A primary objective the Conjoint Building Program(CBP), as articulated in the legislation proceedings as to stimulate renewal and regeneration of old deteriorated districts. By allowing the transfer of development rights between two lots located within 100m radius or the same block surrounded by 12m wide streets, CBP encourages reconstruction of old buildings with low investment value by linking it to another lot that can buy its unused floor area ration. Most of the debates and studies prior to the introduction of the new legislation focused on possible abuse in financial terms, and little research has been done to illustrate possible merits of deficiencies in term of urban morphological influences. This study offers a visual prediction of the various ways CBP can influence an urban block by reshaping and reorganizing it thrown augmented development rights to assess the pros and cons of the current program.

Background and Objectives : There are three kinds of formulas for purging the kidney to cure its sthenic syndrome based on the types of preparation formulas : Sashintang, Sashinhwan and Sashinsan. There are 4 kinds of Sashintang, 1 kind of Sashinhwan and 1 kind of Sashinsan. Combination of herbal medicines, carried out in formulas for purging the kidney, consists of various kinds depending on medical scientists' personal experience in medical treatment without any general principles, which makes it difficult to apply it to clinical use. The objectives of this study lie in theoretical establishment of Pyeongshintang for curing the sthenic syndrome of kidney through analyzing the component medicines and combination principles of Hyeongok's Pyeongshintang, and furthermore, maximizing the clinical use of Pyeongshintang. Methods : This study analyzed the component medicines and combination principles of Hyeongok's Pyeongshintang based on the theory for properties and tastes of herbal medicines from the "Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine", the theory for principal herbal medicine, assistant herbal medicine, adjuvant herbal medicine, dispatcher herbal medicine, and the five elements doctrine. Hyeongok's Pyeongshintang is an odd prescription, composed of 7 kinds of ingredients : No.1 Rhizoma Alismatis (2don;7.5g), No.2 Poria (1don;3.75g), No.3 Radix Paeoniae Alba (1don), No.4 Fructus Chaenomelis (1don), No.5 Polyporus (1don), No.6 Cortex Cinnamomi (1don), and No.7 Radix Glycyrrhizae (1don) Results : There are three methods for curing the sthenic syndrome of kidney according to the five elements doctrine : purging the kidney, purging the liver and invigorating the spleen. First, if you suffer from the sthenic syndrome of the kidney, you need to purge your kidney. There are two available methods, including taste and property purgation according to the theory for properties and tastes of herbal medicines. They each imply the salty taste and the hot property purge the kidney. In the case of taste purgation, two herbal medicines with salty taste, Rhizoma Alismatis and Poria, are combined into the principal and assistant herbal medicine, respectively. For property purgation, two herbal medicines with the hot property, Polyporus and Cortex Cinnamomi, are combined into adjuvant herbal medicines. Secondly, if you suffer from the sthenic syndrome of the kidney, you need to purge your liver which is child in the mother-child relationship in inter-promotion among the five elements. There are two methods to purge the liver, including taste and property purgation according to the theory for properties and tastes of herbal medicines. They each mean the sour taste and the cool property purge the liver. Therefore, it is important to use sour herbal medicines for taste purgation and cool ones for property purgation. Both sour and cool herbal medicines, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Fructus Chaenomelis, are combined into adjuvant herbal medicines. Lastly, if you suffer from the sthenic syndrome of the kidney, you need to invigorate your spleen which is an element being surpassed in the relationship between the elements surpassed and ones not surpassed in inter-restraint among the five elements. There are two methods to invigorate the spleen, which include taste and property invigoration according to the theory for properties and tastes of herbal medicines. Taste invigoration means to invigorate the spleen with sweet taste and property invigoration to invigorate the spleen with warm property. Therefore, it is important to use sweet herbal medicines for taste invigoration and warm ones for property invigoration. Both sweet and warm herbal medicines, Polyporus and Cortex Cinnamomi, were combined to invigorate the spleen and purge the kidney. In addition, Radix Glycyrrhizae are combined as dispatcher herbal medicine, harmonizing all the herbal medicines composing the formula. Conclusions : First, to cure the sthenic syndrome of the kidney, the methods of purging the kidney and the liver, and invigorating the spleen should be used according to the five elements doctrine. Secondly, herbal medicines appropriate for those treatment methods should be chosen according to the theory for properties and tastes of herbal medicine and thirdly, the combination of those herbal medicines should be carried out according to the theory for principal herbal medicine, assistant herbal medicine, adjuvant herbal medicine, dispatcher herbal medicine. As a good example, Hyeongok's Pyeongshintang is combined according to the above theories. In conclusion, this formula was created by applying to the theory for properties and tastes of herbal medicines.

본 연구는 지방중소도시 중 성장과 더불어 구도심이 쇠퇴한 대표적인 사례지역인 당진군을 대상으로 중심시가지로서의 구도심을 재생하기 위해 필요한 상업 및 업무기능 활성화 방안을 제시해보았다. 연구는 활성화를 위한 도시재생방향과 중요 도입기능으로 구분하여 컨조인트 분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과에 따른 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고밀복합개발은 지양하고 저밀형 상업 업무공간 조성 및 역사문화자원의 활용을 고려할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 지역경제 활성화를 위해서 신산업(하이테크산업) 유치보다는 지역의 특화된 업종 및 시설을 육성하는 방향을 우선적으로 검토할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 구체적이고 실천 가능한 기존 상권 유지 및 저소득층 재정착 대책을 수립할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 유지관리 측면에서 불법행위 규제와 공공 공간의 개선 그리고 이용자의 안전성 확보가 충분히 고려될 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 기능강화 측면에서 대중교통을 통한 접근성 강화 및 지역홍보활동과 이벤트 개최를 중요하게 고려할 필요가 있다. 여섯째, 비즈니스 활동 지원 및 구도심 디자인 가이드라인 마련 등의 지원을 고려할 필요가 있다. 일곱째, 공공은 지역주민의 의견과 전문가의 의견을 잘 조율하여 균형적인 방향으로 사업이 추진될 수 있도록 주된 역할을 담당해야 한다.

