여성농업인의 공동체의식이 주민참여에 미치는 영향 -지역농업리더역량의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of Female Farmers' Sense of Community on Resident Participation -Focusing on Mediating Effects on Regional Agriculture Leader's Capacity-)

  • This study aims to examine the moderating effect of regional agricultural leader's capacity between the sense of community of female farmers and the resident participation. A survey was conducted on 312 female farmers from October 20 to November 19, 2020. The main results of the analysis are as follows. First, it showed that the higher the sense of community, the higher the awareness of resident participation. Second, it was found that the sense of community had a positive effect on resident participation as self-directed learning capability was higher, and that self-directed learning capability had a moderating effect on the relationship between the sense of community and the resident participation. Third, regional agricultural leadership capacity was found to have a moderating effect in the relationship between the sense of community and the resident participation.

유황전극의 탄소량 변화에 따른 리튬/유황 전지의 방전특성 변화 (Effect of Carbon Content of Sulfur Electrode on the Electrochemical Properties of Lithium/Sulfur Battery Using PEO Electrolyte)

  • Electric conductive material should be homogeneously mixed with sulfur in sulfur electrode fabrication of lithium/sulfur battery, because sulfur is electric insulator. In this paper electrochemical properties of Li/S battery was studied with various compositions of sulfur electrodes. When content of sulfur changed from 40 wt.% to 80 wt.%, the 60 wt.% sulfur electrode showed the maximum capacity of 1489 mAh/g-sulfur. Electrochemical properties of Li/S battery using 60 wt.% sulfur was also investigated with various carbon contents. The discharge capacity changed as a function of carbon contents. The optimum composition was 25 wt.% carbon for 60 wt.% sulfur electrode.

  • This study proposes a plan for the residents to have a capacity to build a family-friendly community on their own. As there is not a family-friendly community related program developed for "Resident's Capacity Reinforcement", three programs closely related with family-friendly community program were analyzed instead. Analysis showed that first, the community spirit must be emphasized to maintain the characteristics of family care with social support. Second, educational contents must reflect resident's capacity elements that are necessary for participating in the family friendly community building stages. Third, there is a necessity for systematization of education courses into beginner, intermediate, and specialty course given education is continued. Fourth, there is a necessity for the curriculum that may be used for the family friendly community building to foster human and material resource management ability. Therefore, framework for the educational contents suggests X-axis and Y-axis presented by person-business and morphogenic-morphostatic as referred to Ulrich(1997),s human resource model. However, this study has limitations because educational program of 'livable community building' are analyzed for the plan to reinforce capacity to build family-friendly community. There is a necessity for continuing to improve the program by in depth interview or social survey with residents and leader in community.

구성원의 민첩성과 업무성과 간의 관계에 관한 실증연구: 민첩성의 영향요인과 지식지향 리더십을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Employee's Agility and Work Performance: Focused on the Agility's Influence Factors and Knowledge-Oriented Leadership)

  • Employee's agility is becoming a primary factor of improving individual work performance. Employee's agility refers to responsiveness or behavior of employees in the context of work environment change. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between employee's agility and work performance in the perspective of agility's influence factors(absorptive capacity, IT resource use, readiness to change) and knowledge-oriented leadership, A survey was conducted for gathering data (a total of 262 employees from 35 industrial organizations) to test the relationships. The results of analysis show that employee's agility is a driving force leading to individual work performance, that employee's absorptive capacity, IT resource use, readiness to change, and knowledge-oriented leadership are the significant influential factors of employee's agility, and that knowledge-oriented leadership strengthens the link between employee's absorptive capacity and agility. For theoretical and practical contributions, the research presents the grounds for arguments that employee's agility is employee's dynamic capability for individual work performance under work environment change, and that organizations trying to improve employee's agility need to explore employee's behavioral attitudes under individual, leader, and organizational dimensions. Limitations arisen in the course of the research and suggestions for future research directions are also discussed.

간호 대학생이 인식하는 실무현장의 효과적 환경을 위한 간호리더자의 역할유형분석 (The role type analysis of nursing leader for effective environment at the practice field that nursing students recognize - Q methodology -)

  • 간호 대학생은 임상실습기간동안 실무현장에서 다양한 학습을 하게 되며 특히 간호 리더자의 역할에 대한 중요성과 그 효과에 대해 인식하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 간호대학생이 실습 과정에서 경험한 효과적 실무환경을 위해 간호리더자의 역할에서 중요하게 작용하고 있는 부분이 무엇인지를 분석하여 그 유형을 분류하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구방법은 간호 대학생이 심층적으로 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 파악하기 위해 Q방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 참여자는 간호대학생으로 실습 경험이 있는 자로 30명으로 구성하였고, Q표본은 간호리더자의 역할유형과 관련된 문헌, 임상실습을 경험한 학생과의 인터뷰를 통해 최종 표본을 36개의 진술문으로 구성 하였으며, QUANL PC프로그램으로 주요인을 분석하여 관련 유형을 분류하였다. 연구결과로 간호학생들이 인식하는 간호리더자의 역할유형은 4개의 유형으로 나타났으며, 제1유형은 "정의와 냉철함 유지형", 제2유형은 "동기부여를 위한 환경조성 형", 제3유형은 "인격존중 및 능력신장형", 제4유형은 "신뢰성을 통한 인간관계 중심형"으로 분류되었다. 본 연구 과정을 통해 간호학생이 실습과정에서 경험하는 실무현장의 효과적 환경을 위해 간호 리더자의 역할을 파악하여 추후 실무 환경을 위해 리더자의 역할의 중요성을 제안하고 이를 개선하는데 근거자료를 마련하고자 한다.

