Purpose - Previous studies tried to find antecedents of innovative behavior. However, research on knowledge hiding behavior, psychological mechanism, and perception of organizational justice has been relatively limited. In this sense, this study has investigated the impact of organizational justice on employees' innovative behavior and explored the factors that affect the above relationship. Especially, this study tested the direct effect of organizational justice on innovative behavior. This study also examines the mediating roles of knowledge hiding behavior in this causal relationship. Moreover, the process of organizational justice to innovative behavior is assumed to be influenced by leadership style. Therefore, we examined the moderating effect of authentic leadership on the relationship between organizational justice and knowledge hiding behavior. Design/methodology/approach - For the empirical test, we collected data via a questionnaire survey of a sample of 252 employees from Korean firms. We conducted a hierarchical regression analysis to test hypotheses. Results - The results of the empirical analysis revealed that organizational justice was positively related to innovative behavior and negatively related to knowledge hiding behavior. The results also showed that knowledge hiding behavior negatively mediated the relationship between organizational justice and innovative behavior. In addition, we found the moderating role of authentic leadership. More importantly, we found that the conditional indirect effect of organizational justice on innovative behavior via knowledge hiding behavior was depending on authentic leadership. Uncovering the relationship between organizational justice and innovative behavior through the mediating role of knowledge hiding behavior and the moderated mediating role of authentic leadership has useful theoretical and practical implications. We also suggest directions for future research by providing several limitations.
The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting workers' knowledge sharing on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior in general hospitals. This study is based on factors of knowledge sharing such as incentives, reciprocal benefits, behavioral control, and subjective norm, CEO's support, rewards system, IT system, and trust. Data were assessed using 148 workers who work in 3 hospitals in Seoul, Kyunggi, Chunkcheong-do. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires from April 1 to 31 in 2013 and analyzed SPSS 18 and SEM(structural equation modeling). The results of the study were as follows. First, knowledge sharing intention as well as innovation behavior was statistically significant in behavioral control and IT system. Second, knowledge sharing intention turned out to be positive effect for innovation behavior. This study identified a couple of factors affecting workers' knowledge sharing on knowledge sharing intention and innovation behavior. The the implications of these factors are discussed and areas for developing hospital's knowledge management strategies are fostered and knowledge sharing intention and innovation behavior.

Purpose : This study was to describe health behavior, self-esteem, health knowledge, health education needs, and to assess the effects of health behavior on self-esteem, health knowledge and health education needs. Study Methods : A self-administrated questionnaire was carried out to randomly selected students in two middle schools in Seoul, Korea. The questionnaire contains items of health behavior on self-esteem, health knowledge and health education needs. Results : The mean score differences of health behavior were not meaningful. Health behavior had significantly positive correlation with self-esteem, health knowledge and health education needs. The multiple regression showed that higher self-esteem, health knowledge and health education needs was associated with higher scores of health behavior. Discussion : Health knowledge has a significant effect on health behavior Therefore, regular health education class must be based on health knowledge and health education needs.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to obtain data that can be utilized in the planning of oral health education, by surveying the correlation between oral health knowledge, attitudes, and behavior among elementary school students. Methods : A questionnaire was administered to 227 students in the 5th and 6th grades in Hongseong-gun. The obtained data were analyzed with the SPSS 14.0 program. Results : Knowledge of oral health was very high. Correct attitudes and positive behavior were indicated. There was a significant difference in oral health behavior according to school year(p<0.05). Positive correlation was significantly observed among oral health knowledge, attitudes, and behavior(p<0.01). Especially, attitudes and behavior were highly correlated(r=0.583). Conclusions : Children's knowledge, attitudes, and behavior toward oral health were mutually influenced. Thus, oral health education should be carried out with the goal of causing changes in the attitudes and behavior of students, as opposed to delivering simple knowledge. Through continuous oral health education, correct oral health knowledge and behavior can be developed. Thus oral health education was expected to promote healthy habit for oral health.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Behavior and Organizational Commitment in Clinical Nurses. Method: Data were collected from 305 nurses who had worked for over 2 years in 1 national university hospital using questionnaire and collected data was analyzed by the SPSS for Windows 12.0 program. Result: 1) The relationship of between Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Behavior and Organizational Commitment showed statistically significant positive correlation(r=.584, p=.000, r=.494, p=.000). 2) Knowledge Sharing appeared into a most important predictor in Innovative Behavior of Nurses, and then was working field, position in order(p=.000). All of these variables explained 39.3% of Innovative Behavior. 3) Knowledge Sharing appeared into a most important predictor in Organizational Commitment of Nurses, and then was duration of working, working field in order(p=.000). All of these variables explained 35.1% of Organizational Commitment. Conclusion: To increase Innovative Behavior and Organizational Commitment of Nurses, we will have to activate Knowledge Sharing.

