In information society, Convergence means a service or new product which appeared through fusion of unit technologies in information and communication regions. The effects of convergence technologies and social phenomenons are visualized in overall regions of society such as economy, society, culture, etc. In this paper, we described a wearable computer which was leading case in digital convergence. Wearable computer is unit that you can literally wear on your body to enhance recognition abilities and problem-solving abilities by processing various types of integrated information. Therefore, we studied the issues, market and outlookof wearable computer in this paper.

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., Korea Electric Power Corporation, and Korea South-East Power Corporation are major infrastructure facilities of power supplying countries. If a malicious hacking attack occurs, the damage is beyond the imagination. In fact, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power has been subjected to a hacking attack, causing internal information to leak and causing social big problems. In this paper, we propose a strategy and countermeasures for stabilization of various power generation control systems by analyzing the environment and the current status of power generation control system for convergence security research, which is becoming a hot issue. We propose a method to normalize and integrate data types from various physical security systems (facilities), IT security systems, access control systems, to control the whole system through convergence authentication, and to detect risks through fusion control.

Today's universities have a keen interest in educational reform. The issue of population decline in college-age due to population decline is not new. Universities have been developing quantitatively for a long time and are now considering ways to survive rather than qualitative growth. Since the sharp decline in the school-age population due to the population decline has no clear solution immediately, universities are overcoming this crisis by creating many alternatives. Attracting international students is one of them. In this study, the effectiveness of photovoice was examined through the analysis of the case of the Korean-Japanese convergence cartoon class. The photo-voice method has sufficient potential as a teaching method for foreign convergence classes and can be expected to play a role as a teaching method suitable for students participating in convergence classes with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. In particular, in the convergence class, since participating students generate research materials through photo production, it can be a tool for inner exploration necessary for webtoon production and a tool for narrative inquiry for storytelling. It is expected that expanding the understanding and use of photo voice will have the methodological value of convergence classes. In addition, the teaching method using photo voice produced in the composition of photos and stories is likely to be used as an appropriate tool for convergence classes for students with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds.

The school violence is at a critical level today even though it occurred continuously from the past. This issue is not only limited to Korea but it could become a greater issue overseas where possession of firearms is legal. Therefore, introduction of preventative measures in Korean schools should be reviewed by studying how different policies are being applied in countries worldwide to eradicate school violence. Furthermore, the society should continuously make an effort to eradicate school violence. The attitude of regional community who reports instead of spectating and their interest towards school violence are considered very important in addition to the police activities carried out by an organization of the society.

One of the major issues in big data processing is extracting keywords from internet and using them to process the necessary information. Most of the proposed keyword extraction algorithms extract keywords using search function of a large portal site. In addition, these methods extract keywords based on already posted or created documents or fixed contents. In this paper, we propose a KAES(Keyword Advertisement Extraction System) system that helps the potential shopping keyword marketing to extract issue keywords and related keywords based on dynamic instant messages such as various issues, interests, comments posted on SNS. The KAES system makes a list of specific accounts to extract keywords and related keywords that have most frequency in the SNS.

The foremost problem in the agricultural industry in Ukraine is the issue of improving its energy resources efficiency. The existence of this problem is related to the substantial technological inferiority of the industry to those present in the developed countries, especially in terms of creation of no-waste production technologies of agricultural products. The direct effect on the solving of this issue has the necessity to ensure minimal energy costs during treatment of plant objects. This article presents the research results on the effect of electromagnetic energy on activation of plants development. It was found that each such object has its own individual energy resource and that forceful increase of the latter has specific maximum values and gives rise to the plant development process. At the same time, the implementation of the research results is hindered by some factors, among the most major of which are the following: lack of reliable and complete data on the bioenergy resources of plants, its "natural" chart; unavailability of research on the energy sources interaction processes and its effect on the physiological potential of biological objects, at least at the level of low series, absence of the appropriate electrotechnical equipment, including electromagnetic energy sources.

Although separation of touching pigs in real-time is an important issue for a 24-h pig monitoring system, it is challenging to separate accurately the touching pigs in a crowded pig room. In this study, we propose a separation method for touching pigs using the information generated from Convolutional Neural Network(CNN). Especially, we apply one of the CNN-based object detection methods(i.e., You Look Only Once, YOLO) to solve the touching objects separation problem in an active manner. First, we evaluate and select the bounding boxes generated from YOLO, and then separate touching pigs by analyzing the relations between the selected bounding boxes. Our experimental results show that the proposed method is more effective than widely-used methods for separating touching pigs, in terms of both accuracy and execution time.

With the development of mobile devices and Internet, information exchange has actively been made through SNS and Blogs. Blogs are widely used as a space where people share their experience after their visit to tourist attractions. We propose a method of recommending associated tourist attractions based on tourists' opinions using issue analysis, association analysis, and sentimental analysis for various online reviews including news in order to help to develop tour products and policies. The result shows that north area of Chungbuk province has been selected as issue attractions, and associated attractions/keywards have been identified for given well-known attraction. Positive/negative opinion for review texts has been analyzed and user can grasp the reason for the sentiments. Multidimensional analysis technique has been integrated to derive additional sophisticated insights and various policy proposal for smart tourism.

This study aims to expand the effect of online education into the aspect of active exploration and sharing of class-related issues by learners. Based on theoretical discussions, Two types of motivation (personal and social) to explore issues, engagement, attitude toward issue content, and eWOM model were verified. As a result of the study, it was found that the impact of personal and social motivations that online education has on engagement on specific issues, and the positive(+) influence on attitudes toward issue content and word of mouth intentions on SNS, considering engagement as a parameter. In this study, the role of engagement in inducing the next learning by oneself was confirmed, and it can be seen that social and personal motives for issues and class content should be utilized to increase engagement.
