The purpose of this study is to develop and operate a curriculum which is able to connect a vocational high school to a general high school. That curriculum makes it possible to meet the necessity of accepting the learning rights for the students of a small scale school located in a rural community. And also, it is able to broaden the implementation of the elective-centered curriculum in the $7^{th}$ curriculum. So, We developed a connected curriculum model which fulfills to the utmost the requirement of a few students who want to go to a collage after finishing vocational high school and who want to get a job after finishing general high school in a electing their subjects and then operated it with student's moving to the connected schools on a Saturday. In this study, we got the results as follows: First, we prepared the curriculum environments which can accept the learning-demands of students in a small scale school located in a rural community. To do so, we publicized the curriculum of a vocational high school connected to that of a general high school, made questions, and organized the committee of students, parents and teachers and so on. Second, we organized and implemented the connected curriculum so that a small number of students could learn the subjects they demands. So, a small number of the vocational high school students could have learned the 'Math I' and 'English Conversation' which were not allowed in their school. And also, a small number of the general high school students who hope to have an occupation after graduation could have learned 'Web Design' subject. Third, we examined the problems and presented the solving methods according to organizing and implementing the connected curriculum. So we could have served as an aid on building up the foundation of the generation of the elective-centered curriculum.
In recent years, vocational training has shifted away from lectures and practice-oriented methods in light of rising demand for project-based classes in which trainees can produce results while simultaneously receiving feedbacks from field experts from the industry. Therefore, this study aims to suggest a salient role of the project-based classes of enterprise-customized training programs, which private vocational training institutions regard as vital, by identifying demands from trainees or the actual beneficiaries of these programs. To this end, a written survey of the trainees' perception of the enterprise-customized training programs was conducted along with a qualitative analysis of open-ended questions. Specifically, we analyzed the overall satisfaction level of these classes, their contribution to employment, degree of meeting the expectations, and areas for improvements to ultimately derive significant implications.

This study was conducted to identify the Convergence influence of job satisfaction of care service providers on their psycho-social well-being status. A study subjects were 308 care service providers employed in local self-support centers for Social Service in Gwangju, Jeonam Jeonbuk province, from whom data was collected using self-administrated structured questionnaire after regular holiday education. In consequence hierarchical multiple regression analysis, research findings; adjusting general and occupational characteristics, the higher they perceived sub-dimensions of job satisfaction such as relationship with job demands(${\beta}=0.393$, p=.063), clients(${\beta}=0.669$, p=.000), relationship with peers and supervisors(${\beta}=0.229$, p=.068) the better their psychosocial well-being status was. And psychosocial well-being status of those who held certificate of care provider(${\beta}=4.815$, p=.003), helpers for neonate and mother(${\beta}=4.348$, p=.011) were higher than that of those who did not, which reflexed difference in their clients. As a results, promote mental health of care providers, it would be necessary to provide them training programs for facilitating human relationships with clients, peers and supervisors.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate Korean workers' work ability and to identify its contributing factors. Background: In order for Korea to overcome the phenomena of becoming an aged society, older adults must participate in the workforce to balance out the population; workers' work ability must also be maintained. In addition, influential factors in employees' capabilities and degrees of importance thereof should be identified in advance to maintain work ability. Method: The Work Ability Index (WAI) questionnaire was completed by 5,708 Korean workers. Survey questionnaire consisted items of current work ability, physical and mental demands of the job, numbers of diseases, work impairment due to diseases, sick leaves, work ability in 2 years and mental resources. Results: Results indicated that work ability and length of service increased with age. It was also found that employees in administrative positions had greater work ability than site workers, workers directly managed by a supervisor had greater work ability than workers in cooperative firms, and workers who performed intellectual tasks had greater work ability than workers who performed physical labor. Job stress was additionally observed to contribute towards overall work ability. And musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) were found to negatively affect work ability. Conclusion: The strongest determining factors in the work ability of Korean workers were stress level and mental state. Therefore, when the WAI is used to assess Korean workers, the weighting of WAI items pertaining to physical and mental abilities should be adjusted accordingly to account for these factors. Application: The result is expected to suggest that workers maintain work ability in an aged society.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to grasp the actual condition of private security industry and to examine problems. The final goal is to find the way to improve the professionalism of workers in private security industry. First. Now we must make up for the subject for examination actually and be in a triangular position and complement a professional materials for teaching. At the same time it must strengthen the education using advanced instruments seek to Total Security System. Moreover it is demanded 'institutional supplement of security guard instructors' which means job training for security guard instructor Second. On the job training which can deal with a state of emergency through 'security guard training' with a theory and an actual training must be strengthen. Also, most security guards have low understandings and interests because their ages are from 50's to 60's. Accordingly proper education must be offered to security guard. Third. Certification system of the private security guards are needed to fix the problems on an indiscreet issue and an abuse of license through deliberation on the security license. Fourth. Universities must find a new market to minimize the squandering of human resources because of oversupply and reduce the personnel. Also with enhancing the employment rate through specialized education, universities must offer an education which keeps pace with the times for not an entrance strategy but a long-term development. Effort for education of specialist will produce an improvement in business quality and improved services produce a customer satisfaction. A customer satisfaction will produce a fame of a successful company and positive images in market area. Finally the private industry will be developed by productivity improvement.
Today's customer service providers, who have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction, are experiencing severe stress and job burnout due to various causes. Unlike general companies, the corporation has a relatively high level of dissatisfaction with customer service since there is a large conflict between the provision of kindness and the reasonable handling of civil complaints according to laws and regulations. In order to analyze the environment of the NPS' customer service providers, 5.583 branch employees working at the National Pension Service and 407 call center employees were surveyed online using the questionnaire function of the Enterprise resource planning system. The contents of the survey consisted of a survey on customer-facing employees, the level of awareness of customer-facing workers protection measures, and opinions on improvement and supplementation related to customer-facing workers protection measures. As a result of the survey, 72.8% of the total respondents experienced grievance complaints, and the proportion of call center employees was even higher at 89.0%. In addition, both the branch and the call center had the largest share of complaints about obstruction of business, unreasonable demands, abusive language, and verbal abuse. More than 40% of call center employees in their 20s and 30s experienced the highest frequency of complaints 13 or more times a year. The most difficult thing in the process of responding to complaints was that both branch offices and call centers had insufficient psychological recovery time, lack of space, and lack of help from colleagues and superiors. Based on the survey analysis, it is suggested to establish a countermeasure through case analysis rather than the right to suspend work for civil complaints that cannot be handled, such as customized manuals and action strategies for the age group with high grievance complaints.

