전.후작물 도입에 의한 참깨 작부체계에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Cropping System of Sesame(Sesamum indicum L.) of Korea)

  • 참깨에 관한 작부체계 확립으로 농경지활용도를 높이고 안정생산 기반을 구축하고자, 참깨 단작 등 4작부유형을 도입하여 2001년부터 2002년까지 2년에 걸쳐 시험한 결과 잡초발생량은 보리+참깨에서 많이 발생하였고, 작부유형간에는 보리+참깨는 후작물에서 많았으나, 그 외에서는 전작물에서 많았다. 보리+참깨와 참깨+배추의 작부유형은 전ㆍ후작물의 생육에 지장이 없으며, 소득도 참깨 단작에 비하여 각각 21%, 61% 높았다. 참깨+배추에는 전작물의 비닐 피복물을 후작물에서도 이용할 수 있어 생력화와 경영비를 절감할 수 있었으나, 들깨가 후작물로 도입시 파종기가 늦어 생육이 부진하고 수량이 감소되었다. 작부유형별 토양 물리성 개선효과는 보리+참깨와 참깨+배추에서 양호하였다.

이중 버블시트를 이용한 단열양생공법의 한중시공 적용 사례 (Application of Insulation Curing Method with Double Bubble Sheets Subjected to Cold Weather)

  • 본 연구는 한중환경에서 이중 버블시트를 이용한 단열보온 양생 공법을 슬래브 및 매스 콘크리트에 활용한 결과를 검토한 것이다. 먼저, 이중 버블시트를 적용한 경우 타설 후 2일까지 외기온이 영하$9^{\circ}C$까지 강하하는 경우에도 슬래브콘크리트는 영상 $6^{\circ}C$에서 $10^{\circ}C$이상을 유지하여 초기동해가 방지됨을 알 수 있었고, 매스콘크리트의 경우에는 중심부 최고온도와 표층부 최고온도차이가 $6^{\circ}C$이하로 나타나 내부구속에 의한 수화열 균열은 발생하지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 본 현장에 적용된 이중버블시트를 이용한 단열보온양생 공법은 동절기 영하에서도 안정된 양생온도 관리로 초기동해를 방지할 수 있었고, 소요강도를 확보할 수 있었다. 또한, 가시설의 설치 해체 공정을 줄여 공기단축 효과와 인건비절감등 양생비용의 감소로써 한중콘크리트의 품질확보에 우수한 효과가 있음과 동시에 단열 양생공법의 경제성이 입증되었다.

한국 여성사서의 직력유형(職歷類型)에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting Career Patterns of Korean Female Librarians)

  • Knowledge about career patterns of women In any profession and about factors which influence these career patterns becomes increasingly necessary because of the influx of ever-increasing numbers of women into the labor force, and the need for the development and utilization of the creative productivity of women. This study alms to investigate Korean female librarians' overall career patterns and verify relevant factors which might affect to their career patterns. As an instrument, self-reported questionnaires were sent to 1,251 full-time Korean female librarians throughout the country with regular librarian's certificate, currently engaging in public, college or university, and special libraries. Based on the data gathered, the interrelationship between their career pattern inclination and its influential factors were examined through hypothesis testing. Major findings of the survey are outlined in the following: 1). Female librarians' career patterns were classified into five categories with the group represented as Categories-2 (single; wishes to continue working after marriage; places an emphasis on the sense of occupational accomplishment and social prestige) accounted for the highest proportion$(33.4\%)$. 2). The result of the hypothesis testing revealed that there is no significant relationship statistically between social factors(parents' socio-economic status, etc.) and female librarians' career patterns. So the hypothesis concerning social factors were rejected. 3). In psychological factors(job satisfaction ; self-concept sex role attitude ; role conflict ; and achievement motivation), all except for self-concept were shown to be relevant with female librarians' stable career pattern. So the hypotheses concerning psychological factors were supported. 4). According to the result of multiple discriminant analysis conducted between the above four statistically significant psychological factors and career patterns, the most influential factor for female librarians' career patterns was job satisfaction and sex role. In conclusion, the following recommendations were made: For overall enhancement of Korean female librarianship, earlier career guidance and concrete sex role education for young women is urgent which enable them to establish correct viewpoint for their occupational career female librarians themselves' constant endeavor In maintaining positive attitude toward their job is required.