This study tries to testify that how much knowledge sharing behavior affects organizational effectiveness and is affected by the supervisory trust empirically. The results show that the higher the supervisory trust was the higher the level of knowledge sharing behavior and ultimately, organizational effectiveness is improved. Specially, the supervisory trust affects job-related knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge sharing system behavior. The knowledge sharing culture, however, is no relation with the supervisory trust. Job-related knowledge sharing behavior influenced both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. But knowledge sharing system influenced only job satisfaction and knowledge sharing culture influenced only organization at commitment. The implication from this paper is that knowledge sharing improves the organizational effectiveness and the supervisory trust is important for knowledge sharing in R&D organization.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the general characteristics, oral health knowledge and oral health behavior of elderly people and the relationship of their oral health knowledge to practice of the knowledge in an attempt to provide information on the development of the senior oral health care system. Methods : The subjects in this study were 324 elderly people who used five different social welfare centers in the regions of Sooncheon and Yeosoo. Results : 1. The oral health knowledge of the elderly people investigated was at a low level. Among different sorts of oral health knowledge, they had the best knowledge on the cause of dental caries, and they were most ignorant about the right time for regular dental checkup. 2. Regarding connections between general characteristics and oral health knowledge, the elderly people who never went to a dentist had a better knowledge on oral health, and those who cared about oral health had a better knowledge than the others who didn't. 3. As to practice of oral health knowledge, the best oral health behavior they did was to clean the tongue during toothbrushing, and oral health behavior was not to have an unbalanced diet. The second best one was to be well-nourished, and the third best one was to refrain from drinking, smoking and eating sugar-containing food. The fourth best one was to get a regular dental check-up and teeth cleaned. 4. There was a positive correlation between oral health knowledge and oral health behavior. A better oral health knowledge led to a better oral health behavior. Conclusions : The better oral health knowledge of the elderly people was followed by a better oral health behavior, and the development and implementation of customized oral health education programs geared toward the elderly are urgently required. Oral health professionals should direct their energy into providing sustainable and systematic oral health education, and institutional measures should be taken to make it happen.
In order to solve problems in an uncertain and complicated management environment of the modern world, a creative solution that combines diverse perspectives, knowledge, and effort based on diversity within an organization is required. Smart work environment provides an opportunity to express the potential diversity of an individual, extending the source of ideas to the organization, enhancing communication, and linking and sharing information and knowledge. So, this results in increased creative behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the process of connecting and sharing information and knowledge of organizational members on creative behavior and the effect of smart work environment in the process. The purpose of this study is to identify roles of job autonomy, self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and smart work environment in creative process. For the study, 353 surveys with work use group(156 people) and unused group(197 people). Statistical analysis included validity and reliability analysis, structural model analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy and job autonomy had positive effects on creative behavior and knowledge sharing, and job autonomy had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Knowledge sharing has a positive effect on creative behavior, and mediates the relationship between self-efficacy, job autonomy and creative behavior. Particularly, knowledge sharing has a more positive effect on smart work use group. In case of smart work use group, self-efficacy and job autonomy have a relatively high influence on knowledge sharing rather than direct influence on creative behavior appear. This result implies that the achievements of smart work are revealed in terms of knowledge sharing and creative behavior.
This study was made to provide basic materials required to develop the program for desirable change of eating behavior which might be regarded as the aim of nutrition education. In this study, the relationship between the factors known to be affecting eating behavior like nutrition knowledge and dietary self efficacy was examined with high grade elementary students in Gangwon Province. The results are as follows; First, positive relationship was observed with significant difference(p<0.001) in the relationships between eating behavior and dietary self efficacy(r=0.465), between nutrition knowledge level and eating behavior(r=0.216) and between nutrition knowledge level and dietary self efficacy(r=0.312). Second, the ratio explaining the effect of dietary self efficacy and nutrition knowledge on eating behavior was 22.3%, and it affected in the order of significance level such that dietary self efficacy(p<0.001) and nutrition knowledge level(p<0.05). Third, the level of desirable eating behavior was consistent with the level of nutrition knowledge. And the scores of nutrition knowledge were $28.97{\pm}4.66$ for 'poor' group, $30.01{\pm}3.85$ for 'normal' group, $31.13{\pm}3.94$ for 'good' group and $31.75{\pm}4.10$ for 'excellent' group. When the scores of eating behavior was considered in accordance with the level of nutrition knowledge, there was difference between the groups with poor and normal scores and the groups with good and excellent scores(p<0.001), however, there was no difference between poor and normal group, and between good and excellent group. Fourth, it was found that dietary self efficacy affected the eating behavior level by level. The eating behavior score was $23.82{\pm}5.25$ for the poor dietary self efficacy group, $26.88{\pm}4.00$ for the normal group, $30.27{\pm}3.66$ for the good group and $32.81{\pm}3.79$ for the excellent group. It showed that as the degree of dietary self efficacy increased the degree of eating behavior increased in all four groups (p<0.001).
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors which effect to female college student' reproductive health promoting behavior in female college students. Methods: The design of this study was correlational study and subjects were 127 female college students from two colleges in B metropolitan city. The data collection was carried out from June 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016. Data were collected using questionaires of characteristics of the subjects, sexual knowledge, sexual behavior, and self-efficacy(KGSE). Results: The subjects' reproductive health promoting behavior differed according to the grade, major, smoking, and experience of weight loss of more than 10 kg within the last 3 months. The subjects' reproductive health promoting behavior had positive correlations with sexual knowledge (r=.39, p<.001) and self-efficacy (r=.34, p<.001), and negative correlation with sexual behavior (r=-.23, p=.011). Sexual knowledge and sexual behavior were influencing factors on reproductive health promoting behavior accounting for 23.0%. Conclusion: This study showed that sexual knowledge and sexual behavior were factors affecting female college students' reproductive health promoting behavior and the most influential factor was sexual knowledge.