실물옵션 게임을 이용한 OPEC의 원유공급 투자모형 (An Investment Model for OPEC Crude Oil Supply with Real Option Game)

  • 시장점유율을 고려한 OPEC와 비OPEC의 게임을 고려한 원유공급 투자모형을 분석한다. 국제유가의 불확실성을 반영하기 위하여 확률투자모형인 실물옵션 모형을 이용한다. 원유공급시설의 확장 및 감축을 위한 조정은 국제유가로 표시되는 분기점으로 나타난다. 국제유가가 확장(감축)분기점을 초과(하회)하면 OPEC는 공급시설을 확장(감축)한다. 최근 국제유가를 활용한 시뮬레이션 분석 결과, 확장분기점은 배스켓 가격 기준으로 높게는 56.93달러/배럴, 낮게는 48.44달러/배럴인 것으로 나타났으며, 감축분기점은 36.52달러/배럴과 36.93달러/배럴 사이에 머무는 것으로 나타났다.

노인 건강지도자 양성 전략을 적용한 경로당 노인 건강증진 프로그램 효과검증 (Effects of an Elder Health Promotion Program using the Strategy of Elder Health Leader Training in Senior Citizen Halls)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and test the effects of an elder health promotion program and apply strategies for elder health leader training sessions with elders at senior citizen halls. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretestposttest design was used. Participants were 49 elders at a senior citizen hall (intervention: 27, control: 22). The elder health promotion program consisted of health education and exercise. A professional leader led the program for 4 weeks, and then an elder health leader and research assistant led for 8 weeks (total 12 weeks). Scales for elder health promoting behaviors, perceived health status, life satisfaction and senior citizen hall capability were used and physical fitness levels were measured. Data were collected between April 21 and July 28, 2010 and analyzed using Chi-square, Fisher's exact test, t-test, and repeated measure ANOVA with SPSS/WIN 12.0. Results: Health promoting behaviors, physical fitness, perceived health status, and senior citizen hall capacity were significantly better in the experimental group after the intervention compared to the control group. Conclusion: Study findings indicate that elder health promotion programs applying strategies of elder health leader training are effective and can be recommended as nursing interventions for health promotion of these elders.

리더를 길러낸 어머니 리더십의 사례연구 (Case Studies on the Leadership of Mothers Who Brought up Leaders)

  • The first step towards rearing children to become healthy leaders of the next generation should be taken by the mothers the CEOs of families who possess exemplary leadership skills. To examine the current status of the leadership of mothers, this paper first selects leaders-domestic and abroad-across all areas by studying various sources. Then focusing on the cases in which the mothers played a positive influence in bringing up their children, this paper examines concrete practical strategies of such successful leadership. The case study classifies the leadership, which requires soft power to change the world, into four types: self assurance, creative reform, communication and empowerment. The subjects to these studies are Kwak Nak-Won, the mother of Kim Gu, Gu Maeng Gyuck, the mother of Mencius, Grace Welch, the mother of Jack Welch, and Yoo Hyun Gyung, the mother of Kim Jin-Ho. The paper examines the leadership capacity of each of these figures. This paper concludes that when mothers exercise positive leadership and the child naturally experiences the synergy effect with the mother, he or she naturally becomes a charismatic social leader.

다산 사상에서 찾는 현대 리더십의 지혜-고급제대 리더십과 목민심서의 연계를 중심으로 (Modem Leadership Wisdoms from Tasan's Ideology-Centered Upon the Connection between Leadership of Generals and MokMinShimSuh)

  • This paper seeks to search for wisdoms that may be applied to modern leadership through Tasan Jeong Yakyong's ideology, ShilHak, from the Chosun Dynasty. The present period is referred as the period of transformation and innovation or the period of knowledge information The leadership appropriate for the current period is thus called revolutionary leadership. This leadership accomplishes its goals by influencing the constituent's values, ethics, behavioral norms, and visions based on the leader's moral values, knowledge, and information. Thus, the essence of this paper is in acquiring wisdoms of leadership by company revolutionary leadership with Tasan's life. Tasan pursued change and innovation in a time where Chosun was in a state of decay by following the flow of world powers towards the concept of studying truth based upon facts such as changing the system of thought, reforming legislation, and developing technology. Moreover, he gave courage and hope to the people by demonstrating such leadership in practice. In addition, despite false accusations and spending 18 years in exile, he showed revolutionary life as an active intellectual by leaving 542 volumes of writing through his 'value innovation' that he "pursue things only for the people and the state." Consequently, the paper first deals with what kind of leadership is required for a leader in the position of a general and examines the kind of leadership capacity demanded. Subsequently, Tasan 's revolutionary life and hints of leadership messages in MokMinSimSuh are examined. Thus, this paper is centered upon the leadership of generals regarding how MokMinShimSuh may be applicable to modern leadership.

XFS 파일 시스템 채택에 따른 리눅스 시스템 변화 분석 (Analysis of Linux System changes by adoption XFS File System)

  • 엔터프라이즈 리눅스 시장의 대표주자인 RHEL 7에서 기본 파일 시스템을 EXT에서 XFS로 변경하면서 파일 시스템의 크기, 파일 크기 등과 같이 최대 지원 사양을 대폭 증가시켰다. 단순히 지원 사양만 증가시킨 것 아니라, 데몬 기반으로 동작하면서 고용량 디스크 및 SSD(solid state drive)와 같은 고성능 디스크에서 탁월한 성능을 보이는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 파일 시스템의 변경은 관련 명령어의 변경, 백업 도구의 변경, 디스크 쿼터 설정 변경과 같은 직접적인 운영 기법의 변화를 의미한다. XFS 파일시스템의 변경은 리눅스 시스템 운영에 많은 변화를 주고 있지만 서버 분야에서 차지하는 리눅스 운영체제의 위치를 더욱 굳건히 하게 되는 계기가 될 것으로 판단된다.