한우산업의 발전전략 (Development Strategies of The Hanwoo [Korean Native Cattle] Industry)

  • The structure of the Hanwoo (Korean Native Cattle) Industry remains very weak and vulnerable to the WTO/IMF system. Considering that the majority of cattle farmers are small sized, and that marketing systems are outdated and inefficient, rapid expansion of lower priced beef imports by WTO system and rapid increasing of production costs by IMF system would lead to the deprivation of a regular source of farm income and threaten the stability of rural life. Accordingly, the Hanwoo industry should be expanded in accordance with progress in the implementation of (1) programs for the structural adjustment and (2) measures to compensate for the loss. Efforts for lowering major production factor costs needs to continue, In order to increase the supply of calves at low cost, the programs of collective cow-calf farms should be expanded, thereby reducing the cost of calf purchase, which constitutes the largest share of Hanwoo production cost. Also, feedlot operations should be encouraged for small herd farms in order to achieve a substantial saving in beef production costs by integrated operations from calf production to cattle fattening. A substantial saving would also be made by collective purchase and distribution of various inputs through the cooperatives' channels. Extension services should be strengthened for cattle farm management, cattle care and feeding, prevention of cattle disease, etc. In order to minimize cash outlays for commercial mixed feeds, utilization of far by-products as feeds should be enhanced and production of forage crops productive of resources, such as land and rural labor, during the farm o(f-season, needs to be encouraged. Also, technological development for enhancing the nutritional value of farm by-products should be encouraged. Measures for successful segregation of the Hanwoo beef market should be implemented, thereby enhancing incentive for quality beef producers and protecting consumers willing to pay higher price for quality beef. For development of the Hanwoo industry, a considerable time frame would be required in order for (1) small livestock farmers to make a successful adjustment by staying in the enterprise and achieving increased price efficiency (2) livestock farmers to acquire know-how for producing quality Hanwoo beef, (3) the ongoing Government policy of enhancing price-quality competitiveness, and for improving the quality Hanwoo beef marketing to take root. (4) consumers to increase their ability to distinguish meat quality, and others.

양돈산업에 있어서 유비쿼터스 환경에서 온도 및 하중 센서에 의한 자동 분만 알림 시스템 개발 (Auto Dispatch Device of Parturition Beginning Signal by Temperature and a Load Sensor at Ubiquitous Circumstance in Pig Industry)

  • This study tried to develop the system (device) that automatically notify a manager of condition just before and after farrowing to extend ubiquitous-based technology and to increase efficiency of delivery care and productivity by reducing human labor and time on standby when farrowing management is done in the difficult and hard working environment of farrowing such as night or holidays in field sand especially in pig industry. In this test, selected 10 gilts were executed timed artificial insemination and were set up each temperature sensor and load sensor to them 3 days before the estimated farrowing day and were observed the farrowing situation. This study was embodied the NESPOT-based (KT Corporation) monitoring system, the system to transmit data in real time by utilization of wireless LAN and the sensor module to apply the ubiquitous environment to them. And this study was observed the situation to automatically notify situations of 10 gilts that first bore just before and after farrowing. The result obtained the farrowing situations of them in real time by setup of the NESPOT-based monitoring system to check farrowing situation directly is as follow. The average time of the automatic notice about situation just before farrowing by the temperature sensor was 27.5 minutes before the beginning of farrowing (the expulsion time of a piglet). 6 of 8 pregnant gilts that first bore automatically were notified situations just before farrowing and the temperature sensors inserted into 2 ones before farrowing were omitted. (The automatic notice rate 75%) The average time of the automatic notice of situation just after farrowing by the load sensor was taken 46.5 minutes after the beginning of farrowing (the expulsion time of a first piglet). The average gestation period of 8 ones that first bore and were tested by the automatic notice of farrowing situation was 115.6 days. This result found that the automatic farrowing notice system by the temperature sensor is more efficient than the load sensor as the automatic farrowing alarm device and sanitary treatment and improvement of the omission rate were required.

