배뇨곤란 대상자 사례기반 교육이 간호 대학생의 단순도뇨 지식, 단순도뇨 자신감 및 단순도뇨 술기능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Scenario-Based Education for Patients with Difficulty Urination on Nelaton Knowledge, Nelaton Confidence and Nelaton Catheterization Skill Ability of Nursing College Students)

  • 본 연구는 배뇨곤란 환자 사례기반 교육이 간호 대학생의 단순도뇨 지식, 단순도뇨 자신감 및 단순도뇨 술기능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구의 자료는 2019년 5월에서 6월까지 수집하였으며 J시내에 위치한 간호대학생 3학년을 대상으로 수행되었다. 간호 대학생 75명을 실험군 37명과 대조군 38명으로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 ��2-test, independent t-test와 paired-test를 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 단순도뇨 자신감(t=4.60, p<.001)과 단순도뇨 술기능력(t=3.46, p=.001)에서 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 사례기반 교육이 간호대학생의 단순도뇨 지식에서는 유의하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 배뇨곤란 사례기반 교육은 단순도뇨 자신감, 단순도뇨 술기능력 향상에 효과적인 교육 중재로 사용될 수 있을 것이지만 단순도뇨 지식에서는 추가적인 연구를 통하여 교육의 효과에 대한 검증이 필요할 것이다.

NCS 기반 직업능력개발훈련 기관인증평가를 위한 평가자의 역할과 역량 분석 (Analysis of Evaluator's Role and Capability for Institution Accreditation Evaluation of NCS-based Vocational Competency Development Training)

  • NCS의 성공은 직업능력개발훈련 기관인증평가자의 역할과 역량에 달려 있다. 이 연구는 NCS기반 직업능력개발훈련 기관인증을 위한 평가자의 역할과 역량을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 델파이 기법을 적용하여 평가자의 구체적 역할을 다각적으로 탐색하고, 필요한 지식과 기술, 태도 그리고 특성을 도출하여 그 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육훈련 전문가와 심사평가 전문가를 패널로 선정하여 3차에 걸친 델파이 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 평가자의 역할은 총 8개로 운영자, 조정 중재자, 협력자, 분석가, 검증가, 기관평가자, 기관컨설턴트, 학습자로 분류되었고, 각 역할에 따른 역량은 총 25개로 도출되었다. 지식 영역은 HRD 지식, NCS 지식, 직업능력개발훈련 지식, 훈련기관인증평가 지식의 총 4개의 역량이 포함되었다. 기술 영역은 갈등관리 능력, 대인관계 능력, 문서작성 능력, 문제해결 능력, 분석 능력, 사전준비 능력, 시간관리 능력, 의사결정 능력, 정보이해 활용 능력, 종합적사고 능력, 직업훈련기관에 대한 이해 능력, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 피드백 능력, 핵심파악 능력의 총 14개의 역량으로 구성되었다. 태도영역은 객관성 및 공정성, 서비스 마인드, 소명의식, 윤리의식, 자기개발, 책임감, 팀워크의 총 7개로 정리됐다. 이 연구의 결과로 도출된 역할과 역량은 평가자가 일정한 요건을 갖추어 공정하고 체계적으로 인증평가할 수 있도록 평가자 대상 교육프로그램을 설계하고 운영하는 데 유용할 것이다. 특히, 평가자의 경험과 역할에 따라 기초교육 및 향상 교육을 실시할 수 있도록 역량별 교육 프로그램을 모듈별로 설계하고, 지속적으로 평가자의 품질을 관리하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

공학설계능력의 평가 요소 구명 (Investigation of the Components for Assessing the Ability of Engineering Design)

