학생들의 스트레스, 마음챙김, 삶의 만족감의 관계에 대한 실증연구 : 학년에 따른 효과 (An Empirical Study of Relationships among Stress, Mindfulness and Life Satisfaction among University Students Across University Class Levels)

  • 오늘날 학생들은 미래 사회인으로써의 준비를 위해 개인역량 개발, 학업성적, 대인관계, 취업준비, 영어공부 등으로 스트레스를 받고 있다. 학생들의 스트레스는 마음의 안정을 저해하고, 삶의 만족감을 악화시킨다. 본 연구에서는 대학생들이 느끼는 스트레스가 마음챙김과 삶의 만족감에 미치는 영향 관계를 구조방정식모델을 통해 살펴보았다. 더불어, 학생들의 학년에 따른 스트레스 수준이 삶의 만족감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 학생들의 삶의 만족감을 높이기 위한 스트레스 관리와 마음챙김에 도움을 제공해 줄 것이다.

대학생의 시간관리 : 관련 변수 및 생활만족도와의 관계 - 한국방송통신대학교 학생을 중심으로 (University Students' Time Management : Affecting Variables and Correlations with Life Satisfaction - Focusing on the Students at Korea National Open University)

  • On this research we investigated variables affecting university students' time management and verify relationship between the time management and life satisfaction. 438 students at Korea National Open University in Seoul were questioned through questionnaires composed of 47 questions. Data was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test and Person's correlation. The variables affecting time management were religion(those who believe in organized religion vs. those who do not), individual income, family income, teaming experiences for time management and reading books related to time management. fender, age, marriage status and occupation didn't affect the time management of students. The relationships between time management and life satisfaction showed a little positive relation. Some proposals for future researches and practices are given.

학생들의 휴대폰 중독과 우울, 불안, 학교생활만족도와의 관계 (The Relationship among Cellular Phone Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, and School Life Satisfaction Perceived by Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among cellular phone addiction, depression, anxiety, and school life satisfaction by examining 284 elementary school students, especially the fifth and sixth graders in Gyeonggi province. This study was done by dividing two groups with top 25 percent and the lowest 25 percent of group(addicts' group vs. non-addicts' group), and 144 out of 284 elementary school students were used for this study. According to the survey, it turned out that the significant variables to predict the addiction are school life satisfaction, learning, classroom setting, and school events, including the top variables of anxiety and depression. And a further point is that relationship satisfaction, anxiety, depression, physical setting, and class satisfaction show how much students are addicted to cellular phone. Finally, this paper suggests the limitation and efficiency of the study compared to previous studies.

간호대학생의 자기효능감과 대학생활만족도간의 관계 연구 (A Study of Correlation between Self-efficacy and Satisfaction with College Life of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was to examine the correlation between self-efficacy and satisfaction with college life of nursing students. Method: Design was descriptive correlative study, and subjects of this study were 352 persons who are students on 3 and 4 grade in nursing college. Measures were satisfaction with college life measurement (Cronbach's alpha=.673) and self-efficacy measurement (Cronbach's alpha=.810). Data were collected from September, 2004 to January, 2005. Data were analyzed with SPSS PC+ on each aim of this study. Result: Findings were as followings. 1. In relationship between self-efficacy and satisfaction with college life, there was significant positive correlation (r=.760, p=000). 2. In difference of self-efficacy and satisfaction with college life according to general characteristics there were significant differences in grade and consultor (p<.05). Conclusion: Further needs nursing intervention to improve positively the self-efficacy that may effect on satisfaction with college life.

자기성장 집단상담 프로그램이 대학생의 자아존중감과 생활만족에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the Self-Growth Group Counseling on Self-Esteem and Life Satisfaction of University Students)

  • The Purpose of this study was to examine the effects of self-growth group counseling on self-esteem and life satisfaction of university students. For this study the following hypotheses were established. First, does the self-growth group counseling enhance significantly the participants' self-esteem? Second, does the self-growth group counseling enhance significantly the participants's life satisfaction? Those who participated in this study were 22 University students which are in D University in Busan. Ten participants were assigned in the experimental group and twelve in the control group. The experimental group participated in the self-growth group counseling one session a week for 12 consecutive weeks held by counseling center for D University students. The instruments used in this study were Self-Esteem Scale and life satisfaction Scale. The data was analysed by ANCOVA. The average, standard deviation, and estimated marginal means were calculated and the differences between the pre and post-tests calculated, processed by SPSS 12.0. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the self-growth group counseling is effective to enhance significantly the level of self-esteem of University students. Second, the self-growth group counseling is also effective to enhance the level of life satisfaction of University students. Based on the results, the self-growth group counseling was suggested as a means to help University students enhance their self-esteem and life satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the perceived quality of life of Korean university students'. The perceived quality of life was composed of three dimensions: emotion, cognitive efficiency, and satisfaction. The study results were as follow: 1. Korean university students felt more positive emotions when they spent time for social activities. 2. In the cognitive efficiency, social activities also scored highly of 5 questions, but in the item of "awareness of another person's eye", productive activities were higher. 3. Korean university students were more satisfied with themselves when they spent time for productive activities. However, they were more satisfied with their work itself when the work was social activities. 4. Korean university students' emotions, cognitive efficiencies, and satisfaction were significantly different by socio-graphic variables and context.

