남자중학생 대상 플립드러닝 적용 생활기술훈련 금연 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of the Smoking Cessation Program of Life Skill Training Using Flipped Learning for Middle School Male Students)

  • Purpose: The study is examined the effects of the smoking cessation program of life skills training using flipped learning for male middle school students. Methods: The study was a nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. The Smoking Cessation Program of life skills training using flipped learning is a Smoking Cessation Program that applied 5 stages of flipped learning such as before class, introductory class, during class, after class, and during work. Participants were 32 male students attending a middle school in D city, with 16 in the control group and 16 in the experiment group. Data collection was conducted from February 26, 2019 to May 14, 2019 for the control group, and from May 28, 2019 to August 19, 2019 for the experiment group. The collected smoking knowledge, smoking attitude, self-efficacy, basic psychological needs, and urine cotinine were analyzed by x2 test, independent t-test, two-way repeated measured ANOVA, and Fishers exact test using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: The experimental group showed higher smoking knowledge, smoking attitude, self-efficacy, basic psychological need, and urine cotinine negative response than the control group, and there were significant differences. Conclusion: These findings indicate that the Smoking Cessation Program of life skill training using flipped learning is an effective intervention for cessation of middle school male students, and it has a positive effect on the increase in urine cotinine, and a physiological indicator of the cessation effect, and is effective in the success of smoking cessation.

대학생의 일상생활 스트레스가 게임중독에 미치는 영향: 대인관계 기술의 조절효과 (The Influence of Stress on Game Addiction in University Students: Moderating Effect of Human Relation Skills)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 일상생활 스트레스가 게임중독에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 일상생활 스트레스가 게임중독에 미치는 영향에 대한 대인관계기술의 중재효과를 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 대학생 222명으로부터 수집된 자료를 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 학업으로 인한 스트레스 수준이 높을수록 대인관계 기술은 낮고, 자신의 장래와 가족관계로 인한 스트레스 수준이 높을수록 대인관계 기술은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유의한 수준은 아니었지만 게임중독 수준이 높을수록 대인관계기술은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 일상생활 스트레스는 게임중독에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이들은 학업, 경제, 장래, 가치관, 가족관계, 가족외의 대인관계로 인한 스트레스 수준이 높을수록 게임에 빠지는 성향이 강했는데, 이중 학업문제가 가장 큰 영향력을 가지고 있었다. 넷째, 대인 관계기술은 대학생의 일상생활 스트레스의 하위요인 중 장래문제와 가족관계 문제가 게임중독에 미치는 영향력을 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 지금까지의 연구가 미흡했던 영역으로 대학생이 게임중독으로 빠지는 것을 예방하려면 무엇보다도 그들 자신이 스트레스에 잘 대처해야 하고, 그의 일환으로 대인관계 기술함양이 이에 일조할 수 있음을 밝혀냈다는 의의를 갖는다.

음악치료 프로그램이 ADHD 성향 아동의 문제행동 개선과 사회적 기술향상에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Music Therapy Program on Problem Behaviors and Social Skills Children with ADHD)

  • 본 연구에서는 학교생활에 적응하지 못하는 ADHD 아동에게 음악치료를 통해 문제행동을 개선시켜 사회기술향상 효과를 알아보았다. J시에 소재한 B초등학교에 재학 중인 1,2학년 중대상으로 K-CBCL로 부모의 동의를 얻은 아동 총 15명을 실험집단 7명과 통제집단 8명으로 임으로 무선배정 하였다. 음악치료 실시 전과 후에 ADHD 아동의 문제행동과 사회기술향상을 알아보기 위해 부모용 한국판 아동 청소년 행동평가 척도(K-CBCL; Child Behavior Checklist-Korean)와 사회기술평가 척도(Social Skills Rating System; SSRS), 교사용 또래의 사회적 수용도를 실시하였다. 음악치료에 참가한 실험집단의 ADHD 아동은 문제행동의 공격성, 주의집중력과 사회적 기술의 협동성, 자기주장, 자기통제에서 유의한 효과를 보였고 사회적 기술의 책임감과 자기 수용도는 유의한차이가 없었다. 그러나 사회적 기술의 책임감과 자기 수용도는 효과가 나타나지 않았으나 통제집단보다 실험집단에서 점수가 높게 나타났음을 확인할 수 있었는데 이는 장기간의 실험을 실시하면 긍정적인 효과를 얻을 것이라 본다.

