Objectives: This study investigated the effect of mentoring function on job motivation and nursing performance through self-efficacy and outcome expectation. Methods: It was conducted with 226 nurses working in the 5 hospitals of B and G cities. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Windows 18.0 and AMOS 16.0. Results: Mentoring was found to have a direct effect on outcome expectation (${\beta}=0.314$, p < 0.001), and outcome expectation had a direct effect on job motivation (${\beta}=-0.333$, p < 0.001) and nursing performance (${\beta}=0.341$, p < 0.001). Job motivation was found to affect nursing performance (${\beta}=0.268$, p < 0.001). Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that mentoring function plays an important role in improving nursing performance, so it is necessary to develop and apply a mentoring program for nurses.

이 연구는 치과위생사의 직무스트레스와 상지의 근골격계 기능 장애의 관련성을 알아보고자 수행하였다. 연구 대상자는 부산·경남 지역의 병원급 이상, 치과의원에 근무하는 치과위생사를 220명을 편의 표집하여 설문지를 배포한 후 최종 수거된 200부에서 응답이 부실한 2부를 제외하고 최종적으로 198명의 자료를 분석하였다. 설문문항으로는 일반적 특성, 직무스트레스, 작업관련 상지 근골격계 통증, 동작수행능력에 따른 기능평가 문항으로 구성하였다. 치과위생사의 대한 상지근골격계질환 통증은 목 39.4%, 어깨 54.6%, 팔/팔꿈치 14.7%, 손/손목/손가락 50.0% 였다. 그리고, 상지의 기능 장애는 치과위생사에서 호발하는 건강관련 문제로 불편한 작업자세와 상지 부위별 근골격계 통증을 보정하더라도 직무스트레스와 유의한 관련이 있었다. 즉, 팔꿈치를 굽혔다 펴는 반복 작업, 팔꿈치 부위에 통증이 있는 경우외에도 직무스트레스 역시 상지의 기능 장애와 관련이 있었다. 치과위생사의 직무스트레스는 이들의 상지 기능 장애로 이어져 결과적으로 의료서비스의 저하로 이어지므로, 장단기 계획하에 근무환경개선 등을 통하여 직무 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다.

Purpose: This study was done to examine the correlations between personality type and job satisfaction of nurses. Methods: Subjects included three hundred twelve nurses ages from 21 to 55. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) was administered to determine the personality types of the nurses(n=312). A job satisfaction survey including a demographic and career questionnaire was also used. Data were analyzed using ANOVA. Results: The mean score fur job satisfaction was 113.68 out of 205. The result showed that there was no statistically significant correlation between job satisfaction and information gathering functions, S: Sensing, N: Intuition (t=.667, p=.499), T; Thinking, F; Feeling (t=.822, p=.412). The results, however, indicated that style for gaining energy(I: Introversion, E: Extroversion)(t=2.008, p=.046) and life dealing style(J : Judgement, P : Perception)(t=2.290, p=.023) were significantly correlated with job satisfaction. The extrovert focuses on the outside and get energy through interacting with people and doing things. Judgement type is described as organized, decisive, and orderly. Conclusion: Nurses in the extrovert and judgement types were more satisfied with their Jobs than those in the introvert and perceptive type. Other results support that educational level, marital status, job characteristics, clinical experiences, motivation for nursing, and night duty were correlated with job satisfaction.

The importance of uniform is getting increased in the present society because it is one of symbols which represent a company and give customers the image of it. Uniform shows the kind of companies, one's position, and sometimes the actual job which one does. And workers who put on the same kind of uniform feel companionship among them, the security of their position and responsibility for their job, all of which elevate the efficiency of their job and the company. To enhance the functions of uniforms such as representativeness, esthetics, convenience and economization, the followings were studied. 1) Through survey on the present condition of seven different types of company uniforms, we analyzed preference of workers, staffs and consumers and did the factor analysis of uniform constitution. 2) It presented the relative importance among the uniform constitution. 3) The reflective condition of the uniform constitution was estimated. 4) It investigated the working condition and working movement.

A communication network protocol among programable devices built-i manufacturing field, MAP (Manufacturing Automation Protocol), has to provide the job transfer service carrying out a lot of jobs distributively, and the MMS( manufacturing message specification) defines the above application layer protocol. In this paper user software required in job transfer was implemented. So as to provide each service with compatibility and extension, each module was designed according to the functions. A method is selected in double-assigning their domain and program applicable even in complex process, which loads and proceeds several programs sequentially. In order to confirm the logical validity of the designed protocol, local applying test is accomplished for the application layer of response station. Modelling the job flow process, each serice module is verified with the I/O primitives.