고용관련 빅데이터 구축 전략 및 활용방안 연구 (A Study on the Development Strategy and Utilization of Big Data Related to Employment)

  • 본 논문은 맞춤형 고용서비스 개발을 지원하기 위한 '고용관련 빅데이터 센터(가칭)'설립에 앞서 우리나라의 고용관련 DB 중에서 워크넷, 고용보험, 직업훈련 DB 등과 함께 교육과 복지 DB를 중심으로 DB별 개요, 구축 과정, 주요내용, 활용, 한계점 등을 살펴보았다. 이어서, 고용관련 빅데이터를 구축·운영하고 있는 독일과 영국의 사례를 분석하였다. 이상의 분석을 통해 개인이 생애에 경험하게 되는 다양한 노동력 상태간의 이행에서 발생할 수 있는 사회적 위험을 체계적으로 관리함으로써 이행을 통한 소득확보를 강조하는 이행노동시장론에 입각하여, 고용보험 DB를 중심으로 개인단위에서 교육/훈련/경력/자격, 구직, 고용, 실업, 비경활/복지 등의 DB를 연계하는 체계로 고용관련 빅데이터 구축방안과 활용방안을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 고용관련 DB들에 대한 대대적인 정비, 고용보험 DB를 중심으로 구축할 빅데이터의 대표성 제고, DB의 신뢰도 제고 등 향후 과제들을 제시하였다. 본 논문을 계기로 고용관련 빅데이터 구축 및 활용에 대한 논의가 더욱 활발해지기를 기대한다.

Metagenomic Insight into Lignocellulose Degradation of the Thermophilic Microbial Consortium TMC7

  • Biodegradation is the key process involved in natural lignocellulose biotransformation and utilization. Microbial consortia represent promising candidates for applications in lignocellulose conversion strategies for biofuel production; however, cooperation among the enzymes and the labor division of microbes in the microbial consortia remains unclear. In this study, metagenomic analysis was performed to reveal the community structure and extremozyme systems of a lignocellulolytic microbial consortium, TMC7. The taxonomic affiliation of TMC7 metagenome included members of the genera Ruminiclostridium (42.85%), Thermoanaerobacterium (18.41%), Geobacillus (10.44%), unclassified_f__Bacillaceae (7.48%), Aeribacillus (2.65%), Symbiobacterium (2.47%), Desulfotomaculum (2.33%), Caldibacillus (1.56%), Clostridium (1.26%), and others (10.55%). The carbohydrate-active enzyme annotation revealed that TMC7 encoded a broad array of enzymes responsible for cellulose and hemicellulose degradation. Ten glycoside hydrolases (GHs) endoglucanase, 4 GHs exoglucanase, and 6 GHs β-glucosidase were identified for cellulose degradation; 6 GHs endo-β-1,4-xylanase, 9 GHs β-xylosidase, and 3 GHs β-mannanase were identified for degradation of the hemicellulose main chain; 6 GHs arabinofuranosidase, 2 GHs α-mannosidase, 11 GHs galactosidase, 3 GHs α-rhamnosidase, and 4 GHs α-fucosidase were identified as xylan debranching enzymes. Furthermore, by introducing a factor named as the contribution coefficient, we found that Ruminiclostridium and Thermoanaerobacterium may be the dominant contributors, whereas Symbiobacterium and Desulfotomaculum may serve as "sugar cheaters" in lignocellulose degradation by TMC7. Our findings provide mechanistic profiles of an array of enzymes that degrade complex lignocellulosic biomass in the microbial consortium TMC7 and provide a promising approach for studying the potential contribution of microbes in microbial consortia.

