As DMB, 3D game, Internet and movie is serviced for the recent mobile devices, high resolution display devices beyond VGA become used. Implementation of real-time moving pictures of 30렌 by software programming is difficult because the performance of mobile processors is not so high. The full frame moving picture can be supported by using specific hardware. In this paper, an OLED controller that is consists of flash memory controller and OLED interface is proposed for real-time moving picture on mobile displays. The proposed OLED controller is implemented in FPGA and the performance is evaluated.

Various forms in order to play the video decoder and Demux specific needs. Depending on need, many developers to develop a filter, but KMP existing GOM player or players do not have the Open API, created difficulties in the use of filters and used for video playback issues are the selection of Codec. In this paper, written by the filter, easy to play and develop the library and search for Seek function designed to screen and screen capture, full screen, your screen, zooming DLL files for user convenience, such as building to the development. This study multimedia S/W technology and information and communication will contribute to the development.

Many recommender systems are based on Content-based Filtering and Social Filtering Both methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and they complement each other rather than compete. So incorporating of both methods can make the better system and combination technique controls the quality of the entire recommender system. In this paper, we presented each user has his own tendency to decide which is the better recommendation for himself among the various recommendation results, and suggested the Personalized combination technique. To represent user tendency, we defined and used loyalty, diversity and pioneerity and showed by experiments that our combination technique is useful. This combination technique improved the average coverage 23% and for the ceiling 40%.

The development of Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks(WMSNs) is getting realized in accordance with the increased demands to provide multimedia data transmission service such as CCTV movie, image chapter information, audio information based on wireless sensor network. It is very important to provide the differentiated quality assurance of service. In this paper, we propose a sensor medium access control protocol based on DSMAC, which provides differentiated Quality of Service(QoS) for delay. A proposed protocol is able to reduce the delay without increasing the energy consumption by adaptively changing the duty cycle according to the buffer occupancy. Simulation results show that the new MAC protocol performs better in terms of latency than S-MAC and DSMAC.

In this paper, integrated navigation algorithm is designed for land transport sector which is needed high accuracy and monitoring program is developed for lane departure warning. High accuracy position information which is possible lane separation is needed for lane departure warning, so position detection algorithm based GPS/DR which combine GPS with dead reckoning is proposed. For the verification of the designed integrated navigation algorithm, we drived to acquire data and showed post-processing experiment results with monitoring program. Vehicle driving movie and aerial photograph in monitoring program is designed to show lane keeping and lane separation.

This paper is to implement a RTSP based streaming server in order to provide streaming service. When a client requests a stream from a server, transmission speed is measured on a regular basis through communications between the client and the server. Server will send different encoded movie clip streams based on measured transmission speeds. Different streams are sent to a server depending on the transmission speed and their locations are saved when streams are sent. Even though different streams are sent, the streams will be sent without any interruptions because they are sent from their original locations.

This paper proposes a method for designing a large recording script for open domain English speech synthesis. For read-aloud style text, 12 domains and 294 sub-domains were designed using text contained in five different news media publications. For conversational style text, 4 domains and 36 sub-domains were designed using movie subtitles. The final script consists of 43,013 sentences, 27,085 read-aloud style sentences, and 15,928 conversational style sentences, consisting of 549,683 tokens and 38,356 types. The completed script is analyzed using four criteria: word coverage (type coverage and token coverage), high-frequency vocabulary coverage, phonetic coverage (diphone coverage and triphone coverage), and readability. The type coverage of our script reaches 36.86% despite its low token coverage of 2.97%. The high-frequency vocabulary coverage of the script is 73.82%, and the diphone coverage and triphone coverage of the whole script is 86.70% and 38.92%, respectively. The average readability of whole sentences is 9.03. The results of analysis show that the proposed method is effective in producing a large recording script for English speech synthesis, demonstrating good coverage in terms of unique words, high-frequency vocabulary, phonetic units, and readability.

The reality is that forms and roles of media is changing as our society goes forward fast. There aren't any other noticeable media forms than one man media UCC(User Created Contents). Not only almost all of the house hold a camera at least one, but people can take a picture by using their mobile phone. Furthermore, people can produce a movie through taken pictures in this time. That is the beginning of UCC. It is possible to make use of private life, company, society, advertisement, shopping mall, and so on.

A recommendation system is an information filter tool, which uses the ratings and reviews of users to generate a personalized recommendation service for users. However, the cold-start problem of users and items is still a major research hotspot on service recommendations. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a high-efficient hybrid recommendation system based on Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering and supervised learning models. The proposed recommendation method includes two aspects: on the one hand, FCM clustering technique has been applied to the item-based collaborative filtering framework to solve the cold start problem; on the other hand, the content information is integrated into the collaborative filtering. The algorithm constructs the user and item membership degree feature vector, and adopts the data representation form of the scoring matrix to the supervised learning algorithm, as well as by combining the subjective membership degree feature vector and the objective membership degree feature vector in a linear combination, the prediction accuracy is significantly improved on the public datasets with different sparsity. The efficiency of the proposed system is illustrated by conducting several experiments on MovieLens dataset.
