This study addresses the problem of flexible technology acquisition in multi-product market when demands are uncertain. We confine the concept of flexibility to the ability of manufacturing system to produce a number of different types of products, called product-mix flexibility type. And an analytical model in which economies of scope is incorporated explicitly as a feature of flexible technology is presented to find the optimal investment decision to acquire flexible technology and optimal production planning. The characteristics of optimal investment strategy related to capacity and production planning are discussed.

Business Information Systems are strategic applications to achieve companies' goals and innovation. This idea make companies invest their time and budget in the Information Systems. However, it is difficult to forecast effects of the investment in Information Systems and it causes hesitation of making decision. Thus, I researched a case so that I could forecast the effect of the information systems using AHP(analytic hierarchical process). In this study, I approached this matter with three views such as intelligence(review of prior literature), design(methodology development), and application. This study is significant in terms of practicality rather than theoretical dimension. Particularly, I suggested a way of quantifying in monetary value the quality aspects through inverting qualitative facts to quantitative facts and calculated the investment feasibility with it.

Recently, companies have adopted various types of smartwork. In this study, various factors were examined to identify the main factors that can increase smartwork satisfaction, individual performance, and organizational performance. As the main variables, individual adaptability, knowledge level for smartwork, IT infrastructure level, smartwork organizational culture, and investment level in IT were selected. As a result, first, it was found that individual adaptability did not affect smartwork satisfaction and corporate performance, unlike previous studies. Second, it was found that the knowledge level for smartwork affects individual performance and organizational performance mediating smartwork satisfaction. Third, the main path of 'investment level in IT → IT infrastructure level → smartwork organizational culture → organizational performance' was found. Therefore, companies need to raise the level of knowledge for smartwork among members of the organization and educate that smartwork contributes to improving the quality of life of members. In addition, efforts should be made to build an organizational culture suitable for smartwork through IT investment and establishment of IT infrastructure.

최근, RFID 태그와 리더가 장착되고 무선 인터넷이 결합된 휴대전화로 이동통신 인프라를 이용하여 일상생활에 필요한 정보를 얻고 다양한 응용서비스를 이용할 수 있는 모바일 RFID 서비스의 상용화가 눈앞으로 다가오고 있다. 하지만 모바일 RFID 서비스로 인한 새로운 수익이 창출될 것으로 기대되고 있으나 관련 통신업체의 대규모 투자를 이끌어 내기 위해서는 모바일 RFID 서비스 수요에 대한 정확한 예측이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문은 모바일 RFID 서비스 수요예측을 통해 관련 통신업체의 투자를 확대할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 하였으며, 특히 다양한 모바일 RFID 서비스 모델의 유형에 따라 서비스 수요를 예측함을 통해 관련 통신업체의 서비스 투자 방향에 대한 의사결정에 도움이 되고자 한다.

기술혁신은 모든 산업에 있어 차별적 경쟁우위의 주요한 원천이 되면서 동시에 기업의 많은 자원이 투자되는 경영활동이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 많은 성공적인 기업의 이면에는 반드시 뛰어난 기술혁신과 이를 위한 투자가 있다. 그러나 기술혁신투자가 모든 경우에 바람직한 성과로 직결되는 것은 아니며 생산전략 및 생산활동과 효과적으로 연계되어야만 가능할 것이다. 본 연구는 Abernathy St Utterback(1975)의 기술혁신모형을 국내 전자산업을 대상으로 실증적으로 검증하고 기술혁신이 생산전략 및 생산활동과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는지를 분석하였다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 기술혁신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 규범적 연구의 토대를 구축하는 것이 본 연구의 궁극적 목표이다.

펀드는 최근 들어 대표적인 금융투자상품으로서 많은 인기를 끌고 있다. 본 연구는 펀드투자에 대한 의사결정과정에서 투자자들이 어떠한 요인을 고려하는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 투자자들의 위험감소행동과 펀드선택속성이 펀드투자행동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 펀드 가입 경험이 있는 투자자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 자료수집은 2014년 12월부터 2015년 1월 30일까지 하여 총431개 투자자를 분석의 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구결과 펀드 판매회사, 펀드 이해력, 펀드성과는 펀드만족도에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 상업적 광고는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 펀드 운영회사, 수익성, 펀드이해력, 펀드성과, 주변추천은 펀드의 지속적인 거래의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해서 펀드투자 만족도와 지속적인 거래의도를 증가시키기 위해서는 펀드성과에 대한 정보제공을 바탕으로 투자자 스스로 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 유도해야하며, 펀드정보는 펀드 이해력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 투자자에게 제공되어야 할 것이다.

