안전경영 우수기업을 위한 KS A ISO 2859-2 및 2859-3에 대한 고찰 (A Study on KS A ISO 2859-2 and 2859-3 for the Best Companies in Safety management)

  • The growing importance of product quality is becoming more and more daily apparent as we enter the age of globalization around the world. And the product safety is getting more focus as well as product quality. As a result, many domestic companies are putting a lot of emphasis on safety measures and management activities and these companies' products are mainly superior to other companies' product. When we separate the product quality procedure into 3 steps, i.e. quality secure-quality confirm-quality guarantee, of course the 1st step is the most important, but also 2nd step of product quality confirm process is important. And in mass production environment, sampling inspection is more desirable than the $100\;\%$ inspection procedure. As a part of globalization trend, KS system is also being revised and reestablished based on ISO, IEC, etc. which are based on international standard. Conventional KS sampling inspection standards were in many areas quite different from ISO sampling standards, only KS A 3102, 3104, 3151 are left and the rest become obsolete, and even the ones that are still around are planned to the gone step by step. It has been already 3 years since the new KS A ISO $2859-0\sim3$ sampling inspection process has been established which the abolition of the popular KS A 3101, KS A 3105, KS A 3109, yet the implementation rate is very slow. This study will attempt to analyze the new KS A ISO 2859-2 and KS A ISO 2859-3, and try to understand the difference as that the new standard can be easily understood and used widely among companies, by using examples. Our attempt is to help implement with the companies with active safety involvement but the final result can be spread among other companies as well in the near future.

  • KS 가구 규격 내의 치수를 적절하면서도 일관성 있게 설정하기 위해서는 인간공학적 설계원칙이 정립되어 있어야 한다. 그러나 이제까지의 KS 가구 규격은 일본 JIS 규격의 치수를 그대로 가져와 사용한 경우가 거의 대부분이었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 KS 가구 규격 35 종에 포함된 가구들에 대한 치수항목 중 인체측정치를 반영해야 할 것들을 선정하고 이에 맞는 인간공학적 설계 가이드라인과 산정 수식을 개발하였다. 이를 이용해 현행 KS 가구 규격의 치수들에 대한 검토를 하였고, 맞지 않는 것들에 대해서는 수정 안을 작성하였다.

  • Opens the construction market recently, the construction industry of Korea has faced up to the barrier of globalism, and has been enforced to follow the various global standards in many aspects. Accordingly, it is expected that the test method related to the cement and concrete will be changed to conform to the international standards in Korea. Therefore, in this study, the strength tests are executed for the cement mortars, made by KS and ISO standards respectively, and then obtains such results. 1) The flow of the cement mortar according to ISO is about 8% higher ,than that of KS. 2) The flexural strength of the cement mortar according to ISO is about 10~20% higher than that of KS, and the compressive strength is about 30% higher. 3) The compressive strength relation between the cement mortars of KS and ISO may be expressed in the first-order recurrence formula as follows: Y = 1.33X - 8 In which X is the compressive strength(kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$) of the mortar according to KS and Y is the compressive strength(kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$) of the mortar according to ISO.

생선 내장에서 분리한 Alteromonas putrefaciens KS-90에 대한 Eicosapentaenoic Acid 생산 (Eicosapentaenoic Acid Production of Allteromonas putrefacients KS-90 Isolated from Fish Intestines)

  • Marine baceteria of fish interstines were screened for high eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) productivity. An isolated bacteria, KS-90, identified and designated as Allteromonus putrefaciens KS-90. A. putrefaciens KS-90 was found to be a rich source of EPA production and it was observed on incuibation at 4~12.5$^{\circ}C$ and pH 7.0. The production of EPA reached 18mg/g of dry cell weight when A. putrefaciens KS-90 was grown in the medium containing 1.0% pepton, 0.5% yeast extract, 0.025% meat extract and 2.0% glucose in 1/2 concentration of an artificial seawater, pH for 48 hr at $25^{\circ}C$. This value accounted for 24.7% of the total fatty acid in the extractable lipids.

  • 본 연구에서는 교가구업체를 대상으로 현행 KS G 규격의 문제점을 체계적으로 파악하여 있는 집중적으로 연구, 개정할 설계 치수항목들을 파악하고자 하였다. 최근의 Size Korea 조사 결과를 감안할 때, 한국인의 신체 크기는 빠르게 증가해왔다. 이러한 변화에 대해, 현행 KS 가구 규격의 치수들이 적정한 지 파악하고, 개정할 부분이 있으면 산업현장의 의견을 들어 반영하는데 활용될 수 있다.

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate the conformity of Korean Standards(KS) according to agreement on WTO/TBT, and to propose systematic frameworks of preparation, adoption, and application for KS in our enterprises. Significant changes in this establishment, revision, and abrogation include the following divisions; i) statistics-vocabulary and symbols, ii) Shewhart control chart, iii) statistical interpretation of data, iv) sampling procedures for inspection by attributes, v) sequential sampling plans for inspection.

담수 처리에 따른 옥수수 자식 계통의 지상부와 뿌리의 생육 및 형태적 특성 (Effect of Waterlogging on Growth and Morphological Characteristics of Roots of Maize Inbred Lines)

  • 본 연구는 옥수수 습해 저항성 계통과 감수성 계통의 지상부와 지하부 제형질과 뿌리의 형태적 특성을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 6개의 국내 자식 계통을 유묘기(V3)에 10일간 담수처리 한 후 엽노화 정도로 내습성을 평가 한 결과 KS85은 황화엽수 3.33개, 노화정도 5.54로 가장 피해가 커 습해 감수성을 보였으며, KS141은 황화엽수 1.33개, 노화정도 3으로 가장 피해가 적어 습해 저항성을 보였다. KS85와 KS141을 담수 처리 후 20일에 조사한 결과 KS85와 K141의 지상부 건물중은 무처리구 대비 각각 86.1%, 77.0%가 감소되었고, 지하부 건물중은 KS85와 K141이 무처리구 대비 각각 77.6%, 65.0% 감소하여 습해 저항성인 KS141이 감수성인 KS85에 비해 건물중 감소량이 적었다. 두 계통의 지하부 nodal root의 SEM 촬영 결과 피층의 두께가 KS141이 KS85보다 더 현저히 두꺼웠으며 담수 처리 후 KS85는 KS141에 비해 피층의 뒤틀림이 심하여 피층의 두께가 내습성과 관련이 있는 것으로 사료되어진다.