The Location Based Services comprised GIS and Telecommunication allow users to receive various services based on their geographic location. It is need to legislation to encourage the provision and use of location information by providing privacy protection to users. But the contents of the legislation proposed by Korean government have problems conflicted between protection of a person's location information and invigoration of location-based services. The purpose of this study is to search complementary measures for privacy protection of location information from From a viewpoint of effective management strategy for geographic information.

"The Golden Mirror of Medicine(醫宗金鑑)" was compiled by the medical officers of the Qing government, headed by Wu-Qian(吳謙)."The Elimination &Supplement about the Famous Prescription Comments(刪補名醫方論)", a collection of notes written by famous scholars, is one part of "The Golden Mirror of Medicine(醫宗金鑑)" . Through the translation and comparative study of invigorative prescription(補氣方劑) in "The Elimination & Supplement about the Famous Prescription Comments(刪補名醫方論)" of "The Golden Mirror of Medicine(醫宗金鑑)" with "The Famous Prescription Comments on Ancient and Modem Times(古今名醫方論)" , we confirmed that many sentences of "The Famous Prescription Comments on Ancient and Modern Times(古今名醫方論)" were quoted, but that most of the text was not quoted as the same: it was revised and supplemented. In organization, invigoration prescriptions are placed at the head of the chapter, indicating their importance. In classification, prescriptions for reinforcing middle-jiao(中焦) and replenishing qi(補中益氣湯類 方劑) were usually included in the invigoration prescriptions(補氣方劑), which is explained in chapter II, thereby clearly distinguishing between treatments of deficiency of qi(氣虛) and combining it with the sinking of qi of middle-jiao(中氣下陷).

국내 빅데이터 산업 활성화를 위해 2016년 6월 정부부처 합동으로 개인정보 비식별 조치 가이드 라인을 발간하였다. 이 가이드라인은 현행 개인정보보호 관련 법령 하에서 개인정보를 보호하면서 사업자의 빅데이터 분석을 보다 활성화하고자 하려는 목적이 있다. 이 가이드라인은 국내의 엄격한 개인정보보호법 하에서 전자정부 선진국을 위한 정보환경을 조성하고자 하는 것이다. 다만, 이러한 가이드라인의 내용 중 비식별 조치 절차, 제도 및 정보집합물 결합 방법에 불합리한 부분이 있다면 빅데이터 산업 활성화의 걸림돌이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가이드라인의 비식별 조치 및 결합 방법 및 절차 중 개선이 필요하다고 생각되는 적정성 평가, 비식별 조치 지원 및 결합 임시대체키 생성 방법을 살펴보고 각각에 대해 해결 방안을 제시한다. 그리고 이러한 해결 방안이 어떻게 핀테크 산업 활성화에 도움이 되는지 알아본다.

그동안 의료 관광과 관련하여 많은 문헌들과 이슈가 제기되고 있으나 한방적인 측면에서 의료 관광의 활성화를 위한 조사는 현재 극히 미흡한 실정이다. 한방의료관광이란 한방적 처방의 보건의료 서비스가 건강과 관련된 관광행동과 접목되어 새로이 생겨난 개념으로 헬스 투어리즘의 한 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 의료 그 중에서도 특히 한방의료와 관광 그리고 항공 서비스 수요와 연계 관점에서 향후 발전적인 방향과 대안을 모색해보고자 한다.

In order to improve e-Trade service, this paper has deduced impeding factors after review of precedent research on e-Trade and analysis of e-Trade current status. Then an empirical analysis of whether variables deduced are detrimental factors to utilization of e-Trade service has been made on the basis of a research model and relevant hypotheses. The scope of e-Trade service indicated in this paper is limited to use of uTradeHub system. Analytical results for the improvement of e-Trade service clearly indicate that the higher the impeding factor to utilization of the system integration, logistics and customs clearance, marketing and users field, the more necessary the service improvement for invigoration of e-Trade service. However, foreign exchange field does not seem to require attention because SMEs have not active will to do electronic payment through the process of electronic documents.

The Location Based Services (LBS) comprise spatial information and mobile technology allow users to receive various services based on Global Positioning Systems (GPS). Although, spatial information based services are very useful, it has lots of possibility to damage privacy protection. But the contents of the legislation by government have problems conflicted between protection of a person's location information and invigoration LBS. Therefore, in this study suggest a causal model to deal with user satisfaction and factors affecting spatial information based services to customer perspective. The proposed research model is tested empirically with one hundred and forty one usable questionnaires and partial least square (PLS) method. Experimental results showed that the usefulness, playfulness, and service quality play a prominent role in influencing the spatial information services satisfaction compared to other factors. But, easy of use and perceived risk are not significant.

우리 정부는 경제 활성화의 방안으로 창업을 그 대안으로 제시하고 있다. 그러한 이유로 창업교육이 끊임없이 화두가 되고 있으나 우리나라 창업교육은 여전히 미흡하다. 국내의 창업교육은 전문계 상업 고등학교와 대학에서 자율적으로 이뤄지고 있는 반면, 해외의 경우, 평생교육 개념의 창업교육이 이뤄져 보다 체계적이며 전문적 교육이 조기에 이뤄지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 국내외 창업교육에 대한 비교를 바탕으로 대학을 중심으로 한 우리나라 창업 교육 활성화 방안에 관한 정책적 제안을 한다.
