경상도 별미김치의 표준화 연구 (Standardizations of Traditional Special Kimchi in Kyungsang Province)

  • This study was conducted to standardize ingredient ratio and preparation method of mafor traditional special kimchies in kyungsang province, korea. There were about 35 varieties of special kimchi in Kyungsang province. Six varieties of them such as burdock kimchi, wild leek kimchi, green thread onion kimchi, perilla leaf kimchi, Godulbaegi(Korean wild lettuce) kimchi, and red pepper leaf kimchi were selected, because they tasted good and the physiological functions of their main ingredients were excellent. The ingredient ratios of the selected special kimchi were standardized through surveying hereditary preparation of some families in kyungsang province and using the literatures including cooking books. The standardized ingredient ratio of the burdock kimchi was 15.1 pickled anchovy juice, 6.8 red pepper powder, 5.7 garlic, 2.2 ginger, 18.0 rice flour paste, 13.5 green thread onion, and 1.2 sesame seed in proportion to 100 of burdock. The standardized preparation step of the selected special kimchies was similar except some preprocessing methods of main ingredients. The diagonally cut-up burdock ws usually parboiled or soaked in salted water, then it was mixed with the other ingredients. Wild leek and green thread onion were usually pickled with salt or pickled anchovy juice. Sometimes the green thread onion pickled was dried in the sun. General preprocessing of perilla leaf, Korean wild lettuce, and red pepper leaf was soaking them in salted water for about 5-10 days. Sometimes red pepper leaf was heated with steam and dried in the sun, then it was mixed with the other ingredients.

안동지역 전통문화와 연계한 전통문화상품의 디자인 개발: 소비자 의식조사 (Branding Program Connected with the Traditional Culture in Andong: Consumer's Evaluation)

  • Three hundred of women between twenty and over seventy living around Andong, Sangju, Youngju and northern part of Kyungsang Province replied consumer research on industrialization of traditional clothing products in that area. An age distribution of the women is 60 people (20.0%) between 20 and 34 years old, 147 people (49.1%) between 35 and 54 years old, 93 people (27.9%) over 55 years old and the subject of study included in middle-aged and old-aged is 77.0%. A direct questionnaire and enclosed questionnaire are used to measure. The questions consist of questions about current circumstances of traditional clothing production, features of natural fabrics in the northern part of Kyungsang Province, distributive process, features classified by kinds, directions of development and economic conditions of natural fabrics. Andong has a traditionally unique culture throughout Korea. If Andongpo are developed as clothing fabrics harmonized beauty of tradition with modern characteristics, fashion business in the northern part of Kyungsang Province will be improved. In addition, encouraging majority of the young to participate in this movement is regarded as beneficial for the reinforcement of competitiveness against other regions and public relations of the region. As one of the solutions to development of this traditional clothing business, its own program made by industry-academic cooperation for the development of clothing products which is suitable for traditional fabric in Andong should be implemented.

경상북도 재첩자원 분포 및 생태 조사 1.경상북도산 재첩선(Corbicula) 이매패류 (Distribution and Ecology of Genus Corbicula in the North Kyungsang Province I. Distribution and Classification of Genus Corbicula in the North Kyungsang Province)

  • 경상북도에서 채집된 재첩은 일본재첩 C. japonica, 참재첩 C. leana, 엷은 재첩 C. papyracea 등 3종으로 동정되었다. 채집된 일본재첩 C. japonica 의 최대크기는 각장 42.6mm, 각고 35.4mm, 각폭 22.3mm로, 자웅이체 난생종이었다. 성숙하면 난소는 회흑색, 정소는 유백색으로 육안으로 쉽게 암수 구별이 가능하며, 주산란기는 7~8월로, 포항시 장기면 읍내리 모포전, 포항시 연일읍 생지리 현산강, 포항시 흥해읍 곡강동 곡강천, 영덕군 영해면 성내리 송천강, 영양군 입암면 신사리 반변천 등 5개 장소에서 채집되었다. 채집된 참재첩 C. leana 의 최대크기는 각장 35.2mm, 각고 30.4mm, 각폭18.5mm로 전체 모양은 정삼각형에 가깝다. 자웅동체로 난소와 정소의 색 모두 유백색이어서 육안적으로 쉽게 구별되지 않는다. 주 산란기는 7~8월로 일반적으로 웅성선숙 경향을 보이며 유패는 모체 아가미에서 D상 자패(D-shaped larva)까지 보육되다가 모체에서 떨어져나와 바로 저서생활로 들어가는 난태생종이다. 포항시 장기면 읍내리 모포천, 울진군 온정면 평해리 남대천, 영주시 단상면 옥대리 죽계천, 안동시 일직면 망호리 하고천, 영천시 화남면 삼창리 선원천 등 5개소에서 채집되었다. 채집된 엷은 재첩 C. papyracea 의 최대크기는 각장 15.2mm 각고 12.0mm 각폭 7.4mm의 소형종으로 옅은 황갈색에 녹색이 강한 편이다. 타 종에 비하여 각폭이 작고 성장맥은 가늘고 폭이 좁으며 매우 치밀하다. 안동에서만 10개체 채집되었을 정도로 분포가 제한되어 있는 종으로, 유패는 모체 아가미에서 D상 자패기(D-shaped larva)까지 보육되다가 모체에서 떨어져 나와 바로 저서생활로 들어가는 난태생종이다.

