The purpose of this study was to determine the associations among emotional burnout, resilience, job embeddedness, and organizational commitment, provide basic data for an effective dental care delivery system and manpower management, and promote organizational commitment in clinical dental hygienists. For data collection, convenience sampling was performed among dental hygienists working in Daejeon and Chungcheong and Jeolla Provinces from November 11 to December 30, 2019, and a self-administered questionnaire was used. Organizational commitment was positively correlated with resilience and job embeddedness and was negatively correlated with emotional burnout; emotional burnout was negatively correlated with resilience and job embeddedness; and resilience was positively correlated with job embeddedness. The factor most significantly affecting organizational commitment was emotional burnout, followed by resilience and job embeddedness. It is therefore necessary to give another consideration to a customized intervention strategy, which involves emotional burnout, resilience, and job embeddedness, in exploring a program that helps clinical dental hygienists maintain and manage organizational commitment efficiently.
This study seeks to identify effects derived from emotional labor in the distribution industry, and draw ways to systematically manage the employees by exploring effects of the emotion work on performance. For the purpose, literature reviews and empirical experiments were conducted to find out effects of emotional labor and false face acting on emotion work and organizational performance and effects of social support and job autonomy on the relationship between emotion work and organizational performance. To verify the hypothesis, we conducted a hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation model analysis using SPSS 20 and AMOS19. The result of the verification in this study is as follows: First, effects of emotional labor on burnout was found to be statistically significant, second, as for the path-coefficient for "emotional labor ${\rightarrow}$ emotion work" and "emotional labor ${\rightarrow}$ job satisfaction" was not statistically significant, while the path-coefficient for "emotional labor ${\rightarrow}$ service level" was found to be statistically significant. Third, effects of emotion work on job satisfaction was found statistically significant, fourth, emotion work on the service level was found statistically significant, fifth, effects of false face acting on emotion work was found statistically significant, sixth, effects of false face acting on burnout was statistically significant, seventh, moderating were found statistically significant and lastly, moderating effects of the relationship between emotion work from job autonomy and organization performance was not verified in job satisfaction, while emotion work, job autonomy, and interaction variable in service level were statistically significant.
The importance of the child-care teacher's job has recently been greatly emphasized due to changes in the transitional social environment, but the performance conditions are poor, requiring management of various job factors. For the purpose of providing information for practical application and institutional support related to child-care teachers, this study selected Flourish, Care that Respects the Rights of Child, and Job Crafting to verify the functional impact relationship and effectiveness. Since there are no domestic studies on child-care teachers using these variables, hierarchical regression analysis was performed on 223 child-care teachers to obtain initial information. As a result of the analysis, only the average difference between groups was found in terms of Flourish according to age and Negative Job Demand Reduction according to working hours. And it was found that the Enhancement of Social Job Resources had a moderating effect. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a new job management strategy based on the information provided by this study and to develop a highly effective reinforcement program for each factor.
The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the mediating effect of job stress and Job engagement in job satisfaction between WFC(Work-Family Conflict) and quality of LMX(eader-member exchange) relationship of married female workers based on JD-R(Job Demands-Resources) model. A total of 945 people were targeted using the 7th panel data from the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and a structural equation model was used to verify the causal relationship and mediating effect of each variable using spss 23.0 and AMOS 21.0. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that WFC did not directly affect job satisfaction, and it was found that job satisfaction was negatively affected through job stress related to WFC. It was found that the quality of the LMX relationship had a positive effect on job satisfaction and reduced job stress, thus positively affecting job satisfaction. Job engagement was found to mediate the relationship between LMX and job satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that the search for multidimensional psychological and contextual factors that lead to job performance and job demands of married female workers are conducted.