본 논문은 한중 양국의 FDI 관련 현황과 정책적 강약점을 파악하고 이를 통해 중국자본 유치전략에서 요구되는 기본적 전제조건을 검토함으로써 향후 중국자본 유치에 도움이 되는 정책방향을 모색하는 데에 연구목적을 둔다. 연구결과 도출된 주요 전제조건들을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한중간 경제관계는 상호보완적이고도 협력적인 수준에 크게 미흡한 상태이므로 무조건적 경쟁관계로 발전할 수 있는 위협요인들을 미리 제거하고, 양국간 신뢰관계를 확대해 나가야 한다. 둘째, 적어도 중국의 입장에서 보면 한국은 매력적인 투자처가 되지 못하고 있다. 최근 발효된 한미FTA 등 한국의 FTA 확대 기회를 적극 활용할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 한국을 대신하는 중국의 대체투자처는 항상 존재하고 있으므로, 투자종목이나 투자규모, 투자방식 등 중국자본 유치에 관련된 투자 협상력은 상당 부분 중국측이 가지고 있다는 사실을 간과하지 말아야 할 것이다. 넷째, 한국의 FDI 정책이 기존의 정책적 프레임 속에 갇혀 규칙 파괴자(rule breaker)의 기능을 발휘하지 못한다면 중국자본 유치는 노력에 비해 성과를 기대하기 어려울 것이다. 다섯째, 중국을 과대평가하거나 중국자본의 힘을 맹신하는 상황에서 중국자본 유치 노력을 경주하다가는 외형적 투자 또는 부실투자로 이어져 예기하지 못한 국가적 손실을 초래할 수 있다는 점에 유의해야 한다.

Economic development is usually identified with the increased of G.N.P and capital formation connected directly wi:11 the net increase of land, structure, commodity, stocks and foreign claims, etc. The increase of G.N.P. is driving at capital formation. The usual concept of capital formation for economic development misses the important productivity factor of human capital. Because it is now increasingly realized that a massive injection of material into production will 11 not necessarily explain a successful productivity unless that country already possesses 1 suitable human capital. Human capital is built of educational investment which is related to the physical capital. Many statistical investigations identified this reality. Of late years, a great crowd of economists studying an the problem of economic development have turned their attention towards human capital. Thereupon, this paper has dealt with the fact that educational investment affects physical capital and employment. The qualitative increment of human capital will increase the productivity but excessive expenditure on human capital will squander a physical capital. In designing a strategy of human capital for economic development, one needs to consider tile level of educational investment because educational investment of developing countries will be accasionaly made or marred by investment level and direction.

The results of this study on problems and activation plans of venture business are as follows. First, to ensure substantiality of venture business 1) To prepare and support venture investment capital. 2) To make eggective use of founding capital of venture business. 3) To establish the overall supporting system for founding of venture business. 4) To maintain and ensure manpower for venture business. Second. to prepare investment base for venture business 1) To induce the enlargement of venture investment unions. 2) To ensure the sound trust of KOSDAQ. 3) To permantly setup angel capital investment market. 4) To ensure joint system for R&D and knowledge management, and so forth. Third, to promote environment for the founding of venture business 1) To enlarge and roar business incubator (BI) 2) To establish acts of venture complex. 3) To uplift creative tension feeling and entrepreneurship. 4) To maximum the support for adminstration approvals, and so forth. Fourth, to make global strategy for venture business 1) To furnish oversea venture chances for globaligation to venture business. 2) To operate information network. 3) To establish integrating system of oversea support offices. Fifth, to support capital and tax 1) To activate functions of investment organs. 2) To increase the number of venture investment company. 3) To permanently organige angel capitalists. 4) To reduce and exampt the corporation tax, and the like. Above mentioned results of this study have to be practiced, and in future, subdivided studies will be needed.