가상현실(Virtual Reality)을 활용한 핵심간호술 훈련이 지식, 수행, 수행자신감, 자기효능감, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Simulation Education using Virtual Reality based Core Nursing Skills Training Program on Knowledge, Nursing Practice, Self-Confidence in Performance, Self-Efficacy, and Problem Solving Ability in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 HMD 기반의 가상현실을 활용한 핵심간호술 훈련이 간호 학생의 지식, 수행도, 수행자신감, 자기효능감, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 시행되었다. 연구 대상은 A지역 소재 1개 대학에 재학 중인 4학년 간호학생 45명이며, 가상현실 활용 핵심간호술 훈련을 적용한 실험군 21명, 마네킨 모형 사용의 고전적 방법을 활용한 대조군 24명이다. 실험군과 대조군은 핵심간호술 훈련을 마친 후, 술기가 포함된 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 자료 수집은 2022년 10월 3일부터 10월 28일까지 시행되었으며, 수집된 자료는 서술적 통계, t-검정(t-test)로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 중재 이후 간호학생의 지식은 실험군이 유의하게 더 높았고(t=-2.13, p=.039), 수행자신감은 대조군이 유의하게 더 높았다(t=2.63, p=.012). 수행도, 자기효능감, 문제해결능력은 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 따라서 가상현실을 활용한 핵심간호술 훈련은 간호학생들이 실제 수행을 하기 전 지식과 수행 절차를 익히는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있으며, 마네킨 모형을 사용하는 고전적 핵심간호술 훈련은 간호 학생들의 술기 자신감 향상을 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

청소년 소비자를 중심을한 소비자교육에 관한 연구 (A Study of the consumer education focusing on the Adolescent Consumer)

  • This study is mainly concerned with providing a basis for the development of adolescent consumer education. the objective of this study is to investigate the factors related to consumer knowledge, consumer role attitudes and consumer skills. The samples are composed of 1453 adolecent consumer filtered by purposive sampling. The sample includes 3 subgroups from middle and high school students. the statistics used for data analysis are t-test and ANOVA. Results are as follows; (1) Consumer knowledge differs according to the numbers of school years, region , parents' occupation , farther's education level, discretionary expenditure. (2) Consumer role attitudes differ according to consumer's number of school years, gender, region, family income , parents' occupation, father's education level, discretionary expenditure, (3) Consumer skills differ according to gender, region, family income, parents' occupation, father's education, discretionary expenditure, and consumer experience.

부부관계 향상 프로그램을 통한 결혼초기 부부의 의사소통 능력 증진에 관한 연구 - 유아기 가족의 부부를 중심으로 - (A Study on Communication Improvement for the Early Marriage through Marital Relationship Enhancement Program)

  • The goal of this study is to develop a program which can improve couples' communication skills that serve to enhance their relationships and to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The summary of major result of the research were as follows; 1 The content of communication program for couples in the early marriage focused on improvement of communication skills, on enhancement of couples' intimacy and on coping ability for marriage life. 2. The developed program served to communication improvement for couples in the early marriage. Analyzing specifically the results of test before and after, the average scores of sub-areas such as listening, speaking and solving problems were all increased after the program than before the program. Significant differences of sub-areas appeared, either. 3. The developed program contributed to enhancement of couples' mutual understanding and their relationships.

코하우징에 적용된 커뮤니티 개념의 계획기법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Planning Skills Applied to the Community Concept in Cohousing)

  • Turning into the 21st century, there are great demands for the diversification of housing style and amenity of housing, which include enhancing community life through proper collective environment. To solve these problems, cohousing has been introduced in Scandinavian countries. A primary goal of cohousing is the desire of residents to live in a socially supportive setting. People can do housework together and also can promote active mutual relationship among residents in the community. Physical feature of cohousing, in combination with social organization factors, nay serve to enhance or support the sense of community sought by residents. In this point of view, the purpose of this study is to consider the characteristics of planning factors applied to the community concept in cohousing. First consideration is to figure out the planning skills on community concept in housing community. Then, by making clear the planning factors on community concept in cohousing through case study, this paper could suggest a possibility of application of cohousing in Korea.

결혼 전 관계향상 프로그램 구성 및 효과검증 (Constructing Premarital Relationship Enrichment Program and Investigating Its Effects)

  • The purpose of this study was to construct the new premarital relationship enrichment program and to examine the effects of it. Based on the review of the previous research and program, this program was composed. It included the realistic expectations of marriage and sex, understanding of themselves and accepting differences, role expectations and intimacy in the relationship, communication and conflict resolution skills. To perform this program, six sessions of time-limited(100-150 minutes) were carried out. And the subjects were assigned to experimental group(N=4 couples) and control group(N=4 couples). Scales of PREPARE and SEI(Self-Esteem Inventory) were used as the pre-post-follow instruments of this study. Major findings were as follows: 1. Premarital Relationship Enrichment Program had meaningful consequences for the improvement of the participants self-esteem. 2. Premarital Relationship Enrichment Program had meaningful consequences for the improvement of the participants equal role, communication and conflict resolution skills.

대학생을 위한 예비부모교육 프로그램 구성 (Pre-Parent Education Program Development)

  • The aim of this study was to construct a pre-parent education program for unmarried university students on theological, practical, and psychological bases. Literature related to this subject was reviewed. and the social needs of pre-parent education, the developmental-psychological needs of university students, and the satisfaction of a pre-parent education program were investigated. A pre-parent education program consisting of 3 thematic areas was identified for future parents: the need to improve knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The program content areas were; self awareness, family life-cycle and parental role and social issues arising from dysfunctional family behavior. Multiple instructional strategies were used such as lectures, video tapes, reflective thinking, discussions, debates, role-plays, group presentations, and personality inventories over the course of 16 weeks. The assessment also identified 3 thematic areas and demonstrated improvement of knowledge, altitudes, and skills in the 3 areas.
