Doc2Vec 모형에 기반한 자기소개서 분류 모형 구축 및 실험 (Self Introduction Essay Classification Using Doc2Vec for Efficient Job Matching)

  • Job seekers are making various efforts to find a good company and companies attempt to recruit good people. Job search activities through self-introduction essay are nowadays one of the most active processes. Companies spend time and cost to reviewing all of the numerous self-introduction essays of job seekers. Job seekers are also worried about the possibility of acceptance of their self-introduction essays by companies. This research builds a classification model and conducted an experiments to classify self-introduction essays into pass or fail using deep learning and decision tree techniques. Real world data were classified using stratified sampling to alleviate the data imbalance problem between passed self-introduction essays and failed essays. Documents were embedded using Doc2Vec method developed from existing Word2Vec, and they were classified using logistic regression analysis. The decision tree model was chosen as a benchmark model, and K-fold cross-validation was conducted for the performance evaluation. As a result of several experiments, the area under curve (AUC) value of PV-DM results better than that of other models of Doc2Vec, i.e., PV-DBOW and Concatenate. Furthmore PV-DM classifies passed essays as well as failed essays, while PV_DBOW can not classify passed essays even though it classifies well failed essays. In addition, the classification performance of the logistic regression model embedded using the PV-DM model is better than the decision tree-based classification model. The implication of the experimental results is that company can reduce the cost of recruiting good d job seekers. In addition, our suggested model can help job candidates for pre-evaluating their self-introduction essays.

  • Nowadays, the human resources of an organization are very important in order to survive in competitive business environment. This study investigates the influence of four decision-making styles in Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as key conceptions of organizational effectiveness. The result of this study has shown that organizational effectiveness are influenced by personality types and working conditions. Based on the result, an enterprise must provide working conditions which are conducive and suitable for all decision-making styles. For ST-type, the composition of good relationship with superiors, clear organization's visions and goals and rewarding compensation on original idea contribution need to be provided. On the other hand, autonomic authority and job assistance in co-worker are more suitable for NT-type. Finally, in the case of SF-type, the organization must give job assistance in co-worker.

  • 스타형의 분산 컴퓨터 시스템에서는 중앙노드의 처리능력이 주변노드들의 처리 능 력에 비해 클 수가 있고 또 각 노드의 작업도착률은 서로 다를 수 있다. 따라서 작업 전송을 위한 송신자 기준과 수신자 기준의 선택에 따라 부하분산의 성능은 크게 달라 진다. 하지만 이종의 분산 컴퓨터 시스템에서 최적 송신자 및 수신자 기준의 설정은 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 동적부하분산을 위하여 고정 임계값 대신에 노드의 평균 응답시간이나 작업의 기대응답시간과 같은 동적 기준을 사용하는 효율적인 위치 결정 부하 분산 정책을 제안한다.

  • 이 연구는 대학생들의 진로결정효능감과 진로정체감이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향과 이 세 가지 요인들이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 연구대상은 대구 소재의 3개 대학의 재학생 259명이다. 진로결정효능감은 취업스트레스에 직접적인 음의 영향이, 진로성숙도에 간접적인 양의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 진로정체감은 취업스트레스에 직접적인 음의 영향이, 진로성숙도에 간접적인 양의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났고 취업스트레스는 진로성숙도에 직접적인 음의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

간호대학생의 취업 스트레스, 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 학업성취도가 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Job-seeking Stress, Career Decision-making Self-efficacy, Self-esteem and Academic Achievement on Nursing Students' Happiness)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine whether job-seeking stress, career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem, and academic achievement had an influence on nursing students' happiness. Methods: The participants were 147 nursing students in D city. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 19.0 using ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors that had an influence on happiness included major satisfaction(highly unsatisfied ${\beta}=-.251$, p=.001), average monthly family income(between four and six million won ${\beta}=.222$, p=.002), career decision-making self-efficacy(${\beta}=.198$, p=.010), major satisfaction(satisfied ${\beta}=.196$, p=.006), and subjective health(unhealthy ${\beta}=-.167$, p=.020). These factors explained 33.5% of the variance in student happiness. Conclusion: The results of this study reveal that career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem, major satisfaction, and job-seeking stress were important intrinsic factors in the happiness of nursing students. Thus, it is necessary to help these students attain more self-efficacy, self-esteem, and major satisfaction rather than focusing on academic achievement in order to increase their happiness.

A Novel Classification Model for Employees Turnover Using Neural Network for Enhancing Job Satisfaction in Organizations

  • Employee turnover is one of the most important challenges facing modern organizations. It causes job experiences and skills such as distinguished faculty members in universities, rare-specialized doctors, innovative engineers, and senior administrators. HR analytics has enhanced the area of data analytics to an extent that institutions can figure out their employees' characteristics; where inaccuracy leads to incorrect decision making. This paper aims to develop a novel model that can help decision-makers to classify the problem of Employee Turnover. By using feature selection methods: Information Gain and Chi-Square, the most important four features have been extracted from the dataset. These features are over time, job level, salary, and years in the organization. As one of the important results of this research, these features should be planned carefully to keep organizations their employees as valuable assets. The proposed model based on machine learning algorithms. Classification algorithms were used to implement the model such as Decision Tree, SVM, Random Frost, Neuronal Network, and Naive Bayes. The model was trained and tested by using a dataset that consists of 1470 records and 25 features. To develop the research model, many experiments had been conducted to find the best one. Based on implementation results, the Neural Network algorithm is selected as the best one with an Accuracy of 84 percents and AUC (ROC) 74 percents. By validation mechanism, the model is acceptable and reliable to help origination decision-makers to manage their employees in a good manner.

