The purpose of this study was to find out the characteristics of the adolescent consumers related to the attitudes toward TV advertisements on and purchasing behaviors of the sport beverages, and to test the role of the atitudes toward TV advertisements between the consumer characteristics and the purchasing behaviors of the sport beverages. The qusetionnaire method was utilized to 549 female and male junior and senior high school students in urban and rural areas. The results showed that the attitudes toward TV advertisement on sport beverage was related to the residentiae years in school, whom to buy, level of interests in sports, and level of knowledges of the beverages; purchasing behaviors of the sport beverages, whom to buy, gender, level of knowledges of the beverages, size of the allowance, and the residentiae years in school. The attitudes toward TV advertisements seemed to the intervenning role between the consumer characteristics and the purchasing behaviors among adolescent consumers.

The first high speed railway in Korea was opened to traffic on April 1, 2004 and the second phase will be opened on November 1. 2010. Many technical problems that occurred during construction have been solved. In its early period of project, difficulties were encountered in design, construction of high speed line. because most of Korean railway engineers were familiar only with conventional railway. Now they understand the various phenomena occuring during operation of the KTX and have accumulated extensive technical knowhow. Valuable experiences and knowledges that have been obtained from frials and errors will lead to further improvement for the future project.

Various auto-tuning methods using relay feedback are presented recently. They are composed of the consecutive procedures identifying Nyquist critical point using relay feedback and designing PID controller by one point of Nyquist plot mapping. This paper suggests a strategy to get the knowledges of Nyquist critical point and the neighborhood point of it using relay feedback. The parameters of PID controller are established by dominant pole approximation based on these knowledges. Designers can make use of the damping ratio as a time domain specification. So design flexibilities are taken in view of stability and performance of the system response considering practical system condition.

In the era of Joseon Dynasty there was a national system of postmortem investigation with literatures of postmortem inspection. The author reviewed the postmortem findings in the literature(Shinjumoowonrok) to compare with recent knowledges of forensic medicine. Characteristics of old system of postmortem investigation was three instance investigation system and was carried out only with a postmortem inspection without autopsy. The postmortem findings described in the old literature were about various kinds of death, such as cases of suicide and homicide and natural and unnatural death. Most of postmortem findings in the Shinjumoowonrok were accurate and reasonable in the aspect of recent knowledges of forensic medicine.

In this study, an intelligent solenoid valve controller has been developed for automatic maintaining of filters in a dust collecting system. This controller has automatic controllability of solenoid valves' ON/OFF time depending on the clogging status of filters, and then it can extend the filters' lifetimes, decrease the power consumption, and make effective operation of the system possible. This controllability has been executed by the fuzzy theory that utilizes the workers' experimental knowledges, the control expert's knowledges and the differential pressures between the inlets and outlets measured by the sensors.

We study the theoretical background on the relationship between the equality property and operations treated in different sub-areas in secondary school mathematics curriculum respectively studied. Furthermore, we discuss in detail the equality property in rational numbers field $\mathbb{Q}$ and the real numbers field $\mathbb{R}$. Through this study, professional knowledges of school teachers are enhanced so that these aforementioned knowledges are connected smoothly to teaching activities in classrooms.

This paper deals with a cold forging design system by which designers can determine desirable plans of cold forging design even if they have little experience. In this system, neural networks are used to transform qualitative knowledges to quantitative knowledges. The neural network is learned with three parts which are most important in cold forging design - undercut, narrow hole, sharp corner. The capabilities of the system are illustrated through an example of forging design.

This study was purposed to explore children's development in the theory of mind. Children of age 7, 9 and 11 explained others' good and bad behaviors, and answered to questions about ‘mind’ and ‘heart’ Children's behavior explanations with internal factors, including traits and mental states, were scored and analyzed. The responses of mind-related knowledges were categorized and compared by age. Results showed that children's internal explanations were not different with age, and most of the children explained internally for others' bad behaviors more than for good ones. Secondly, children conceptualized cold-minded ‘mind’ and hot-minded ‘heart’ differentially, but showed developmental differences in mind-related knowledges. It was hard for the younger children to explain ‘mind’ and ‘heart’ Children came to construct their knowledge with age; ‘mind’ including cognitive monitoring, and ‘heart’ working outside the personal emotions.

The HyangyakBoncho(鄕藥本草) in Vol. 76-85 of the Hyangyakjipseongbang(鄕藥集成方) deals with the Hyangyak, medicinal stuffs produced in the territory of Chosun from the late times of Corea to the early times of Chosun. It also includes whole knowledges and the way to process(?製) of Oriental medical botany(本草) in that period of Chosun and China. It contains all the knowledges of the Hyangyak and the Boncho(鄕藥本草學) so that it can be helpful for the Chosun to apply to medicines. This study shows the characters of HyangyakBoncho(鄕藥本草) through analyzing. In future it is supposed that this report is the first approach to the core of the Hyangyakjipseongbang(鄕藥集成方), which describes medicines with prescriptions made up of the Hyangyak mainly.