무인 스터디카페 관리 시스템 (Management System for Unmanned Study Cafe)

  • 공부하는 트렌드에 변화가 일어나며 단순히 공부하는 공간이 아닌, 복합 문화 환경으로 거듭나야 새로운 수요층의 욕구를 충족할 수가 있다. 답답한 도서관이나 독서실에 비해 비교적 자유롭고 쾌적함에 주목을 받고 있는 스터디카페는 인건비 절감을 통해 보다 큰 이익을 창출할 수 있는 무인 시스템에 적합하다. 하지만 이를 체계적으로 관리해 줄 수 있는 시스템이 아직 미흡하여 보완이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무인 스터디카페를 통합적으로 관리해주고 부가적인 기능을 통해 사용자에게 편의성을 제공하는 안드로이드 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 사용자와 관리자를 구분하여 사용자는 좌석 예약 및 조회 등을 통하여 해당 지역의 원하는 스터디카페를 이용할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 관리자는 좌석 및 회원을 관리하고 스터티카페의 현재 상황을 외부에서도 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 부가적으로 커뮤니티 및 소음 측정과 회원의 이용 시간 시각화 기능 등도 추가하여 애플리케이션의 활용도를 높였다.

민간경비 종사자의 ICT직무교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of ICT Curriculum for Private Security Workers)

  • 본 연구는 아파트 경비원들을 중심으로 실시되고 있는 ICT직무교육과정을 개발하고 실제로 적용한 결과를 분석하였다. 아파트 민간경비종사자의 대다수가 노인인 점을 고려하여 노인의 컴퓨터에 대한 태도, 노인의 신체적 인지적 특성을 분석하여 노인교육을 위한 ICT직무 코스웨어를 설계하고 교육콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 교육프로그램을 실험집단에 적용하여 사전 사후 검사결과를 통해 만족도와 교육적 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 교육프로그램의 만족도는 전체적으로 평균 4.00점대 이상의 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 노인정보화 교육프로그램 정성적 평가 검사 도구를 활용해 교육프로그램 투입 전 후로 실험집단의 인터넷 자기 효능감, 인터넷 활용능력 향상, 인터넷 이용용도 인지, 개인정보화 의지, 생활교정, 세대 간 갈등해소, 자신감, 인터넷 스트레스 등이 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승했음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 보면 본 연구에서 개발한 "민간경비 ICT직무교육" 교육프로그램이 노인정보화에 효과적이며 다른 노인교육 프로그램에 적용 및 촉진에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

가족친화인증기업의 인센티브 활용 실태 및 인센티브 수요 분석 (The use and demand of incentives for family friendly certified companies)

  • This study aims to improve the family friendly certification system by analyzing the actual experience of family friendly certified companies with the certification's incentives and their demand for new incentives. We analyzed 2018 survey data of family friendly certified company incentives and interviewed representatives from 9 family friendly certified companies. First, the use of incentives differs according to the level of corporate classification, number of employees, industry, certification continuation training, and incentive impact. Current family friendly certification incentives indicate that the utilization rate of incentives is high when small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with less than 300 employees have newly received family friendly certification. Second, the use of the certification mark significantly differs by industry, certification duration, and incentive impact. Interviews with the companies' family friendly certification managers revealed that the incentives that companies use mainly are the Public Procurement Service bid points and priority immigration service. Large corporations hope for strong incentives, such as the National Tax Service's deferred tax investigation, interest rate cuts for bank loans, and corporate tax cuts. Lastly, the family friendly certification mark is a representative incentive used by 60% of family friendly certified companies. For the qualitative growth and stabilization of the family friendly certification system, the family friendly certification mark should be improved to become a more attractive incentive.
