현재 우리 사회는 다양한 기술요소들이 혼합되어 하나의 또 다른 산업 및 기술을 창출하는 융, 복합 사회라 할 수 있다. 이러한 융, 복합현상들은 이미 경제, 사회, 문화등 사회의 전 부문에서 가시화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 컨버전스의 대표적 사례이면서도 차세대 모바일 대표 시장의 가능성이 매우 큰 웨어러블 컴퓨터와 관련된 내용을 기술하였다. 웨어러블 컴퓨터는 착용 가능한 컴퓨터로서 미국의 MIT가 최근 기술 동향을 통해 2013년 10대 기술로 스마트 워치를 선정할 만큼 스마트 폰을 대체할 대표적인 차세대 모바일 기술로 꼽히고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웨어러블 컴퓨터에 필요한 필수적인 기술들에 대해 기술하고 관련 시장 및 미래, 이슈 등에 대해 기술하였다.

한국수력원자력, 한국전력공사, 한국남동발전 등의 발전 제어시스템은 전력을 공급하는 국가의 주요 인프라 시설로 악의적인 해킹 공격이 진행될 경우 그 피해는 상상을 초월한다. 실제로 한국수력원자력은 해킹 공격을 당하여 내부정보가 유출되는 등 사회적인 큰 문제를 야기하였다. 본 연구에서는 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 융합보안 연구에 대해 전력회사 중심의 발전 제어시스템을 대상으로 그 환경을 분석하고, 현황을 분석하여 다양한 발전 제어시스템의 안정화를 위한 전략체계 수립과 대응책을 제시하고자 한다. 다양한 물리적 보안시스템(시설), IT 보안시스템, 출입통제시스템 등에서 나오는 데이터 형태를 정규화하고 통합하여 융합인증을 통해 전체 시스템을 통제하고, 융합관제를 통해 위험을 탐지하는 방법을 제안한다.

Today's universities have a keen interest in educational reform. The issue of population decline in college-age due to population decline is not new. Universities have been developing quantitatively for a long time and are now considering ways to survive rather than qualitative growth. Since the sharp decline in the school-age population due to the population decline has no clear solution immediately, universities are overcoming this crisis by creating many alternatives. Attracting international students is one of them. In this study, the effectiveness of photovoice was examined through the analysis of the case of the Korean-Japanese convergence cartoon class. The photo-voice method has sufficient potential as a teaching method for foreign convergence classes and can be expected to play a role as a teaching method suitable for students participating in convergence classes with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. In particular, in the convergence class, since participating students generate research materials through photo production, it can be a tool for inner exploration necessary for webtoon production and a tool for narrative inquiry for storytelling. It is expected that expanding the understanding and use of photo voice will have the methodological value of convergence classes. In addition, the teaching method using photo voice produced in the composition of photos and stories is likely to be used as an appropriate tool for convergence classes for students with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds.

학교폭력이 비록 과거부터 지속적으로 발생해온 어제 오늘의 일이 아니지만, 최근 들어 심각한 수준에 있다. 이것은 우리나라에만 국한되어 문제되고 있는 것이 아니며, 오히려 총기가 허용되어 있는 서구 여러 나라에서 더 큰 문제가 될 수 있다. 따라서 세계 다른 나라의 학교폭력을 근절하기 위하여 어떠한 시책을 현장에 적용하고 있는지를 고찰함으로써 우리나라 학교현장에 도입을 검토해 볼 수 있다고 생각한다. 또한 학교폭력근절을 위한 우리사회의 노력은 끊임없이 이뤄져야 하며, 경찰활동은 우리 사회의 한 조직의 활동인 만큼 경찰활동을 뛰어넘어 지역사회의 많은 사람들이 학교폭력에 대해 관심을 갖고 신고하며 방관하지 않는 태도 역시 무척 중요하다고 여겨진다.

빅데이터 처리 분야에서 중요한 이슈 중 하나는 인터넷의 주요 키워드를 추출하고 이것을 이용하여 필요한 정보를 가공하는 것이다. 현재까지 제안된 대부분의 키워드 추출 방법들은 대형 포털 사이트의 검색기능을 기반으로 이미 게시된 글이나 작성된 문서 또는 고정된 내용에 기반하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SNS에 게시되는 다양한 이슈, 대화, 관심 분야, 의견 등 동적인 메시지를 기반으로 이슈 키워드 및 연관 키워드를 추출하여 잠재적 쇼핑 연관 키워드 광고 마케팅에 도움을 주는 시스템(KAES: Keyword Advertisement Extraction System based on SNS)을 개발한다. KAES 시스템은 특정 계정 리스트를 작성하여 SNS에서 빈도수가 가장 많은 핵심 키워드 및 연관 키워드를 추출한다.