The purpose of this study was to measure the body cathexis and clothing satisfaction sccording to the level of age, job, and total monthly income and to investigate the relationship between body cathexis and clothing satisfaction of married women. 43 items of body parts and body functions were selected to measure body cathexis from Secord and jourard body Cathexis scale. A nd 56 items of Mclean's Clothing Satisfac tion scale were used for clothing satisfaction. The questionnaires were administered to 384 mothers in Jeonbug province. 3-way ANOVA and Newman-Keuls test were used for group difference. Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, Partial Correlation Coefficients, Standard Deviation, and Mean were calculated. RESULTS : 1. Body cathexis of married women showed asignificant difference according to age. 2. Clothing satisfaction of married women showed a significant difference to the interaction of age, job, and total monthly income. The elder and higher income group without job had the highest clothing satisfaction scores than any other group. 3. Positive correlations were found among body cathexis, clothing satisfaction, and 6 subscales of clothing satisfaction.

정보기술 및 사회문화적 환경 등의 급속한 발전과 변화로 인하여 최근 공공도서관은 전통적인 기능과 역할에 대한 다양한 변화를 요구받고 있다. 따라서 이러한 공공도서관 주변 환경의 변화 요인과 그에 따른 직무 변화 요인 등을 정확히 파악하여 시대적 변화에 능동적으로 대응하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 현재의 공공도서관 주변 환경 및 직무 내용의 변화 상황을 진단하고 핵심 변화 내용과 원인 등을 파악하여 대응하기 위한 기본 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 1) 공공도서관 주변 환경 및 직무 요인 관련 문헌 및 선행연구를 조사하였으며, 2) 공공도서관 관련 주요 기준 및 표준과 법령, 제도, 정책 등에 나타난 직무 현황 및 변화 사례를 검토하였다. 3) 최종적으로 공공도서관 주변 환경 요인 및 직무 변화 요인을 추출하였고, 델파이 조사를 통해 그 타당성 등을 검증하였다.

사회진출을 앞두고 고등교육을 받는 대학생 단계에서 가장 요구되는 생애역량은 직업역량 이다. 21세기 지식기반사회의 직업 현장에서는 다양한 능력을 보유한 인재가 요구된다. 이제는 직업역량이 높은 인재를 양성하는 것이 대학 기능 중의 하나로 간주되므로 대학교육을 통해 직업역량을 높이는 방안이 연구되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 직업역량을 강화시키는 것을 목적으로 하는 융복합형 교육시스템을 제안한다. 이 교육시스템은 융복합 전공교육, 교육과정의 융합, 교육공간의 융합, 교육방식의 융합, 교육기간의 융합을 포함하고 있다. 이런 융복합 교육시스템을 통해 인지적 역량, 비인지적 역량, 글로벌 역량을 포함한 다양한 직업역량을 강화시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

We consider a time-cost tradeoff problem with multiple milestones under a chain precedence graph. In the problem, some penalty occurs unless a milestone is completed before its appointed date. This can be avoided through compressing the processing time of the jobs with additional costs. We describe the compression cost as the convex or the concave function. The objective is to minimize the sum of the total penalty cost and the total compression cost. It has been known that the problems with the concave and the convex cost functions for the compression are NP-hard and polynomially solvable, respectively. Thus, we consider the special cases such that the cost functions or maximal compression amounts of each job are identical. When the cost functions are convex, we show that the problem with the identical costs functions can be solved in strongly polynomial time. When the cost functions are concave, we show that the problem remains NP-hard even if the cost functions are identical, and develop the strongly polynomial approach for the case with the identical maximal compression amounts.

최근 웹에 접근할 수 있는 다양한 기기들의 출현은 웹 개발 분야에 많은 기술적 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 아직도 일부 웹 사이트들은 여전히 PC 중심으로 운영되고 있고, 특히 직업훈련관리 시스템은 폐쇄적이고 지원 부족으로 PC만을 타깃으로 한 사용자 웹 인터페이스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 직업훈련관리 시스템을 대상으로 다양한 디바이스에서 적용할 수 있는 기술과 메뉴구성으로 훈련생들이 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 적용 기술을 제시하고, 구현된 시스템을 실제 현장에서 적용하여 효율성을 검증하였다.
