In this paper, we propose efficient management method of liberal education for improving computer literacy. We analyzed the actual conditions and factors affecting education and reflected the analysis results in education. The subject of the study is 'Practice Excel', and tested achievement based on computer literacy. In order to evaluate objectively, we conducted CBT(Computer Based Test) based on Computer Specialist in Spreadsheet & Database Level-2. Analysis of the questionnaire included the use of the popular statistical program, IBM SPSS 24 trial, and frequency, ANOVA, t-test, crossover analysis, and correlation. Evaluation results, An important factor influencing educational performance was active participation. It also proved to be very helpful for understanding excel functions & expression.

이 연구의 목적은 인문사회계열 학생을 대상으로 한 교양 과학 수업에서 플립러닝 적용 사례와 함께 교양 과학 교과목의 수업 설계 과정에서 필요한 과학사 내용 체계를 제공하는데 있다. 연구를 위해 기존 운영중인 대학교 교양 과학 수업 및 과학사 수업의 실태를 분석하고, 다양한 선행연구 분석을 통해 플립러닝 방식을 적용한 '과학사의 이해' 교과목을 개발하였다. 과학교양교육의 본질적 목표에 도달할 수 있는 과학사 강의 목표로 지식의 습득과 다양한 역량 강화를 포함함과 함께 과학적 태도 함양을 설정하고 이를 고려하여 15주차의 내용 체계를 설계하였다. 구성된 '과학사의 이해' 내용 체계 중 '과학의 역사' 부분에 해당하는 4개의 주제는 플립러닝으로 수업을 구성하고 온라인 영상자료와 집단 토의 활동을 포함해 교수학습활동을 구성하였다. 인문사회계열 학생을 대상으로 강좌를 개설하고 56명의 대학생을 대상으로 수업을 운영한 결과 학생들의 과학에 대한 흥미와 인식이 높아진 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구의 사례를 통해 과학사 및 교양 과학 교육에 대한 교육적 시사점을 제공하였다.

Education emphasizes problem-solving skills based on convergent thinking power in an era of rising uncertainty and rapid progress. This paper proactively designed e-Learning team teaching convergence liberal arts courses for prospective teachers by these social needs. It analyzed the empirical effects on the operation of the subjects to foster future talent who can converge and apply knowledge in various fields. The curriculum consisted of professors of mathematics, practical Arts, computer, and education, and was operated to convey convergent knowledge of information technology and humanities, and consisted of 15 liberal arts courses at J University. Besides, textbooks and teaching materials were also developed by the faculty. As a result of the primary research, prospective teachers who took the course generally showed high satisfaction with the class, especially for the faculty. The students' overall convergent thinking ability has increased to a statistically significant level (p<.01), and the students' major has been found to be irrelevant. On the other hand, it can be seen that communication, content convergence, and caring factors, excluding creativity factor, have all risen to a significant level.

Sandmeyer 반응으로 5-aminouracil로부터 5-iodo-, 5-chloro-및 5-bromouracil을 간편하게 합성하는 방법을 세로히 마련하였다. 이 방법에 따르면 5-halouracil이 75% 이상의 좋은 수율로 얻어지며, 부반응을 수반하지 않으므로 생성물의 정제가 쉽고 편리하게 5-halouracil을 얻을 수 있다는 이점이 있다.

The statistical thermodynamical properties of heavy water are calculated according to the transient state theory of significant liquid structure. The calculated values are shown to be in good agreement with the observed ones. The grand canonical ensemble partition function for the adsorbed phase of heavy water on graphite surface is derived using the theory. The adsorption isotherm, the surface pressure, the molar entropy and the molar internal energy for the adsorbed phase and then the molar heat of adsorption are calculated according to the derived partition function. The thermodynamic properties of the adsorbed water are also calculated and the results are compared with those of heavy water and discussed in view of the experimentally observed phenomena.

Seeds or beans of 55 plants belonging to 31 families were screened by using several different types of red blood cells to find new lectins. In this paper, white kidney been (phaseolus vulgaris C.) was chosen to study biochemical properties of hemagglutinating proteins(lectins). An anion exchanger, DEAE Sephadex A-50, and polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis were main techniques used. From three main fractions eluted by stepwise NaCl gradient in 25mM Tris-HCI buffer on DEAE Sephadex column, principal lectin was identified.

무당개구리의 복피 색소로 부터 작자색 침상결정인 3-hydroxy-anthaxanthin을 분리하였다. Visible과 IR 스펙트럼의 특성, 크로마토그래피적 성질 및 물리화학적 성질을 이용하여 그의 구조를 확인하였다.

The quadratic and cubic force constants of hydrogen molecule are calculated by use of the one center function of Bishop. The master formula on which the computation is based was suggested by the previous work of one of the present authors. The results are in good agreement with the experimental values.

trichloroethylideneacetophenone과 hydrazine hydrate의 반응으로 3-phenyl-5-trichloromethyl-2-pyrazoline을 합성하였다. 또한 trichloroethylideneacetophenone과 phenylhydrazine 또는 치환된 phenylhydrazine의 반응으로 pyridazinone 유도체들을 합성하였다.

5-Aminouracil을 디아조화한 다음 가수분해시켜 간편하게 isobarbituric acid를 합성하는 새로운 방법을 마련하였다. 이 방법에 따르면 전혀 부반응이 일어나지 않고 대체로 75%이상의 좋은 수율로 isobarbituric acid의 합성이 가능하다.