The Effects of Social Support Perceived by Career-interrupted Women On Career Preparation Behavior: Focus on Mediating Effects of Career Decision Self-efficacy

  • 본 연구는 경력단절여성들의 인식을 바탕으로 진로에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 사회적 지지와 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 여성취업지원기관에서 직업훈련에 참여하고 있거나 구직등록을 한 경력단절여성 227명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사법을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력단절여성들이 인식한 사회적 지지는 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 유의미한 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지의 하위요인 중 정서적 지지가 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인 중 목표설정과 직업정보는 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 경력단절여성들을 대상으로 진로지도 시 기술적인 측면보다 심리적 측면을 더 중요하게 다루어야 함을 시사해 준다.

제조업 근로자의 직무스트레스 요인과 대처전략, 스트레스 반응간의 관계 (The Relationships between Job Stressor, Coping Strategies, and Stress Responses of Manufacturing Workers)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships of job stressor. coping strategies. and stress responses of manufactoring workers. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires from 262 of the manufacturing workers in a local electronic company from July to August. 1999. For data analysis. Cronbach's a. Factor Analysis. Descriptive statistics. ANOVA. and Pearson's correlation coefficient with SPSS/PC+ 7.5 version program were used. The results were as follows: 1. Regard to the stress responses and coping strategies by sociodemographic variables. 'the overall stress responses' showed significant differences by sex. age. marrital state. The use of 'control coping strategy' showed significant differences by sex and the type of work. The use of 'avoid coping strategy' showed significant differences by sex. age. married state. year of career. and income. 2. The average scores of 'the job characteristics and participation in decision making factor'. 'the physical environmental factor'. and 'the role and leadership factor' were 2.66. 2.59. 2.59 in order. The average scores for 'the avoid coping strategy' and 'the control coping strategy' were 3.03. 2.97. The average scores for 'the overall. psychosoical. and physical stress responses' were 2.18. 2.18. 2.23. 3. The 'control coping strategy' was negatively related to 'the job characteristics and participation in decision making factor'. 'the role and leadership factor'. 'the psychosocial stress responses'. and 'the overall responses'. 'The control coping strategy' was positively related to all of 'the job stressors'. 'the physical stress responses', and' the overall stress responses'. 'The physical environment factor' was positively related to all of 'the stress reponses'. 'the role and leadership factor'. and 'the job characteristics and participation in decision making factor'. According to the results of this study, the suggestions were as follows: 1. The coping strategies of manufacturing workers in the specific job stress situation should be considered to future studies. 2. In order to applying the stress management program in the workplace. The organizational intervention focused on 'the job characteristics and participation in decision making' will be needed. 3. To support and use of 'control coping strategy' of the workers. the organizational efforts should be required.

자아실현성과 공동의사결정에 관한 연구 - 남편과 부인을 중심으로 (A Study on the Relation between Husband and Wife's Self-Actualization and Joint Decision-Making)

  • This study was mainly concerned providing a basic of data for the more reasonable home management. The purpose study was to investigate the relationship of husbands and wives self-actualization and degree of joint decision-making. For the purpose of this study 500 questionaire were distributed to the marital in seoul. The 412 data were analized by Frequency, Percentage, T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) Over one and half of husbands and wives are try to be self-actualized. 2) The tendency of the husbands and wives decision-making was joint decision-making. 3) The important influential variables on the husbands and wives self-actualization husbands were age, life-cycle, job employment motivation. And wives were life-cycle, education, income, job, employment motivation. 4) The important influential variables on the joint decision-making were age, number of child, life-cycle. 5) A marital joint decision-making level differs significantly, according to the degree of husbands and wives self-actualization. The higher level of husbands and wives self-actualization, the higher degree of marital joint decision-making. The result of this study implies that a marital joint-making necessary in order to carry on happy home management and the reasonable home administration.

가정교육과 학생들의 학과만족도와 진로결정수준 (Major satisfaction and career decision level of students in dept. of Home Economics Education)

  • 가정교육과 학생들의 학과만족도와 진로결정수준을 살펴봄으로써 가정교육과 학생들의 진로지도에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 2011년 10월에서 11월까지 서울소재 2개 대학과 지방소재 2개 대학 가정교육과 학생들과 서울소재 A대학의 국어와 수학교육과 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 가정교육과 학생들의 일반적 관심에 따른 학과만족도는 보통이상이나 사회적 인식에 따른 학과만족도는 낮게 나타났으며 국어나 수학교육과와 비교해 매우 낮게 나타났다. 학교에 따라서도 학과만족도에 차이가 나타났으며, 학년이 높을수록 학과만족도가 높게 나타났으나 성별에 따라서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 가장 고려하는 직업으로 타과교사와 전공 비관련 직업을 들었고 가정교사는 가장 고려하지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 전공 관련 직업을 고려하는 학생들이 전공 비관련 직업을 고려하는 학생들보다 학과만족도가 높게 나타났다. 진로결정수준은 보통으로 나타났으며 학과, 학교, 학년, 성별, 고려직업 모두에 따라서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 진로결정수준은 학과만족도 중 일반적 관심 만족에만 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이상에서 가정교과가 사회에서 꼭 필요하고 타 교과와 차별화되는 교과로 인식될 수 있도록 가정교과의 패러다임을 확립하고 이에 따른 교과과정으로 개편하여 가정교과에 대한 비전을 제시하고, 교과내용에 대한 흥미를 높이고 학습동기를 유발할 수 있는 교수방법을 개발 사용하는 등의 노력을 기울임으로써 학생들의 가정교육에 대한 신념과 열의를 높여 학과에 대한 만족도를 높여야 할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 학생들의 전공과 관련된 다양한 진로에 대한 정보제공이나 진로상담 등이 활성화되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.
