上部 構造와 下部 壓密地盤 間 상호작용 문제의 정식화에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Formulation of the Interaction Problem between Upper Structure and the Ground under Consolidation)

  • When a structure is built on the ground under consolidation, the instant corresponding contact pressure which the upper structure exerts on the ground is established. But, as the consolidation of the ground proceeds, the contact pressure is changed because of the flexural rigidity of the upper structure. This varied contact pressure exerts influence on the consolidation behavior of the ground. And, this varied consolidation behavior exerts on the contact pressure in retum. This kind of interaction between the upper struture and the olwer ground under consolidation contimues till all the consolidation process in finished. So this problem cannot be defined as a linear problem. In this paper an approximation method which can analyse this non-linear interaction problem is proposed by the FEM.

A dynamical stochastic finite element method based on the moment equation approach for the analysis of linear and nonlinear uncertain structures

  • A method for the dynamical analysis of FE discretized uncertain linear and nonlinear structures is presented. This method is based on the moment equation approach, for which the differential equations governing the response first and second-order statistical moments must be solved. It is shown that they require the cross-moments between the response and the random variables characterizing the structural uncertainties, whose governing equations determine an infinite hierarchy. As a consequence, a closure scheme must be applied even if the structure is linear. In this sense the proposed approach is approximated even for the linear system. For nonlinear systems the closure schemes are also necessary in order to treat the nonlinearities. The complete set of equations obtained by this procedure is shown to be linear if the structure is linear. The application of this procedure to some simple examples has shown its high level of accuracy, if compared with other classical approaches, such as the perturbation method, even for low levels of closures.

  • Following a 5.8 magnitude earthquake on September 12, 2016 in Gyeongju Province, a magnitude 5.4 earthquake occurred in the northern region of Pohang City on November 15, 2017 in South Korea. Only 7.9 % of the building structures are earthquake-resistant, according to the recent survey conducted by the government agencies in October 2017. In this paper, the linear analysis seismic performance evaluation procedure of the existing school structures presented in the revised methodology(Seismic Performance Evaluation Procedure and Rehabilitation Manual for School Facilities) was introduced. In this paper, the linear analysis evaluation procedure presented in the revised methodology was introduced and the seismic performance index of the example structure was evaluated using the linear analysis evaluation procedure. The seismic retrofit was verified by the linear and nonlinear dynamic analyses using Perform 3D. The analysis results show that the dissipated inelastic energy is concentrated on the retrofitted shear wall and the maximum inter-story drift of the stadium model structure with damping system satisfies the requirement of the current code.

  • Rijndael 유사 구조는 SPN 구조의 특수한 형태이다 Rijndael 유사 구조의 확산 단계는 두 가지 종류의 확산 단계의 결합으로 구성되는데, 그중 하나는 바이트 치환 $\pi$이고, 다른 하나는 확산 단계 $\theta$= ($\theta_1, \theta_2, \theta_3, \theta_4$)로서, 각 $\theta_i$는 라운드 입력의 4개의 행 각각에 적용된다. 블록 암호 Rijndael은 Rijndael 유사 구조의 하나의 예가 된다. 본 논문에서는 Rijndael 유사 구조의 최대 차분 확률과 최대 선형 hull 확률의 상한을 구하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.

Linear oscillatory actuator를 이용한 구조물 진동의 능동 제어 연구 (Application of Linear Oscillatory Actuator to Active Structural Vibration Control)

  • In this paper the active vibration control system using a linear oscillatory actuator(LOA) is studied to suppress structural vibration. In the LOA, the AC-power-energized armature generates a shift field in an air gap, which produces a oscillating force to the mover in the magnetic field generated by high density permanent magnets. LOA has relatively simple structure with almost maintenance free, compared with a hydraulic actuator. Performance test of the active vibration control system using a LOA is carried out on a steel test structure under base excitation. From this test, it is confirmed that the acceleration level of the test structure is drastically reduced near the resonant region.

