The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among fan experience, fan satisfaction, team attachment, psychological well-being, team loyalty and quality of life. Specifically, the structural equation model is analyzed for the team performance side leading to fan experience-fan satisfaction-team attachment-team loyalty and the an performance side leading to fan experience-fan satisfaction-psychological well-being-quality of life. The survey to achieve the goal of this study is a professional baseball fan. 150 pilot envestigation and 348 main envestigation were selected as the final effective samples. Data processing was done with SPSS 23 for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis. Also, AMOS 21 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, fan experience had a positive effect on the fan satisfaction. Second, fan satisfaction had a positive effect on the team attachment. Third, fan satisfaction had a positive effect on the psychological well-being. Fourth, team attachment had a positive effect on theteam loyalty. Fifth, psychological well-being had a positive effect on the quality of life.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of restaurant service quality dimensions on service value, satisfaction, and behavior intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. A structural equation model was used to measure the causal effects. The results of the study show that the confirmatory factor analysis model presented an excellent model fit. The unrestricted model yielded a significantly better fit to the data than the two restricted models. In the unrestricted model, the effect of reliability on service value was statistically significant. The effects of tangibles and empathy on satisfaction were also statistically significant. As expected, empathy had a significant effect on behavior intention. Moreover, empathy had a significant indirect effect on behavior intention through service value and satisfaction. Restaurants should devote themselves to factors such as reliability in order to improve service value. Also, attention must be given to another important factor, empathy, since this influenced not only satisfaction, but also behavior intention.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between the possibility of socioeconomic class elevation of wage earners, happiness and organizational commitment, and life satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: Data from the 24th fiscal year (2021) of the Korea Labor Panel data were used for analysis. Only wage earners who measured job satisfaction and organizational engagement were analyzed, and a sample of 9,138 respondents was finally used, excluding missing values. Structural Equation Modeling was performed using AMOS 23.0, and Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) was used as a model estimation method. Results: First, the hypothetical structural model set up for the study was found to be suitable. Second, the Possibility of Socioeconomic Class Elevation of wage earners, happiness, and organizational commitment were found to have a direct impact on life satisfaction. Third, the possibility of improving the socio-economic status of wage earners affects life satisfaction, and happiness and organizational commitment appear to have a partially mediating effect. Conclusions: This study is significant in that it has increased interest in organizational participation and life satisfaction, which were not covered in previous studies on the possibility of wage workers moving up the socioeconomic class.

경제적인 요인은 장애인들의 삶의 만족도에 있어 중요하다. 또한 직무만족도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향은 기존연구들에 의해 검증된 바 있다. 그러나 Herzberg는 동기-위생이론을 통해 임금과 같은 경제적 소득이 위생요인으로서 직무의 불만족을 낮출 뿐 직무의 만족도에는 영향을 주지 못한다고 하였다. 본 연구는 Herzberg의 동기-위생이론에 의문을 제기하고 실증적인 분석을 통해 이를 확인하고자 한다. 이에 국내 2017년 장애인 고용패널조사 데이터를 기반으로 위생요인이 장애인들의 직무만족도에 영향을 주고 있는지 분석하였으며, 나아가 우리나라 주요 지자체를 지역변수로 투입하여 이를 지역적 연구로 확장하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 분석한 결과 근무환경, 대인관계, 개인생활과 같은 위생요인은 장애인 근로자들의 직무만족도에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 위계적 선형모형을 통해 지역적 요인을 분석한 결과 장애인 근로자들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 지자체의 교육지원이 무엇보다도 필요하다는 것이 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between perceived parental attachment and the life satisfaction of college students, focusing on the mediating role of psychological basic needs(autonomy, competence and relatedness). The Participants of this study were 208 college students. The result was statistically treated using SPSS 21.0 program, Amos 21.0. Additionally, PROCESS Macro was used to verify the significant mediating effect. Results from structural equation modeling analyses indicated that a research model produced a better fit to the data than a alternative structural model. The final SEM model fit indices of $x^2$(df), CFI, TLI, RMSEA were met the acceptable criteria of model fitness. In other words, among the goodness-of-fit indexes of the final study model, $x^2=261.075$(p<.001), RMSEA is .082, TLI equals .925, CFI equals .940. The results showed the following: First, Parental attachment has a direct effect on autonomy, competence and relatedness. Also competence and relatedness have a direct effect on the life satisfaction. Second, Competence and relatedness showed a mediating effects on Parental attachment and the life satisfaction. The implications of these results were discussed and the further studies were suggested.