일부 보건계열 대학생들의 심폐소생술 교육 전·후 비교 및 교육 후 수행능력에 미치는 영향 (A Change of the ability of CPR After educations for Some Health College Students and the factors Effects CPR Performance)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to make comparison before and after CPR training for health college students (departments of visual optics, occupational therapy, and health welfare administration). The questionnaire consisted of self-efficacy, knowledge, and attitudes toward CPR affect performance ability. Through this study, the researchers tried to provide basic data in developing of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training programs and training methods for health college students. Methods : This study was applied to 83 health college students (departments of visual optics, occupational therapy, and health welfare administration) in G Province. Data were collected from September 22 to October 9, 2008. Analysis was performed by using SPSS WIN 12.0 Version program. Frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients were used. Statistical significance was based on p < .05. Results : 1. There was an increase with(${\rightarrow}$ in) 1.69 point before education and 3.01 after education of artificial ventilation(p < .001). There was an increase in 1.46 point before education and 3.24 after education of airway(p < .001). There was an increase in 1.54 point before education and 2.84 after education of chest compression location(p < .001). There was an increase in 1.97 point before education and 3.13 after education of chest compression(p < .001). 2. The difference between self-efficacy, knowledge, and attitude before and after CPR education, the self-efficacy increased from 2.08 point before education(p < .001 to 3.18 point after education. Knowledge increased from 2.09 point before education(p < .001) to 3.28 point after education. Attitude increased from 1.75 point before education(p < .001 to 3.05 point after education. 3. The correlation between self-efficacy, knowledge, and attitude toward CPR), was not changed before education. After education, knowledge showed quantitative correlation(r = .219, p < .05) with attitude. 4. In regression analysis with the aim of examining influence of self-efficacy, knowledge, and attitude upon performance ability, the effect wasn't given to performance ability before education. After education, the self-efficacy was indicated to have significant effect on performance ability(p < .05).

전문가 인식 조사에 의한 공학 설계 능력의 정의 및 하위 영역과 요소 도출 (Abstraction of the Definition of Engineering Design Ability and its Subdivision and Element by the Survey of Experts' Recognition)

  • The purpose of this research is to consider theoretical points of view on a preceding research related to an engineering design and abstract the definition of engineering design ability, its subdivision and element on the basis of experts' recognition. To achieve this goal, various literature researches were carried out by examining domestic and foreign articles in journals, lots of dissertations, and books related to engineering design through theoretical consideration. And to secure the validity on the definition of engineering design ability, its subdivision and element through the theoretical study, a feasibility evaluation method by the experts was applied. And the feasibility evaluation of the experts was conducted through 2 stages. The major conclusions of this study are as follows. Firstly, based on the experts' recognition on the definition of engineering design ability, its subdivision and element, which were revised through the 1st feasibility evaluation and then utilized in the 2st one, the validity was confirmed, and the subdivisions of the engineering design ability were divided into 5 and the elements of the subdivision ability were 33. Secondly, the engineering design ability was defined as "the one to design a realizable product with consumers' demand fully satisfying, based on a knowledge application ability, thinking ability, communication ability, problem-solving ability, and teamwork ability to solve engineering problems." Thirdly, the subdivisions of the engineering design ability were divided as a knowledge application ability, thinking ability, communication ability, problem-solving ability, and teamwork ability.

한글 자음과 모음에 대한 유아의 지식이 단어 읽기에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Alphabet Knowledge on Korean Kindergarteners' Reading of Hangul Words)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship of kindergarteners' alphabet knowledge to their ability to read words, in connection with the features of the Korean alphabet 'Hangul'. A total of 289 children aged four to six from three kindergartens in Busan participated in the study. The main results are as follows. To begin with, the participants showed continuous development in the knowledge of consonant names, vowel sounds, the vowel stroke-adding principle, and the alphabet composition principle. Meanwhile, discontinuous development was found in the knowledge of consonant sounds and the consonant stroke-adding principle, which indicated that kindergartners could show differential speed in various sub-skills of literacy development. The kindergartners' naming of consonants developed before their recall of consonant sounds, and the knowledge of consonant sounds had an effect on the knowledge of vowel sounds. Children had difficulty in treating more complicated letters of the alphabet stroke-adding principle test, and eve syllables of the alphabet composition principle test. Most importantly, the children's alphabet knowledge was strongly related to their ability to read words written in Hangul, as kindergarteners with a greater knowledge of alphabet names, sounds, and principles were shown to read words better.

자연과 수업에서 협동학습이 과학지식, 탐구능력 및 태도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Cooperative Learning on Scientific Knowledge, Inquiry Ability and Science Related Attitudes of Primary School Students)

  • The study aimed to examine the effects of cooperative learning in science teaching on scientific knowledge, inquiry ability, and science - related attitudes. This study has carried out LT strategy. The cooperative learning was applied to the experimental group for 8 weeks with worksheets developed for this study, The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS. The results are as follows: Students of cooperative learning made significant progress in scientific knowledge(p<.05), inquiry ability(p<.01), and science - related attitudes(p<.05). The students in the cooperative classes have shown that the cooperative learning was good for causing interest. inducing active participation, and helping students' learning. and students showed strong wish for the continuous cooperative loaming.

