security but a week point because the access from outside should be allowed when a small organization operate web sever or mail server. Therefore, this paper proposes the expanded NAT which can solve such problems as modifying the table of NAT. Furthermore, the function of existing VPN(Virtual Private Network) will be acceptable partly through such a method that provide the linkage among VPNs.

Purpose: A significant amount of public opinion about nurse bullying is expressed on the internet. The purpose of this study was to analyze the linkage structures among words extracted from comments on internet articles related to nurse workplace bullying using semantic network analysis. Methods: From February 2018 to April 2019, comments made on news articles posted to the Daum and Naver web portal containing keywords such as "nurse", "Taeum", and "bullying" were collected using a web crawler written in Python. A morphological analysis performed with Open Korean Text in KoNLPy generated 54 major nodes. The frequencies, eigenvector centralities, and betweenness centralities of the 54 nodes were calculated and semantic networks were visualized using the UCINET and NetDraw programs. Convergence of iterated correlations (CONCOR) analysis was performed to identify structural equivalence. Results: This paper presents results about March 2018 and January 2019 because these months had highest number of articles. Of the 54 major nodes, "nurse", "hospital", "patient", and "physician" were the most frequent and had the highest eigenvector and betweenness centralities. The CONCOR analysis identified work environment, nurse, gender, and military clusters. Conclusion: This study structurally explored public opinion about nurse bullying through semantic network analysis. It is suggested that various studies on nursing phenomena will be conducted using social network analysis.

This paper uses social network theory and the internationalization process model (IPM) to determine how external network linkages influence the location choices of multinational enterprise from emerging economies (EMNEs); specifically, whether past alliance experience influences location choices and its impact on the subsequent entry of MNEs from emerging economies. This paper applies survival analysis using initial and secondary investments from 2,000 Chinese A-share listed companies that entered 90 countries between 1997 and 2018 to analyze both the initial and subsequent entries of Chinese outward foreign direct investments (OFDIs) in major host countries. The findings indicate that an MNE's previous experience with a company from a particular country will increase the likelihood of an initial investment in that country. Previous alliance experience may accelerate the foreign investment process of EMNE and stimulate firms making a commitment to a position in a foreign network, regardless of cultural distance and stage of internationalization. Alliance before initial investment may increase the likelihood and speed of entering a host country as wholly owned subsidiaries and that network linkages not only significantly influence the internationalization process of small and medium-sized enterprises, as indicated by the IPM, but also that of large listed firms.

PS-LTE, which is mentioned as a next-generation disaster network technology, is a communication technology that supports communication between terminals and group communication necessary for public safety communication based on LTE technology. Currently, Korea is establishing a PS-LTE network construction plan and installing a PS-LTE system. The world is currently making a lot of efforts to build a disaster network system using PS-LTE. However, due to the characteristics of the closed network that only the related persons can access, it can not be operated like the existing commercial network, so it is necessary to build a new network. And it is expected that many periods and costs will be required. In order to establish a disaster safety communication network efficiently, it is necessary to consider the linkage of PS-LTE network, which is newly constructed by complementing the problems such as security and access priority to existing LTE network rather than unconditional new construction.

Blockchain technology provides a decentralized and peer-to-peer network, which has the advantages of transparency and immutability. In this paper, a novel secure authentication scheme applying digital holography to blockchain technology is proposed to protect privacy information in network nodes. The transactional information of the node is chained permanently and immutably in the blockchain to ensure network security. By designing a novel two-dimensional (2D) array data structure of the block, a proof of work (PoW) in the blockchain is executed through digital holography technology to verify true authentication and legal block linkage. A hash generated from the proposed algorithm reveals a random number of 2D array data. The real identity of each node in the network cannot be forged by a hacker's tampering because the privacy information of the node is encrypted using digital holography and stored in the blockchain. The reliability and feasibility of the proposed scheme are analyzed with the help of the research results, which evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Forgery by a malicious node is impossible with the proposed method by rejecting a tampered transaction. The principal application is a secure anonymity system guaranteeing privacy information protection for handling of large information.

The elder problem is very serious stage in the age of present. This paper carries out scientometric analysis based on keyword that effort of global researcher for this research field as viewpoint of ICT and healthcare in order to settle physical exercise and rehabilitation of elder. First, this paper performs analysis of linkage relation of keyword. Second this paper carries out the analysis of degree distribution and centrality analysis of network based on betweenness centrality, closeness centrality and harmony centrality. Through this process, this paper reviews research trend of present and future through core keyword in the field of ICT and healthcare.