The foremost problem in the agricultural industry in Ukraine is the issue of improving its energy resources efficiency. The existence of this problem is related to the substantial technological inferiority of the industry to those present in the developed countries, especially in terms of creation of no-waste production technologies of agricultural products. The direct effect on the solving of this issue has the necessity to ensure minimal energy costs during treatment of plant objects. This article presents the research results on the effect of electromagnetic energy on activation of plants development. It was found that each such object has its own individual energy resource and that forceful increase of the latter has specific maximum values and gives rise to the plant development process. At the same time, the implementation of the research results is hindered by some factors, among the most major of which are the following: lack of reliable and complete data on the bioenergy resources of plants, its "natural" chart; unavailability of research on the energy sources interaction processes and its effect on the physiological potential of biological objects, at least at the level of low series, absence of the appropriate electrotechnical equipment, including electromagnetic energy sources.

Although separation of touching pigs in real-time is an important issue for a 24-h pig monitoring system, it is challenging to separate accurately the touching pigs in a crowded pig room. In this study, we propose a separation method for touching pigs using the information generated from Convolutional Neural Network(CNN). Especially, we apply one of the CNN-based object detection methods(i.e., You Look Only Once, YOLO) to solve the touching objects separation problem in an active manner. First, we evaluate and select the bounding boxes generated from YOLO, and then separate touching pigs by analyzing the relations between the selected bounding boxes. Our experimental results show that the proposed method is more effective than widely-used methods for separating touching pigs, in terms of both accuracy and execution time.

최근 논의되고 있는 차세대 텔레콤 사업을 선도할 기술의 특성은 통합화(Integrating)와 융합화(Convergence)를 대표할 수 있다. 최근 수년 사이에 급속도로 발전한 무선기술(Wireless Telecommunication Technology)과 광대역 전달기술(Broadband Transport Technology)의 발전이 기인한 것으로 이들 두 가지 주요한 기술적 발전이 또한 급속도로 발전한 단말 기술과 접목되면서 통합화 및 융합화라는 대 명제를 이끌고 있는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 통신망으로 진화를 하기 위한 텔레콤 서비스 모델 및 방향을 살펴보고 이에 필요한 텔레콤 사업 기술기반에 대하여 전망을 한다.

SNS 등 온라인에 쏟아지는 고객의 감성분석을 활용하여 마케팅 등 다양한 분야에서 성과를 내고 있다. 고객의 제품사용 후기 데이터를 수집하여 신제품의 마케팅 전략과 제품개선 방안을 도출하고 있으며, 선거철에는 유권자들의 마음을 실시간으로 읽어서 선거 전략을 수립하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 상에서 충북관광에 관한 글들을 수집하여 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 분석함으로써 충북관광을 위한 홍보전략과 관광진흥 정책을 수립하는 방안을 제시한다. 사용된 데이터는 주요 블로그, 뉴스, 관광관련 공공 데이터 등이며, 충북전역의 관광지를 대상으로 한다. 분석결과 충청북도 북부지역의 관광지들이 주요 이슈 관광지로 나타났으며, 관광지별로 연관 관광지와 연관 키워드들이 분석되었다. 또한, 주요 관광지별 감성분석을 통하여 긍/부정 현황과 그 원인을 파악할 수 있도록 하였다. 특히 이들 분석에 다차원 분석 기법을 연계함으로써 관광관련 텍스트 정보를 다각도로 분석하여 전략을 수립하는데 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 연구는 온라인 교육의 효과를 학습자들이 수업 관련 특정 이슈들에 대한 적극적 탐색과 공유의 측면으로 확대하여 살펴보고자 선행연구를 바탕으로, 이슈를 탐색하도록 유도하는 동기의 두 유형(개인적, 사회적)과 인게이지먼트, 이슈콘텐츠에 대한 태도, SNS구전의도 모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 학습자들의 두 동기는 인게이지먼트에 정(+)의 영향력을 미치고 있었으며, 인게이지먼트가 증가할수록 이슈콘텐츠 태도와 SNS 구전의도는 긍정적으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 스스로 학습을 진행하도록 유도하는 인게이지먼트의 역할을 확인할 수 있으며, 인게이지먼트의 증가를 위해 수업내용뿐만 아니라 사회적, 개인적 동기를 활용해야할 필요성을 제안한다.