응급구조학과 학생의 실습이 주관적 안녕감 및 삶의 영역별 만족에 미치는 영향: 경험에 대한 개방성의 조절 효과를 중심으로 (Influence of field practice on subjective well-being and domains of life satisfaction in paramedic students: focused on control effects of openness to experience)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate the influence of field practice on subjective well-being and domains of life satisfaction in paramedic students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 143 paramedic students from March 5 to 31, 2016. The questionnaire consisted of subjective wellbeing, openness to experience, and domains of life satisfaction. The statistical analysis was done with SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: The number of field practice had a lesser influence on degree of life satisfaction and positive emotions. Field practice did not influence negative emotions. Those who were open to experience tended to have higher degrees of personal satisfaction and competence irrespective of field practice. Conclusion: Openness to experience can enhance the life satisfaction and competence against the stressful conditions paramedic students experience in field practice.

휴먼서비스 전공분야 대학생의 영적안녕과 우울 및 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Spiritual Well-Being, Depression, and Life Satisfaction of Students Majoring in Human Service Area)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between spiritual well-being, depression and life satisfaction majoring in human service area. Methods: The subjects were 212 college students. Data was collected from september 15 to October 26, 2009 using questionnaires. Means with standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients were used to analyze the data. Results: According to general characteristics of the students, there were statistically significant differences in spiritual well-being for religion and religious influence, in depression, there was statistically significant difference for health status, and in life satisfaction, there were statistically significant differences monthly pocket money, health status, current survival parents status, current problem. significant correlations were seen between spiritual well-being and depression (r=-.386, p =.000), life satisfaction (r=.536, p =.000). Conclusion: Spiritual well-being was significantly effects on depression and the life satisfaction. The finding suggest that it is needed to develop effective programs to improve spiritual well-being for college students.

중학교 영재학생과 일반학생의 시간관리 행동, 생활만족도 비교 및 시간관리 행동과 생활만족도의 관계 (Comparison of Time Management Behavior, Life Satisfaction between Gifted Middle School Students and General Students, and Relationship between the Time Management Behaviors and Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 영재학생과 일반학생의 시간관리 행동과 생활만족도를 조사하고 시간관리 행동과 생활만족도의 관계를 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 경기도 소재 영재학급 중학생 104명과 중학교 일반학생 203명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영재학생과 일반학생의 시간관리 행동은 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 영재학생의 시간관리 행동이 일반학생보다 유의미하게 높았다(p<.05). 영재학생은 성별에 따른 시간관리 행동에 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 일반학생은 성별에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였으며 여학생이 남학생보다 시간관리를 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 이원변량분석 결과 집단과 성별 간에 유의미한 상호작용효과는 나타나지 않았다(p>.05). 둘째, 영재학생과 일반학생의 생활만족도에는 유의미한 차이가 나타났고, 영재학생이 일반학생보다 생활만족도가 유의미하게 높았다(p<.05). 영재학생과 일반학생 모두 성별에 따라 생활만족도에 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며 집단과 성별 간 상호작용 효과가 유의미하지 않았다(p>.05). 셋째, 일반학생과 영재학생의 시간관리 행동과 생활만족도 간의 상관관계를 조사한 결과 두 집단 모두에서 시간관리 행동과 생활만족도 간에 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있음을 밝혔다. 시간관리 행동이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 시간관리 행동이 생활만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 미친다는 결과를 얻었다.

방사선(학)과 학생들의 전공 선택 동기 및 전공 만족도가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Radiology Department Students' Motivation for Major Selection and Satisfaction on University Life Adjustment)

  • 본 연구는 방사선(학)과 대학생을 대상으로 전공 선택 동기 및 전공 만족도 정도를 파악하고 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 시행되었다. 2021년 6월 20일부터 7월 20일까지 부산, 경남 소재 대학에 재학 중인 1~4학년 학생 308명을 대상으로 하였다. 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 동기 보다 개인적 동기로 전공 선택을 했을 경우 적응을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났으며 전공 만족도의 하부요인 중 일반 만족, 주변 관계 만족 시 대학생활 적응에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건강한 대학생활 적응을 위해서는 학교, 교수, 학생 사이에 친밀함을 확보할 필요가 있으며 전공 만족도를 높이기 위해 급변하는 교육의 정책변화를 인지하여 학생들에게 다양한 교육을 경험할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 방사선(학)과 학생들의 성공적인 대학생활을 영위할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.