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of compensation on job satisfaction. The study is designed to determine whether perceived internal equity acts as a mediation role in affecting the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction. This study also aims to explore the role of supervisor support in affecting employees' perception of equity toward the compensation. A total of 157 samples was obtained for the data analysis as a quantitative approach. The results of the data analyses revealed that both extrinsic and intrinsic rewards are positively correlated with job satisfaction. The results also showed that perceived internal equity acts as a mediating role in predicting variables of compensation and job satisfaction. The supervisor support does not moderate the relationship between compensation and perceived internal equity. It is suggested that management's efforts must be made in compensation management in order to increase employees' job satisfaction and to improve employees' perception of equity.
This study was conducted in order to acquire useful information regarding the resilience of childcare educators amidst an emergency pandemic to adjust their job stress, job burnout, and turnover intention. A questionnaire was conducted for analysis from August 19th to the 30th in 2020 and 201 responses ended up being used for analysis. The analysis results revealed that job stress, job burnout, and turnover intention of childcare educators were low while resilience was high and it was acknowledged that all of them mostly differed according to the types of personal traits. Although the job stress of childcare educators had a positive (+) influence on job burnout at a statistically significant level, it turns out that job stress does not have an influential relationship with turnover intention. Furthermore, the emotion regulation ability, impulse control, and active conductivity among resilience displayed a moderating effect in the relationship between job stress and job burnout. Amidst an emergency pandemic known as the COVID-19 virus, it has been confirmed that job stress and turnover intention of childcare educators deteriorated, and the prominent reason for this was identified as the difficulty in carrying out smooth job performances. Accordingly, measures to strengthen resilience such as countermeasures against quarantine-based job stress and turnover intent, daily management over job burnout and resilience, as well as counseling or programs based on self-focused attention have been suggested.

The purpose of this study was to examine job stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention of the nurses who work at the comprehensive nursing service units in two academic medical institutions that provide healthcare service at the tertiary care level in Korea. A descriptive study was conducted with the nurses by using self-reported questionnaires. We used descriptive statistics to summarize the data and Mann-Whitney U test for group comparison. The mean scores of job stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention were $89.17{\pm}12.56$, $107.25{\pm}6.85$, $37.19{\pm}4.86$, respectively. Nurses with religion showed more job stress than those without. Nurses with their age below 30 years old had significantly less job satisfaction than those older than 30 years old. Monthly income was significantly associated with turnover intention in our data. The top three sub-category of the job stress were conflict with physicians, patients and their caregivers, and conflicts with others; and those of the job satisfaction were pay and promotion and task requirement. Job stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention were significantly correlated. In order to reduce turnover intention of nursing professionals in the comprehensive nursing service, job stress related to issues on relationships with patients, their family, health care providers need to be taken into consideration. Policy and administrative support are needed to improve their work environment.

This phenomenological study aims at exploring the role of family in promoting, maintaining, and developing job activities of women with acquired physical disabilities. As a result of in-depth interviews with 8 women with physical disabilities, 6 theme clusters and 14 sub-themes have appeared. Participants have vividly revealed their experiences with regard to the various support and help of their family. They were provided physical, emotional and financial supports which helped at great extent to overcome the anger and loss resulted from the acquired disabilities. Although most of the participants have experienced failure in job finding several times, they have at last succeeded in it by the consistent help of their family. In particular, the support and help given from the family were substantial and specific which promoted maintaining and developing their career. Therefore the participants could obtain more confidence in themselves and this made the participants to speak for themselves. Although the family roles for the job finding and maintaining of the participants are played in various ways which is positive, effective and specific, there remains some significant problems and limitations. Participants expressed their uncomfortableness in opening their most in-depth thinking and emotions to their family. They have also experienced a great deal of difficulties in maintaining job because of the housework load and child bearing work which is mainly regarded by the family members as the woman's(participant's)duties. In addition to this, sexual needs and sexual identity of the participants are neither recognized nor dealt with seriously in family, The participants also mentioned about the inequal relationships and their self-consciousness among family member as well as the lack of career guidance role of the family. Based on these research findings, we have made a number of suggestions to promote the positive roles and overcome the limited roles of the family.