Online data can be explored for topics browsed by an unspecified population to detect professional information demands more quickly. The purpose of this study was to collect and analyze online questionnaires in order to find information required by dental hygienists. We analyzed the frequency of posting words after isolating nouns from questions of the Korean Dental Hygienists Association homepage's Q & A section, the Naver Knowledge-iN service, and a dental hygienists' online meeting site in Naver. We found that queries of the Korean Dental Hygienists Association's homepage were concentrated on education renewal and license notification. The queries about dental hygienists in the Naver Knowledge-iN service used words related to job or career choice, and the queries of the dental hygienist-affiliated site had many words related to dental practice, dental work, and turnover. This study showed that the information needs of unspecified dental hygienists varied depending on the online environment such as homepage, blog, and information service.

Background: As social distancing persists and interest in work-life balance grows, more companies are adopting flexible work policies. While there have been studies on sleep disorders associated with different types of work, such as shift work, research exploring the relationship between flexible work schedules and sleep disorders is still limited, particularly among Korean workers. Methods: We performed a secondary analysis of the 6th Korean Working Conditions Survey, focusing on 31,243 paid workers out of a total of 50,538 participants. We defined flexible workers as those who set their own working hours. Sleep disorders were divided into three categories: 'difficulty falling asleep,' 'frequent waking during sleep,' and 'waking up feeling exhausted and fatigued.' Using scores derived from three specific symptoms, the Minimal Insomnia Symptoms Scale (MISS) was calculated to assess the prevalence of insomnia. We used chi-square tests to analyze demographic and job-related differences. A multivariate logistic regression analysis was employed to identify any relationship between flexible work schedules and sleep disorders. Results: Significant differences were found between flexible and non-flexible workers regarding age, income level, education level, and job type. Flexible workers reported sleep-related symptoms significantly more often. The odds ratio for insomnia was 1.40 (95% CI 1.21-1.61). For males, the odds ratio was 1.68 (1.36-2.08). Conclusion: This study establishes a correlation between flexible work schedules and sleep disorders among Korean salaried workers. Potential causes could include changes in circadian rhythm, increased work demands, and extended working hours. To precisely determine causality and associated diseases, further research is required.
Development of digital technology has become closely connected with housing environment. Especially for the matured population, it is very important because they need substantial support in their daily lives. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify needs of digital network services for future housing development. Previous researches were limited to digital technology of network systems and its usages. On the other hand, this study focuses on not only the technology but services. This study consists of literatures review and empirical survey. The subjects were the mid-age and pre-elderly between 45 to 65. The analysis of this study results outlined as follows: First, the pre-elderly appeared to have, in general, positive perceptions about digital services of the housing environment. The results of needs for each space's, showed strongly in basic safety and aiding system for memories. Second, there are differences in needs according to respondent's characteristics such as sex, income, job, house type, experience in digital system. Third, there are differences between what they think and what they really responded in both spaces and services. It menas that present planning elements may not attractive and suitable to residents. Therefore it is necessary to redesign the services. In the future, the most important thing is, making comfortable space not convenient space. That is, excluding unnecessary elements and pick up the right ones for resident's real demands.
For a library to be able provide information services and fulfill its function as a knowledge convergence center capable of responding to various information demands, the development of next-generation information systems based on the latest information and communication technology is needed. The development of mobile information services using portable devices such smart phones and tablet PCs and information systems which incorporate the concepts of cloud computing, SaaS (Software as a Service), annotation and Library2.0 is also required. This paper describes a library information system that utilizes collective intelligence and cloud computing. The information system developed for this study adopts the SaaS-based cloud computing service concept to cope with the shift in the mobile service paradigm in libraries and the explosion of electronic data. The strengths of such a conceptual model include the sharing of resources, support of multi-tenants, and the configuration and support of metadata. The user services are provided in the form of software on-demand. To test the performance of the developed system, the efficiency analysis and TTA certification test were conducted. The results of performance tests, It is encouraging that, at least up to 100MB, the job time is approximately linear and with only a moderate overhead of less than one second. The system also passed the level-3 or higher criteria in the certification test, which includes the SaaS maturity, performance and application program functions.
