가족돌봄휴직·휴가제도가 여성관리자의 일·가정 양립에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Family Care Leave and Vacation Systems on Work-Family Balance of Female Managers)

  • 본 연구는 2019년 개정 및 신설된 가족돌봄휴직·휴가제도가 여성관리자의 일·가정 양립에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 제도의 효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 2020년 여성관리자패널 자료 중 제도 사용경험이 있는 유배우 여성관리자 1,040명을 분석대상으로 삼아 성향점수매칭과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 성향점수매칭 결과, 가족돌봄휴직 사용자 집단의 가족돌봄시간은 미사용자 집단보다 유의하게 적었고, 사용자 집단의 일·가정 갈등 수준과 가정·일 갈등 수준도 미사용자 집단보다 유의하게 높았다. 가족돌봄휴가의 경우 사용자 집단의 조직형태가 국가/지방자치단체인 경우가 미사용자 집단보다 유의하게 높았다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 가족돌봄휴직 사용 경험이 가정·일 갈등에 미치는 정적 영향이 유의미하였다. 본 연구결과는 현행 가족돌봄휴직·휴가제도가 일·가정 관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기에는 부족하다는 것을 시사하며, 지속적인 정책효과 검증을 통해 정책을 수정·보완해 나가야 함을 뜻한다.

경비원의 직무환경과 사기 및 이직의사와의 관계 (A Study on the Job Condition, the Morale and the Job Leave of the Private Security)

  • 한국의 경비산업은 짧은 기간에 양적으로는 급성장을 하였으나 인사관리상에 불합리한 점이 적지 않아 경비원의 사기가 낮고 이직이 높은 것이 현실이다. 경비원의 사기수준에 따라 직무수행에 큰 차이가 있으며, 궁극적으로는 이직의사와 관련을 갖는다. 따라서 경비원의 사기문제와 이직의사는 매우 중요하다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 경비원의 직문환경과 사기 및 이직의사의 관계를 규명하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 경비원의 직무환경과 사기 및 이직의사의 관계를 보면 다음과 같다. 우선, 직무환경 평가를 보면 남자가 여자보다 불만이 많다. 그러나 보수에 대한 만족은 여자가 남자보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 이직의사를 보면 이직의사가 ‘있다(63.1)’ 가 높게 나타났다. 이것은 남자가 여자보다 높게 나타났다. 연령별로는 20대에서 가장 높고 40대에서 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 직업만족과 보수만족이 높고 승진기회가 공정하게 주어진다면 경비원의 사기가 향상될 수 있다. 따라서 보수를 적절한 수준으로 올리고, 승진기회 역시 공정하게 하여 직업에 대한 자부심을 갖도록 해야 한다. 넷째, 경비원의 이직율을 감소시켜 조직의 안정성과 효율성을 증대시키려면 업무량을 적절하게 부과하고 승진기회를 공정하게 부여하며, 나아가 직업만족을 향상시켜 주어야 한다. 다섯째, 경비원의 이직율을 감소시키기 위해서는 사기를 진작시킬 필요가 있다.

기계시각장치에 의한 토마토 작물의 병해엽 검출 (Machine Vision Based Detection of Disease Damaged Leave of Tomato Plants in a Greenhouse)

  • Machine vision system was used for analyzing leaf color disorders of tomato plants in a greenhouse. From the day when a few leave of tomato plants had started to wither, a series of images were captured by 4 times during 14 days. Among several color image spaces, Saturation frame in HSI color space was adequate to eliminate a background and Hue frame was good to detect infected disease area and tomato fruits. The processed image ($G{\sqcup}b^*$ image) by OR operation between G frame in RGB color space and $b^*$ frame in $La^*b^*$ color space was useful for image segmentation of a plant canopy area. This study calculated a ratio of the infected area to the plant canopy and manually analyzed leaf color disorders through an image segmentation for Hue frame of a tomato plant image. For automatically analyzing plant leave disease, this study selected twenty-seven color patches on the calibration bars as the corresponding to leaf color disorders. These selected color patches could represent 97% of the infected area analyzed by the manual method. Using only ten color patches among twenty-seven ones could represent over 85% of the infected area. This paper showed a proposed machine vision system may be effective for evaluating various leaf color disorders of plants growing in a greenhouse.