치과종사자들의 노인에 대한 지식과 태도 연구 - 대전·충남지역을 중심으로 - (A study on knowledge and attitude toward the elderly in dental personnels - in Daejeon & Chungnam area -)

  • This study was surveyed the knowledge and attitude toward the elderly in dental personnels, who play an important role in oral health of the elderly in the aging society, In order to arrange the basic data that is conducive to development in the mouth care of the elderly, the research was conducted from January 7 to February 14, 2008, targeting 270 dental personnels in Daejeon & Chungnam area, who are in charge of oral duties in the current clinic. As a result of analyzing so that questionnaire can be prepared with the self-administered questionnaire, the following results were obtained 1. The knowledge level on the elderly in dental hygienist was 13.47 marks out of 25-mark perfection. There was no difference in knowledge depending on job category and volunteer-work activity experience, And, there was no difference even depending on physical & physiological sphere, psychological sphere, and family & social sphere. 2. The attitude level toward the elderly in dental hygienist was 91.63 marks out of 150-mark perfection. Dental hygienist showed positive attitude in personality characteristic, emotional characteristic, and self-management ability by sphere, and showed statistically significant difference (p=0.011). 3. In case of having volunteer-work activity experience, the attitude level toward the elderly was 92.57 marks out of 150-mark perfection, A case of having volunteer-work activity experience showed positive tendency in emotional characteristic, self-management ability, and judgement-ability characteristic by sphere, And, the attitude toward family relation was indicated to be negative tendency, thus there was statistical significance(p=0.022). 4. As for the correlation between knowledge and attitude toward the elderly, dental hygienist was indicated to have high interest in the volunteer-work experience, the elderly education experience, and the elderly problem(r=0. 444). The knowledge and attitude toward the elderly had slightly positive correlation(r=0.155). Dental hygienists are being required gradually as the primary staff for the elderly people's dental care in the aging society. A continuous education is needed so that dental hygienists can have positive sight in understanding, knowledge, and attitude. And, the development in a mouth care program for the elderly in line with it is considered to be necessary.

만성질환 교육이 고혈압, 당뇨병 환자의 지식수준에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Chronic Disease Education for Hypertension, Diabetes Patients's Knowledge)

  • Objectives: This study is based on Public Care Service for Chronic Diseases in Incheon Metropolitan City featuring Health-Point Service. It is objective to evaluate whether the service could improve self-management ability of hypertension and diabetes patients. Methods: The knowledge about diabetes and hypertension, which can be improved by educational intervention, is considered as one of the most important factor for self-management ability. While the education service have been conducted, 194 patients who have been diagnosed as hypertension and diabetes within 3 months were included. They completed questionnaires two times within 4 months period, which give information about the knowledge, service registration and education experiences. For further inspection, 396 patients who had been diagnosed formerly were studied by cross-sectional analysis. Results: Regardless of service registration or educational intervention, there wasn't statistically meaningful difference between the initial and the follow-up assessments on the knowledge. However, when investigating formerly diagnosed patients, educated patients had better knowledge on hypertension compared with non-educated patients and registered patients, educated patients had the better knowledge on diabetes compared with non-registered patients, non-educated patients. Additionally, analyzing each questions, educated patients got higher grades in questions about definition of hypertension, diabetes managements which they can practice in daily lives. Conclusions: It is probable that long-term service registration and education experiences could improve the knowledge and self-management ability.

학령 전 아동 어머니의 가정 발열관리 지식과 수행 (Knowledge and Practice of Fever Management by Mothers of Preschool Children at Home)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the level and correlation of knowledge and practice of fever management at home and provide data for the development of an intervention program to improve the fever management ability of mothers of preschool age children. Methods: Participants were 112 mothers with children between 1 and 6 years of age and attending one of three daycare centers located in J city. The participants had a history of using medication and tepid massage. Data were collected during April, 2016. Results: The mean scores were 27.55 (correct answer rate 70.64%) of 39 for knowledge, and 75.93 of 92 for fever management practice. There were significant differences in scores for knowledge according to the number of children and number of visits to doctors for treatment of a fever. There were no differences in scores for practice. There was a positive correlation between knowledge and practice. Conclusion: Results indicate that mothers' knowledge and practice of childhood fever management were insufficient to provide accurate management of childhood fevers. Therefore, to improve the mothers' ability to provide appropriate fever management, educational strategies that focus on increasing knowledge need to be developed.