Evaluation of numerical procedures to determine seismic response of structures under influence of soil-structure interaction

  • In this study, the accuracy and reliability of fully nonlinear method against equivalent linear method for dynamic analysis of soil-structure interaction is investigated comparing the predicted results of both numerical procedures with the results of experimental shaking table tests. An enhanced numerical soil-structure model has been developed which treats the behaviour of the soil and the structure with equal rigour. The soil-structural model comprises a 15 storey structural model resting on a soft soil inside a laminar soil container. The structural model was analysed under three different conditions: (i) fixed base model performing conventional time history dynamic analysis, (ii) flexible base model (considering full soil-structure interaction) conducting equivalent linear dynamic analysis, and (iii) flexible base model performing fully nonlinear dynamic analysis. The results of the above mentioned three cases in terms of lateral storey deflections and inter-storey drifts are determined and compared with the experimental results of shaking table tests. Comparing the experimental results with the numerical analysis predictions, it is noted that equivalent linear method of dynamic analysis underestimates the inelastic seismic response of mid-rise moment resisting building frames resting on soft soils in comparison to the fully nonlinear dynamic analysis method. Thus, inelastic design procedure, using equivalent linear method, cannot adequately guarantee the structural safety for mid-rise building frames resting on soft soils. However, results obtained from the fully nonlinear method of analysis fit the experimental results reasonably well. Therefore, this method is recommended to be used by practicing engineers.

  • 기존의 선형 공정계획은 마스터 스케쥴과 같이 작업분류체계의 대분류 레벨의 작업을 사선의 형태로 표현하는 데 국한하고 수작업으로 작성하였다. 즉, 네트워크 공정표의 정보를 활용하지 못하고 독립적으로 선형 공정표를 작성하여 보고용 또는 전체 공정계획 확인용으로 사용하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기존에 축적된 자료가 많은 네트워크 공정표를 기반으로 선형 공정표를 자동으로 생성할 수 있는 시스템 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 선형 공정표 구현을 위한 데이터 프로세스 모델, 데이터 플로 다이어그램, 데이터모델을 구축하고 시스템 프로토 타입의 시스템 솔류션 구조, 클래스 다이어그램, 데이터 타입스키마를 개발하고자 한다. 즉, 네트워크 공정표를 선형 공정표로 변환하기 위한 시스템 프로토타입 개발의 선행 연구를 수행하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

The Impact of Foreign Ownership on Capital Structure: Empirical Evidence from Listed Firms in Vietnam

  • The study aims to probe the impact of foreign ownership on Vietnamese listed firms' capital structure. This study employs panel data of 288 non-financial firms listed on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange (HOSE) and Ha Noi stock exchange (HNX) in 2015-2019. In this research, we applied a Bayesian linear regression method to provide probabilistic explanations of the model uncertainty and effect of foreign ownership on the capital structure of non-financial listed enterprises in Vietnam. The findings of experimental analysis by Bayesian linear regression method through Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) technique combined with Gibbs sampler suggest that foreign ownership has substantial adverse effects on the firms' capital structure. Our findings also indicate that a firm's size, age, and growth opportunities all have a strong positive and significant effect on its debt ratio. We found that the firms' profitability, tangible assets, and liquidity negatively and strongly affect firms' capital structure. Meanwhile, there is a low negative impact of dividends and inflation on the debt ratio. This research has ramifications for business managers since it improves a company's financial resources by developing a strong capital structure and considering foreign investment as a source of funding.

고강도 콘크리트를 적용시킨 CFTA 거더의 선형 탄성 거동분석 (Linear-Elastic Behavior Analysis of CFTA Girder Filled with High-Strength Concrete)

  • Recently, many researchers are studying a high-strength concrete, composite materials and composite structures to build structures more economic and stable all over the world. For instance, there is CFTA(Concrete Filled and Tied Steel Tubular Arch) girder that applies an arch structure and a pre-stressed structure to CFT(Concrete Filled Steel Tubular) Structure to maximize the efficiency of structure and economic. In this study, linear-elastic behavior analysis of CFTA gider filled with high-strength concrete was performed by using ABAQUS 6.5-1 and also the result was analyzed.

  • In this note, a systematic design of a new robust nonlinear integral variable structure controller based on state dependent nonlinear form is presented for the control of uncertain more affine nonlinear systems with mismatched uncertainties and matched disturbance. After an affine uncertain nonlinear system is represented in the form of state dependent nonlinear system, a systematic design of a new robust nonlinear integral variable structure controller is presented. To be linear in the closed loop resultant dynamics and remove the reaching phase problems, the linear integral sliding surface is suggested. A corresponding control input is proposed to satisfy the closed loop exponential stability and the existence condition of the sliding mode on the linear integral sliding surface, which will be investigated in Theorem 1. Through a design example and simulation studies, the usefulness of the proposed controller is verified.