NbFeB 분말사출성형에소 저잔류탄소를 위한 결합제 및 탈지거동 (A binder system for low carbon residue and debinding behaviors in injection molding of NdFeB powder)

  • A new binder system and debinding process for low carbon residue in the injection molding of Nd(Fe, Co)B powder are investigated. In the injection molding of magnetic materials, it is demanded to reduce carbon residue which deteriorates their magnetic properties. The binder system developed is composed of polyethylene glycols (PEGs) and polypropylene (PP). PEG was selected as a major binder is component to be extracted in a molecular state by solvent extraction in ethanol, which step would leave no residue. PP was selected as a minor binder component to be subsequently removed by thermolysis which step would leave carbon residue. The behaviors of solvent extraction with the variations of PEG molecular weight, temperature, and time were examined. The dependency of residual carbon content on thermolysis atmosphere was also studied. Opened pore channels introduced in a green body by the solvent extraction and microstructures of the sintered magnets were observed using SEM.

의료기관의 복리후생제도가 여성근로자의 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Welfare System of Medical Institutions on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Female Workers)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of welfare system of medical institutions on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of female workers. Methods : A survey was performed with 556 female workers of 11 general hospital and 7 acute period hospital in Busan. Data were collected from October to November 2017 with a self-report questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 24.0. Results : Among those aged over 40 years, high awareness of obligatory welfare, job education, free use of the annual leave, and flexible working system was a positive factor in job satisfaction. Among managers, free use of the annual leave, job education, flexible working system and child-care facilities was a positive factor in organizational commitment. Conclusions : In medical institutions with a relatively high proportion of married women, although interest in welfare for childbirth and child rearing is high, execution is sluggish, hence, policy support of government and medical institutions in this field is necessary.

다중흐름모형을 적용한 서울형 유급병가 정책 도입과정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Policy Decision Making Process of Seoul-Type Paid Sick Leave: Applying Kingdon's Multiple Streams Model)

  • In 2019, the Seoul metropolitan government established its own 'Seoul-type paid sick leave project'. Although the central government had to introduce such a system, which is also called sickness benefits, it was not implemented. In order to understand the process by which the Seoul government has implemented such a policy, this study used Kingdon's multiple streams framework. As a result, in the problem stream, it was found that the economic burden of sickness has been considered only in terms of medical expenses in the past of Korea. Then Songpa's three women and Middle East respiratory syndrome incidents raised awareness of the necessity of the sickness benefit system in 2014 and 2015. In the political stream, several social affairs such as national health insurance huge surpluses and the 2017 presidential election opened policy window. At that time, Seoul Mayor actively promoted sickness benefits as a policy entrepreneur. In the policy stream, the sickness benefit system has gained new attention through political events. To summary, these three streams flowed separately and then they assembled around huge political affairs. As a result, it was confirmed that Kingdon's model is the most effective theory than any other models in analyzing the health care policy decision process in Korea.

여성취업과 일·가정양립지원이 출산에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Women's Labour Force Participation and Work-Family Reconciliation Support on Fertility)

  • This study analyzes the effects of women's labour force participation and work-family reconciliation support on life-cycle fertility in Korea. The analysis is based on the longitudinal data from Korean Labour and Income Panel Study (KLIPS), which include the available information on life-cycle fertility and employment history. Employing a dynamic model of fertility, we estimated the life-cycle fertility of all the 15-49 years old women considered in this study by using a duration model. The major results of this study were as follows: First, women's labour force participation had a negative effect on the first birth, second birth, and all births (transition to births starting at different parities). Women's employment tended to lengthen the interval between births. Second, the availability of maternal leave had a positive effect on the first birth and all births for working women. Providing maternal leave to working women decreased the opportunity cost of childbearing and in turn, reduced the interbirth interval of women. However, the availability of parental leave had no significant effect on the births of working women. Third, the financial support for childcare had a positive effect on the first birth and all births. The economic support for childcare led to the reduction in the interbirth interval of women by increasing the probability of births. The use of a childcare center for the first child, which substitutes for the time that women needed to take care of their children, classified as time-intensive consumption goods, did not have any effect on the second birth. Fourth, the part-time employment of women had a positive effect on the second birth. A flexible working time schedule tended to decrease the interval between the first and the second births.