본 연구는 생활문화축제의 참여자 만족도, 충성도, 효과 간 영향관계를 실증 분석하였다. 이를 위해 부천시 생활문화축제인 '다락(多樂)' 축제에 참여한 동호회원 및 관람객 356명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 우선 기존 연구들을 바탕으로 독립변수를 축제 만족도(인프라, 프로그램, 접근성, 운영 및 정보)를 설정하고, 축제 충성도 및 축제 효과에 대한 구조모형을 설정하였다. 분석결과 종속변수인 축제 효과에 대하여 축제 충성도(0.92)는 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있었고, 축제 만족도 요인 중 프로그램 요인(0.59)과 운영 및 정보 요인(0.29)은 축제 충성도를 매개해 축제 효과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the key factors that influence consumers' preference for mobile payment in China. China has been quietly experiencing a third technological revolution that has markedly changed the way of life for its people. We used the structural equation modeling with 573 Chinese people to investigate the mobile-payment system in China based on the technology acceptance model. We found that factors such as value of service, security, convenience, and perceived usefulness have an impact on consumer satisfaction, and that satisfaction supports consumer purchasing. Also, it is possible to conclude that this proven instrument will assist researchers to further develop and refine mobile-payment research models.

교육서비스에 대한 인식이 공급자 중심에서 수요자 중심으로 전환되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 교육서비스의 만족도를 평가하기 위해 1) 교과내용, 교수활동, 취업과정의 세 가지 핵심요인과 후생복지, 교육환경, 대학생활의 세 가지 부가요인으로 구성된 교육서비스 평가모형을 개발하고 2) 구조방정식을 통해 모형을 검증하여 3) 교육서비스의 만족도지수를 산출한 뒤 4) IPA 결과를 제시한다. 연구결과 핵심요소인 교과내용, 교수활동, 취업과정과 부가요소인 후생복지, 교육환경, 대학생활 모두 학생만족을 결정하는 유의한 개념이고, 학생만족은 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 학생만족에는 교과내용, 취업과정, 대학생활, 후생복지, 교수활동, 교육환경의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 요인별 만족도지수를 산출한 결과와 IPA 결과를 바탕으로 향후 개선해야 할 전략적 시사점을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between family violence exposure and school violence, to explore the mediating effects of family life satisfaction, school life satisfaction, and internalizing on those relationship and to suggest practical implications for social work services for those adolescents. 4,773 adolescents were selected for the questionnaire study in Gjwangju. Collected data were analysed by Structural Equation Modeling in AMOS 20.0 and SPSS 20.0. The findings of this study were as follows: First, there were significant correlations among family life satisfaction, school life satisfaction, internalizing and school violence offense with family violence exposure. Second, the structural model analysis revealed that family violence had no direct link with school violence. Third, Family violence had indirect effects on school violence, mediated by family life satisfaction, school life satisfaction and internalizing. Based on these findings, the research discussion reinforced the importance of family focused services to prevent the school violence and suggested effective intervention plan.

본 연구는 일인가구의 정신건강 증진의 기초 자료의 구축에 기여하기 위하여 일인가구의 대인관계와 우울의 관련성을 검증하고 이 관계에서 대인관계의 역할과 삶의 만족을 통해 발생하는 간접효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 이러한 관계를 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통하여 분석하기 위해 동거가족 없이 혼자 거주하고 있는 20세 이상 일인가구 300명을 대상으로 전국 규모의 대표성이 있는 2012년도 한국종합사회조사(Korean General Social Survey, KGSS) 자료를 활용하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 대인관계의 질은 우울에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 대인관계가 우울의 완화 역할을 한다는 사실을 확인하였다. 이와 함께 일인가구를 고립의 대상으로 바라보기보다 친족 관계자원을 비롯해 비친족 관계자원도 적극적으로 활용하며 이를 통해 긍정적인 대인관계를 형성해 나간다는 대인관계의 강점자원을 발견했다. 둘째, 대인관계의 질은 주관적 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미쳐 궁극적으로 우울을 감소시키는 삶의 만족의 간접효과가 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 혼자 사는 사람의 삶의 만족도 향상 및 우울 수준 완화를 위한 현실적인 실천적 개입 방안들을 제안하였다.
