  • In this paper, the equivalent magnetic circuit and FEM are used to calculate force density of linear BLDC motor. The equivalent magnetic circuit is hard to exact compose for analysis model and it is just applied to linear system. To flexible design and reducing the calculated and analyzed time, magnetic circuit has to be used for designing the linear BLDC motor and deducing equation of force density. Force density as parameter of permanent magnet and coil-side width that are important to determined force density can be estimated using equation of force density. FEM is used to prove reliability of equation of force density and to consider the nonlinear system. Equivalent magnetic circuit and result of FEM are similar, but it is little different by friction loss at the experiment.

WALSH함수의 접근에 의한 분포정수계의 파라메타 추정 (An Approach to Walsh Functions for Parameter Estimation of Distributed Parameter Systems)

  • In this paper, we consider the problem of parameter estimation, i.e., definding the internal structure of a linear distribution parameter system from its input/output data. First, a linear partial differential equation describing the system is double-integrated with respect to two variables and then transformed into an integral equation. Next the Walsh Operation Matrix for Walsh function and their integration are introduced to transform the integral equation into algebraic simultaneous equations. Finally, we develop an algorithm to estimate the parameters of the linear distributed parameter system from the simple linear algebraic simultaneous equations. It is also shown that our algorithm could be effective in real time data processing since it uses the Fast Walsh Transform.

연산회로 신경망 (Computational Neural Networks)

  • 아날로그 합산과 선형방정식을 풀 수 있는 신경망구조가 제안되었다. 계산에너지함수에 근거하여 가중치를 구하는 Hopfield 신경망모델을 사용하였다. 아날로그 합산과 선형방정식은 각각 Hopfiled의 A/D컨버터와 선형프로그래밍회로망을 이용하여 설계되었다. 시뮬레이션은 Pspice 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 그 결과들은 대부분 전체극소점으로 수렴함을 보였다.

온도 영역에 대한 선형 액추에이터의 실험적 고찰과 유한차분 방정식 (An Experimental Approach to the Linear Actuator with a Finite Difference Equation on the Temperature Domain)

  • 본 논문에서는 선형 액추에이터의 권선부에 구형파 전압을 인가시 권선부의 표면에 나타나는 온도의 변화에 대해서 고찰하였다. 또한 테일러급수로부터 구할 수 있는 유한차분 방정식을 유도하였고, 이를 바탕으로 직선형 피스톤 액추에이터의 권선에서 일어나는 온도 변화에 대한결과를 고찰하였다. 그 결과 액추에이터 표면의 온도가 주위온도에 비해 시간에 따라 증가하는 에너지 표출 현상을 확인하였으며 이를 바탕으로 선형 액추에이터의 동작시 온도 특성을 실제 시스템에 고려하여 적용할 수 있는 실험적 자료를 도출할 수 있었다. 이에 관한 결과는 액추에이터 뿐만 아니라 권선을 사용하는 전동기나 변압기와 같은 전기기기와 전자기력을 이용하는 분야에 참고자료로 활용될 수 있으리라 사료되며, 앞으로는 여러 조건 하에서 권선의 내부와 외부에서 일어나는 온도 및 동작 특성의 정밀한 해석 결과를 구하기 위해 좀더 구체적인 계산 방범과 개선이 필요하다.

쌍입력 기술함수를 갖는 비선형 보상기를 이용한 유연한 빔의 제어 (The Control of Flexible Beam using Nonlinear Compensator with Dual-Input Describing Function)

  • In this paper , a state space model for flexible beam is presented using the assumed-modes approach. The state space equation is derived for a flexible beam in which one end is connected to a motor and is driven by a torque equation and the other end is free. Many of the transfer function proposed thus far use the torque to the flexible beam as the input and the tip deflection of the flexible beam as the output. The Technique for the analysis and synthesis of the dual-input describing function(DIDF) is introduced here and the construction of a non-linear compensator, based on this technique, is proposed. This non-linear compensator, properly connected in the direct path of a closed-loop linear or non-linear control system. The above non-linear network is used to compensate linear and non-linear systems for instability, limit cycles, low speed of response and static accuracy. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated through computer simulation and experimental results.

  • We get a theorem that there exist at least two solutions for the piecewise linear suspension bridge equation with variable coefficient jumping nonlinearity and Dirichlet boundary condition when the variable coefficient of the nonlinear term crosses first two successive negative eigenvalues. We obtain this multiplicity result by applying Leray-Schauder degree theory.

  • This paper considers a stochastic discrete algebraic Riccati equation, which is a generalized version of the well-known standard discrete algebraic Riccati equation, and has additional linear terms. Under controllability, observability and the assumption that the additional terms are not too large, the existence of a positive definite solution is guaranteed. It is shown that it arises in optimal control of a linear discrete-time system with multiplicative White noise and quadratic cost. A numerical example is given.

  • This paper presents a method for designing a full state feedback linear static control law. This will stabilize a given linear uncertain system and also guarantee the performance of the system. The uncertain systems are described by state equation which contains uncertain parameters in system and input distribution matrices. The method is based on the guaranteed cost control of Chang and Peng(1972). The controller gain can be obtained by the solution of a algebraic Riccati equation in which the input weighting matrices depend on the uncertainty bounds. The algebraic Riecati equation in this paper is same as that of weighted LQ regulator problem.

  • A fourth order in time and second order in space scheme using a finite-difference method is developed for the non-linear Boussinesq equation. For the solution of the resulting non-linear system a predictor-corrector pair is proposed. The method is analyzed for local truncation error and stability. The results of a number of numerical experiments for both the single and the double-soliton waves are given.