대학교 기숙사 건축에 있어서 장애인 시설의 실태와 개선추이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Actual Condition and Improving Transition of Facilities for Handicapped Students in the Dormitory Buildings in University Campus)

  • The purpose of this study is to minimize physical obstacles, to propose how we can improve them, and to get the basic information to establish the welfare policy for handicapped students in the university dormitory by studying and analyzing actual conditions of existing facilities and its improving transition which provide most important living accommodation to university students. To carry out this study, they have been surveyed 10 Universities in Korea as a case study which 1 university in Seoul & Kyunggi province, 2 universities in Chungchung province, 5 universities in Jeolla province and 2 universities in Kyungsang province. And they have been studied in relation to the law, theory of the architectural planning & design, and general consideration about handicapped people. As a result the checklist about the facilities was made. The term of survey was in August 2001 and in September 2004. It is concluded that most of universities which have been surveyed were equipped with good facilities for general students without regards for handicapped people at that time. As you can see the result of this research, the facilities of boarding house for handicapped people are very scanty in many universities. So they must be required facilities for handicapped people in the stage of architectural programming, the process of designing the dormitory facility.

지역별 시판 포기배추김치의 이용실태 및 기호도 조사 (A Survey on the Commercial Poggi Kimchi and Consumer Acceptance Test Prepared in the Various Region)

  • Survey on the usage of commercial poggi Kimchi was run and consumer's acceptance test of the Kimchi in the various regions of Korea including Seoul(SE), Kyonggi Province(KG), Kangwon Province(KW), Kyungsang Province(KS), and Jeonla Province(JL) were investigated. Survey result of 34% of consumer showed that they eat Kimchi very much, and 19% answered they ate Wimchi whenever they had chance to eat. The most desired points of improvement in commercial poggi Kimchi were as following; Taste and degree of fermentation should be standardized. Order of preferences of minor ingredients of Kimchi were radish, hot pepper, welsh onion, and leek, respectively. Consumer acceptance test of KS sample group showed higher preference in whole color, salted condition, spicy hot flavor and crispness than the others. In whole color and pickled seafood properties, KG sample group showed significantly higher values than the others. In salty flavor, SE sample group showed lower preference than the others.

Isolation and Characterization of Marine Microorganisms Producing Cellulase from the Seashore of the Kyungsang Province in Korea

  • 해양에서 유용물질을 생산하는 미생물을 분리하기 위하여 경상도 지역의 해안에서 시료를 채취하여 총 371 균주의 해양미생물을 얻었으며 전분, CMC 및 단백질 등과 같은 기질에 대한 분해활성을 측정하여 CMC에 대한 우수한 분해 능력을 가진 30균주를 선별하였다. 이들 30 균주를 배양하여 CMCase의 생산능력이 우수한 12 균주를 선발하였다. 이들 해양미생물을 배양하고 섬유소 분해효소를 생산한다고 알려진 B. amyloliquefaciens DL-3와 CMCase의 활성을 비교하였다. 이 중 다대포에서 분리하여 명명한 A-53 균주가 가장 높은 CMCase 활성을 나타를 생산한다고 알려진 B. amyloliquefaciens DL-3와 CMCase의 활성을 비교하였다. 이 중 다대포에서 분리하여 명명한 A-53 균주가 가장 높은 CMCase 활성을 나타내었다. A-53 균주를 16S rDNA partial sequencing 및 gyrase A partial sequencing하여 동정한 결과, Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis로 확인되었으며 B. subtilis subsp. subtilis A-53으로 명명하였다.

20세 이상 성인의 구두 굽 높이에 따른 균형과 보행형태의 변화 (Changes in Balance and Gait Patterns with Different Heel Heights Among Women in Their 20's)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of different heel heights on gait deviation and balance. Method : Participants were 16 women majoring in physical therapy in Kyungbuk college, located in Yeong-ju, North Kyungsang Province. Balance and gait patterns were measured by Good Balance and GAIT Rite. Result : Statistically significant differences were found in swing right measured by Gait-rite, and also in Analyze End, Ant-post, Med-Lat, and gait ability score(p < .05) regarding dynamic balance ability. Conclusion : There was no statistically significant difference in gait ability between those who walked barefoot and highheeled. However, balance ability was different "between them". This shows that heel height can lead to decrease in gait ability. Further research should include more participants and use a wide range of heel heights.

늑도에서 출토된 탄화곡 (Carbonized grains excavated at Nook-Do)

  • 부산대학교박물관 팀이 서기2000년에 경남 사천시 늑도의 AD3세기 주거지를 제2차로 발굴하였는데 거기서 출토된 탄화곡을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 밀(소맥 Triticum aestivum) 180톨, 보리(대맥 Horudeum vulgare) 4톨, 쌀(미 Oryza sativa) 6톨이 물체질로 수습되었다. 밀은 훼손된 것이 많고 현재의 재배종에 비하여 현저하게 작고 둥글다. 보리는 현재의 재배종과 거의 비슷하였다. 쌀은 지금의 재배종보다 소형이었는데 유전적으로 소형이었는지 도정과 정이나 또는 땅속에서 미생물의 침식으로 소형으로 되었는지는 알 수 없다. 쌀의 외형은 세장한 indica는 아닌 것 같이 보였다. DNA 분석 결과는 밀, 보리, 쌀 모두 공시된 시료(입)간에도 변이가 있고 각각의 재배종과도 차이가 있어서 이들 재배집단의 유전적 다양성이 짐작된다. 쌀의 유전적 구성 검토결과는 시료와 primer의 제한으로 japonica인지 indica인지 확정할 수 없었다.
